Nice people, good food, fast service, prices ok!

Sitting here right now.. The food was very hot and quick! Service 0 star because the gentleman with the black shirt at the checkout is simply very disrespectful and aggressive towards his employee, just swearing and shouting.. Which is a no go for me 😡 as if the poor employee were his slave!

Picked up food there today. Two coupons totaling three burgers and a few portions of fries + finger food. There may have been 3 customers at the counter and a double cheeseburger was forgotten. You simply can't eat anywhere anymore without having to fiddle with your order afterwards. Really a shame.

My son ordered churros with chocolate. The employee, a man, took the churros out of the freezer, but they fell on the floor. He thought I hadn't seen it and just threw the churros into the fryer. After I asked him about it, he denied it, but not only I, but also my son and my husband had seen it. Nevertheless, he took the churros out of the fryer and presented them to my son. I told him to eat the food himself and give the money back to my son. After much back and forth, he finally gave the money back. The store should be urgently inspected by the health department.

amazing fast food. fair prices, divers menus, wide variety of options, tasty and awesome place to sit in the middle of the old market and a great place for a small kids' birthday. i recommend the half chicken menu with a burger.

Great Imbis+ unfortunately a bit of a McDonald's feeling with the ordering machines. The food is still tasty and inexpensive

I'll be there on Saturday, July 13th. I was there and had a really tasty meal and everything worked out really quickly and the price was really great. There was a male member of staff who was extremely friendly and would really brighten your day if you were just friendly. It was different with his work colleague, who insulted us twice and was extremely unfriendly. Despite the super unfriendly lady, it was great there.

Very tasty and quick. I love the vegan burgers and fries. My husband loves the chicken. He says it's the best chicken he's ever eaten.

We were on a school trip with the school and were supposed to get something to eat for lunch. A friend and I ordered a Crossie bag. When she arrived, the crossies weren't cooked through, or were actually still raw, disgusting. At least we got new ones...

Lots of vegetarian options and a good alternative to other fast food chains

March 26, 2024 12 p.m It's a shame that you can't seem to order at the counter anymore. I've been a regular for over 30 years and wanted to get some delicious chicken today. Wanted to order a chicken at the counter. The employee directed me to the machine terminal where I should enter the order. Of the 2 machines, 1 device was switched off (probably defective) and there were 6 people in front of the other device, who were informed by an employee how such a device works. If the employee had worked behind the counter, the whole thing would probably have been quicker and you could have ordered at the counter as usual. I then changed my mind and bought my lunch next door at the butcher shop. There you are not forced to use a machine and can still express your wishes to the employee in person.

The burger and fries were very tasty and the staff was very friendly. I just think it's a shame that the sale doesn't happen in person but only via a terminal. When there is little going on you can speak to the guests personally and when there is a lot going on then the terminals are used

As a child of the Ruhr region, I am most happy about the white currywurst. This awakens feelings of home. Ordering is now only possible via terminal.

We were recently on the pitch in Nördlingen with our motorhome and wanted to eat something hearty. The wooden spoon spoke directly to us. The currywurst was very tasty. We will be back.

The food wasn't good. I can eat a thousand times tastier meals at McDonalds. Because that's also box food. The wings were inedible and I can make the spring rolls better in the deep fryer at home. The currywurst would have needed a few more minutes. So all in all, nothing special.

Unfortunately I have to correct my review from 2 years ago. We were looking forward to our lunch, wanted to order and were rudely directed to the ordering machine. This isn't fun anymore. A pity. very friendly service. She prepared the food with love.

I've been going here for several years. Inside is always clean and pleasant. The food is great and you get something for your money in terms of quality and portions compared to other fast food chains. The staff is always super friendly, especially Mr. Kühne, who is already part of my inventory.. :) all in all great!

I just wanted to relax and defecate again after the dirty meal and then there are young crazy people who play games in the toilet and leave their condoms and don't wipe the blood away. Absolute disgrace!!!!!

We ordered here over the phone for a larger company and received everything as expected. Unfortunately we couldn't order online because the distance was probably a few meters beyond the radius. After a short discussion with an employee about the fact that it was a larger order for a company, everything worked out fine. If you expanded the radius a little or made it easier over the phone, more people would definitely order. Some of my colleagues have often been rejected by you. After a long time I was back in the kitchen to eat what I used to eat. I remembered the Dutch croquettes as being a little different, but they were still delicious. Chicken also tastes delicious, the fries are awesome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Keep it up. I have to say that everything has become quite expensive now, but that's the case everywhere.

I am utterly disappointed. We were charged more because of a malfunctioning ordering device, the workers could not do anything. All they could offer was “Take this food you did not order or leave”. And then they try to explain how slow their bureaucracy is by telling us, the refund would take three months to process. It’s hilariously unfunny. I advise to eat somewhere else and not get your wallet charged twice. Ruined my Nördlingen experience.

Everything perfect. Food was prepared quickly, and for a fast food restaurant it was clean and pleasant. Staff was friendly and prices are okay.

Netter Service, Essen war gut. Preise etwas höher als bei den üblichen Fastfood Ketten dafür ist die Qualität des Essens gefühlt besser.

