Burger King in Dachau

The burger was tasty, but the fries were almost cold. The restaurant was nearly empty; there was hardly anyone there. The service was friendly and fast.

Since the store reopened, it's become great, we'll gladly come back here again.

Seidi Nuhiu. Rude man. Yells at employees. A whole tortilla was cold... That's a joke! You handed yourself a drink... Just like a bag of food. I advise against it. Mr. Seidi may work with people, but he's not good at it...

Since the reopening, the service has improved significantly. So far, I've only had good experiences (I've been here about four times).

I’m new to the country and stopped by this Burger King for a quick meal and I was genuinely impressed. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made me feel welcome right away. Bonus points that they spoke English and helped me navigate the menu without any hesitation. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the food tasted fresh. Really appreciated the kindness here. Highly recommend!

Definitely one of the better Burger King locations. It's quite modern, having been recently renovated. Orders are typically placed using the several available touchscreen kiosks. The food is a mixed bag, though that's a bit of a joke for a fast-food restaurant. The food is generally good quality, and the burgers are generously topped, as is typical for the franchise. The fries are crispy and pleasantly salted. The food has never been cold or squashed and always looks appealing. There have only been a few instances where there was too much or too little sauce on the burger or fries. Overall, the quality is good. The service is generally good as well. However, we've deducted points because about every fifth or sixth order isn't packed completely, or items are forgotten. This is annoying when you take the food home and only realize it there. Therefore, we've made it a habit to always double-check everything before ordering. The service is generally good too. ``` However, it's also worth noting that the branch is exceptionally clean compared to others. There's no sticky floor, and you don't have to feel uncomfortable touching the tables. It's truly spotless, which is commendable. Therefore, the only point deduction for the occasional forgotten order during packing is one point, as this can simply be attributed to operational circumstances depending on the store's workload.

I was quite enthusiastic when it opened, but now it's just as bad as the previous tenant. At the previous one, though, I wasn't regularly served raw meat like I am at the current one. I wanted to give it one last chance today, but it was the wrong decision. I'm currently sitting on the toilet with an upset stomach.

Unfortunately, a third of the order was missing and I did not receive it despite providing the order number.

I visited this morning. Very good service. Two women and a man at the cash register were all very friendly and funny.

The preparation isn't as quick anymore, but unlike the competition next door, they offer reasonable and delicious meat-free alternatives. It's really great, but unfortunately, you can't order via the mobile app.

Unfortunately, there have been increasing cases recently of extras being ignored. Extra cheese or tomatoes that were ordered separately, etc., have been ignored. Of course, this was only noticed at home when ordering takeout. It's unacceptable when this happens every two or three visits.

I don't understand some of the reviews here. For a fast-food restaurant, the cleanliness is okay, the staff is friendly, and the food is nothing to complain about. If you want better food, you don't go to a fast-food chain. This is a high-level nitpicking—everything's always been great for me so far—even the wait time is absolutely acceptable.

I went to Burger King Dachau again today after many years. I think the four ordering kiosks are right at the entrance, which I like. They save time at the counter, allowing the staff to concentrate on preparing the food! The order sequence is quick and is also displayed on a board. The wait time was manageable. I had the Whopper Bacon & Cheese King - Small Meal, which was good so far! The price of 13.79 wasn't exactly cheap. I had to clean the table I chose for dinner a bit with a napkin; perhaps they should pay special attention to this, as cleanliness and hygiene are a priority. The restrooms are also good! Otherwise, no complaints.

They always put a lot of effort into it, and the food is usually pretty tasty. What really spoiled my experience there for me, however, was the newly constructed "architecture." It's actually very stylish, but sitting there in the summer is unbearable. Those parasols out there are a bad joke; they don't block the sun's rays at all. And then there's that, excuse me, stupid glass facade. That means the sun beats down on the glass facade and reflects the light back at you, or even worse, the light burns into the interior so loudly that it cracks. Sitting properly is impossible when the sun is practically beating you down. You try to counteract it by running the huge air conditioning units, but that just freezes the entire place into ice. It's a terrible feeling. It's all a real shame!!

After almost seven years, I went to Burger King in DAH East again. Brief summary: Ordered four meals, and one of them was missing a burger. Of course, you should check. Still, it's annoying when you have to do that as a customer.

