Friendly staff. Fast order processing.

Service was quick, burgers were warm and the order was complete. Toilets were clean. The onion rings had been standing for a little longer, but were still ok.

Coupons are now more expensive almost every week. Saubande

Everything was fine and there was a very good vegetarian selection compared to McDonalds etc.

Stanni BK, they forgot strawberry sauce in my Smartie strawberry ice cream. I pointed it out and they fixed it right away. Still full at 11 p.m.

I ordered chicken wings for the first time in a long time today.. what the hell is this shit?? They are so absolutely hot that you can't eat them, thanks for that, my stomach is irritated now!! Yes, I'm very sensitive to this, one bite is enough... I just don't understand!!

Every time I order a drink with ICE, it comes without! And sometimes something is missing when ordering and you are still treated badly with a gray face!...do not recommend

The quality is as usual that of Burger King. The restaurant is bright and clean. There are enough parking spaces outside. French fries forks are available upon request. When it's busy, you have to wait a long time. It is no longer up to date to only allow card payments from EUR 5.00. The WiFi connection is good.

This place is nice but what the workers did was HORRIBLE so me and my best friend came here again we got our food and we asked if we could cover it and they said that we eat here and that we have to protect the environment so NO if they have to give it to us! Unmarkable

At least I don't get food poisoning here like at McDonald's next door. The burger doesn't smell like a wet dog like at Mc Donald's next door. Most of the food there is fresh and warm. The branch management takes care of the store and apparently they hire decent people there

Best Burger King far and wide. Here, as a customer, you are still king and you can taste it too. It's a shame that you can't give more than 5 stars. Keep it up 👍🏼

There were no ice cubes in my drink (as always). The fries weren't salted well, I also had a chocolate milkshake and it didn't taste like chocolate at all

I've only been to Burger Kings, but the one in Weiden is by far the best one I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly, works in a structured manner and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. As a customer you are immediately noticed. The process is very well organized, so there are no long waiting times even at peak times. The food is always fresh and warm. It doesn't get any better.

The staff has improved after the renovation and the fries are fresh and very good again. Unfortunately the drive is a bit too narrow (rims) killer. Always my pleasure

Today we celebrated my daughter's birthday at Burger King and it was a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere was perfect for a child's birthday party. We were particularly impressed by the fast service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Thank you for the great service – we’ll be happy to come back!

Typical BK but everything is clean and great!

Always the wrong milkshake. I ordered strawberry, I received vanilla, I noticed it and went there and was told it was strawberry. My argument that strawberries are at least slightly pink was ignored. Nevertheless, I got a new shake and what was the strawberry flavor concentrate was empty, I received vanilla. When I asked if the concentrate was empty, I was met with a dirty look and a "You have your shake now!" sent away. After more than a week I was back and again I received vanilla instead of strawberry... I'd rather go to McDonald's, they're friendlier and will let you know if something doesn't work.

I just called BK for the first time ever, just to ask whether BK delivers in Weiden. Answer: "Don't ever call again, otherwise I'll call the police, it's no fun anymore." I've never called a Burger King before. Thanks for nothing?

This is the worst Burger King branch I've ever been to. The ordering stations work incorrectly, so you are forced to order at the counter. The staff doesn't speak German. Orders are delivered incorrectly. Waiting time is inhumane even though nothing was going on. The branch management should definitely clean this up. I recommend avoiding this branch. By the way, there is a McDonalds opposite.

Well, it's been a long time since I've experienced that you wait 20 minutes for your food and that's not enough, dogs run around in the restaurant and when you ask where the extra sauce is on the Chili Chess Fries you're told it's Burger King Well, standards have woof woof

Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. It was strange because there was a lot going on and the things were actually freshly prepared.

Food was fresh, prepared quickly and there was enough parking space.

You will also be bullied by employees if you can't read their minds. And the best thing at last: there was (we assume) plastic in the food?? Never again

Great coupon campaign at the moment. However, unfortunately you can't pre-order online at the BK in Weiden and you really have to order in the drive. It would be time to change that and work with the points system like the opposite competition.

Ambience is very nice, newly renovated and service is good, the food could just be a little warmer. The last two times we got cold burgers!

