McDonald's in Bad Vilbel

Der mit Abstand chaotischste und langsamste MC den es gibt. Egal wann man dort hingeht, immer muss man ellenlang warten und der Laden ist einfach unsauber und ungrundig alle sind überfordert und überlastet.

Essen war heute super frisch. Alles noch heiß am Tisch angekommen.

Diese McDonald’s-Filiale war früher wirklich besser. Leider haben wir schon öfter die falsche Bestellung erhalten. Heute sehe ich mich deshalb gezwungen, eine Bewertung abzugeben. Mein Sohn und ich sind uns einig: Wir werden diese Filiale künftig meiden. Das Ambiente wirkt leider nicht besonders sauber. Natürlich liegt das teilweise auch an den Gästen, dennoch sollten die Tische regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Unser Hauptproblem war jedoch erneut die Bestellung. Wie auf dem Kassenbon zu sehen ist, hat mein Sohn ein WM-Menü mit Double McMelt bestellt und ich einen Steakhouse Stack. Nach etwa 15 Minuten Wartezeit erhielten wir unsere Bestellung – allerdings zunächst ohne Becher. Der Mitarbeiter war immerhin so freundlich, diese nachzureichen. Zu Hause angekommen (nach etwa 12 Minuten Fahrt) war die Enttäuschung groß: Statt des Double McMelt hatten wir zweimal den Steakhouse Stack in der Tüte. Der Burger meines Sohnes wurde also gar nicht eingepackt. Da wir keine Lust hatten, noch einmal zurückzufahren, bleibt uns nur diese Bewertung. Mein Sohn konnte am Ende lediglich seine Pommes essen – das war’s. Sehr traurig. Die Qualität und Sorgfalt, die McDonald’s einmal ausgezeichnet haben, sind hier leider nicht mehr zu spüren.

Weiß nicht, warum man für einen Kaffee 15 min braucht, dann angibt, dass er abholbereit ist und mich dann trotzdem noch warten lässt. Am Ende dann auch noch ein schwarzer Kaffee statt eines Milchkaffees, der verbrannt schmeckte.

Sauber, ordentlich und das Essen ist, im Gegensatz zu anderen Filialen auch noch warm bis heiß und nicht nur lauwarm

Jede Bestellung fehlt was… einfach zum ärgern… man muss jede Bestellung vor Ort kontrollieren da immer was fehlt… 6 Bestellungen alle 6 falsch. Am Ende ist es nur vom Display ablesen

Warum musste ich zehn Minuten auf meine Zero Zero Cola warten, nur um dann festzustellen, dass sie dachten, es sei keine 0,33-koffeinfreie Cola, sondern eine 0,25-zuckerfreie Cola (mit Koffein)? Keine Ahnung. Die Angestellten waren unfreundlich, sie unterhielten sich oder arbeiteten einfach, während ich am Tresen stand. Dürfen Autisten etwa nicht zu McDonald's gehen? Am Ende bekam ich meine Zero Zero Cola, aber sie schauten nur auf meinen Kassenzettel und gaben mir wortlos eine Cola.

Mc Donalds halt. Draußen sehr voll und überall Müll. Personal hatte all die Zeit gut zu tun. Trotzdem seht schade dass der Kunde hier nicht viel Beachtung bekommt.

Mitarbeiter kennen sich nicht aus. Wollte aus der App 2 Cappuccino. Mitarbeiter war nicht in der Lage uns das Angebot zu geben. So mussten wir 2 bezahlen 🙁

10 Cheeseburger bestellt. Dafür 2 stunden und 30min gewartet , Bei Konfrontierung wurde nur gesagt: "pech wer am meisten bestellt isst als letztes" also sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt, dann ist der ganze boden voller essensreste, essen war dann zur krönung auch noch kalt , ekelhaft

Ich war lange nicht mehr bei McDonald's – jetzt weiß ich auch wieder warum. Der gesamte Bereich wirkte sehr ungepflegt: Boden und Tische waren verschmutzt, die Rückgabewagen überfüllt und Essensreste lagen teilweise davor. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfinde ich persönlich als nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich werde vorerst keinen weiteren Besuch einplanen.

