We got close to their window display and saw that they had several types of pasta and cheeses. We went inside and found out that you would choose the type of pasta and cheese that you wanted and the owner would create the dish that you chose with your choice of pasta and cheese. The place is small but very quaint.The tables are cute and very comfortable. The owners, husband and wife, are wonderful. They showed so much care for each dish they prepared. More people came in as we were there and everyone seemed o enjoy what they got and looked very happy with their food. My husband and I enjoyed our choices very much. Everything tasted fresh and real, no fake cheese!! We saw people coming in and buying the pasta and cheese to take home. Seems that this also functions as a store. That is a great place to have close to home. We were in Regensburg for the day as a day trip from Nuremberg, otherwise we would have returned. The owners told us that they had just opened the restaurant. We wish them the best of luck and definitely recommend this place.
