Burger King in Dachau

I visited this morning. Very good service. Two women and a man at the cash register were all very friendly and funny.

The preparation isn't as quick anymore, but unlike the competition next door, they offer reasonable and delicious meat-free alternatives. It's really great, but unfortunately, you can't order via the mobile app.

As always, no cheese sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, there have been increasing cases recently of extras being ignored. Extra cheese or tomatoes that were ordered separately, etc., have been ignored. Of course, this was only noticed at home when ordering takeout. It's unacceptable when this happens every two or three visits.

Their services and food qualities are super. I love their flame wings the taste was mouth watering. And the atmosphere are also incredible.

I don't understand some of the reviews here. For a fast-food restaurant, the cleanliness is okay, the staff is friendly, and the food is nothing to complain about. If you want better food, you don't go to a fast-food chain. This is a high-level nitpicking—everything's always been great for me so far—even the wait time is absolutely acceptable.

I had a great experience at Burger King! I tried the Crunchy Chicken and Curly Fries both were absolutely delicious. Curly Fries was fresh and had great Options and variety on burgers

I went to Burger King Dachau again today after many years. I think the four ordering kiosks are right at the entrance, which I like. They save time at the counter, allowing the staff to concentrate on preparing the food! The order sequence is quick and is also displayed on a board. The wait time was manageable. I had the Whopper Bacon & Cheese King - Small Meal, which was good so far! The price of 13.79 wasn't exactly cheap. I had to clean the table I chose for dinner a bit with a napkin; perhaps they should pay special attention to this, as cleanliness and hygiene are a priority. The restrooms are also good! Otherwise, no complaints.

Menü lenguages are wrong and worker lier cause they gave wrong burger with bacon and after they said we changed but they cut bacon pieces and it was still insed ibsaid them i am müslim i cant eat that 😔😔😔😔

They always put a lot of effort into it, and the food is usually pretty tasty. What really spoiled my experience there for me, however, was the newly constructed "architecture." It's actually very stylish, but sitting there in the summer is unbearable. Those parasols out there are a bad joke; they don't block the sun's rays at all. And then there's that, excuse me, stupid glass facade. That means the sun beats down on the glass facade and reflects the light back at you, or even worse, the light burns into the interior so loudly that it cracks. Sitting properly is impossible when the sun is practically beating you down. You try to counteract it by running the huge air conditioning units, but that just freezes the entire place into ice. It's a terrible feeling. It's all a real shame!!

After almost seven years, I went to Burger King in DAH East again. Brief summary: Ordered four meals, and one of them was missing a burger. Of course, you should check. Still, it's annoying when you have to do that as a customer.

Order via the kiosks. Ready quickly, but we also arrived at a quiet time. Friendly staff, everything neat and clean, wheelchair accessible, and ample parking.

Based on the reviews, I expected a lot more. The pizza was okay, but definitely nothing more. Unfortunately, the pizza salsiccia had neither salsiccia nor cheese. You had to hunt for the toppings. But, as I said, the fan base seems to be enthusiastic.

The place used to be ugly and dirty, but since the renovation, everything's been running smoothly and it's very clean. The food has always been exactly as ordered, and orders have always been made to order. It sometimes takes a little longer these days, but that's because everything is made fresh, and people are happy to wait for that!

I came yesterday to visit the Dachau Museum. I ate at Burger King. Everything was delicious. The burger was large and tasty. Onion rings were fresh and spicy. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. Thank you.

The atmosphere of the remodeled branch was good, but the food was a disappointment. Not quite as bad as the old restaurant, but really not that good. The Whopper was cold and bone dry because they forgot the ketchup. It's unbelievable that there isn't a major burger chain in Germany that sells reasonably good quality.

A complete disaster. No one has a reason to come here. Everything you order is badly unsalted, undercooked, or too watery. A -1 rating, a shame something like this exists.

This isn't a government agency or anything like that where you have to do something, but rather a service in the form of fast food restaurants, which means it's not me who is asking for something, but the service provider who has to behave towards me in a customer-oriented manner. And if you don't want to manage that, you can see very clearly from the example of the previous restaurant what happens to a restaurant when you are nasty to the customers. Yet another good example of why this Burger King will soon return to its old state: the quality of the food. Sometimes it's super fresh, regardless of the time of day; sometimes it's cold meat and soggy fries. The sloppy food and the grumpy attitude of the current workers there are very reminiscent of the previous one. Either they turn things around and become friendlier + the food gets better, or they lose the same old shit. The choice is yours!

Unrecognizable since the reopening! The new Burger King is improving everything that wasn't good at all before. Over the past 10 years, you've had to deal with the following: Cold burgers, terrible employees, dirty, a poor atmosphere, way too expensive. Now you feel really comfortable in the newly built Burger King; everything is clean, the burgers are freshly prepared, the employees are super friendly and accommodating, and finally, modern ordering kiosks. And the BEST! With the connection to the Burger King app, you can now also get reasonable prices!! Today I paid just €10 for a long nugget burger + crispy chicken in the large menu, whereas before it cost €18! And the burgers taste good again, no rotten meat. What a difference a visit from the Wallraff team makes, but the previous franchisee was a criminal anyway!