Desaströses Erlebnis (wieder mal - ja, selbst Schuld). 30 (Dreißig!) Minuten im McDrive gewartet für zwei Bestellungen innerhalb der App, worin ja eigentlich alles gut aufgelistet und lesbar ist. Hier jedoch nicht. Servicekraft am Schalter völlig überfordert mit einfachster Kommunikation und Ablauf. Zu Hilfe gerufene andere Mitarbeiterin ebenfalls überfordert. Bestellung nachjustiert und erneut bestätigt, dann wieder langes Warten und dem traurigen Ergebnis, dass erneut ein Artikel fehlt und andere Artikel falsch sind. In der Zwischenzeit wurde das übrige Essen natürlich völlig kalt. Tut der Servicekraft alles zwar leid, hilft dann aber auch nicht mehr. Hätten wir nicht bereits online bezahlt, wären wir am liebsten ohne jeglichen weiteren Kommentar einfach weiter gefahren. Im ganzen Rhein-Main-Gebiet die unangefochten schlimmste Filiale. Mitarbeiter langsam, unorganisiert, unmotiviert und nicht kommunikationsfähig.

Plantbased ist etwas anderes… 12€ für nichts. Beim Drive in muss man sich die Zeit nehmen alles einzeln rauszuholen und zu prüfen.

Man findet kein Platz zum Sitzen weil fast alle Tische so schmutzig sind dass man einfach nichts mehr essen möchte. Nach dem meine Bitte, die Tische wurden zwar saubergemacht aber so dass man es am besten nicht machen würde, nach dem abwischen hinterlässt man einfach die ganze Chemie auf den Tischen ohne danach einmal mit trockenem Tuch drüberzugehen. Boden ist klebrig überall fett ist einfach unhygienisch und eckelhaft. Nie wieder also fahre lieber paar km zu ein andere McDonald's.

Die Toilette stank so bestialisch, dass mir die Augen tränten. Ich musste 15 Minuten auf zwei Kaffees warten, obwohl keine Schlange war.

Seitdem fast das komplette Team durch Legastheniker ersetzt wurde ist jeder Besuch eine Katastrophe. Es werden Burger vergessen, Extrawünsche (zb ohne Zwiebeln) werden nicht beachtet. Der Burger wird einfach komplett zubereitet, egal was und wie viel man nicht drauf haben will. Bei Cola Zero wird auch einfach Cola ausgegeben nach dem Motto merkt ja keiner. In Zukunft gehen wir nach Bergen Enkheim

Habe über Lieferando bestellt das Essen kam nach zwei Stunden immer noch nicht mir wurde dann gesagt dass ich angeblich nicht an dem vereinbarten. War und mir wurde zum Schluss mein Geld zurückerstattet in dieser Laden ist der größte Drecks Laden überhaupt

Noch nie so ein schlechtes Erlebnis bei MC Donalds gehabt... Der Laden war nur mäßig besucht als ich dort war. Essen hat 15min gedauert. Pommes waren labbrig und kalt. MC Rib komplett trocken, kaum Soße. Das selbe bei den Cheeseburgern...Kaum Ketchup oder Senf dran. Feuchte Reinigungs Tücher für die MC Rib wurden genauso "vergessen" wie das Eis beim Eistee... Keine Entschuldigung, kein nix als ich das angesprochen habe. Wahrscheinlich war da einfach niemand der deutschen Sprache mächtig. Tische, sitze und Boden waren unglaublich Schmutzig. Alles in allem eine absolute Katastrophe der Laden...

Der Ort ist in Ordnung, alles ist in Ordnung, er ist genauso wie die anderen.

Habe nach 10 Jahren mal Appetit auf Chicken Nuggets gehabt. Das Wort "Geschmack" darf man überhaupt nicht in den Mund nehmen. Für die Panande und deren Konsistenz gibt es keine Worte. Falls ich überhaupt so etwas noch einmal dort bestellen sollte, müsste ich völlig senil sein.

