McDonald's in Dachau

Racism in a different way! As a German you are treated like dirt here! And when it comes to take-away orders, at least one ordered product is now missing. Today it was a cheeseburger and two accompanying sauces. I now assume that the frequency of “forgotten” products is due to intentional fraud! But the staff can't even say an apology. Which brings me back to racism.

One of the nastiest McDonald's I've ever been to! Simply disgusting! Everything totally dirty. The floor is sticky and the tables and chairs are completely uncleaned.

I drove to the "drive in" around 6 p.m. on Saturday evening to pick up the electronic order. Nothing going on...great, then it'll be quick. At least that's what I thought. However, the requested invoice amount differs slightly from the amount shown in the order app. Nobody can explain why... actually, they don't even try! The amount will be corrected by a service person at some point. When I mention that I would still like to pay by Girocard, the waitress slaps his forehead with the palm of his hand. At least now I feel like an annoying first grader... and I end up paying in cash. What can I say - customer loyalty works differently.

200 points were stolen from me in this juice shop. Staff wasn't any help either

It wasn't good and it wasn't really fresh either. I haven't been to McDonalds in a long time and I won't be going there any time soon... it's a shame

We ordered various menus, burgers etc. for almost €65. When we got home we discovered that wraps and nuggets worth more than €10 had been charged but not packed. Super annoying!!!

I went to McDonald's today and ordered four burgers and received three of them. The service was pretty cool, counting the staffing levels and the preparation of my burgers, where ingredients were missing.

Very very very shocked at the way the employees treated me. I think the shift manager's name is Jonela, see the lady in the picture. At first she refused to let us go upstairs because she said she had already cleaned and didn't want to clean again because of us. When I asked her her name for the review, she made fun of me about the name being on the receipt and whether I needed glasses. So in short, the lady was extremely unfriendly and I don't think that's what McDonald's stands for.

At first there were only 1x grid of fries on the tray instead of 2x and then the sauces were missing

Didn't receive the order completely. Only after asking do you get the rest, even though everything is on the order. At the end the coffee was also given in a dirty cup. Just disgusting. Never again........

Extremely messy and dirty. The empty tablets had to be placed on the nearby table because the cart was overcrowded. Floor sticky and wet!!!! Simply disgusting!!! Never again!!!!

Waited half an hour and then asked what was going on with our order. To then hear that they had no idea and, after a while at the counter, realize that they had messed up our order. And there wasn't even an apology.

The 4 stars are because everything is standard and there is nothing special (extra clean or anything). The food could definitely be better documented, with a little more precision (love). And the order would have to be issued correctly so that it fits. This is where service comes into play: what was missing was delivered later.

Everything is full of wasps, no communication possible at the checkout.

Worse worse worst McDonald! It couldn't be worse! Dirt everywhere you look! Whether tables, benches, chairs, walls and especially the toilet and sink! You really miss out on any food that you can call food! Just bad! All the employees just stand around, do nothing, understand nothing and when you ask something they raise their shoulders and shake their heads! Just a disaster!

Worst service ever. Order should come to the table, chaos downstairs at the counter and no one thought it necessary to inform the people waiting for their food. Several had to go downstairs with their numbers and tell the shift manager what they had ordered. Anyone who ordered on the app like we did was yelled at stupidly about where the note was... huh? Notes and app? Maybe McDonald’s should train its employees more carefully (German course would also be a great idea)

Waited 15 minutes. Craziness. Employees hardly speak German and when asked where the order is they say “I don’t care”.

Today I had an extremely disappointing experience at the McDonald's Dachau, Frauenhoferstrasse branch. When I wanted to redeem a voucher, the salesperson asked me to hand him my phone to scan the code. Since I didn't want to give up my cell phone, I politely explained that the code could also be scanned directly from the screen. Instead of responding to my request, I was told in an unfriendly tone that my order would then be refused and that I should continue driving. This reaction was not only rude, but also completely incomprehensible. It is unacceptable to me that I was refused service due to such a simple and solvable situation. The way I was treated here shows a clear lack of customer focus. I will avoid this branch in the future and cannot recommend it under any circumstances due to my negative experience. Such behavior should not be acceptable in any customer service setting.

