McDonald's in Weiden i.d.OPf.

Essen immer kalt und gefühlt mehrere Stunden alt. Naja so kann man sich den überteuerten fras auch abgewöhnen....

Habe einen Kaffee und ein Eis bestellt und bezahlt aber nur den Kaffee bekommen. Geld zurück für das fehlende Eis gab es nicht, da ich am Terminal bezahlt habe. Enttäuschend, wie wenig handlungsfähig das Team vor Ort ist. Hatte mich darauf gefreut und das Eis bezahlt ohne Gegenleistung.

Das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut und man wird relativ schnell bedient. Habe heute einen Deutschland Burger bestellt. Als ich ihn aufmachte, war gerade mal so viel Soße darin, als ob man einen knappen Teelöffel aufgefüllt hätte. Hat leider nach nichts geschmeckt und nur zwei Scheiben kleiner Bacon. Schade, dass ich keine Bilder posten kann.

Shaker Plant Nuggets bestellt, Chicken Nuggets bekommen. Bei der Reklamation griff der Mitarbeiter auf eine Box mit Plant Nuggets, die hinter ihm stand und gab sie mir. Meinen Zettel kassierte er ein. Die Nuggets waren absolut vertrocknet. Wer weiß, wie lange die schon lagen... Die Gewürzmischung für die Shaker Nuggets (Currygeschmack) gab es auch nicht dazu. Ein zweites Mal reklamieren wollte ich jedoch auch nicht, da der Zettel ja weg war.

Mitarbeiter schmeißt mein essen in tüte als ob des müll wäre, nächste mal schmeiße ich Mitarbeiter genauso. 3 mal habe ich die selben sachen bestellt und 3 mal wurde 1 burger vergessen, ans telefon geht auch keiner

Die Atmosphäre dort war bedrückend, und einige der Angestellten waren während meines Besuchs ausgesprochen unhöflich und herablassend. Das Management sollte dringend Kundenservice-Schulungen anbieten. Natürlich ist verständlich, dass sie täglich mit vielen Menschen zu tun haben und auch mal einen schlechten Tag haben können, aber Unhöflichkeit und Herablassung sind inakzeptabel.

Gestern war tatsächlich das erste Mal, dass ich mich beklagen könnte. Sonst bin ich immer wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität. Zuerst mussten wir uns gestern auf einen dreckigen Platz setzen, da alle anderen schon ,,geschlossen" waren. Die Pommes und Gitterkartoffeln schmeckten so, als wären sie schon länger unter Hitze gelagert worden. Es war nicht mehr knusprig, sondern schon hart. Es war zwar 1 Uhr nachts. Aber eine Stunde vor Schließung sollte es denk ich normal sein, dass man immer noch nach Vorschrift arbeitet und auch dann neu anrichtet. Ansonsten kann ich nur sagen, super Filiale, nette Angestellten und wie gesagt auch meistens super Qualität!

In letzter Zeit haben wir hier nach Ausflügen öfter Essen zum Mitnehmen geholt. Leider hat jedes Mal etwas gefehlt (mal die Nuggets, mal die Apfeltasche, etc.). Vor Ort ist es oft so voll und hektisch, dass man gar nicht dazu kommt, alles direkt zu kontrollieren. Zu Hause folgt dann die Enttäuschung. Bitte kontrolliert die Tüten vor dem mitnehmen novhmal!

Die Erdbeeren waren lätschig auf dem Erdbeerkuchen. Service könnte auch mal Lächeln wenn man freundlichen ist.

Katastrophe!!!! Im Drive In war ein unfähiger junger Mann. Hat mindestens 3 mal nachgefragt, hat mich überhaupt nicht verstanden. Red Bull Waldmeister bestellt, dann wollte er mir ein Red Bull mit Beeren geben. Später habe ich festgestellt, dass er die Curly Fries nicht eingepackt hat. Was soll das? Katastrophe!!!!!

