I loved the attention too much, especially from one of the workers who speaks Italian who was super friendly and very nice at all times 🥰✨✨✨ I highly recommend the place ✨

Not too good at getting our order of 2 burgers, salad, fries, mayo, cola zero & caramel macchiato correct! No caramel in the Caramel Macchiato, Bacon missing on the McCrispy Curry, no fork for the salad, but a plus point was an unordered Cola!! They did manage to supply the strawberry cakes for dessert without any problems though and the staff were very willing to correct the mistakes.

Seriously. I ordered Double Hamburger Royal Cheese. I took one bite, noticed something weird that definitely did NOT look like sesame and realised it was a human fingernail. FINGERNAIL. I was absolutely disgusted by it and never EVER going to order from this place again.

I was only here at the drive in at 3 a.m. and everything worked perfectly. Food was ready within 3 minutes, fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly.

Many parking spaces are easily accessible. There are also charging stations for electric vehicles. For us it was a stopover on our hike around Oberstdorf and Obermaiselstein. Usual McDonald's quality. Quick and easy. There wasn't much going on this Sunday. Well strengthened and warmed up, we continued our hike after the visit.

Very friendly staff. Our fries were replaced upon request. We asked personally several times whether everything was to our satisfaction. Always my pleasure!

Unfriendly staff and service. 0 stars. Points weren't transferred to the order. They didn't want to know anything about it. They didn't even try to help.

Wi waren am Sonntag den 23.03.2025 B im Restaurant und wollten einen Big King und einen Cile Cease Bürger mitnehmen für 7,99Euro . Die App mit den Coupon hielt ich der Angestellten hin die den PR Code nur noch anschauen musste. Sie verlangte aber 9,99 Euro . Nun bekommen wir noch Pomes frites und eine Cola die wir nicht bestellt hatte. Nun sprach ich die Mitarbeiterin darauf , sie tat als würde sie mich nicht verstehen., diese Frau bediente mich letzten Sonntag schon und wollte mir eine Cola geben, ich wollte ab light. Ketchup wollte sie mir auch keines geben, dann fragte ich sie was es kosten würde sie sagte sie wüsste es nicht. Diese Dame ist nicht geeignet im Service zu arbeiten. Schlechte Werbung für Big King.

It's Friday. You've had a busy week and you're quick to grab something quick to take home. At home, check whether the tomato you ordered is actually not there and then THAT! I'm really not fussy... but brown lettuce that's already oozing is just a different kind of bad. No one can tell me that you can't see something like that when you look at it.