German McDonald's is better than UK, but it is what it is. Pretty much the same everywhere, dependable and filling. Expectations should be kept low, and you'll be fine 👍

Ordering food took over 15 minutes

The staff here is simply overwhelmed and unfriendly even though it was empty. Waiting time is super long. It doesn't matter whether you ordered inside or MC Drive. The branch had already had better service from a technical point of view.

We had placed the order where the order would be brought to the table. However, after 15 minutes we had not received anything, while the people who had placed an order after us had already received their food. The staff were shouting at each other… read 'noise in the kitchen'. The order was not complete. The food was lukewarm. Then we went for dessert. That didn't go quite right either. The iced coffee was served without whipped cream and the milkshake had a huge dollop of whipped cream. Unfortunately, we only found out when almost everything was gone. We thought the milkshake tasted a bit like coffee and the iced coffee was very creamy with a lot of chocolate and little coffee 😂 in short. Chaotic, not tasty. Not recommended this MacDonalds.

The service noticeably deteriorates. Hardly any more employees who are proficient in German. It's sad when you can't be understood at the MCDrive switch. You get wrong products because the employees can't even type in codes correctly.

Great Mci because it takes part in almost all activities and the ice cream machine is rarely broken. I like to get a snack here. Waiting time depends on the time of day.

The Mäcci really has its best times behind it. Not a visit where everything fits, listless employees, dirty tables and the toilet are best avoided. The Mc Café is almost never occupied. You always have to wait until an employee feels comfortable coming.

Had to wait 10 minutes at the order counter at McDrive. In the best German: "please wait, thank you" (5 minutes later) "please wait, thank you" , then another 7 minutes at the serving counter. Was stupid and only checked the food after it was served. When we got home we noticed the following: Instead of the ordered 1x sour cream, 2x curry, 1x BBQ, 1x ketchup and 2x mayo sauces, we were given 2x curry and 2x BBQ, 1x mayo, 1x ketchup. No toys in the Happymeal even though a gift selection was specified... instead a 3cm thick stack of napkins... They're first world problems, I know. Regardless, McDonalds had better service.

It's a Mac Donalds so nothing special per se What can be mentioned, however, is that it is a chain restaurant that does justice to the franchise. So far I haven't been disappointed here

Bought the food at the Drive Inn... arrived home and unpacked... the burger was missing from the menu... unfortunately this has happened many times where you pay in full and then something is missing... that shouldn't happen

Unfortunately, it often happens that orders at McDrive are incomplete. Particularly annoying, of course, is the Happy Meal, which has now been served three times without toys or the replacement book (or whatever is available). The other day I was still missing a burger, maybe ketchup or something similar, or I waited at the counter to get my drink until the employee had finished her conversation. Unfortunately, this is driven by experience, especially on the drive, because I don't want to check on site whether everything is really there this time.

Very sleeping staff. I'm not coming today, I'm coming tomorrow. Cleaning the table is rare then only leftover food from the edges of the table is thrown onto the floor. There are leftover food lying around on the floor. Observed and saw it myself yesterday.

We simply didn't get any sauces and the last time we were insulted even though the employee forgot to give us the Mcflurry even though we ordered it. It was assumed that we hadn't ordered one! Cheeky

They didn't open the diaper changing room even upon special request, the service man only repeated that he can't open it on higher orders. It's a shame and disgrace that they are like this in 2024 for a family with small children. We will never go here again and we will not recommend it to anyone, because it is not enough that they behave like this, even if the whole building is dirty.

The veg burgers are great. We ordered a small expresso coffee. The lady at the counter gave half full cup with pale expression. Near outside area good parking.

Wasn't there for a long time and the food was okay but hygiene wasn't great. The tables on the upper floor were dirty and generally hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. The other branches can do it better and there is always someone on site to clean, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here.

