You pay a service fee and a not exactly small delivery fee and wait more than 90 minutes for the order to be delivered. The excuse is that you as a customer should deal with Lieferando. After the renovation it looks very modern and inviting, only the monitor with the offers directly above the central island where you sit is a bit annoying because people are constantly watching you because they are distracted by the monitors

It's good for a fast food restaurant. It tasted good and it was pretty clean too. Tables were always cleaned straight away and the collection points for trays etc. were emptied.

The Mc Café orders (above, with app) don't work. Recently ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and got one with cow's milk, a few days before that I got a coffee with oat milk instead of a cappuccino with oat milk. Thanks for nothing 👎🏼

Wow, it's so dry, it's simply the worst food you can buy. The cola is watery, the onion rings are just warm, sticky, there are only drops of sauce on the Texas BBQ, the thing was so difficult to eat. The chilly chese is delicious here. But I'm afraid that only current customers are expected here. Grandpa always said that hunger drives you in. 😔

Burgers were standard. Cleanliness was rather mixed. The ordering terminals are the oldest and slowest I have ever experienced. The staff didn't care at all.

The cashier argued with me and said that he gave 30 euros even though he only gave me 10 euros instead of 26 euros. Then one of his employees comes and addresses me as "eyy" which is very disrespectful. They say "The customer is king" but apparently this store doesn't exist.

In contrast to most other branches, here you know what to do and do it quickly, promptly and even in a friendly manner. Unfortunately it seems to be the only shop in Hamburg that understands what fast food means. Thanks guys, keep it up.

The place is saturated with unsanitary conditions, dirt and birds flying through this dining room. Full of bad smelling homeless people. The coffee is probably the worst in the world. The food falls apart in your hands. I don't recommend it