Das erste mal dort heute, Frühstück im DriveIn geholt, erstmal 10min warten und dann auch noch alle McToasts falsch…. Was sagt ein Arbeitskollege immer: „Zu dumm die Post reinzuholen“ 🤦🏻‍♂️ Kommt davon, wenn man nur „Fachkräfte“ einstellt 🤮

Als ich im Drive-in Punkte sammeln wollte, behandelte mich die Kassiererin, als wäre ich ein Idiot, nur weil ich nach dem Bezahlen meinen Code gezeigt hatte. Es dauerte eine Weile, bis sie begriff, dass ich Punkte sammeln wollte. Ein anderes Mal wollte meine Frau im Drive-in einen Coupon einlösen. Der Kassierer schrie sie an und meinte, sie würde alle blockieren, nur weil sie ihm sagen wollte, dass sie einen Coupon verwenden wollte. Er brauchte eine Weile, um zu verstehen, dass sie einen Coupon wollte, und sprach dann wütend mit ihr und gab ihr die Schuld an der langen Schlange. Und als ob das nicht schon schlimm genug wäre, stimmte die Bestellung auch noch nicht einmal… Der schlechteste Service, den wir je bei McDonald’s erlebt haben.

Wie des Öfteren haben wir heute wieder NUR 2 Eis und einmal Nuggets bestellt und ich musste nach 20 Minuten mal nachfragen ob wir noch was bekommen. Von mehreren Leuten um mich herum den Unmut mitbekommen, da alle mind. 15-30 Minuten auf ihr Essen gewartet haben. Es wird leider immer schlimmer.

Heute via Drive bestellt. Zuhause 5min Fahrt gemerkt, dass die Soßen fehlten, kann ja mal passieren aber die Pommes und die Burger waren kalt! Ehrlich hab früher immer mal MC Donalt gegessen aber die aktuellen Preise stehen in keinem Verhältnis zur Qualität! Learning ich kontrolliere ab jetzt sofort..... und bei Mängeln wirds sofort zurückgegeben!

Hatte 2 Double Cheeseburger bestellt zur Lieferung ins Haus bestellt, geliefert wurden 2 einfache Burger. Abzocke hoch 3, den Laden in Bad Vilbel kann man abhaken!!! Betrug!

Ein Besuch in der Filiale in Bad Vilbel ist leider jedes Mal sehr enttäuschend. Die Filiale wirkt generell ungepflegt – mal etwas besser, mal schlechter, aber insgesamt ist es dort häufig deutlich verschmutzt. Noch ärgerlicher ist jedoch, dass man erst zu Hause feststellt, nicht das erhalten zu haben, was man bestellt hat. Genau das ist mir inzwischen bereits zweimal passiert. Das ist äußerst frustrierend und schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Insgesamt hinterlässt der Besuch keinen professionellen Eindruck und führt zu unnötigem Ärger für den Kunden.

Leider werden in kurzen Abständen Preise sehr schnell angehoben. Essen, wie gewohnt, lecker. Mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht

Wir haben es wieder gewagt, und wurden bitter enttäuscht. Zahlung über die App nur mit Paypal und Karte. Burger waren alt und trocken Soße und Zwiebeln haben gefehlt und alles fast kalt . Sry und das für die Preise absolut Frech .

Mal schön 30 min im drive through gestanden, mein Essen war dann eiskalt und die Hälfte hat gefehlt! Schlimmster Laden in ganz Ffm

McD ist nicht mehr das was es früher war.

Der Manager vom Abend des 14.11.25 hat unsere Bestellung nicht ausgeliefert und verweigert nachträglich eine Zustellung in die Wege zu leiten. Wir haben alles im voraus bezahlt aber wurden ignoriert und im Endeffekt um unser Geld betrogen. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage hatten wir keine Möglichkeit es zu klären und wurden abgewimmelt

Öffnungszeiten haben sich geändert, ist aber online und am Drive in nicht hinterlegt. (Alle Beleuchtungen außen angeschaltet, inklusive Anzeigen am Drive in) Nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit wird man dann noch angepampt, dass „zu“ sei, und es ja am Haupteingang ein Zettel hinge.

The only good thing was the food; everything tasted good. But McDonald's used to be better. The seats, tables, and floor were far too dirty. Perhaps it's because most people seem to have no manners anymore and leave everything filthy. It really should be wiped down more often for new customers, and the staff unfortunately seemed quite overwhelmed.