Catastrophe... Ordered country burger without onions/pickles and with cheese... It turned out exactly the other way around, service staff were really pissed off when they complained. Took the burger back to the kitchen (actually forbidden due to food laws and hygiene!!!), gave the burger back to me, this time the onions and pickles were gone, the cheese was still missing. Since it was paid for, I went to the terminal again, the sellers probably would have liked to eat me... They took the burger back into the kitchen in front of me for the second time, slapped cold cheese on it and gave it back to me... None Don't apologize at all, such behavior is unbelievable!

If you advertise everywhere you go and it says Cola with fries and a burger for 2.99 euros is sold out. Sold out of burgers at the burger ha ha laugh.

Food tastes better than in the restaurant opposite. Meat tastes like grilled. Lots of communication problems with the workers but that's not too bad. Sometimes you forget to remove something even though you ask.

Very long wait for two meals, orders that arrived after my order were given out before mine was bagged. Kiosks ordering, tables, WC, clean facility.

I don't know what happened with the food yesterday, me and my nephew have rarely had things so bad. I had a double cheeseburger and my nephew had two long chicken.

Sympathy 4 stars for the nice employees and the shift managers who really put in a lot of effort. A big deduction or suggestion for improvement: Even at quiet times, people often forget something they paid for, cheese, sauces, sometimes whole burgers, which is extremely annoying, and I also get a normal Coke instead of Zero about every third time or light, I know that now and ask about it... but it doesn't have to be that way. Unnecessary additional effort. Please be much more careful at the drive-in. In addition, especially at this Burger King, in 8/10 cases there is almost no sauce on the chili cheese fries. Too bad too. Otherwise a good shop with quick service and almost always friendly staff :-)

Food was good, everything was freshly made, service was... unfortunately the lady behind the counter barely understood me (despite speaking standard German!!!) so English was the order of the day.

The food was better and the service at the drive-in is terrible. Something is simply booked in and then claimed that you ordered it that way.

We were there today and ordered something on the drive. The order included 9 nuggets twice but unfortunately they were Forgot 3 sauces, so we went in with the receipt and asked for the 3 forgotten sauces. Then the most unbelievable thing that ever happened to me happened, a Mr. "Ahmed" at this time, probably the manager, went to the car and rummaged around in my food with his hands and actually accused us of stealing. It was just missing that he didn't search the entire car. When he didn't find anything, he left with a grim face and sent a very nice colleague out who brought us the three sauces. I won't put up with this either and will take further steps.

Tried the new wings today, tasted outstanding. The rest, even after 23 years, as usual, freshly and quickly prepared, everything clean. Always worth a visit, that's why 5 stars

Been there for the third time in a very short time. Each time one or more orders were missing. Went there again today at 7 p.m. and when we got home we noticed that half of the order was missing. I don't think that's okay because we also pay money that was wasted every time...

Wir haben gestern den Burger King besucht, die Tische waren alle voll, der Service war gut, freundlich, vielleicht ist die Verkäuferin, die uns bedient hat, vielleicht noch in den Kinderschuhen, aber sie war gut und nett...

Schneller Service, zwei App Coupons eingelöst, alles einwandfrei. So wie man es bei Burger King erwartet.

Ich war einmal da und habe mir Pommes und irgendein Burger bestellt. Ich fand die Pommes besser als den Burger selber. Die Mitarbeiter sind da wirklich nicht sehr nett.

Burger King ist sehr sauber, hier wird regelmäßig der Tisch abgewischt.

Finde es schade, dass ständig was fehlt. Heute wieder: die Hälfte der Bestellung hat gefehlt. Das ist wirklich schade, da man dafür ja Geld bezahlt.. wenn man alleine das Essen abholt, ist es nicht immer möglich seine Tüten auf Vollständigkeit zu überprüfen (was man bei dem Service wirklich immer tun sollte).

Burger gegessen seit dem Übelkeit und Magen Darm Probleme, ich werd nicht nochmal kommen, mit dem Burger hat definitiv irgendetwas nicht gestimmt.

Die Neue Rezeptur der Nuggets ist gelungen. Und das Personal sehr Freundlich.
