Rude, unfriendly service. No "hello," "please," or "thank you," let alone a reply to "have a nice day/evening." You wait 10+ minutes at the McDrive for your order to be taken.

Can't complain, food was delicious and very friendly staff

Unfortunately, every other order ends up with something not being packed properly. Today it was McPlant nuggets instead of garlic. The last few times, sauces have been forgotten, or we've received a milkshake instead of a Coke.

It's best not to shop there anymore. There's always something wrong or missing. I spent €60 on food (for a child's birthday party) and only got sweet and sour, even though I repeatedly said I wanted Sichuan.

So when you sit outside you are always hit by the smell of a cowshed, which is very disgusting when you eat.

Bad McDonald's! The food is okay, but you can tell the fries are soggy and wet, and the burger is cold. The worst thing, though, was the service. When we were there and sat outside, the employee accused us of leaving a lot of papers and trash, like our French fry wrappers, even though we didn't have any fries, our trash and napkins were in the bag, and we didn't even make any trash! When we explained this, the employee attacked us and yelled at us that this isn't acceptable and that we should clean up everything, as if we had made all the mess! We are truly disappointed and won't be back!!

Service was very good and the food was also okay

It's okay – the food was average and generally okay, but nothing exceptional. The cleanliness was particularly negative, especially in the outdoor area and the restrooms: overflowing trash cans and dirty tables significantly spoil the overall impression. In short: a decent place for a quick snack, but not a place you'd want to linger for an extended period.

We left Dachau just a few meters away. Quickly, we even found a 5-euro voucher for the Endering Thermal Baths.

I would like to leave positive feedback about my visit to this McDonald's branch today, July 13, 2025, at 10:00 PM. The cashier at the McDonald's Drive-Thru who was on duty at the time was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. Impeccable service that definitely deserves recognition. A huge compliment to her and the entire team!

Ordered a milkshake and got ice cream. Hmm... Next time, I'll be a bit more careful. Ice cream is okay, though. 🤣 Unfortunately, the restrooms aren't that clean. Otherwise, the food is good, just as you'd expect from McDonald's.

It's getting worse and worse; hardly any of the staff understands German! Strangely, the Happy Meal toys never have the latest ones! Always just the same old junk. Usually messy, nothing gets cleaned up. SIMPLY SAD what this McDonald's has become!

We had a coffee at the local McDonald's, but again it was served in a paper cup. If I drink a latte macchiato at a local cafe, I'd also like to get it in a glass. McDonald's advertises sustainability, but I don't see that here. I'd like to be able to get a glass of coffee in the future when I drink it at a local cafe.

We had a (normally) very well-behaved dog with us who never really barked before, but today she seemed to be having a really bad day and barked a bit, so a few people complained. We then wandered out to the smoking area. We felt really guilty, as we weren't used to her doing that. But the super-friendly staff apologized to us countless times and gave us ice cream as an apology. We were embarrassed, because we understood they were just doing their job. Sorry again for her barking.

It's a McDonald's with good McDonald's food. The quality is as expected. The indoor climbing frame is a great highlight! The service was friendly!

I'd like to share something: my children love eating McDonald's. Unfortunately, this is the third time my daughter has become so sick—severe stomach aches and a sore throat. I think they're dirty, and the food has been out for a few days. I never go to McDonald's.

We were in this facility, my wife wanted to go to the toilet to change the baby as there was no room for mother and child. The employee replied to us in a rude tone that this was forbidden here. I think it's really shit, you look forward to the food and then you get something else or nothing. Yesterday I ordered a wrap with chicken and honey mustard and got balsamic vinegar with these mozzarella things which I don't like at all. Once I ordered fries with points I didn't even get them. I always order the mcflurry with chocolate ice cream. I always get the normal ice cream. I ordered ice cream twice and didn't get them either. You pay money for something nothing

My go to place on every single vacation day, perfect staff!

Normally it's always fine but today seems to be the extreme exception. - Fries: They were absolutely weak and not salted - Hamburger Royal TS: in one the tomato was missing and in the other the bread was too hard (inedible) - Filet o Fish was completely forgotten, so I went back and picked it up to find that the cheese was missing. Well at least the Cola was cold and so full of ice cubes that it was only possible to fill the included Cola glass (0.33).

I went to McDonald's again recently and it was an absolute disaster. The entire store was dirty, the tables sticky and the seating covered in crumbs and stains. It seems as if the so-called “professionals” do not think it is necessary to clean the dining area regularly. The atmosphere is anything but pleasant. Overcrowded store, stressed out employees and a wait that just doesn't suit a fast food restaurant. You get the feeling that quantity takes precedence over quality here - the main thing is that customers come and pay, regardless of the condition of the restaurant. Conclusion: If you value cleanliness and a reasonably pleasant stay, you should avoid this store and travel to Burger King. Absolutely not recommended!

Today I was at McDonald's on Frauenhoferstr Dachau. I ordered a BigTastyBacoon menu with order code EX43. When we got home the fries were already completely cold. I went to McDonald's today and ordered four burgers and received three of them. The service was pretty cool, counting the staffing levels and the preparation of my burgers, where ingredients were missing.

Very very very shocked at the way the employees treated me. I think the shift manager's name is Jonela, see the lady in the picture. At first she refused to let us go upstairs because she said she had already cleaned and didn't want to clean again because of us. When I asked her her name for the review, she made fun of me about the name being on the receipt and whether I needed glasses. So in short, the lady was extremely unfriendly and I don't think that's what McDonald's stands for.

Worst service ever. Order should come to the table, chaos downstairs at the counter and no one thought it necessary to inform the people waiting for their food.
