Burger King in Dachau

Burger King branch reopened after a long closure. When you read the reviews here, I am personally very surprised at the overwhelmingly positive ratings! Unfortunately, the new tenants have not actually earned the advance laurels at all. I've been there about 5 times since it reopened. Every time the food is served lukewarm. Fries limp and barely salted. I wouldn't recommend minced meat burgers to anyone here, it tastes terrible. Crispy Chicken is always served lukewarm. The team responds reasonably courteously to complaints, but that's not the point. You have to learn from your mistakes and make improvements. Unfortunately I didn't see that on my last visits. Compared to its predecessor, they are actually a lot weaker when it comes to preparing the food, that has to be said. Unfortunately for me, Burger King is a thing of the past. There is hardly a good branch in all of Munich and this Burger King is no exception.

Nice, clean fast food restaurant after reopening

The Burger King in Dachau surprised me positively, burgers are freshly prepared and come to the customer hot, quality is very good, it has tasted really good since it opened, no comparison to before Orders are placed at self-service terminals and the kitchen is visible Keep it up

Apparently the owner has changed? Had Xtra Long Chili cheese, it was brutally good. Pokes and nuggets were also super fresh and crispy.

The Burger King here got a completely new look and also changed the workers. Very fresh and very nice service.

Was in the BK again on Thursday for years and have to say: since I took over it's just great!👍🏻 very fresh, HOT! and delicious food. The whole branch is also very clean and the employees are friendly. What didn't exist in the BK before! Gladly again.

You pay the full amount, but only get half of the things you ordered. And then they're so rude at the checkout. I'd rather go to McDonald's 🙄

After the reopening it definitely makes a better impression. It's brighter, cleaner and you can see straight into the kitchen. The staff was super friendly and the food tasted as it should. There is also an option to plug in your cell phone/laptop at almost all tables.

After over a year, I treated myself to a Whopper meal at Burger King again. I have to say the menu was very tasty and fresh. I wish the new operator that people will go to Burger King again. So absolutely recommended. I'll definitely get another menu soon.

NEW OPENING Our first impression is very good. Orders are placed via terminal. We had burgers, fries and a drink. Preparation time 8 minutes. Very friendly and attentive service. Cleanliness relatively good, some tables not wiped. Toilets very clean. Food very tasty and fresh. Fries very, very good. Salad perfect. See photos. When we left the restaurant around 6:30 p.m. it was busy and there were 15 orders on the board. By the way, the kitchen is now visible, which we think is very good. So please definitely try it out... hopefully it stays that way 👍

The modernization and reopening were successful. So far the service has been good, the food is always fresh and hot. I hope it stays that way and doesn't fall back into the old patterns before modernization.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience on our first date at this restaurant. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, with special thanks to the kitchen team for their great service. I ordered the King's Beef and the Double Whopper—both were served hot and tasted delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and look forward to visiting again

Update from September 1st, 2024 We went to Burger King in Dachau today after it reopened. Now under the management of Systemgastro Südost GmbH. And look... there is another way. Everything was extremely clean, from the restaurant to the toilets. The service was great and the food was super fresh and it finally tasted the way it should taste at Burger King. The tables were immediately and thoroughly cleaned by an employee after each guest. Hopefully the service will continue like this, then Burger King will finally have a chance in Dachau. Let's see if the Wallraff team comes by again.

The staff is very friendly. Requests are addressed immediately. The burgers and fries were fresh and tasty. Finally you can order King of the Month, King Deal and also with coupons here. After the renovation, the restaurant is beautiful and modern. The coffee tastes excellent. Unfortunately, my experience at Burger King was consistently disappointing. From the unpleasant smell in the restaurant to the long wait at the ordering counter, every aspect of my visit seemed to be riddled with problems. The employees seemed disinterested and not very customer oriented. The cleanliness of the restaurant also left something to be desired, which had a negative impact on the overall perception. The tables were sticky, the floor dirty, and it seemed like there hadn't been a thorough cleaning in quite some time. As for the order itself, the quality of the burgers was way below my expectations. The meat seemed dry and not at all freshly prepared. The side dishes were also rather carelessly put together. The burger I received was in no way what was promised in the advertisement. In addition to all this, the wait for the food was unreasonably long, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. This further strained my patience and added to the negative experience. All in all, my visit to Burger King was disappointing and left a bad impression. I hope management becomes aware of these issues and takes action to improve quality and service. I also suspect that Burger King has been bankrupt for a long time.

I go to this Burger King regularly. I've never had any problems. The food tastes fantastic and the plant based options taste just as good. In addition, you always get a 10% discount with the home game ticket.

Permanently closed! Everything is cordoned off all around. Everything dark. Will probably be renovated. It is also sorely needed. Quality and ambience were subpar. Who here writes delicious...?? The shop has been closed since December! There were incidents in the restaurant management and the business was officially closed!

