McDonald's in Nördlingen

Leider kann man in diesem McDonald’s nie davon ausgehen, dass die Bestellung vollständig eingepackt wird. Es kommt immer wieder vor, dass bezahlte Artikel fehlen. Deshalb sollte man seine Bestellung grundsätzlich direkt vor Ort kontrollieren. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass fehlende Produkte anschließend oft heruntergespielt werden nach dem Motto: „Es hat ja nur das oder das gefehlt.“ Das empfinde ich als sehr unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich.

Also leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wenn man über die App vorbestellt, erwartet man eigentlich, dass die Bestellung schneller verfügbar ist. Stattdessen muss man genauso lange warten wie bei einer normalen Bestellung. Das macht den Sinn einer Vorbestellung fragwürdig. Auch die Preise über Lieferando sind deutlich höher als vor Ort. Zusätzlich werden kaum Getränke angeboten – außer Wasser gibt es praktisch keine Auswahl. Eis wird ebenfalls nicht geliefert, was das Angebot weiter einschränkt. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass sich Coupons über Lieferando nicht einlösen lassen. Dadurch zahlt man oft deutlich mehr als nötig. Der Service war zudem unfreundlich und wenig kundenorientiert. Insgesamt stimmt hier weder das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch der Kundenservice. Leider wird der Service immer schlechter. Über Lieferando ist es oft kaum möglich, überhaupt etwas zu bestellen. Wenn es mal funktioniert, scheint das eher Glückssache zu sein. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass Bestellungen teilweise erst nach 1 bis 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit einfach storniert werden. Das ist für Kunden absolut unverständlich und sehr frustrierend. Leider keine Empfehlung.

Wir kamen zum kurzen Getränkestopp hierher. Ein sehr sauberer McDonadls und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

War am 19. Mai hier. Leider enttäuschender Service. Trotz geringer Auslastung habe ich 10 Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet – das ist einfach nicht in Ordnung.

Dieser Mac war besonders lecker – die Burger hatten reichlich Soße und Salat, genau so, wie ich sie mag. Die Toiletten waren kostenlos und die Angestellten freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe versehentlich meine Cola verschüttet, aber ein Mitarbeiter kam sofort zur Hilfe, wischte alles auf und war sehr nett.

Die Wartezeit war für einen DriveIn zu lange (ca. 12 Minuten). Die Burger waren lecker und frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt stimmt der Begriff Schnellrestaurant einfach nicht mehr. Man muss ewig warten, zahlt echt happige Preise. Mit vier Personen ist man 70 € locker los und da passt das Verhältnis einfach nicht mehr.

Hab damals in 2007 Walhaifleisch im Filet-O-Fish gehabt. War etwas bitter😠

Im Drive. Getränk bekommt man schnell das soll man weiter fahren und warten… auch wenn man das einzige Auto ist. Dann wartet man 20 min. Auch wenn es nur ein Menu ist.

Absolut schlimm. Wir haben eine Bestellung für 13€ gehabt. Und sie vergessen die zweite Beilage einfach komplett. Bei so einem geringen Bestellwert absolut unverständlich wie sowas passieren kann. Und dazu wurde das Getränk vergessen. Ergo: 2 von 4 Dingen wurden einfach vergessen. Zu den unverschämten absolut frech

Ich kann diesen McDonald’s leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Wir haben heute Essen bestellt, darunter auch ein Happy Meal für unser Kind. Die Spielzeug-Beilage war nicht die, die sie sich gewünscht hat, was sehr enttäuschend war. Außerdem haben wir keinerlei Soßen im Paket gefunden – wirklich keine einzige. Servietten gab es ebenfalls gar nicht.Für mich ist das kein akzeptabler Service. Ich sehe keinen Sinn darin, Geld zu bezahlen, wenn solche grundlegenden Dinge fehlen. Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Hallo wir waren heute in der Filiale in Nördlingen Erst mussten wir 40 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung warten bei Durchsicht hat ein Artikel gefehlt Soweit so gut dieser wurde noch zubereitet Zuhause haben wir festgestellt das noch ein Artikel gefehlt hat Leider hat auch in der Chickencheese. Box nur die Hälfte drin war .Bei einem Bestellwert von über 70 Euro darf man schon erwarten das alles dabei ist und auch die Wartezeit war nicht angemessen

Wir waren am 19.02.2026 im Mc donalds in Nördlingen. Wir haben 20 minuten auf einen Michshake gewartet, als wir den Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen haben hat er gesagt wir sollen kurz warten. Dann hat er in einfach nur an den abholservice gestellt und nicht mal an den Tisch gebracht.

