Pretty old, service not the fastest, food ok.

Food mediocre to bad, the only good thing was the Cola Freestyle machine, which is now gone so not worth a visit

Unfortunately, the name "Best Döner Laim" is not accurate - we really have better ones here. The kebab is not good and the bread is just bad. If the food is bad, the politeness should at least be good (exist). When you see that you're not the only one having a bad experience, then you know that it wasn't just a bad day that everyone can have.

The order was not accepted! We go to Kochlöffel every now and then for the chicken wings, onion rings and fries - among other things. Yesterday my partner wanted to order drinks early in the evening after dinner. The man in service said "later" - nothing came of it. He preferred to go out and smoke with two colleagues, leaving behind a very busy colleague and a colleague who apparently only cared about one station. This was at a time when people were lining up and the team couldn't keep up. We don't know whether the other two colleagues were on duty. But going in and out of the kitchen showed that they must be part of the staff. And they kept the team busy during this time. The fries were spicier.

Delicious kebabs and good service

I often go to different subways, but here the service is really big! The one employee who feels like he's always there is really friendly and happy to give you advice. You get the feeling that he loves his job and the sub tastes twice as good! Keep it up! 👍

Not that bad in itself but if you order a cheeseburger you have the stupid option of buying bacon with it for €0.60 which is ridiculous and then you get a stiff bacon, the sinks are way too small and the shitty water is just as expensive like all other drinks, what's the point? But apart from the junkie at the door, it's not that bad.

Extremely long waiting time in drive (30 minutes), then received the wrong order.

Racism in a different way! As a German you are treated like dirt here! And when it comes to take-away orders, at least one ordered product is now missing. Today it was a cheeseburger and two accompanying sauces. I now assume that the frequency of “forgotten” products is due to intentional fraud! But the staff can't even say an apology. Which brings me back to racism.

The staff has improved after the renovation and the fries are fresh and very good again

why is this shop still open!? where is the Ministry of Health and so on!?🤬there is no satisfied customer who should close the store.
