Essen war richtig heiß und der Service super angenehm für ein FastFoodRestaurant. Können sich andere Filialen ein Beispiel nehmen.

Essen war frisch hergestellt und lecker. Hat mich noch nie enttäuscht!

Das Personal muss darauf achten dass der Seifenspender mit der RICHTIGEN Seife nachgefüllt wird, sonst kommt aus dem Seifenspender kein Schaum raus und man kann die Hände nicht richtig waschen.

Ich gehe hier immer wieder gerne essen. Das Restaurant ist sauber, das Essen ist immer frisch und die Wartezeit ist angenehm kurz. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen Service. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer höflich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Klare Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ich bin zum ersten Mal hier und total begeistert, der Ort ist riesig. Richtig schön hier, supercool, perfekt für Sommertage. Das Essen ist einfach fantastisch. Alles ist sehr sauber. Ich kann es absolut empfehlen.

überdurchschnittliche Essenqualität, sehr freundliches Personal und sauber und ruhige Ambiente.

Als Amerikaner erwarte ich normalerweise nicht viel von einem Besuch bei Burger King. Der Burger King in Dachau war jedoch eine tolle Erfahrung: Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Die englischsprachigen Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und die Unterhaltung war sehr angenehm. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich finde zwar das Essen von Burgerking nur so naja, bis auf das Eis. Dafür war der Laden aber echt sauber und meine Bestellung war schnell fertig. War aber auch ziemlich leer.

Geh hier gar nicht mehr hin seit dem Ekel-Skandal 2023 - hier wurde sogar n Bleistift im Burger gefunden.

Der Service ist eine Katastrophe, habe 2 Nuggets Bürger bestellt und 20 Minuten gewartet , und jetzt der Höhe Punkt ist , die Bürger waren kalt. Ich würde euch empfehlen dort nicht mehr essen zu gehen.

In der Vergangenheit wurden hin und wieder Extras ignoriert, für die man bezahlt hat. Das hat sich in letzter Zeit wieder gebessert. Ich hoffe, das bleibt nun vorerst so.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, leider ist das auch der einzige positive Punkt. Die Soße sah aus wie bei Rainer Winkler auf xHamster, die Käsesoße schmeckte nach Pappe und das Hähnchen nach nichts. Hätte ich mir doch lieber einen Ofenkäse gemacht und einen Löschzwerg getrunken.

Ein komplett anderer B.King . Nach Herrn Walraff seiner Doku und dem Umbau , war ich heute nach langer Zeit mal wieder im Burger 🍔 King und ich bin aufs angenehmste überrascht worden. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, der Burger wurde frisch zu bereitet und es war alles sehr sauber . Hier komme ich sehr gerne wieder her .

Sehr sauber! Das ist heute ja leider selten in Fast Ford Restaurants aber dieser Burger King ist IMMER sehr sauber auch auf den Toiletten! Top, weiter so! Das Personal ist hier auch immer freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Es gibt echt wenig was so schlecht ist wie diese Filiale. Schließt um 22:00 obwohl überall steht 01:00. Selbst in der App. Falls mal geöffnet dann sind die Mitarbeiter unfähig und unfreundlich.

Also es ist wirklich eine schicke moderne, das Personal hat Bock und ist freundlich...

Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht von meinem Besuch bei Burger King in Dachau. Sowohl der Schichtleiter als auch das gesamte Team waren durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst höflich. Auf individuelle Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen, und man hatte stets das Gefühl, als Gast wirklich geschätzt zu werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, mit wie viel Engagement und guter Laune hier gearbeitet wird – und das, obwohl man weiß, dass die Arbeitsbedingungen in der Gastronomie nicht immer einfach sind. Gerade deshalb ist es umso bemerkenswerter, mit welcher Motivation und Herzlichkeit das Team hier auftritt. In einer Zeit, in der guter Service leider immer seltener wird – selbst in vielen klassischen Restaurants – setzt dieses Team ein echtes positives Beispiel. Hier wird Service noch ernst genommen und der Kunde steht im Mittelpunkt. Vielen Dank für diese durchweg angenehme Erfahrung – ich komme gerne wieder!

Typical Burger King, however the food was underrated, and therefore the wait for the food was longer.

There's nothing to complain about here: - The floor and seating were really clean - Modern and bright lighting - Not too crowded, quick meal preparation Unfortunately, the prices are quite high now, but that's not the branch's fault.

The food had probably been sitting out for more than 10 minutes, and not all of our requested accessories were included, so we effectively paid more than we received. Still, overall it was okay.

One of the best Burger Kings I've ever visited. Very clean, burgers are freshly prepared for each customer, nothing from a shelf, and the service is extremely friendly. Thanks to Bekir, it almost felt like an à la carte restaurant. Truly excellent, keep it up!

The burger was tasty, but the fries were almost cold. The branch was nearly empty; there was hardly anyone there. The service was friendly and fast.

Since the store reopened, it's become great, we'll gladly come back here again.

5/5 – Great Drive-Thru Experience! I went to the Burger King drive-thru today and was really pleasantly surprised. Ordering was quick and stress-free, and the staff were friendly and cheerful. My food was fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered – nothing was missing. What was especially great was that the wait was really short, even during peak hours. All in all, a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be back!

I’m new to the country and stopped by this Burger King for a quick meal and I was genuinely impressed. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made me feel welcome right away. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations. It's quite modern, having been recently renovated. Orders are typically placed using the several available touchscreen kiosks. The food is a mixed bag, though that's a bit of a joke for a fast-food restaurant. The food is generally good quality, and the burgers are generously topped, as is typical for the franchise. The fries are crispy and pleasantly salted. The food has never been cold or squashed and always looks appealing. There have only been a few instances where there was too much or too little sauce on the burger or fries. Overall, the quality is good. The service is generally good as well. However, we've deducted points because about every fifth or sixth order isn't packed completely, or items are forgotten. This is annoying when you take the food home and only realize it there. Therefore, we've made it a habit to always double-check everything before ordering. The service is generally good too. ``` However, it's also worth noting that the branch is exceptionally clean compared to others. There's no sticky floor, and you don't have to feel uncomfortable touching the tables. It's truly spotless, which is commendable. Therefore, the only point deduction for the occasional forgotten order during packing is one point, as this can simply be attributed to operational circumstances depending on the store's workload.

The staff are very friendly and polite. They exceeded my expectation.

The cashier was clearly overwhelmed; communication was lacking. Waiting 10 minutes for four ice creams was unacceptable. The employee strolled around without making any effort to help out faster... very unfriendly and no smile whatsoever.

I was quite enthusiastic when it opened, but now it's just as bad as the previous tenant. At the previous one, though, I wasn't regularly served raw meat like I am at the current one. I wanted to give it one last chance today, but it was the wrong decision. I'm currently sitting on the toilet with an upset stomach.

Unfortunately, a third of the order was missing and I did not receive it despite providing the order number.

I visited this morning. Very good service. Two women and a man at the cash register were all very friendly and funny.

The preparation isn't as quick anymore, but unlike the competition next door, they offer reasonable and delicious meat-free alternatives. It's really great, but unfortunately, you can't order via the mobile app.

I don't understand some of the reviews here. For a fast-food restaurant, the cleanliness is okay, the staff is friendly, and the food is nothing to complain about. If you want better food, you don't go to a fast-food chain. This is a high-level nitpicking—everything's always been great for me so far—even the wait time is absolutely acceptable.