9:00 for breakfast, nothing going on—having to wait 30 minutes for a soggy mcg muffin and a coffee is ridiculous. And to top it all off, the food you just made is cold!

We were there on a Saturday afternoon. The food was good, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired (ladies' restroom, seating area, and food packaging).

With the right coupons, eating at McDonald's is even more fun!

No matter when I pick up food, there's always an extremely long wait. What about fast food?

The bun was old and dry, and the cheeseburger meat was also dry and flaky. The hamburger patty from the McTasty was maybe 30 or 49 grams... what do you pay €11 for?? Seriously, just Burger King... What a waste of money. I was there again. As always, inedible. I had to reorder fries because they were as old as rubber and cold.

Coupons wouldn't open despite being online. There was no other way to order extras. There were coupons available, but they didn't include what I wanted. Only available via the app. The garbage truck was overflowing for a while. People were leaving trash on the table, and I didn't see anyone wiping tables while I was there. The food was nice and hot, though, and I enjoyed it :-)

A fairly large branch that was mostly clean. The staff was friendly, and the products were tasty. The wait wasn't very long either.

Absolute disaster. I ordered through Lieferando, the order was accepted, and I paid via PayPal. After two hours, my husband went to check if our order had arrived, as no one was available by phone. The shift manager there was rude and said the order didn't exist, even though we had the receipt. She then told us to just cancel. So we stayed hungry. Absolutely catastrophic customer service!!

It's a shame, the quality, service, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff have declined significantly in recent years 😪 All the tables were dirty and smeared, no wonder when you wipe all the tables with the same cloth without cleaning it. The restrooms are very dirty and unhygienic. It's a real shame...

The children's play equipment doesn't work, or it doesn't turn on. The playground is closed and won't open. Drinking coffee outside is impossible because of wasps.

Today I went to McDonald's for the first time in a long time and immediately regretted it... I ordered the McPlant Happy Meal and the nuggets were made of meat... As a strict vegetarian, I found that anything but funny... please be a little more careful! There are also people who can't eat meat for health reasons...

This visit was absolutely terrible... First, our mayonnaise was forgotten and only reluctantly given back. Then, the pickles on two burgers were forgotten!!!! The chicken nuggets were inedible because they crumbled into pieces when you bit into them. The wasp situation outside was unbearable, with food scraps lying everywhere. Suddenly, my girlfriend discovered that there was a piece of gum stuck to her chair, which she had sat in, and now it's stuck to her jeans. Hygiene is out of the question here. So, all in all, a very disappointing visit after we wanted to treat ourselves after a stressful day. This McDonald's doesn't even deserve 3 stars 😔 But everything is still better than the one in Kalbach. Best wishes and have a nice day!

Absolute disaster store. Orders take forever, or parts are simply forgotten...they're not just cold, but look like they were thrown in a cardboard box. The employee with the WORST language skills is always at the McDrive counter...

The food at McDonald's is always okay, but what's not working right now is that for weeks now, the drinks have been extremely stale and poorly chilled compared to other branches. Go out to eat, but buy your drinks elsewhere. Please finally address this! Hence the bad stars.

Bad, my mother wanted to get something for me, but I'm in a wheelchair and can't get there. No milkshake machine, it has to be done 3 or 4 times.

EDIT: McDonald's has become much better with a young and dynamic team! For the people who complain about the cleanliness... everyone should clean up their own mess. Please teach it to your children too.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, nice outdoor area. Unfortunately, ordering and paying via the app hasn't worked several times, unnecessarily delaying pickup, hence one star deducted.

I didn't eat anything on this visit because the restaurant was in very poor condition. There was water all over the floor, which was very slippery and dangerous. The overall cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. Very disappointing – this shouldn't happen at McDonald's. I hope they pay more attention to hygiene and order in the future.

Here too often, food is done up to standards, service often slightly slow depending on who's on shift. Basic a normal McDonalds but a tad cleaner than typical city ones.

Never again McDonald's in Bad Vilbel. Employees don't understand a word of German and are very unfriendly... and please only hire well-groomed employees...

