I think I will stay away from this company

Evaluation: That was an absolute disaster! The cola was completely non-carbonated, the fries were cold, and the bottom bun was even missing from the burger - how can something like that even happen? Demanding money for this quality is an impudence. I am extremely disappointed and expect such mistakes not to happen again in the future!

Went in and ordered food with 2 friends, our chips/fries were room temperature, burgers hastily assembled but that's not a big deal personally. However an employee very rudely told and forced a group of mainly Mediterranean descent to leave after entering the premises when the advertised closing time is 3am (review written at 00:10), the employee in question is an elderly lady. However when new customers entered of european descent she contrastedly politely asked them to leave.

20 minutes waiting time in the drive in totally disorganized and slow.

A typical branch to drive to and take away. Or fill up next door and take something home with you. Inside, like in almost all McDonalds, it's hectic, restless, cramped and uncomfortable. The very often young, particularly colorful audience is allowed to let off steam. Unfortunately, here too the prices are rising in a way that is really outrageous and can no longer be justified with normal price adjustments due to increased costs. If there are no coupon offers, you can now go to an atmospheric restaurant and eat healthier. I'm a fan of McDonalds and have always loved eating them. But there is no store concept where management has discovered the gap in the market: food and privacy! Small, discreetly separated areas. The same applies 1:1 to outdoor facilities. I live in 61184 Karben and have been looking for a nice McDonalds for a long time. But he doesn't exist. Too bad.

We've eaten here several times. The ambience inside is fine and the food tastes good. However, it often takes a very long time at McDrive, significantly longer than at other McDonald's branches. The service could still be improved.

Very carefully. Points are stolen here. The employee who was at the drive-in counter on November 9th, 2024 around 10:30-10:45 p.m. stole from customers. And when she got home the burger was missing and she charged double the price. Clearly customer theft!!!

Good McDonalds with food like you're used to. Everything clean, practical location. Sufficient parking spaces available. Unfortunately the seats outside are on the street, but there is a large play slide. Always worth a visit.

The cookie was rock hard like rusks, probably a week old. For the price of EUR 1.79 you can get something fresh like this in every bakery. Access for pedestrians is life-threatening because the same access also has a large gas station and a supermarket.

The slowest drive in I know. In Frankfurt and Offenbach everything goes faster and better. The fries are kept warm for a long time, so they are soggy and don't taste good. I always eat the same thing. But the processing time is always different and the result of the fish is always different.

Easy to reach right next to the Aral gas station, always friendly service and a short waiting time until the food is ready (mcdrive) but inside it is very spacious and there are clean toilets Greetings PW

I am extremely disappointed with the McDonald's branch in Bad Vilbel. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the floor in front of the checkout was extremely greasy and the fries had an unpleasant, sour aftertaste. To make matters worse, my toddler, who was crying, was rudely told “Quiet now” several times by an employee in the McCafé area. This kind of intolerance and arrogance is absolutely unacceptable. I expect much more consideration and respect from a family restaurant!

Typical McDonald's, nothing special but ok if you're looking for something to eat quickly and late.

Ordered today via Lieferando - 4 of the 20 PlantBased Nuggets were made from chicken, that's really not possible!!

Today I entered the McDonald's in Bad Vilbel at 7:50 a.m. to order breakfast. I was briefly looked at by both the lady who was cleaning in the front area, who gave me a listless mumbled answer to my “Good morning” and otherwise completely ignored me, as well as by the other colleague from the service department, after which she went back to her Colleagues back in the kitchen and talked loudly with them about health issues. After 4 minutes of waiting all alone at the counter, I got bored and left with a loud goodbye. Without her looking up, I also received an understandable “bye” from the lady at the front and was out without breakfast. The customer is obviously disturbing. I'm sorry for disturbing you, I won't be back!

Hello, incompetent people work for you, namely at McDonald’s in Bad Vilbel. I ordered two Smart Menu nuggets and they didn't even give me a burger. Is it possible to somehow solve this problem since I still paid the money?

disgusting, the woman with the short blonde hair accuses me, as a vegetarian, of not noticing that I had just eaten meat even though we ordered vegetarian and then becoming cheeky that we should have noticed and threatening to call the police if we complained

Very dirty!!! Despite there being little activity, no one felt responsible for cleaning the tables and chairs/benches. The racks for dirty dishes were overflowing. The chicken burger was cold and the meat was dry and tough! I'm disappointed!

Nice staff and the usual good food

Super fast, nice & clean. We redeemed a voucher for coffee, unfortunately none was available so Ms. Gerco came to meet us and offered us other drinks and we even got large drinks. Great team 💪🏻😁

Fast and friendly service at the Drive Inn, Unfortunately I wasn't careful when ordering and ordered a dirty vegan fish-0 fillet. I can only shake my head. Anyone who eats something like that comes from the laboratory or from the test tube. There's only one thing that comes to mind: Cobbler, stick to your guns, or McDonald's will keep making burgers and what you can do and not that dirty stuff. If you don't like fish and meat, you should order a salad but don't ask for something like that from the laboratory kitchen. Otherwise a very clean and well-kept shop, I know other shops in the area. 100% recommendation except for the vegan stuff.