Am McDonald's angekommen, Parkplätze beim vollem Restaurant... eher schlecht als recht.... bestellt Vorort am terminal, wenige Minuten später essen fertig zur Mitnahme... es war zu schnell fertig, Personal nuja weder ein hallo oder tschüss... nur die nummer gerufen fertig... kein guten Appetit oder ähnliches.... ich wieder zurück max. 5min dann war ich im hotel... geöffnet und es war alles kalt ... also wusste ich warum es so schnell fertig war vorproduziert ohne ende und nicht eingehalten zeit... Schade... hier werde ich auf jedenfall nicht wieder etwas bestellen... Finger weg ...

Leider wieder komplett die Soßen vergessen beim bestellen. Ich war extra da um das neue Dip-Set zu probieren.

Im Drive in bestellt. Zu Hause angekommen habe ich gemerkt das die Pommes fehlten. Bezahlt hatte ich sie aber. Gut , selber schuld, hätte ich gleich nachgesehen. Dann einen Bissen vom Hamburger genommen. So was trockenes habe ich noch nie gegessen. Hab ihn aufgeklappt und vergebens den Senf , Ketchup und die Zwiebeln gesucht. Den McRip musste ich mir wieder zusammen basteln. Also Mc Donalds Weiden sieht mich nicht wieder.

Mc Donalds halt… Aber die Waschbeckenamaturen sind der allerletzte Dreck. Kleine Kinder und ältere Menschen kommen damit überhaupt nicht klar. Und die, die es bedienen können, werden durch das Gebläse nochmal schön mit dem im Waschbecken befindlichen Restwasser eingesaut.

MC ist nach wie vor gut aber Die Burger sind teureren geworden und kleiner. Am Ende macht es aber das Personal und die sind bei Mces Tiptop

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von McDonald's Weiden. Früher war ich gerne dort, aber die Qualität hat in letzter Zeit stark nachgelassen. Der McFlurry ist inzwischen mehr Suppe als Eis – total geschmolzen und ungenießbar. Auch die Cola schmeckt nur noch wässrig, als wäre sie stark verdünnt. Dazu kommt, dass das Personal zunehmend unfreundlich wirkt, was den Besuch zusätzlich unangenehm macht. Insgesamt passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht mehr: Die Preise steigen weiter, während die Qualität immer schlechter wird. Sehr schade – so macht ein Besuch dort keinen Spaß mehr.

Einfach unfassbar. Soeben habe ich die McDonald's Filiale in Weiden in der Oberpfalz in der Dr. Seeling-Straße 15 besucht. Im McDrive habe ich neben anderen Produkten eine Packung 20 McPlant Nuggets bestellt. Zuhause angekommen vielen mir auf, dass es sich nicht um McPlant Nuggets, sondern um Chicken McNuggets handelte. Als Vegetarier bin ich daraufhin sauer zum Restaurant gefahren um das Problem persönlich anzusprechen und darauf aufmerksam zu machen, dass ich die falsche Bestellung bekam. An der Kasse angekommen versicherte mir ein Mitarbeiter (Ein korpulenter Herr mittleren Alters), dass ich die McPlant Nuggets bekommen hatte. Dieser sprach gleich in einem sehr ausfallenden und unhöflichen Ton. Er zerbrach die Nuggets aus meiner Packung und hielt einen McPlant Nugget und einen Chicken McNugget aus meiner Packung nebeneinander vor mir und behauptete es wären die gleichen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt sahen seine Kollegen und Kolleginnen ihn bereits verwundert an. Er zerbach einzeln einige der Nuggets aus meiner Packung, hielt sie mir vor die Nase und behauptete es wären McPlant, warf diese wieder genervt in die Packung und gab mir diese wieder. Als er beide Nuggets nebeneinander hielt, konnte man ganz klar das faserige Hähnchen aus meiner Bestellung und die etwas dunkleren, körnigen McPlant Nuggets erkennen und mit gesundem Auge feststellen, dass es sich nicht um das selbe handelte. Doch wiederholt betonte er aufgeregt es wären die gleichen. Selbst wenn es sich bei meiner Bestellung um McPlant Nuggets gehandelt hätte, hätte ich diese NICHT wieder an mich genommen, da er bereits mit seinen bloßen Händen in meine Packung gefasst, Nuggets in die Packung geworfen hat und einige zerbrochen hat. Das ist äußerst respektlos und unhygienisch.