Selten so einen abgeranzten, zugemüllten, McDonalds erlebt. Geht wohl immer noch schlimmer. Verdreckte, eklig klebende Tische. Darauf angesprochen meinte die Leiterin, dass sie zu wenig Leute hat. Vielleicht sollte sie selber mal anpacken…

Gut , freundlichr mitarbeiter , aber nichts besonderes

Freundlicher Kundenservice. Haben nur eine kleinigkeit genommen aber service war 10 von 10✌️

Es werden immer alte Pommes mit neuen gemischt, ebenso bei den Curly Fries und genau so bei den Nuggets. Ich finde das eine Unverschämtheit, dass Kunden alte Produkte erhalten, nur weil zu viel gemacht wurde und dann keine Kundschaft da war, o.ä. Die Leute bezahlen mittlerweile schon echt viel Geld für ein McMenü oder Nuggets. Und hier dann auch noch Produkte rauszugeben, die nach altem Fett schmecken und absolut unappetitlich sind ist eine Frechheit.

Hab mir per App unter anderem einen bicmac ohne Gurken, +2 Fleisch und +2 käse bestellt und logischer Weise mehr bezahlt. Am Ende hatte ich einen bicmac mit Gurken ohne extra Fleisch oder Käse. Das Essen war maximal lauwarm. Das einzig positive ist, dass der Mitarbeiter langsam zu meinem Auto gelaufen ist, dass ich noch zu Ende rauchen konnte

Speisen am Automaten wählen nervt

Sehr unfreundliches Personal bestellungen sind meist unvollständig Sie drohten und rauszuwerfen weil wir gefragt haben ob es normal sei das bei einem Hamburger keine beilage darauf ist.

Dreckig und sau kalt. Das Personal rennt mit Jacke rum. Die Gäste müssen mit Jacke sitzen da es sehr kalt ist.

Das ist mit Abstand die dreckigste Filiale die ich kenne. Ich bin öfters in dieser Filiale, also kein Einzelfall. Tische dreckig und klebrig, selbst nach dem Putzen noch. Tabletts total klebrig. Auch die Qualität des Essens ist hier ein Glücksspiel, häufig passt etwas nicht, Pommes labbrig, Nuggets eiskalt und gatschig. Hier sollten die Standarts mal neu geschult werden, kenne diese Ausmaße von keiner anderen Filiale.

Ich war wirklich schockiert, wie dreckig es hier war. Der Boden sah aus, als wäre er seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr geputzt worden – überall Flecken und Dreck. Die Tische waren klebrig und ebenfalls schmutzig, teilweise lag sogar Müll am Boden. Es wirkte alles sehr ungepflegt und unhygienisch. Als dann auch noch eine kleine Fliege auf meinen Pommes saß, war’s für mich endgültig vorbei. Sehr enttäuschend – so etwas erwarte ich nicht von McDonalds

Habe essen bestellt dann war das falsche essen drin ... dann zu viel abgerechnet die mitarbeiter können kein Deutsch oder wenig Deutsch

Das Eis wird immer kleiner. Schade, dass man für 2 Euro einen halben Becher bekommt. Ich dachte, das wäre eine einmalige Sache, aber es kam ungefähr viermal vor.