We arrived 20 minutes past the stated opening time. The door was closed. No one felt obligated to open it, even though staff were obviously inside.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's branch in Bad Vilbel. The general cleanliness was inadequate – the floor in the checkout area, in particular, was very dirty and slippery. The fries tasted unusually sour, indicating a possible quality deviation. Particularly disconcerting, however, was the behavior of an employee in the McCafé area, who repeatedly reprimanded my crying toddler with a harsh "Quiet now!" Such an unfriendly tone is completely inappropriate for a family-oriented restaurant. I have already contacted headquarters, but McDonald's seems to have little influence on improvements at franchise branches. It's a real shame – in my opinion, there is an urgent need for action here.

Convenient location with easy access from Bad Vilbel by both bus and train. There's parking available and a drive-through option. Outdoor seating is available, and the restaurant is located right next to a petrol station, Lidl, and just a 5-minute walk from Bad Vilbel train station. The area also includes a DM store, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a few other shops, which makes it a practical stop. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s even a small outdoor play area for children, plus a nearby car wash. While I wouldn’t eat at McDonald’s every day, it’s a convenient and decent option from time to time.

I've been there myself. The food there, like Big Macs, Chicken McNuggets, and the like, is actually pretty good. On my last visit last year, the ice cream machine was broken, and I could only order a Coke. I prefer going to McDonald's in Butzbach because, in my opinion, the food is much better there.

I ve ordered via App at 10.08 and when I was there at 10.25 I was waiting more than 10 minutes to hear that my order was not ready and we don't make breakfast after 10.30. Told him I ve already ordered and was not be informed but he went to the next customer. Shame on the store that keeps guys like him to speak that way to the people. We planned our family breakfast and got nothing. Never again... they are not reliable....

Ordered 2 menus with glasses, but didn't get one without a word about it.

I ordered a fish mac for my kids at the drive-thru and drove on. During the drive-thru, one of my kids said she couldn't eat the fish mac or swallow it because it felt like chewing gum. I stopped to check what was in it. Apparently, they heated up the Big Mac from the day before and sold it to us. Absolutely disgusting. Luckily, nothing happened to my kids.

After the burgers there, I had food poisoning!! And the drinks are all non-carbonated!

1 star – Disappointing visit Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience. Two burgers were missing from our order. When we pointed this out in a friendly manner, an employee reacted unnecessarily loudly and eager to discuss. Instead of simply examining the error, he repeatedly claimed that "three burgers" had never been forgotten - even though we had clearly spoken of two. What was particularly unprofessional was his loud remark that “we will definitely come back at some point and claim that there is a lack of food again”. Such assumptions don't work at all. Mistakes can happen - but the way we handled them was completely wrong. We won't be seeing this branch again any time soon.

Very very bad food I have ever eaten in my life. I ask for an orderly office. That they have to control this McDonald's in Bad-Vilbel to save the health of others. because I feel like throwing up after eating at this McDonald's.

Once again, instead of coffee or chai, I got a latte made with PLANT milk and COW milk. I am allergic and cannot consume dairy products, so I had to give up the drink. The chai latte was also very low in intensity, compared to other McDonald's. The food is okay, tasty and fresh, unfortunately sometimes there are no McFlurrs. Very little contact service.

No cold Coke available as the system is broken. Despite friendly inquiries, no ice cream was received as compensation. Should I buy everyone an ice cream now, the employee asks me. I answer YES. But I don't get one, hence one star.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming in. The seating area smells like a toilet. I ordered a bacon muffin and only realized on the train that my muffin only contained cheese and egg, no bacon. At least the coffee was good and the young lady who made it was nice.

The exterior of the facility is a 10 out of 10, very nice and cozy! I can only rate my experience with the ice cream and coffee, as I don't eat fast food at McDonald's. The ice cream and coffee were extremely delicious, and the service was the fastest I've ever experienced. About 20 seconds after completing my ice cream order, my order of two ice creams was handed to me. Four seconds after completing my coffee order, the lady at the coffee counter went to process my order. And all this despite the store being fairly busy. I can therefore only recommend this location and am surprised by the otherwise poor rating.