Es ging man konnte es essen aber schmeckte nicht so wie vor 1 Jahr

Schon wieder 2/3 der Bestellung falls... Falsch eingepackte burger, 2 x richtiger Aufkleber, 2 x falscher burger... Hier wird man nur beschissen. Wenn das so weiter geht, überlege ich echt den Laden anzuzeigen wegen Betrugs

Pommes waren kalt und pappig MC Rip eher trocken, Sauce war im Bun eingezogen. 3 Personen 50€ Und halb hungrig heim gefahren. Sehr ernüchternd.

Ich habe einen kleinen Schoko Milchshake beim Drive Trough bestellt. (Schoko schmeckt am besten) Als ich jetzt grade zu Hause angekommen bin ist mir aufgefallen, das ich gescammt wurde. 😡 In dem 0.25L Becher waren ohne zu übertreiben maximal 0.15L drinnen. In dem Moment bin ich fertig mit dem Shake und bin extrem sauer und enttäuscht. Ich habe mich auf meinen 0.25L Lieblingsshake gefreut aber konnte es gar nicht so richtig genießen da es schon zu Ende war, bevor ich erst wirklich anfangen konnte.

Das ist jetzt schon das zweite Mal innerhalb von zwei Monaten, dass etwas in unserer Tüte zum Mitnehmen vergessen oder einfach nicht dabei war. Vor etwa zwei Monaten fehlten zwei große Pommes. Zum Glück hatte ich meine Bestellung im Auto überprüft und bin zurück ins Restaurant gegangen, um das Problem zu melden. Heute Abend fehlten alle bestellten Dips und Saucen (sieben bis acht Stück). Außerdem war nicht einmal eine Serviette in unserer Tüte. Der Service hat in letzter Zeit stark nachgelassen. Es scheint, als ob dem Personal Schnelligkeit wichtiger ist als Qualität.

Mittlerweile passt Preis Leistung überhaupt nicht mehr.

Der Kundenservice war katastrophal. Der Manager war im Gegensatz zu anderen McDonald's-Filialen nicht hilfsbereit. Der Apfelkuchen war nicht richtig gebacken und die Pommes waren nicht frisch.

Fastfood halt... Nuggets schmecken immer sehr gut. Pommes und Nuggets haben bisher hier nie nach alten Fett bei uns geschmeckt, was bei anderen McDonald's schon ab und zu vor kam. Empfehle im McDrive den Inhalt immer zu kontrollieren, da dieser nicht immer stimmt. Hier und da fehlte ein Bürger, Beilagen wie Pommes. Ärgerlich war im Sommer, dass der flüssige Vanille Milchshake braun, mit Kaffee Geschmack so nicht anderes möglich sei. Beim zweiten rauslassen, war dieser schon fest nur noch bisi braun, aber auch ohne Kaffee Geschmack. Das der Schichtleiter eher es diskutieren und Lügen aufhört und meinen Kind einfach einen Vanille Shake dreht er es so, dass der Vanille Shake eben so ist. Kann man machen… Wir kaufen seit dem keinen mehr. Sonst zufrieden

Ich und mein Kumpel waren hier betrunken um am Abend was zu Essen. Ich hatte mir Chicken Nuggets gekauft und mein Kumpel die Veganischen Nuggets. Nachdem wir unsere Essen bekommen haben war mein Kumpel so verpeilt das der beim gehen gestoplert ist und seine nuggets auf den boden fielen. Das war dann so erbärmlich das selbst der verkäufer ihn dann kostenlos neue Nuggets gegeben hat. Aufm Heimweg dann sagte er so, yo probier mal. Ich nahm nen Biss von den Veggie Nuggets und die waren Steinhart und Knusprig zugleich? Wie geht das?

