Anything but friendly. A child has a little wish! Unfortunately, a gentleman said... anyone can come! The focus here is obviously on the Provit and not the customer! Very outdated structures!

Incompetent staff and dirty everywhere

Employees are extremely unfriendly, sanitary facilities are really dirty. Food is okay for McDonald's standards but below average.

The food was cold and disappointing, didn't taste as good as it used to and the quality had deteriorated. Could it be because of the layer?

A typical modern McDonald's as we know it, including ordering terminals, table service and drive-thru. The line-up is constantly changing, which is why it is difficult to evaluate the staff. The parking lot is quite full at peak times, but I've never been unable to find a space. Cardboard straws are stupid, at least give out reusable straws.

The tables/The table I sat at was very dirty. Ketchup crumbs and stains everywhere. (Other substances I couldn't identify). When the food came to the table it was already cold. Fries were cold and undercooked. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like burnt rubber smells. In addition, the staff is unfriendly.

The quality is deteriorating more and more here, food is often already cold and fries are not cooked through. I've had it several times now that food was missing when ordering and picking up at the drive-thru. Then rather the MC in Wernberg, there have never been such problems here..

Conclusion: We don't compete anymore and I don't go to you either because the errors are currently occurring too often. I'll also answer the phone so that I can get things like this straight away.

I spent points on the kpop cola but I didn't get it because there weren't any left. It would have been nice if they had deactivated the coupon in the app. I've now driven to Weiden specifically for it.

Today I was at MC 2 Auto's and there was someone in front of me who had to wait a long time for his order. The customer was not placed in the value range. When he finally got his things and drove on, I noticed that the things of me and the two cars in front and behind me were already packed and handed out straight away. The food was of course cold. I don't think that's correct because it's been like that several times. This is not the case in Wernberg, they are 1000 times better

Service a disaster. Ordered a burger today without onions and pickles. How the burger was brought to the table was also written on the packaging without onions and cucumbers, but they were still on it, which I don't think is a big deal. My husband then went to the checkout with the burger and the receipt and he was also apologized and assured that he would get a new one. The burger went back and you can watch the burger makers. Two employees fumble around with their fingers in the burger to scrape everything down, without gloves, pack it into a new box and put the burger back to us. Of course my husband didn't put up with that and said he had watched everything. The two employees immediately felt caught and hid for the time being. Well, at some point I got the burger fresh just as I ordered it. We were sitting near the front of the checkout so we also had to see that next to the fries where they are prepared, packaged and fried, people are undoing and braiding each other's hair as if we were at a hairdresser and putting the fries in theirs with the same hands Packaging slides without washing your hands.

You bring the money to the store and as a thank you the customer gets a €40 fine because you can only stand there for 2 hours. I met up with a friend and the meal just took a little longer because we hadn't seen each other in ages. Furthermore, it wasn't clear that you were only allowed to eat there for two hours.

Des war super war nicht viel Los essen isst wie immer sehr gut und es hat alles wie immer gepasst da kaman immer hin gehen..

War das erste Mal seit über 20 Jahren wieder in einem McDonald's. Freundliches Personal und gute Auswahl vom Essen.

Sehr schnelle Bedienung. Das Essen war heiß, was man sehr selten findet bei McDonalds. Das Restaurant und die Toiletten waren sauber. Was will man mehr?

Bin das erste Mal in diesem McDonald's g'wesen, da ich erst hier her zog, aber kann es jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

War letztens mit meinen Eltern hier und habe mir was bei diesem Bestell Bildschirm was bestellt. Sind nochmal vor dem abdrücken alles durch gegangen ob wir alles haben. Dann als wir unsere Bestellung bekamen fehlten und so viele Sachen. Mussten dann zur Kasse gehen und es selber holen. Und unser Tisch war nicht mal geputzt! Aber trotzdem hat das Essen geschmeckt

Beim MC Drive ist es immer sehr ratsam seine Ware gleich nochmalig durchzugehen. Es fehlt immerwieder etwas. Rechnung stimmt - Ware nicht.

Leider waren die Tische nicht abgeputzt....sonst alles i.o.