Shaky. Sometimes like this; sometimes like that. Sometimes it's super fresh and clean, sometimes it's inedible, regardless of the time of day or the like. Cold burgers, reheated nuggets… what can you say. Somehow you can't find the happy medium at Burger King Dachau... It's a shame, after the reopening the ambience is actually so nice and inviting. But this back and forth with service is really not good.

Edit: It was good for exactly two months, now it's almost as bad as with the old operator. At the drive-in you are asked if you would like to sell your car, the speakers are broken, the kitchen is understaffed, and when you get a menu you are asked straight after “Big?” asked, without context, hoping that extra meat can be charged. Whether the staff speaks any Central European language is again a matter of luck. It's completely strange why BK's reputation is so bad.

The tables are unbelievably dirty. We asked kindly if you could clean our table. Then she cleaned the tables next to us and didn't bother. We asked again and they said we had to move around. Incredibly unfriendly. After 5 minutes they sent another employee from the kitchen who was actually responsible for food. We are sorry that you have incredibly unfriendly employees.

Update of the rating in 2025 after renovation and change of operator: 5 stars are now deserved. The restaurant was newly renovated and the operator changed. The atmosphere in the store is now really chic and pleasant. It's also clean, even the toilets. The food tastes great and you can now order it from the kiosk, which is why you are fortunately no longer constantly asked for double cheese or something like that. Vouchers and coupons are accepted. Everything great.

After the renovation and reopening, it was my first time back with you and I can only report positive things. Everything is clean, food is freshly prepared for you, friendly staff. I will come more regularly.

The newly renovated Burger King is great. We've been there often and it's always been great.

I recently visited here again because I was told that the condition of the restaurant has improved significantly compared to before. And I can actually say that (as of spring 2025) things have changed very much for the better. The restaurant was renovated and overhauled, including the sanitary facilities, and equipped with modern ordering terminals. The staff is polite and on the ball. The seating areas have been completely redesigned and the kitchen is now visible so that you can see for yourself how clean it is. The prices now also correspond to the average Burger King level and no longer to the overpriced exorbitant price of the previous franchisee. All in all, nothing gives you the scary impression it once did. I ordered a Whopper menu and it tasted the way it should taste. The burger is hot, the fries are warm and properly salted and the cola tastes the way it should. The parking lot has also been cleaned and freed of junk cars and is now inviting to park again. Maybe you just need to update the website or Google page. But that's the lesser evil. Conclusion: The restaurant is worth visiting again and you will no longer be disappointed like before. Top - that's how a Burger King should be!

First visit ever. Now after the reopening we were curious. The store appears open, clean, friendly and modern. Like the competitor, orders were placed via the terminal. The processing took about too long for a FAST food restaurant. The food was ok. I personally didn't like the mayo and the fries were just mediocre. The strawberry shake I ordered didn't taste like strawberries at all, even after complaining. He didn't look like that either. We wouldn't order that or the chocolate shake again. So conclusion… it was ok

The reopening has breathed new life into Burger King. The ambience and service have been brought up to date. The food, especially the meat, tastes very good for “fast food”. Kind regards

Best Burger King in Germany!!!!

The meat today tasted very strange and was more fatty, with a brownish/black oily coating. I didn't finish my burger. It's a shame because I like eating at Burger King.

After the renovation, it was nice to be inside. Because this was trash - a dirty and smelly toilet, an unpleasant smell in the hall. Now the situation is much better. The service is not very good. The food is tasty, with the exception of a lot of onions, they are cut into huge and thick rings, not pickled. And it's quite tasty. But the prices are biting, that is, not cheap at all.

During my visit to Dachau, i decided to eat in this burger king which proved to be an incredible decision. I have to say that the menu had great selection and the food was absolutuely delicious. The workers were friendly and incredibly efficient. I was sitting down and eating my food within minutes after my order. Overall i had a great dining experience and would gladly come back.

After the reopening it became really nice. The guest room and toilets were clean every time we were there. The star deduction is because you can't fill the drinks yourself. Since I prefer to mix Cola and Fanta 😊 if that happens, it will be 5 stars 🌟

We ordered at the drive in and had a lot of laughs, we had an extremely friendly and funny employee, he responded to all our requests and was really very nice, I have rarely seen someone in such a good mood in the evening in a fast food restaurant . Since reopening in 2024, the Burger King on Gaußstrasse can no longer be compared with the old one - completely new, really chic and simply much better! The food is always fresh, comes super quickly and tastes exactly as it should. I was in the drive-thru today and cashier 2 served me in a really good mood and with humor - I sat in the car with a big grin on my face and just thought it was cool! Honestly, 5 stars in gold – keep it up!

Very nice newly renovated Burger King. Upscale ambience. As in all Burger Kings, the food was very good. The staff very friendly and accommodating. I will visit often with my grandson. Absolutely recommended.

Since the renovation it has become a really nice Burger King. The food is good and always warm, there are also seasonal products and the atmosphere has become really nice. No comparison to the old Butger King here. The only criterion is that the service is sometimes slow, but everything that was ordered is always delivered.