After our meal, we wanted to order coffee to go. A large coffee and a large matcha latte... After 5 minutes, when the order was ready, I went to the counter to find out they were out of matcha lattes. So, I ordered a latte macchiato as an alternative. The coffee wasn't ready either! Three minutes later, I received the latte and a small coffee. To recap: I paid for a large coffee and a matcha latte and received a latte macchiato and a small coffee. After complaining again, I ended up with a mediocre large coffee and an overpriced latte macchiato. Two stars for the exceptionally friendly cleaning lady who took care of the issue instead of the manager.

The food was actually crazy awesome, but the matcha latte smelled like fish and tasted like hot milk with fish and grass. I burned my tongue on the first sip and it also made me feel sick.

Today I accidentally lost my wallet in the McDonald's restroom. I was convinced I'd never see it again, but to my great surprise, the cleaning lady found it and returned it to me in one piece. I'm incredibly grateful for her honesty and kind heart ❤️ Situations like this really restore your faith in humanity! Thank you to the entire team for your help and sincerity – you can tell that you're working with genuine character.

Half my order is now missing. Of an adult meal and two Happy Meals, one entire Happy Meal and six chicken nuggets are missing. I paid almost €35 and €10 is missing. Serves me right for still going there. UPDATE: They're offering me a free Happy Meal and six chicken nuggets as a "goodwill gesture." This isn't goodwill, it's fulfillment of my purchase contract, which McDonald's Weiden is legally obligated to provide. What kind of attitude must they have to write something like this to a customer?

I ordered a McMeal to go. Unfortunately, they forgot the apple spritzer. Now they're claiming I lost it. Sadly, this happens quite often at this McDonald's; things get forgotten with orders. It's a shame, I'll go somewhere else in the future.

I don't know how "motivated" the staff here are, but treating a purchased product like this is outrageous. Next time, that thing is going straight back over the counter and into the kitchen.

Price for an apple spritzer: just under €5. Not even fancy restaurants have such outrageous prices. The child is immediately handed two bags of Smarties without asking. They're probably trying to get the little ones hooked. I remember this kind of garbage from the 80s. Pretty backward.

If there are new releases they shouldn't always be sold out last time I got stomach problems. It's a shame I was always a fan of MC but you're losing a lot of ground.

I'm ordering a strawberry milkshake for God knows how many times. Every time, I have to strain my taste buds to detect even a hint of strawberry flavor. Is it so difficult to just add strawberry syrup to my milkshake? Then just remove the strawberry flavor from the lineup if you can't get it right... unbelievable!!

As always, everything was great! I ordered via the app, received my code in the parking lot, and picked up my order at the drive-thru! Everything went smoothly! Great!

Today we happened to stop by this branch because it was on our way to work, and we wanted to take a short break and treat ourselves to a coffee. There was no water coming out of the tap in the men's section. We wanted to order coffee in the Mc Coffee "department" and were left standing there for two minutes, even though there were plenty of free staff behind the main counter. The team meeting was apparently more important. After staring at the employees for a while, I was asked, somewhat briskly, "Do you have to order here?" The desired product was then handed over in a friendly manner.

Unfortunately, the quality at this McDonald's often leaves much to be desired. The Coke is regularly extremely watery, which completely ruins the taste. The cleanliness of the restaurant is seriously lacking – many tables are dirty or sticky. Furthermore, items have been forgotten in my orders several times. I expect significantly more care and standards from a well-known chain like McDonald's.

We stopped by McDonald's this evening and ordered takeaway food. We had two 20-piece nuggets (standard and plant-based), but both had only 18 nuggets instead of 20. The large fries were only half full, and some of the fries weren't fully fried. This wasn't the first time this had happened, but complaints were never responded to. No one was available by phone.

It's a shame that we have to give this one star - even that is too many... Since when are we no longer allowed to choose the toys for our Happy Meal ourselves? Totally disappointed children. When we ask why this is the case, the answer we get is "I don't understand anything"... And we are passed on to the next lady... Who then says it's always been like this. My sister and a friend were there recently and were allowed to choose too. Why are we lied to so blatantly?

