Heute hat mich Frau Fischer bedient eine sehr nette junge Dame. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und sehr zuverlässig fand ich sehr toll

Die vegane Mayo alias Pommessauce ist einfach ekelhaft - schade, dass es auch für den Crispy chicken keine normale gibt.

Der Drive-in-Service war leider enttäuschend. Die Verständigung auf Deutsch war schwierig, wodurch Fehler bei der Bestellung entstanden. Freundlicher Service allein reicht nicht aus, wenn die Kommunikation nicht funktioniert. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf.

7 Euro für einen Burger sind lächerlich. Kein Wunder, dass McDonald's so beliebt ist.

Fast keine Auswahl, viele Produkte sind nicht verfügbar. Toilette lediglich kaltes Wasser und keine Papier Handtücher.

Das Essen ist nur lauwarm ,leider ist der Service auch nicht mehr so gut wie es mal war .Alles ist viel schlechter geworden

Des öfteren schmeckte der Long Chicken nach Fisch oder ähnlichen, jedes mal fehlt irgendwas... Werde diesen Laden nicht mehr Besuchen.

Heute Abend war ich wieder mal im Burger King und habe da ein wenig verstörende Erfahrung gemacht. Eigentlich wollte ich zuerst fragen ob ich auch so bestellen kann oder nur am Automaten aber wurde von den Angestellten völlig ignoriert. Die jungen Damen haben es bevorzugt sich in ihrer Muttersprache zu unterhalten und amüsieren... als ob es mich als Kunde nicht geben würde. Kunde ist König? Nicht hier!

Es gibt einen Kinderspielraum drinnen und eine Rutsche draußen. Das Personal war besonders freundlich und die Toiletten sauber. Das Essen eben Burger King

Essen und Personal waren in Ordnung, Die geringe Bewertung kommt daher da dieser Burger King behauptet zugänglich für Rollstühle bzw. Gehbehinderte zu sein. Es gibt 2 Eingänge, der eine hat einen extrem hohen Bordstein und der andere besteht aus Stufen.

Ich habe im letzen halben Jahr 3 mal zum Mitnehmen im Kiosk bestellt. 2 von 3 mal wurde mir statt einen Double Burger ein normaler in die Verpackung hinein gelegt. Ich rate deshalb die Mitarbeiter darin zu schulen, bis zwei zu zählen. Geschmacklich OK.

Leckere Buger, aber leider Mitarbeiter die alles durcheinander bringen da mehrere Damen an mehreren Bestellungen gleich arbeiten. Außerdem werden Kolleginnen im Beisein der Kunden zurecht gewiesen

Personal immer freundlich, geht auch immer auf kleine sonderwünsche die wir leider durch unseren Sohn haben gern ein. Und wichtigstes, es ist immer sauber und nicht wie in vielen anderen Filialen wo man schon so war. 👍

Immer wieder eine eher schlechte Erfahrung im Essensbereich. Die burger sind gerade mal mittelmaß, kalt und schlampig gemacht. Viel geld für minimalsten essensstandard. Jedesmal sind die "King des Monats" meals nicht verfügbar schon ärgerlich wenn man xtra deswegen hinfährt! Dann wird man angemeckert und es wird einem vorgehalten an der kasse weil eine eingetippte sache dann doch storniert werden muss, als ob 3 knöpfe drücken so ein riesen aufwand wäre^^ dann hab ich in meinem leben noch nie so lätschige onion rings gegessen die sind sicher schon 3 std rumgelegen, also so was ekelhaftes! Und es gibt gar keinen unterschied von king pommes zu medium pommes na gut ist ein allgemeines burger king problem aber wenn man diesbezüglich nachfragt und als dumm dargestellt wird fragt man sich schon. Dieses restaurant wird nicht mehr besucht!!!

Chicken Tenders waren mir etwas zu stark paniert/geröstet. Aber vom Fleisch recht gut. Sehr gut war die ChKingsauce. Allerdings ist im XXL-Dip US-mäßig viel zu viel drin. Das hat am Wochenende für uns beim Grillen noch gereicht - auch gut😉

Gutes, Leckeres und günstiges essen. immer frisch gekriegt immer gut geschmeckt. Einfach perfekt.