Based on the reviews, I expected a lot more. The pizza was okay, but definitely nothing more. Unfortunately, the pizza salsiccia had neither salsiccia nor cheese. You had to hunt for the toppings. But, as I said, the fan base seems to be enthusiastic.

Since the renovation, everything has been great. By Burger King standards, it's one of the best branches. The place used to be ugly and dirty, but since the renovation, everything's been running smoothly and it's very clean. The food has always been exactly as ordered, and orders have always been made to order. It sometimes takes a little longer these days, but that's because everything is made fresh, and people are happy to wait for that!

I came yesterday to visit the Dachau Museum. I ate at Burger King. Everything was delicious. The burger was large and tasty. Onion rings were fresh and spicy. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. Thank you.

The atmosphere of the remodeled branch was good, but the food was a disappointment. Not quite as bad as the old restaurant, but really not that good. The Whopper was cold and bone dry because they forgot the ketchup. It's unbelievable that there isn't a major burger chain in Germany that sells reasonably good quality.

A complete disaster. No one has a reason to come here. Everything you order is badly unsalted, undercooked, or too watery. A -1 rating, a shame something like this exists.

One of the foreman there, always to be seen in a beige shirt, is generally extremely bad-tempered and bitchy, there is no other way to describe it. He often mumbles something to himself and if you ask something because you didn't hear it, he becomes rude. It's no fun. This isn't a government agency or anything like that where you have to do something, but rather a service in the form of fast food restaurants, which means it's not me who is asking for something, but the service provider who has to behave towards me in a customer-oriented manner. And if you don't want to manage that, you can see very clearly from the example of the previous restaurant what happens to a restaurant when you are nasty to the customers. Yet another good example of why this Burger King will soon return to its old state: the quality of the food. Sometimes it's super fresh, regardless of the time of day; sometimes it's cold meat and soggy fries. The sloppy food and the grumpy attitude of the current workers there are very reminiscent of the previous one. Either they turn things around and become friendlier + the food gets better, or they lose the same old shit. The choice is yours!

Unrecognizable since the reopening! The new Burger King is improving everything that wasn't good at all before. Over the past 10 years, you've had to deal with the following: Cold burgers, terrible employees, dirty, a poor atmosphere, way too expensive. Now you feel really comfortable in the newly built Burger King; everything is clean, the burgers are freshly prepared, the employees are super friendly and accommodating, and finally, modern ordering kiosks. And the BEST! With the connection to the Burger King app, you can now also get reasonable prices!! Today I paid just €10 for a long nugget burger + crispy chicken in the large menu, whereas before it cost €18! And the burgers taste good again, no rotten meat. What a difference a visit from the Wallraff team makes, but the previous franchisee was a criminal anyway!

Shaky. Sometimes like this; sometimes like that. Sometimes it's super fresh and clean, sometimes it's inedible, regardless of the time of day or the like. Cold burgers, reheated nuggets… what can you say. Somehow you can't find the happy medium at Burger King Dachau... It's a shame, after the reopening the ambience is actually so nice and inviting. But this back and forth with service is really not good.

Edit: It was good for exactly two months, now it's almost as bad as with the old operator. At the drive-in you are asked if you would like to sell your car, the speakers are broken, the kitchen is understaffed, and when you get a menu you are asked straight after “Big?” asked, without context, hoping that extra meat can be charged. Whether the staff speaks any Central European language is again a matter of luck. It's completely strange why BK's reputation is so bad.

The tables are unbelievably dirty. We asked kindly if you could clean our table. Then she cleaned the tables next to us and didn't bother. We asked again and they said we had to move around. Incredibly unfriendly. After 5 minutes they sent another employee from the kitchen who was actually responsible for food. We are sorry that you have incredibly unfriendly employees.

Update of the rating in 2025 after renovation and change of operator: 5 stars are now deserved. The restaurant was newly renovated and the operator changed. The atmosphere in the store is now really chic and pleasant. It's also clean, even the toilets. The food tastes great and you can now order it from the kiosk, which is why you are fortunately no longer constantly asked for double cheese or something like that. Vouchers and coupons are accepted. Everything great.

After the renovation and reopening, it was my first time back with you and I can only report positive things. Everything is clean, food is freshly prepared for you, friendly staff. I will come more regularly.