The food is okay, but orders are often mixed up or not given at all. Unfortunately, this has happened to us more often in the last five months, during our seven visits. And when you have a cranky, hungry child in the car, or are being honked at by the nervous drivers behind you, you don't have time to really check everything. I rely on the service... but hey, they're all just human... maybe they should still be more focused on their work.

Event: June 22, 2025, 7:50 p.m. Yippee, there are Playmobil llamas at McDonald's! So, I went. My wife ordered first – a KidsMenu with Playmobil. While I was still ordering, she came back with her tray. What's missing? Exactly, Playmobil. She went over and asked for the llama. She got a peacock. When I politely asked about the llama, she received a brusque reply: "There's only a surprise." The (now deleted) app offered three options: Playmobil, donation book, or surprise. She had, of course, chosen Playmobil, not surprise. The whole exchange was very unfriendly; you felt like the worst, not a customer. When asked for the supervisor, the employee explained that it was him. Well, I took our things and placed the tray on the counter with the words that this was the last time I'd ever go to McDonald's. Of course, I canceled my order. When we tried to make the tea we ordered at home (for obvious reasons, we didn't stay there), it was the wrong tea...

I had MC fish, which unfortunately they don't have here anymore and it was a big disappointment. The sauce inside was extremely sour, overall it was poorly seasoned. I remember it completely differently. They probably didn't have smaller wings anymore. All in all, the service was great, the food was poor.

Even though McDonald's is a franchise, there are differences. McDonald's Weiden is one of the best-run. Burgers are always fresh and hot, everything is clean.

I wanted to order, but an error occurred, and the employee said something very incomprehensible. I just said, "Huh," to which he replied, "Huh, you can say that at home." What a joke.

This really was the last time I've been here. I've received the wrong things so many times when picking up. Big tasty bacon without bacon, the wrong Big Rösti, a cherry turnover instead of an apple. Today's order was a real hit: 2 Happy Meals with 2 vanilla milkshakes. First I discovered two incorrect games for my Happy Meal. When I picked it up, there was no comment that the games I ordered weren't available; they just gave me the wrong ones. After complaining, one of the two games was suddenly found, but the other was no longer available. This lack of interest in finding a solution to the error was really embarrassing. Then when I got home I noticed that there was a strawberry milkshake instead of two vanilla milkshakes?! Are you supposed to stand in the kitchen to make sure you get the things you ordered? Well no, the error rate (I order veeeery rarely) is too high for the really high prices they've become.

Apparently, McDonald's Weiden no longer adheres to McDonald's standards, but rather to guidelines that are often ignored. I was there today, May 23, 2025, at 8:12 PM. My order: A 4-chicken nugget Happy Meal (I had 3 nuggets, no toy). The toy was brought out upon request (the wrong one, but that doesn't matter), but I was totally annoyed and didn't say sorry or anything. 2 Chicken Big Macs And a 20-piece nugget (standard 3 sauces). There are 2 available. I have to say, every time we buy a Happy Meal, you always have to ask because we haven't had one in about a year. It's awful for parents when they pick up something after work and then the kids don't have any toys or they get the wrong ones. It's getting more and more expensive, and the quality is getting worse and worse.

Even one star is too much. I stood in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and was told nothing was working, great.

Disappointing experience at a child's birthday party - never again We were at McDonald's Weiden for a children's birthday, but we had the first difficulties when ordering. In addition, the atmosphere was disturbed by some unpleasant guests. However, the absolute low point came three weeks later: A letter demanded €40 because of supposedly too long parking time - we had parked an hour longer than the permitted two hours because of the children's birthday party. Despite several phone calls and a personal visit asking the branch manager to call us back, we received no response. Conclusion: We definitely won't be coming back and can't recommend this location.