The staff is very unfriendly and there are often long waiting times. At least the products are fresh, but not beautifully prepared. It's a shame, it used to be much better here.

I ordered an apple turnover. As I was packing it up, I saw the employee remove the time sticker. When I asked if it wasn't too old because she removed the sticker, the lady wanted to give me another apple turnover. But this had apparently already expired as it was also put to the side. I have no idea how old the apple turnover really was. She then wanted to bring me a fresh one, but that took 5 minutes. I should sit down during this time and then she will bring them to me. But my trust wasn't so great anymore and I asked for my money back.

This McDonald's was really bad. When ordering, the computer didn't come out with a receipt, and an employee was too loud.

The cappuccino was extremely good. The staff (the gentleman who was on duty this morning was promoted) is really super friendly and hardworking. Recommended for breakfast.

The food was normal, according to McDonald's standards. However the staff was super rude, and the tables were all dirty. I don't recommend it and I will never go back there again...

Update: I wanted to eat at McDonald's again after a long time and ended up here again. Absolute failure. A monkey circus like no other. Absolutely overcrowded, chaotic even when you walk in. Straight back out. Easily the most anti-social McDonald's in Germany. Not recommended due to the anti-social lower class pack that peddles it there. Give it a wide berth. Eating something quickly there becomes a stress test.

Electronic ordering only causes problems. Very unfriendly for children, no changing table available. After changing my child's diaper in the chair, I was loudly and aggressively attacked by an employee. German is a foreign word, 4 different people had to place the order because the language barrier was too high.

Just a normal McDonald's like most others. The quality is good, but the prices are now a bit excessive.

Worst drive-in. Everyone is processed completely individually, which takes forever while 3 men in the parking lot watch someone plant flowers.

The employee at the checkout speaks neither German nor English, there is no more butter for scrambled eggs (the portion is laughably small), the 1st floor is closed for breakfast even though there are only 5 tables downstairs?? Catastrophe. You never actually get what you order. For example, if you want to exchange the normal nuggets for the plant nuggets you ordered, this is not possible. Hardly anyone speaks German and order numbers are not called out, instead the bag is simply put there.

So you're just being made fun of. The burgers feel like they get even smaller every time. It's bad that the BigMac is now only the size of a hamburger. But still pretty expensive. It was only out of necessity that we ended up there. But we were confirmed that we would no longer eat there.

Unfortunately we live close to this branch, so whenever we feel the need, or the children ask for McDonalds, we have to come here and each time we hope that it gets better than the time before. But we are almost always disappointed. The staff here does not seem to get a single order correct. We always have to double check that we got everything we ordered. This maybe small items like a forgotten toy in the happy meal or the missing ketchup, technically no big deal. But this happens without lying everytime we go there. Today I ordered for me and the children several burgers, drinks and condiments. One drink was missing, the condiments too and my drink that was supposed to be ice tea turned out to be a coke zero. I mean seriously, how hard can it be to not rush an order but to check if everything is on the tray? The tables are not being regularly cleaned either, especially on the upper floor, so we had times where we got a spray bottle and a paper towle from the cleaning station and wiped the table ourselves. We have been to several other McDonalds branches recently and got to see that there is a different level of cleanliness and service than there is in this one.

Bein Mc Drive werden immer wird die Soße zu den Nuggets oder zur Pommes vergessen…………… nervig lassen jeden 2 m vorfahren, so dass man dann nicht mal mehr zurück fahren kann wenn was fehlt, weil hinten noch ein Auto steht. So schwer kann das nicht sein

Die Fritten beim Schachtler, sind immer wieder ein Genuss. Außerdem nahm mich ein Mitarbeiter am Telefon, sehr freundlich an und wollte mir am Tag darauf eine Schachtel Pomm Fritts schenken. Allerding war ich an diesem Tag schon ausgebucht, aufgrund eines Treffens im KFC.
