The staff has improved after the renovation and the fries are fresh and very good again

This is the worst Burger King branch I've ever been to. The ordering stations work incorrectly, so you are forced to order at the counter. The staff doesn't speak German. Orders are delivered incorrectly. Waiting time is inhumane even though nothing was going on. The branch management should definitely clean this up. I recommend avoiding this branch. By the way, there is a McDonalds opposite.

Well, it's been a long time since I've experienced that you wait 20 minutes for your food and that's not enough, dogs run around in the restaurant and when you ask where the extra sauce is on the Chili Chess Fries you're told it's Burger King Well, standards have woof woof

Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. It was strange because there was a lot going on and the things were actually freshly prepared.

Food was fresh, prepared quickly and there was enough parking space.

It doesn't take much of a recession for Burger King

I wanted to try the mac and cheese burger with a friend and got vegetable patties instead. Have never received an order where everything was correct. You will also be bullied by employees if you can't read their minds. And the best thing at last: there was (we assume) plastic in the food?? Never again

Great coupon campaign at the moment. However, unfortunately you can't pre-order online at the BK in Weiden and you really have to order in the drive. It would be time to change that and work with the points system like the opposite competition.

Ambience is very nice, newly renovated and service is good, the food could just be a little warmer. The last two times we got cold burgers!

Catastrophe... Ordered country burger without onions/pickles and with cheese... It turned out exactly the other way around, service staff were really pissed off when they complained. Took the burger back to the kitchen (actually forbidden due to food laws and hygiene!!!), gave the burger back to me, this time the onions and pickles were gone, the cheese was still missing. Since it was paid for, I went to the terminal again, the sellers probably would have liked to eat me... They took the burger back into the kitchen in front of me for the second time, slapped cold cheese on it and gave it back to me... None Don't apologize at all, such behavior is unbelievable!

Food tastes better than in the restaurant opposite. Meat tastes like grilled. Lots of communication problems with the workers but that's not too bad. Sometimes you forget to remove something even though you ask.

Very long wait for two meals, orders that arrived after my order were given out before mine was bagged. Kiosks ordering, tables, WC, clean facility.

I don't know what happened with the food yesterday, me and my nephew have rarely had things so bad. I had a double cheeseburger and my nephew had two long chicken.

Sympathy 4 stars for the nice employees and the shift managers who really put in a lot of effort. A big deduction or suggestion for improvement: Even at quiet times, people often forget something they paid for, cheese, sauces, sometimes whole burgers, which is extremely annoying, and I also get a normal Coke instead of Zero about every third time or light, I know that now and ask about it... but it doesn't have to be that way. Unnecessary additional effort. Please be much more careful at the drive-in. In addition, especially at this Burger King, in 8/10 cases there is almost no sauce on the chili cheese fries. Too bad too. Otherwise a good shop with quick service and almost always friendly staff :-)

Delicious food and nice modern ambience

Food was good, everything was freshly made, service was... unfortunately the lady behind the counter barely understood me (despite speaking standard German!!!) so English was the order of the day.

Never seen such bad service when something is missing and the man who asks to change it says that's how it should be so please never seen such a bad Burger King

No sauce and just thrown away like dirt for 5€, not even sauce and jalapeños, we went to the front and said there was nothing on it and they said it has to look like that but no in Amberg they don't stingy it's perfect but in Weiden it is catastrophe

We were there today and ordered something on the drive. The order included 9 nuggets twice but unfortunately they were Forgot 3 sauces, so we went in with the receipt and asked for the 3 forgotten sauces. Then the most unbelievable thing that ever happened to me happened, a Mr. "Ahmed" at this time, probably the manager, went to the car and rummaged around in my food with his hands and actually accused us of stealing. It was just missing that he didn't search the entire car. When he didn't find anything, he left with a grim face and sent a very nice colleague out who brought us the three sauces. I won't put up with this either and will take further steps.

Been there for the third time in a very short time. Each time one or more orders were missing. Went there again today at 7 p.m. and when we got home we noticed that half of the order was missing. I don't think that's okay because we also pay money that was wasted every time...

Wir haben gestern den Burger King besucht, die Tische waren alle voll, der Service war gut, freundlich, vielleicht ist die Verkäuferin, die uns bedient hat, vielleicht noch in den Kinderschuhen, aber sie war gut und nett...

Schneller Service, zwei App Coupons eingelöst, alles einwandfrei. So wie man es bei Burger King erwartet.