Schöner Ort, toller Service, fantastische Atmosphäre

Ich war gestern kurz vor Mitternacht im Restaurant und wurde sehr freundlich bedient. Kurz nachdem ich mich zum Essen gesetzt hatte, fiel mir auf, dass die Türen abgesperrt wurden. Des Rätsels Lösung, ich hatte mich beim Reingehen bei den Öffnungszeiten verlesen. Statt 2.00 Uhr, schloss man um 0.00 Uhr. Mir war das peinlich. Die Reaktion der Mitarbeiter war aber super! Gleich mehrmals wurde mir mit einem freundlichen, ehrlichen Lächeln gesagt, ich solle doch bitte in Ruhe aufessen und mir das Essen auch schmecken lassen! Das letzte Mal als ihnen auffiel, dass ich mich doch beeilte fertig zu werden. Im Anschluss wurde ich dann mit einem netten Lächeln verabschiedet und mir wurde nochmals glaubhaft versichert, dass es überhaupt kein Problem gewesen sei. Ich musste durch diesen Service nicht hungrig ins Bett und bekam noch ein Lächeln gratis dazu. Für mich ein Topservice und eine extreme Kundenfreundlichkeit, die nicht unerwähnt bleiben darf und soll. Das das Restaurant wie immer sauber war und das Essen gut, braucht man nicht zu erwähnen 👍 Wenn es möglich wäre 6 Sterne zu vergeben, würde ich für gestern Nacht glatt 7 geben! 😉

Bin jetzt schon mehrmals hier gewesen über die letzten Monate. Und jedes Mal sind die Deals auf mysteriöse Weise ausverkauft. Fühlt sich so an als ob man die Leute mit Angeboten lockt aber Sie dann dazu bringen will die teuren Optionen zu kaufen.

Essen ok. Bestellung wie immer umständlich am Terminal. Preise zu hoch. Schade Diskussion um zusätzliche Servietten für Kinder. Meine Güte sehr unfreundlich

ich als internationaler Tester habe diesen Restaurant einen Besuch erstattet.. bin aber leider geschockt wie gut das essen war und wie schlecht das Personal war ! eine liebe Dame hat mir meine Soße gegeben worauf sie ohne Grund angemeckert worden ist, ich habe Sie verteidigt worauf ich dann angeschissen worden bin - unmöglich Aber essen war gut nur sehr Unfreundlich !!!

Das Restaurant ist nett, aber die Hälfte der Burger und praktisch alle Burger im Spezialangebot sind ausverkauft. Als ebenfalls Selbstständiger kann ich sagen, dass das echt eine miese Planung ist.

Erbärmlich!Die Burger als auch Pommes waren schlichtweg lange gelegen! Haben die knappe Stunde vor Ladenschluss geholt. Die Pommes waren lätschig und haben nach kaltem Fett geschmeckt. Besonders der Long Chicken war richtig bitter. Alle Burger waren kalt. Das ist nicht das erste mal!Man hat das gefühl, als ob man noch schnell die restlichen Burger die länger liegen geblieben sind, noch los werden will. Für uns war es das letzte mal bei BK. Man zahlt viel für nichts.

Leider waren 3 von 4 Besuchen ein Reinfall. Beim letzten Mal haben wir über 15 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet, während einige Bestellungen, die nach uns aufgegeben wurden, bereits abholbereit waren. Einmal wurde uns zugesichert, dass sie den Gutschein, den wir von einem Kinobesuch hatten, eingelöst wurde. Am Kassenzettel und am Preis war davon nichts zu sehen.

Food Quality The quality is currently perceived as significantly below average. Several products did not meet expectations in terms of either taste or preparation: Burgers were considered inedible. French fries: very little seasoning, significantly reduced portion size, unfavorable price-to-quantity ratio. Some products appeared to be poorly balanced (e.g., extremely high sauce content). In at least one instance, the food was not eaten and was thrown away. III. Pricing / Transparency The price level is very high in relation to the perceived quality. Additional costs were perceived negatively: Surcharges for standard items (e.g., ketchup). Price Information: Discrepancies were found between advertised prices and the final price charged. Example: Menu price higher than indicated on the sign. IV. Service & Organization The staff appeared generally stressed and, in some cases, overwhelmed. With prices rising and product quality noticeably declining, there is currently no sound basis for a recommendation. Revote: No. Last visit was 2 years ago.