All tables dirty even though the store was empty. Leftover food under tables. Floor is already slippery from grease. Toilet peed all over. And on top of that, when you ordered a special order, you got the wrong food. Unfortunately that was my last time here. Nothing seems to change...

It's a McDonalds, how can you rate it? I was only in the drive and the alley is quite narrow. I only eat there when I don't have the time or feel like cooking. Unfortunately, prices have risen so much in the last few years. Of course the taste hasn't improved, rather it's gotten worse.

In all the macdonalds I have gone to in my life the chickenburger is with mayonnaise. Here in Germany it is with sweet chili sauce. I asked if they could please change my sauce and they told me they would talk to the boss. In a very rude way another lady told me no and that I had to pay €0.5. What a misery to have to pay that money just to change the sauce on my burger, which is like that in other countries in the world. I wouldn't have had a problem if they had told me in a polite way, but they were so rude 😒😒 so no one speaks German correctly and they still get rude. That's the first McDonald's that's charging me this.

As in every McDonalds the tables are very dingy. The service was very good as always and the food this time wasn't quite as hot as usual but it was tasty.

Order and pay for food via app. Waited a whole 2 hours for delivery within Bad Vilbel and the delivery was still incomplete! Never again!

Been there several times in a row due to renovation work. Outdoor area pleasant, indoor area, mostly leftover food on the floor, the tray return container overflowing. Several employees walked past it and did nothing. An employee accidentally spilled a drink on the floor because he didn't get the turn. After that nothing happened for 5 minutes until an employee came with paper towels to pick it up, mop had apparently been left in the shop next door. And the biggest hammer is that the tray trolley is cleaned with the steam device while there are people 1 meter away eating, cleaning products etc. on the adjacent table. And extension cables are pulled across the shop. In my opinion you can do this outside behind the house. It doesn't necessarily have to be in the store when the weather is nice outside and there's no rain in sight.

MacDonald's...What can I say? I only stopped because it was what I knew in a distant country in a hurry to get to the airport...

The burgers we ordered were freshly prepared. The processing at Drive was quick. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Nothing to complain about.

Solid McDonald's. Service is good and friendly, even with smaller orders that are brought to the table. Everything was very clean, including the toilets.

4.99 for a large portion of fries with ketchup. The portion was neither large nor were the fries tasty.

The cheeseburger, at 2.29, is much too expensive. There is only 1 slice of cheese per citizen, which is normal, but the crowning glory was 2 slices of cucumber, some ketchup and mustard. And all of this on a bun that tasted dry. The whole citizen tasted dry. Fries were ok and then the cola. I've drunk better ones. It was water with color and lots of sugar. It's no longer the McDonalds of 30 years ago where you were served in a friendly manner at the counter. Today there are only the themals left everywhere and the display boards move so fast that you can no longer read. My conclusion is that if you have too much money and don't value QUALITY, you can go. I'm 69 years old now, I don't need the store anymore and I won't go there anymore. And so that's clear, this is entirely my own opinion, which is the second time I've done it at McDonalds.

The very last time at McDonald's! MC Double Chili Cheese for €3.69 is the same size as a regular cheeseburger, but twice as expensive! Therefore the name. But it tastes disgusting. All burgers almost cold! Guys, get a kebab instead of going to McDonald's.

The shop was really disgusting, some of the curly fries were moldy and the bread from the MC rib was probably a week old! Unfortunately only photos are possible here, I've already forwarded the videos to McDonald's! Give out moldy food, you are being sold food poisoning here! Thanks to this store, Mc Donalds definitely has 2 fewer customers! Never again

" There used to be more lametta..." ... that means "back in the day" people took note... and in the past cappuccino in the McCafe was always first class: espresso + milk + foam .... now "cappuccino" is something with coffee + milk to overflowing - as long as you go to it is noted. A pity

They're just sooooooo incredibly slow, I've never experienced anything like that. I don't judge based on an order either, I've been there several times and if I see that three people are at the MCDrive in front of me, I move on. I think you can sole your shoes while running…….

Almost gold, clean and well organized

Always a classic place to go out to eat with friends. Price performance is also great, staff are friendly - you can't go wrong!

I live in Bad Vilbel, and unfortunately I have to see how a good McDonalds has now mutated into the worst fast restaurant that I know in the area (30+). Last year in the summer there was no milkshake machine broken for months, now the ice cream machine is broken. Burger lukewarm, fries were even better. So I recommend taking on a few more kilometers rather than eating something there. Tables are only wiped sporadically.