Schade dass die Currywurst nicht mit einer "Nackten" (Ich weiss leider den richtigen Namen der Wurst nicht ( Aber die ohne "Haut")) gemacht wird aber sie war dennoch lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und bemueht.

Super Lage direkt in der Innenstadt! Currywurst ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Geht schon mal zwischendurch. Wenn's denn schon schnell gehen muss und Fastfood sein soll, dann ist Kochlöffel noch die bessere Wahl als viele andere. Das Personal war recht freundlich und schnell, was ja nicht immer der Fall ist. Der Laden an sich wirkte sauber und ordentlich.

Neste laden aber Bestellung dauert lange

Really great fast food place! Great grilled chicken, but also really good offer for vegetarians. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, really made me feel welcome. I totally recommend this for a fast lunch on the run!

Kochlöffel ist seit Jahren in Nördlingen die beste Wahl im Gegensatz zum MC in Nördlingen. Menüpreise sind OK, nicht viel teurer als MC, dafür ist aber das Essen um Welten besser als beim großen M. Freundliches Personal, sauberer Laden. Essen ist wenn man Zuhause ankommt auch noch heiß. Wenn man den Lieferservice nimmt ist auch da das Essen noch heiß und es kommt sehr schnell wenn man bestellt hat. Bei uns wurde in den Bestellungen, egal ob vor Ort oder Lieferung, noch nie was Vergessen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Ich komm hier öfters mal für die Krossis her. Die Coupons im Internet einlösen und man zahlt hier ungefähr die Hälfte, verglichen mit einem äquivalenten McDonalds Menü. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter hier mega, mega nett und zuvorkommend. All-In-All super Laden :)

Einfach BK, Mecces und KFC Mix in nördlingen

Die Lieferung kam zu früh knapp ne Halbe Stunde vor vereinbarten Liefertermin...Aber das Essen war Sensationell Hünchen Kross und sogar die Süßkartoffelpommes waren Kross. Absoluter Geheimtipp der Kochlöffel

Wenn man mal Lust auf ein gutes Brathähnchen hat in Nördlingen gibt's nur den Kochlöffel. Die Hähnchen sind sehr gut wenn auch nicht mehr zu den Preisen vom letzten Jahr. Nichtsdestotrotz komm ich hier immer wieder mal vorbei für eine gute Mahlzeit.

Essen gut, allerdings ist Preis-Leistung über die Jahre aus den Fugen geraten...

Atzen meinten Hühnchen schmeckt wie Fuß, aber war eigentlich sehr stabil.

Für 4 halbe Mini Hähnchen 23 € fanden wir schon krass ! Salate werden garnicht angeboten . Nur so mini Päckchen schätzte mal 50 Gramm abgepackt ! Keine salate zur Auswahl! Toiletten 2 Etage ..nichts für Menschen mit einer Behinderung ! Personen war aber freundlich ! Sauber war es auch !

Das halbe Hähnchen mit Pommes war sehr lecker. Bier gab es leider nicht, habe dann ein Sprite bestellt, das war leider sehr wässrig.

Was mir negativ aufgefallen ist. - hoher Preisanstieg bzw Wareneinsatz klein. - Personal hat sich gelangweilt war nichts los. Tische putzen fehlanzeige ! - Sanitäre Einrichtung sehr klein 5 m2 . - Lieferservice Am Thresen stand das Essen für den Fahrradlieferanten herum.....solte eigentlich Warm liefern ? - Filialleiter hat sein Personal vor den Kunden lautstark runter gemacht. - Nachhaltigkeit ? Papierteller , Papierbecher , Holzbesteck im Laden zum Essen. - Das Personal war sehr genervt von Extra wünschen. - Ganz Ehrlich - bin sehr Entäuscht von dem ganzen. Habe auch was positives. - Hatte Krokettenmenü mit Pommes und Cola. * war sehr lecker * - kurze Wartezeit. In jedem Fall , muss mer sich nicht wundern wenn nichts los war ? Vieleicht 5 Leute im Laden ! Preiserhöhungen sind ok , aber es sollte dann auch das drum-rum passen. Das waren meine Erfahrungen am 10.12.22 in Nördlingen. Liebe Grüsse an Kochlöffel.

Burgermenü ist gut. Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, es geht auch ohne Abfrageroboter eine Bestellung aufzugeben. In bester Citylage gemütlich draußen sitzen.

Great Crrywurst, Bratwurst. Friendly service and understood English language.

Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Bestellung 3x wiederholt. Trotzdem wurde ein Hauptgang zum mitnehmen vergessen, dabei war es wirklich nicht eine Menge an Essen, bei der man die Übersicht verlieren könnte oder sollte. Haben es leider erst zu Hause festgestellt. Auf Beschwerde kam die Antwort, es wurde ja auch nicht berechnet. Bringt aber nichts, wenn man Hunger hat. Hänchen war gut, aber im Miniformat, eher eine Taube der Grösse nach. Ja, bei dem Preis darf man keine grossen Ansprüche an die Küche stellen. Pommes waren aber unterdurchschnittlich und lätschig. Burger war ok, nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht gut. Keine Empfehlung.