Fantastic atmosphere, very friendly staff. The food is always fresh and delicious, and you don't have to search long for a parking space despite the large number of customers, as there are plenty available. This Burger King is also top-notch in terms of cleanliness.

We used to always go to the competition across the street with our friends. But a "test" convinced us, and this has been our regular spot ever since. The burgers are great, and overall the quality and taste of the food is really good. Friendly staff. With the app or weekly specials, you can also find some real bargains. We'll definitely be back.

Today was my first time at Burger King in what felt like forever – the service and friendliness of the staff were top-notch, truly 5 stars! The food was prepared quickly yet freshly. The salad on the burger was crisp and fresh. Tables were constantly being cleaned, and overall the restaurant seemed tidy, well-maintained, and clean for its class; there was no unpleasant smell. The children were also treated very kindly; they received paper crowns and extra rubber fries. It was a world of difference compared to the place across the street, where we were more than disappointed recently.

Ordered a PLANT-BASED WHOPPER CHEESE TORTILLA with extra jalapenos. Received a tiny chicken burger!!!! Plant?? Without jalapenos, of course. Without cheese. Thanks, but never again!!!

Dont order the King Fusions. It doesn't come with toppings as shown on the left of the picture. They handed me the normal sundae shown on the right which was 2 euro less and kept playing it off that it was the king fusion.

The food used to be better and cheaper; the prices have been inflated, and the food is now very poor quality. I don't understand why the place is always packed. The kitchen is full of Indian or Thai food. Burger King used to be a brand; now it's more like...

That was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. Serving that to customers?? In my opinion, the bacon wasn't even remotely cooked through 🤢 but the staff doesn't address complaints and you only get a rude reply.

Today I ordered chicken wings for the first time in ages... what the hell is this?? They're so incredibly spicy you can't eat them, thanks for that! My stomach is upset now! Yes, I'm very sensitive in that regard, one bite is enough... I just don't understand!

They used to be at the town hall, beautifully decorated like it was in 1955's Back to the Future. That's gone. At least there are various furnishings so everyone can find their own place. The refills are also gone. Salad remains on the menu instead of fries, which everyone agrees taste better. Less innovative, but somewhat cheaper. Since the renovation, the tables on the right have been replaced with terminals.

At first, I thought the order was fine, but then I opened the X-tra Long Chili Cheese I'd actually ordered. As you can see, it's just a standard and, above all, extremely bad long chicken. Almost no sauce, barely any salad, almost like a shoe sole. Absolutely not satisfying.

Fast food not what I thought it was...the customer base was reasonable, orders came in after us and went out before us. You'd think, at least everything was fresh. But no, not even after a 10-minute wait. The plant-based burger was dry, the curly fries were too salty even after the second attempt...and the other two burgers were okay for a Burger King. So nothing special about the order would justify the long wait. Other than the server's apology. There used to be a time when you were offered a Coke or something similar while waiting. It seems like the good old days.

This branch does everything according to standards. I worked at another branch myself for many years, so I can judge this very well. Always fresh, fast, and above all, delicious. Sure, it's happened at the drive-thru that something small was missing, but that's completely human and happens in every fast-food restaurant. So relax and check in the car right away before driving on!

Our order was incomplete. When we politely asked for the entire order and the payment, we were yelled at by a very unfriendly lady in the service department, who told us it was our own fault if we ordered something to eat 10 minutes before the shop closed.

If you get a free burger through the app, you might forget to order a more expensive burger instead. Ultimately, you still end up paying more.

Ordering is easy thanks to the service terminals, and the food is ready very quickly. Plus, the order was always correct. At least M...... doesn't get that. ;)

What was served here was an absolute disgrace! I ordered chili cheese fries and seriously – I got ONE drop of sauce. One! That's a joke. And I should pay extra for more sauce? At every other Burger King branch, you get a decent portion, nicely spread over the fries – as it should be. But here? Dry, unloving, zero flavor. If you're going to offer a dish, you should do it right. That was the last time for me – customer satisfaction seems to be a foreign concept here. I could have just ordered fries without anything. Truly sad.

Unfortunately, due to the unmotivated employee at the drive-thru, I didn't even make a purchase. I wanted the King of the Week, and the answer was, "Do you have the coupon?" Of course, I didn't, but at the Golden M across the street, the employees will help you make it work. Here, I was told, "Then it won't work!" So I drove through and to the other side.