Ich war einmal da und habe mir Pommes und irgendein Burger bestellt. Ich fand die Pommes besser als den Burger selber. Die Mitarbeiter sind da wirklich nicht sehr nett.

Das ist wirklich schade, da man dafür ja Geld bezahlt.. wenn man alleine das Essen abholt, ist es nicht immer möglich seine Tüten auf Vollständigkeit zu überprüfen (was man bei dem Service wirklich immer tun sollte).

Erst mal super auf mein Anruf reagiert, weil ein Teil der Bestellung fehlte! Und wurde mir bei einem erneuten Besuch anstandslos ersetzt. Danke dafür

Guter Burger King, mit freundlichem Personal und schnellen, effizienten Service im Drive-Thru! War bisher einige Male dort und hatte nie etwas zu beanstanden, alles top!

Burger gegessen seit dem Übelkeit und Magen Darm Probleme, ich werd nicht nochmal kommen, mit dem Burger hat definitiv irgendetwas nicht gestimmt.

Die Neue Rezeptur der Nuggets ist gelungen. Und das Personal sehr Freundlich.

Ich hoffe eine Filialleitung oder Chef liest das. Ich war 3 mal bei burgerking bisher in den letzen 2 Monaten 3 mal wurde etwas vergessen das ich bezahlt hatte , und 3 mal habe ich gleich nach den bestellen nachgeschaut ob alles drinnen ist denn es ist mir bekannt das öfter einmal etwas vergessen wird. Wieso kann man nicht sauber arbeiten ? Oder macht Man das extra ? Um die Kunden zu ärgern, oder werden die Sachen dann selber verzehrt ? Ich weiß es nicht , aber ich finde es nicht fair das man sofort schauen muss ob alles drinnen ist. TIPP AN ALLE schaut gleich noch am Parkplatz ob etwas fehlt um euch den Weg oder das Ärgernis zu sparen 2 Sterne weil das Essen besser Qualitativ ist als bei Mc Donalds und nicht all zu alt

Mein Sohn wollte heute mit seiner Familie und mir in dieses Restaurant. Er geht da einmal im Monat mit seiner Familie dort essen. Eigentlich bin ich für FastFood nicht zu haben. Meist riecht es nach Fett, ist eher überteuert und überfüllt. Wie angenehm überrascht war ich von diesem Lokal. Sehr nette und flotte Bedienungen, sehr schön zu Sitzen, auch mit mehreren Leuten, alles schön sauber, und das Essen war auch gut und mit der App auch nicht zu teuer. Da komme ich gerne wieder.

Siamo stati costretti a pranzare in questo posto in quanto in tutta la zona, il 24 dicembre, non si trovava un ristorante aperto. Ci siamo dovuti accontentare di qualche trancio di pizza e panini vari in quanto arrivati tardi, verso le 2 pomeridiane, la cucina era già chiusa. Quindi obbligati a consumare per spirito di sopravvivenza.

Das Essen schmeckt ja in jedenm BK so ziemlich ähnlich, also müssen andere Bewertungsmaßstäbe genommen werden: Leider war mein Burger etwas lauwarm, eher grenzwertig. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter (nicht direkt ein Abfertigungsgefühl) und die Sauberkeit der Toiletten. Sonst würde ich sagen, ist alles wie bei 90% der anderen Filialen.

Einer der besseren Burger Kings. Das Essen ist ja überall gleich, beim Personal gibts aber deutliche Unterschiede. Und hier gehört Weiden eindeutig zu den Besseren. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gibts nichts zu beanstanden.

Im Vergleich, was man auf Reisen oft für Burgerking Restaurants antrifft ist dies ein guter Burgerking. Wir haben dort auch schon Kindergeburtstage gefeiert, die Animation war kindgerecht und hat sichtbare Spaß gemacht.

Ich Glaube man braucht nicht viel dazu sagen. Burger King bleibt Burger King. Besonderheit hier ist neben an eine Bowling Welt was den Besuch vielleicht etwas interessanter macht.

Hat jetzt leider in der Innenstadt geschlossen. War nie gut besucht, das ist wohl die logische Schlussfolgerung aus Parkplatznot und wenig Kundschaft...

Burger King is the late night spot for us. It's busy later at night but never fails to feed the hunger. However it's still Burger King and well... fast food. So don't expect great food.

So wie fast überall bei Burgerking Fastfoodrestaurants. Ok und immer das gleiche....die Servicekräfte sind freundlich und lächeln so wie es der Amerikanische Franchisegeber vorschreibt. Es ist sauber und gepflegt ein Burger King eben.