Wenn man es mag seine Burger selbst zusammenzubasteln, nachdem man sie zerlegen musste weil man die die Burger man bekommt nicht essen kann von der bauweise her, dann ist man hier genau richtig 👍🏻 Auch für Leute die ihr Menü nicht ganz schaffen ist dieser Ort großartig, da mindestens ein Produkt der Bestellung oft vergessen wird🥰

Essen ist ok...leider kommt es hin und wieder vor, dass Soßen oder ganze bestellte Waren (z.b. Nuggets) nicht im "Drive in" mit eingepackt werden. Ist mir selbst in den letzten Monaten öfter passiert...

Man kann dort essen aber ja muss ned sein personal versteht ab und zu kein wort

Sehr schöner McDonalds . Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, falls es Probleme gibt .

Ich komme hier öfters vorbei und habe insgesamt einen positiven Eindruck. Wartezeiten sind völlig okay und das Essen schmeckt gut und frisch (für ein McDonald's Restaurant). Einen Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass der Eistee einmal nur nach Wasser geschmeckt hat und ich manchmal ekliges Verhalten bei den Mitarbeitern beobachte, z.B. sich vigoros an der Nase oder dem Kopf kratzen und sofort danach das Essen anfassen.

Ich habe selten einen so schlecht organisierten McDonalds erlebt. Seitdem ich in Weiden lebe, habe ich es ab und an versucht. Wartezeiten am DriveIn die unterirdisch sind. Bestellung mit der App kommt angeblich nicht an und kann erst auf Nachfrage bearbeitet werden. Bitte ändert das endlich.

Das mit den Wartezeiten hat sich mittlerweile gebessert, daher passe ich meine Bewertung an.

В Чехії та на Україні страви смачніші ніж в Німеччині 🤷🏻‍♀️ Завжди думала, що мережа McDonald's всюди однакова, але... різниця кардинальна. В Німеччині не смачно, персонал не привітний.

Öffnungszeiten sind für eine fast food Kette nicht akzeptabel. Ich hatte um 4 Uhr Hunger, hätte gern mein Geld da gelassen. Aber leider geht das anscheinend nicht mehr. Lounge macht schon um 23 Uhr zu Schwach

Mein Bigmac war wie gewohnt einfach zusammengeklatscht, sehr angenehm zu essen! Aber irgendsoein Typ hat mir einfach Proteinpulver in meine Cola gemacht, 20 Liegestütze und dann einen Handstand über meinem Essen und in meine Pommes gespuckt... Wann kommen wieder Ratten ins Essen? LG

Cheeseburger immer kalt, Big Mac ungenießbar

Sehr angenehmer Besuch und wenn wenig los ist vergleichsweise sehr sauber im Gegensatz zu anderen Mc‘Donalds. Auch die bequemen gepolsterten Bänke draußen habe ich noch bei keinem anderen FastFoodLaden gesehen

Meine Familie und ich waren dort um was zu essen holen für Mittag da wir denn ganzen Tag unterwegs waren haben ganz normal bestellt zum mitnehmen es war auch nicht viel los dort aber die Dame die unsere Bestellung aufgenomme hatte hatte auch den Anschein gemacht das sie alles notiert hat wir mussten aber im Auto dann feststellen müssen das sie die Hälfte nicht eingepackt hat die wir bestellt haben und wir haben auch das bezahlt was wir nicht bekommen haben

Wir waren gerade vor Ort zum Essen. Was ich jetzt total schlimm finde ist es wird Tischservice angeboten am Display. Aber in Wirklichkeit wird er gerade nicht gemacht. Und es wird auch nicht erklärt warum. Zählt man um die Uhrzeit 23:47 nicht mehr als Kunde hier?;?!?

Um 09:30 Uhr wollte ich Fruehstueck mitnehmen. Nach ca. 15 Min. Wartezeit im Drive-Thru kam ich dran und mir wurde dann gesagt, dass es kein Fruehstuck mehr dort gebe. Ist das jeztzt immer so? Kein Fruehstueck mehr in Weiden McDonald's?

Sehr sehr unfreundliches Personal, wirklich teilweise unberschämt!! Aber keine langen Wartezeiten im Drive-In.