War ganz nett , wir waren mit den Kindern dort. Haben zwar ein Beamer für Spiele war aber leider nicht an , für die Kinder. Sonst wisst ihr ja selbst 🙈😂

Der deeckigste MC-Donalds den ich gesehen habe An einem ganz normalen Sonntag laden ist leer alle Tische dreckig Essensreste auf den Tischen Der Tisch wird mit einem lappen abgeputzt dass der Tisch nach dem putzen dreckiger ist als davor

E-Ladesäulen werden ständig von den Lkw‘s die Mc Donalds anliefern blockiert. Wenn die Lkw‘s ein paar Meter weiter nach hinten fahren würden zum anliefern wäre es kein Problem. Wenn man frägt bekommt man von den Fahrern und den Mc Donalds Mitarbeiter blöde Antworten!

An employee randomly threw the n-word at us.

My milkshake smelled and tasted like rotten milk. I had it three times and it was the same. The staff were really unfriendly and disrespectful. I have no more words.

The staff at the checkout often don't understand German at all. You have to repeat yourself several times. Ordered burgers are often missing.

I've ordered takeout twice now – and both times, products worth at least €7 were missing. Additionally, the McDonald's "Around the World" promotion didn't include any of the promotional items I ordered. Particularly disappointing: You give the store a second chance and are disappointed again. My tip: ALWAYS check your orders immediately to make sure they're complete! What's going on here is a complete RUDE RUSH.

Friendly staff, I actually feel sorry for them sometimes, seeing how stressed they are, day after day. The food is good by McDonald's standards; everything that was supposed to be warm was warm, and the milkshakes really taste like milkshakes! Only the cleanliness of the tables, the tablet storage areas, and the floor could be better.

What wouldn't you do for your children? Otherwise, I wouldn't see this McDonald's again. The food is a disgrace. Anyone who knows anything about food would rather cook their own food. Fries and potato dippers are fried in cold oil and soggy. Unfortunately, the quality is the same every time I visit. Restaurant management doesn't respond or respond to emails!

Delivery service absolutely terrible! The order was placed early via Lieferando and scheduled for 6 p.m. Unfortunately, the order arrived almost an hour late, completely cold and shredded. The burgers were soggy and cold, the fries were limp and inedible. Some of the burgers were no longer identifiable as such. After waiting for over 15 minutes, I politely asked when the food would be ready. The response was anything but customer-friendly: "The food will come when it's ready." That's not how you speak to paying customers – rude and disrespectful. And unfortunately, this wasn't the first time this employee has attracted negative attention. I've experienced him behaving rudely and lacking service on several occasions. For me personally, this kind of behavior is an absolute no-go. The food (cheeseburger and chicken burger) was tasty after about 15-20 minutes of waiting – but the experience remains a negative one.

Out of five orders, they forget something four times. You have to check every time like in kindergarten.

Very good McNuggets! We only got 18 nuggets in the 20-pack Chicken McNuggets, but as compensation, we got 4 more nuggets.

Some employees are very, very nice, some just don't enjoy their jobs. The fries aren't cooked all the way through!

Attention rip-off has a voucher for 12.99 and then over 15 euros on the bill with the justification that the order time had exceeded, has not happened to us anywhere else except in Ellwangen

I've rarely been to such a bad McDonald's. Only the one in Aurach is worse. The tables are dirty and greasy. I spoke to an employee, and she said they're seriously understaffed. They're cutting corners everywhere.

I don't really like going to this McDonald's because you always have to wait forever for your food. That has changed recently, it's faster, the service has improved, it's clean. Care is taken to ensure that the tables are cleaned and the used tablets are put away. Has changed for the better.

When I came to this McDonald's I was in shock. There were insects on the chairs and there was dirt everywhere. We ordered our food and then we ordered one of the m and a big rösti but we got the m but the bread was from the big rösti but my mother got a royal ts even though she ordered a big rösti. Later we got the big rösti but there was something wrong with it again the sauce from Big Mac. But something else from the Mcdonalds was just empty and the fries were cold as a stone and we got a new one after an hour. And we should ask if we even got the new fries and they had the courage to do that say that we should pay for these cold fries. Simply bad

I picked up a Royal TS menu this evening and ate it in the parking lot in front of the restaurant. It was the worst meal I've ever had at McDonalds. The meat paddy was almost cold, the fries were greasy and fluffy, some of them cold inside. For over 11 euros (menu) you should get something decent.