Worst Mc Donald, MC Drive is a disaster, burger was super bad! Salad was expired, even with a note on top and clearly visible! Employees don't feel like it and are overwhelmed!

Unfortunately I had to use a reusable cup at mcflurry. You don't get asked when you're surprised and when you look at the bill you see that 2 euros were charged for it even though you didn't want it.

Wie immer super essen kommt schnell,schmeckt,ist warm, und kostet nicht so viel Besser als Burgerking(der ckicken burger schmeckt dort echt komisch da ist auch mayonaise drin) und KFC

Die Pommes waren nicht knusprig. Bin ich anders gewöhnt.

Essen war zwar low warm ,jedoch hat waren noch 18 statt 20 Nuggets drinne.

Im Gegensatz zum guten Standard anderer McDonalds Restaurants sind hier die Burger leider mit nicht viel Liebe gemacht. Nach Servietten muss man fragen, und bekommt dann nur eine 😳? Das Personal ist auch nicht gerade freundlich. Es könnte auch etwas sauberer sein (Nicht das Personal 🙃 sondern das Restaurant). Einzig die Geschwindigkeit der Zubereitung ist hier sehr gut.

Alles ok aber leider wird nicht mehr nach Gronau geliefert. Sehr sehr schade!

Ein mittelgroßer McDonald's - ordentliches Design mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Anbei größer Parkplatz zum Einkaufen, und einer Tankstelle. Wie mittlerweile gewohnt Essen an den Terminals auswählen, - per Karte oder an der Kasse zahlen. Hier gibt es so gut wie jeden Burger - Angebote.

Cool alle hatten schlechte Laune. Vier Mitarbeiter haben einen bon ratlos angeschaut. Hinter ihnen noch ein fünfter nur mit Hemd. Filialleiter???? Das gilt jetzt mal für alle Menschen die warum auch immer einen Job machen auf den sie keinen bock haben. JEDE MINUTE IN EUREM LEBEN KOMMT NIEMALS ZURÜCK. Lächeln is viel angenehmer als schlechte Laune. Das kann mann und Frau sich selbst antrainieren..ach so Filialleiter hmmmmhhh weiss nicht ob der ne Funktion hatte.sah ein bisschen aus wie ausgestopft. Hihi

Die Elektronik, Mikro und Lautsprecher, wurden nach langer Zeit endlich verbessert. Ich konnte meine Bestellung aufgeben und in normaler Sprachlautstärke nachfragen; sehr angenehm. Ist, wie alles, teurer geworden, Qualität wie erwartet.

Leider kein Milchshake seit sehr langer Zeit. Was da los?

Sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, Arrogant und genervt weil wir nicht sofort wussten was wir bestellen wollten, als das Essen dann am Tisch war haben wir festgestellt dass die uns keine Servietten mitgegeben haben, als wir danach gefragt haben sind wir wieder genervt angeschaut und ganze 3 Servietten für 6 Menüs bekommen. Dann wollte das Kind statt Ketchup Mayonnaise als wir gefragt haben ob wir tauschen können wurde uns vom selben Mitarbeiter gesagt, das die kein tausch machen wenn wir wollen können wir für 50ct ein Beutel Mayonnaise kaufen, Da ist mir der Kragen geplatzt wollte mit dem Manager reden und was soll ich sagen, der hatte schon Feierabend, die Stellvertreterin konnte mich leider nicht gut verstehen, ihr deutsch war nicht so gut, kein schöner Abend bei mc's

Für schnelle essen ok. Aber die Preise sind viel zu hoch dafür das es nur Fast Food ist.

Nicht zu empfehlen, offene Haare, die Dame fasste sich ständig in die Haare dann das essen an, Kaum einer kann Deutsch. Essen miserabel schmeckte nach altem Fett. Nie wieder!!

Essen ist ok. Dauert aber immer etwas länger. Leider. Personal ist bemüht, aber oft überfordert Beim letzten Besuch hat eine Mitarbeiterin während der regulären Öffnungszeiten in aller Seelenruhe mit bürste, Eimer und Wasser die Barhocker gereinigt. Viele Kunden waren irritiert. Die Damentoilette ist eher ungepflegt und es fehlen Toilettensitze.

Burger frisch und heiß, Gitterkartoffeln kalt und hart, Nuggets kalt....für eine frisch zubereitete Bestellung recht trauriges Ergebnis.

Was soll man schreiben. Seit langer Zeit mal wieder bei McD gewesen und ich kann sagen, es war interessant. Der Ketchup pro Tütchen kostet 0,50ct (25€/Liter), trotz rd 20€ Gesamtbetrag. Strohhalm zur Cola gibt es nicht mehr. Pseudo-greenwashing bei noch immer maximalen Abfall und der Maximierung der Preise. Macht keinen Sinn! Nir für den der Geld damit verdient. Ach so, geschmeckt hat‘s wie es eben bei McD schmeckt.