I have no idea whether people have false expectations or whether they simply want to make the branch look bad. So far I've only had positive experiences, fast friendly service and the food has always been great!

Es gibt kein Harissa Burger mehr :( Obwhol es im internet in der Menü drin ist. Update: ein double cheese burger kommt mit nur einer Käse. bei Reklamation wurde gesagt, das war schon immer so und, dass es ein privater Burgerking sei.

Ich bin schockiert anders kann ich es nicht beschreiben. Bin rein hab mein Handy genommen und nach Coupons geschaut dann meinte die Mitarbeiterin das sie nicht daran teilnehmen und hat mich auf die Produkte auf der Tafel hingewiesen. Auf meine Frage ob sie nur das haben was auf der Tafel ist oder ob sie auch all das haben was Burger King hat. Promt kam der Vorarbeiter oder der Inhaber hat mich aufgefordert das Lokal zu verlassen und mir ein Hausverbot ausgesprochen. Habe dem Herrn gesagt das ich höflich gefragt habe und was das soll ...Daraufhin hat er seine Mitarbeiterin aufgefordert die Eingangstür zu schließen das ich nicht gehen kann. Erst spricht er mir ein Hausverbot aus und will mich dran hindern zu gehen quasi Freiheitsberaubung...habe nur noch mit dem Kopf geschüttelt und bin gegangen...es wunder mich nicht wenn ich schon sehe wieviele Punkte dieses Lokal hat....wer auf Ärger und Stress hinaus ist kann gerne hingehen. Sowas hab ich noch nicht in meinem Leben erlebt.... solche Menschen machen den Ruf von Bürger King nieder..... Bin fassungslos

Nach 3 Jahren hat sich immernoch nix geändert!!!! Essen kalt, Bedienung sehr unfreundlich bei Reklamation Miserabeler Service!

Viele beschweren sich, dass man hier keine Coupons annimmt. OK, kann dazu nix sagen. Essen war ok, die Tische sauber. Es war Montag um 12:30 Uhr und ich muss hier auch die sehr sauberen Herren Toiletten loben!

Keine Gutscheine, Schilder stimmen nicht, Beef Burger gibt es nicht alle plant-based, Großteil der Tische dreckig, kein Wlan, Essen war normal

Absolut unterirdisch. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Teilweise wirst du schon um kurz vor 21.45 Uhr am Drive In ignoriert. Da wird dann einfach das Licht ausgeschaltet. Schon mehrmals durfte ich um 21:30 Uhr das Restaurant nicht mehr betreten. Da wurde ich dann zum Drive In geschickt. 22 Uhr ist ja ohnehin schon eine dezent lächerliche Öffnungszeit für einen Burger King. Aber nicht mal an die halten sie sich auch nur im Ansatz. Punkt 22 Uhr muss da wohl alles geputzt und fertig sein, sodass man ja keine Minute länger in Lokal stehen muss.

Uns wurde um 21:30 Uhr die Tür vor der Nase zugehauen, obwohl an derselbigen auch 22 Uhr als Öffnungszeiten steht!

Laute Musik, keine Terminals zum Bestellen, Personal, welches sich nicht auskennt…es wird damit geworben, dass man einen Kaffee umsonst bekommt, wenn man die Filiale feedbackt, aber die Aussage, die wir bekamen, war „das machen wir hier nicht.“

Wiederwertigster BurgerKing in Bayern. Ich verstehe nicht wie diese Filiale schon ein ganzes Jahrzehnt überleben kann. Sie nehmen keine Gutscheine an und die Preise sind unverschämt teurer als bei jeglichen anderen Filialen (ist glaube ich nichtmal Legal). Das Essen war zugegeben immer frisch zubereitet, hatte aber immer einen besonderen Geschmack der einfach komisch schmeckt.

Die Filiale hat ein gewisses Gschmäckle, habe mich nicht wohlgefühlt.

Update: Zum dritten Mal bin ich jetzt innerhalb der in Maps angegeben Öffnungszeiten dort hin und natürlich war wieder alles dicht. Es war ein Zettel an der Tür angebracht, dass man den Drive-In benutzen solle. Da war aber auch niemand zu sehen. Ist es denn so schwer, die korrekten Öffnungszeiten hier in Google zu hinterlegen oder besser noch, sich einfach an die Öffnungszeiten zu halten? Wollte schon zum zweiten Mal dort essen und war definitiv nicht zu spät dort. Erstens ist der Innenraum gesperrt, was aber nicht hier in der Beschreibung ersichtlich ist, weil es anscheinend keiner schafft, hier zu aktualisieren, dass man de facto nicht vor Ort essen kann. Bin dann frustriert zum Drive in gefahren, wo ich auch ignoriert wurde und auch nachdem ich mal freundlich gegen die Scheibe geklopft habe, hat sich niemand darum gekümmert, eine Bestellung aufzunehmen.