The restaurant is clean and well maintained. You are greeted in a friendly manner. Food: As usual at McDonald's.

Huge praise for the McDonald's branch in Nördlingen in general and for one employee in particular. When a car accident occurred today at the Würzburger Straße intersection in which a little girl was (hopefully) slightly injured, the employee mentioned immediately came to the scene of the accident to offer his help. Since first responders were already on site, he got some water and a pack of napkins to treat the girl's bleeding nose. The little one also got a free bag of fries. In my opinion, the young man's behavior was not a given and deserves recognition. Respect!

So when I see something like the one in the photo, I lose my appetite. My small latte macchiatto was so strong that I couldn't drink it, in contrast to my husband's large latte macchiatto, which was just right. And then my husband is insulted by the cleaning lady, who says she's cleaning the van. But everything was dry and dirty!

Unfortunately, this place is only cleaned sporadically. Once you've been there, you've just swung the mop and then you're done, the floor is full of grease and dirt, so you would have to hire trained staff or a cleaning company. The toilets could also use a general overhaul. The burgers are always carelessly diced together, and if I ever come and eat a sawdust roll for an overpriced price, I would have liked to have prepared it nicely. The price performance doesn't match.

Lots of chaos and a long wait for the food (30min)

Chicken nuggets were forgotten, but I was able to get them without any problem. It was ok clean, but just ok. The staff wasn't too friendly but not particularly unfriendly either. Ordering went relatively quickly. It was totally fine, Mecces.

So I've never seen anything like that in my life. Starts with service. Such an unfriendly and turned off staff. I ordered something to eat via a terminal with table service. When I had finished ordering and was about to sit down at the table, the staff came and yelled at me that they were closing now and that I didn't have to sit down at the table anymore. Then why is table service offered? I want to sit down and eat comfortably. Fries were probably almost an hour old. A disaster in terms of taste. It was also a hygiene disaster. There were fries on the floor almost everywhere and the entire floor in the seating area was smeared. This store will never see me again

Normal McDonald's restaurant but very clean. Quick preparation. It's all ok.

We waited over half an hour for our food. Employees just walk around the area. It's not really clean either. So we won't be able to get back there any time soon.

Bad shop. After more than an hour there was still no food, we wanted our money back. The problem-solving skills of the presumed shift manager were almost zero. Apparently cancellations are deducted from your salary. There are then two options: McDonalds as an employer does not comply with the law or it brazenly lies to customers' faces. Let's not talk about the cleanliness, the McCafé area looked like it had been bombed.

Ordered via the app and then wanted to pick up the food inside and take it with us. 32 minutes of waiting time, which is pretty cheeky for "fast food", while the drive-in continued to serve happily. As a restaurant customer you are probably no longer welcome. At home we discovered that a side dish and a gift for the children were missing. Of course the mood was right. I have to say that these fast food restaurants are no longer worth it. Bad service and expensive prices for mediocre food. I only go there once or twice a year because of the children. Don't have to have that anymore.

Wiedereinmal über die App bestellt halbe Stunde gewartet und dann die Burgen also Lauwarm wäre schon übertrieben bekommen. Es ist nicht das erstemal das mir das hier passiert, schade drum.

The fries are crisp and hot, the nuggets are fluffy and crispy. The cola cold... Just as you wish when ordering. Only at the drive-in is the intercom so quiet that you have to guess what the lady is talking to you.

Rude to no end, you stand at mc Café for 10 minutes and are ignored. When you point out that someone should come there because you want to order, the answer is "yes, yes" I left without ordering because when someone comes in there, one was noticed but ignored

This juice shop actually deserves minus points. Whole burgers are missing from orders and whole lettuce trees are found on delivered burgers. In addition, the fries are, as almost always, cold and the service in this shop leaves a lot to be desired! Actually you should avoid this store!!!

I have to say that McDonald's needs to work a lot on itself. The food wasn't warm. As dirty as it was, it leaves something to be desired. Lots of staff jumping around but tables and floor were so dirty. You lose your food. Once there is an inspection, they can close it