Bad employees, they don't give us the whole order and then don't want to give it to us, so I've never experienced anything like that in my entire life and I'm just missing a big Mac and a big Tasty bacon

Mitarbeiterbewertung Leider muss ich von sehr negativen Erfahrungen im Zusammenhang mit meinem Arbeitsverhältnis berichten. Als ehemalige Mitarbeiterin habe ich die verpflichtenden Lohnunterlagen, darunter die Jahreslohnabrechnung, nicht erhalten. Zudem wurde ich während meines Arbeitsverhältnisses nicht einmal über die Möglichkeit informiert, diese Dokumente persönlich abzuholen. Nach Beendigung meines Arbeitsverhältnisses wurde von mir eine zusätzliche Gebühr für die Ausstellung eines Duplikats verlangt, obwohl mir das Originaldokument nie übergeben wurde. Der Kontakt diesbezüglich war erschwert, und meine Anfragen blieben unbeantwortet. Eine solche Behandlung von (ehemaligen) Mitarbeitern halte ich für inakzeptabel. Aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrungen kann ich diesen Arbeitgeber leider nicht empfehlen.

Totally unfriendly to children. Boss and employee totally disrespectful. My little one just wanted to ask something and was treated like a total idiot. Was my last visit. Was there often but now never again. Then I'd rather go to Amberg.

It's always a disgrace from the employees that they don't do the order correctly. Again there is a lack of food and not just a little, you can't get very far without a receipt and if you say something you will be insulted. Do your job right in the future!!!!!!!

Something was missing from our order several times when we went to pick something up. Tables were often left unwiped. Unfortunately, the staff isn't particularly friendly either. One of them even yelled at my husband, telling him not to throw money at her. Which wasn't the case. Unfortunately, the customer isn't king here. Parking and entrance/exit are very narrow.

We ate here today with a person (a spastic woman who has difficulty holding a cup). It was a very big problem for the lady at the counter to give us a straw. Only after discussing things and being spoken to snidely (even though the situation had been explained) did we come to a straw by rolling our eyes. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

The tables are dirty. Food tastes strange, unlike other McDonald's (worse). Most of the time something we ordered is missing. On our last visit we didn't get what we ordered at all.

The McDonald's Drive-In in Weiden is a convenient option for a quick snack on the go. As usual, the food is standardized and mostly okay, especially if you get fresh burgers and hot fries. However, there are always longer waiting times, even outside of peak times. In addition, it occasionally happens that orders are not completed or are only issued lukewarm. The service varies depending on the time of day – sometimes friendly, sometimes stressful. Okay for a quick stop, but there is still room for improvement, especially when it comes to speed and care.

This McDonald should actually be closed, customer friendliness is not a priority here and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. You get laughed at when the gentlemen and ladies forget something and complain about Germans in their own language. There's a lot of shouting behind the cash register in there as if I were in a disco, the dear German lady who I knew as a small child where the McDonald was still in the pedestrian zone and she was there too didn't have to do anything like that now and she can only do that to look and shake your head. I have already complained to the management because of their constant forgetfulness and their rude manner towards the customers, but they wrote to me that they are only people. As a customer, I am obliged to check my goods for completeness, but being rude to the customer is not actually allowed in addition. In a nutshell, this turned out to be a real mess.

The dirtiest Mc we've been to. Tables not cleaned. Collaborates running around with the cloth but can't see the dirt. You don't want to touch the dirty table top numbers. There is food on the chairs. Floor dirty. Actually the bosses should say something.

I went to McDonald's with my girlfriend in the evening. We had fun and had a good time, after our meal we got coffee and cake and chatted some more. Nobody thinks that you can only stand in the parking lot for 2 hours. Of course it is signposted, but I have to be honest and say that I didn't pay attention to it. If I go somewhere else to eat, I don't have to look. The evening cost me a fine of 40 euros. Honestly, they won't see me again any time soon. With these 40 euros I would have been able to get something different, higher quality to eat a few meters further ahead (a very good and nice hotel).

why don't you deliver? or at least lieferando? absolute lack of service! correct immediately! would also pay delivery fees. please please offer delivery!

For the second time in a row I only had Band-Aids in the Happy Meal I picked up at the drive-thru!!!!!!!!! as a “toy” you pay for the toy. Why don't you inform them that the toy is out? We parents have the circus at home because there are no toys included. An impudence.
