Fries were not cross but rather flaky

Once again disappointed with Lauingen when it is not possible to get a larger order in full. You'll simply never be able to do that in Lauingen. And when I say never, I mean never.

Unfortunately the fries weren't crispy and didn't taste good. Chicken McNuggets okay. Staff friendly.

No, just no for the 5th time this year, sometimes I forget fries and nuggets + the burgers are usually dry

No more table service 3 hours before closing because the employee finished work. Something is always missing from the order. Food no longer tastes salty, even burnt meat. Not recommended for this McDonald's branch. It would be best to replace the managers so that the store can go back to the way it was.

Tastes good Sometimes the fries aren't seasoned or haven't been fried long enough There is a large selection of burgers, sauces, desserts, and drinks. The toilets are very narrow. In summer there are always fresh flowers on the table, which makes the fast food restaurant much more comfortable...

You have to wait far too long for the food. They have far too few staff.

We placed an order for McDrive. The children's menu was half empty. The child was not given a drink. There are no sauces with the nuggets. I am shocked. I am very disappointed. For 20 nuggets we didn't get any sauce at all. This is not the first case with us, but I am already writing. I can't take this anymore, please change it. My three kids want to go to McDonald's, but apparently we have to go somewhere else. I'm out of patience so I'm going to write everything. The children's slide is also always dirty. Both last year and this year. You can return it to normal within 2 years. I hope for your understanding. I'm tired of constantly having things not included in my order. Tired of the dirt.

Hi I ordered a wrap chicken ceasar. I got a sweet chili wrap that I find absolutely disgusting. I don't think it's okay that you support food waste like this 👍

It's getting worse and worse! Offers not available. Order is recorded incorrectly. Selection at the ordering machine only tells you at the end when you want to pay that the selection cannot be ordered. Simply ridiculous...

As is often the case with the MC Drive, things are missing, 3 glasses were completely forgotten. Pathetic.

I received a completely wrong order and then wanted to exchange it at the counter. The lady then complained to me why I only had the idea to order now because the ice cream was already half melted. The fact that the ice melted is that the colleague looked for our table for 10 minutes and then put the tablet down with “Sorry, brother”. I would love to get my money back and never go there again.

NO HYGIENE AVAILABLE!!! DISGUSTING I was using the McDonald's toilet when an employee came out of the cubicle and immediately went outside WITHOUT washing her hands. I then saw the employee in question preparing food and she wasn't wearing any gloves. In addition: based on the comment from McDonald's: this was 100% NOT an inspection tour! Because I heard the toilet being flushed by the employee in question! And there was no other person in the room.

Recently the shop has been closing at 2e. Apparently the employees can decide for themselves when work ends. Top 👍🏻 I often eat there. But like now, it has never disappointed me. Then at least you change your opening times🤦‍♂️ I was there at half past two in the morning. Then it was time for work. And according to the internet it says it's closed at night from 3am. Something doesn't fit there. Too bad minus 10 points

Many meetings and events took place at this McDonalds, as well as funny moments with friends, you just have to give it 5 stars. They are regular customers and like to keep the boss and staff busy!😘

I think it's a disgrace that at 11 p.m., when there's nothing going on, you have to wait almost 20 minutes for your food in the drive-thru and the staff even ask you to drive to the parking lot where there are already 2 waiting cars. And then the order was also inadequate, i.e. food was missing. But I paid for it.

We were just there - Drive In - Such an unfriendly, arrogant cashier! Rarely experienced something like this. If you don't feel like doing your job, you should leave it and look for something else. Craziness!

It's just dirty in every McDonald's. The floor and tables are cleaned as much as necessary, but the benches and chairs are always so disgusting.

Wanted to use a voucher from the app for lunch. This should remain valid until the next day. But it didn't work at the order terminal. However, not when ordering in person. The employee just said it didn't work and he couldn't do anything about it. Was then forced to take the menu at the original price. I therefore find either the voucher campaign questionable if they are advertised and displayed in the app but then cannot be used, or the service is more than bad if the solution to the problem is only "I can't do anything"...

Avoid this place if possible.. If you had a burger there 🍔 MC Donald.. You would throw up yourself.. 👎..

Es wird wieder diese Rezension müsste mein Sohn schreiben das ist wie sein zweites Zuhause Die vier Punkte beim Essen ist dem geschuldet da ich des öfteren in der Vergangenheit Essen bekommen habe ich sag mal naja dazu ohne auszuschweifen. Es ist ein MC die Mitarbeiter sind immer auf Vollgas. ( Heißt ja nicht umsonst Fastfood )

Das Essen ist oft kalt. Bei Bestellungen zum mitnehmen fehlt immer etwas. Das Personal ist langsam .

Werden da eigentlich alle Mitarbeiter gleich geschult oder gibt’s sowas nicht? Mehrfach kam es jetzt schon vor das die Tüten bis oben hin voll gestapelt werden und die dann reisen weil man es nicht für Nötig hält eine trage Tasche mit zu geben. Getränke Deckel werden oft nicht richtig aufgesetzt und fliegen beim kleinsten Ruck runter das über all das trinken schwappt. Katastrophe.

Also wirklich unter aller Sau die vergessen die halbe Bestellung!! sind teilweise so unhöflich absolut traurig Wenn ihr kein Bock zum arbeiten habt geht wo anders hin aber wir zahlen fürs Essen also wollen wir auch alles für unser Geld haben :)

Der McDonald's in Lauingen sollte mal an Höflichkeit an den Mitarbeitern arbeiten. Wenn man essen nach bestellt für einen Tischplatz wird man von dem Personal angemault man solle das essen vorne selber holen. Das ist Tischplatz Service! Danach wird hinten noch gelästert und die denken das man das nicht mitbekommt.

Weil ich nicht oft in dieser Gegend bin, wusste ich nicht, wo ich bestellen sollte. Ich wurde nicht gefragt, ob ich hier essen oder mitnehmen wollte. Mein Begleiter ist sehr krank und deshalb habe ich mich zu ihm gesetzt. Da hat eine ältere Mitarbeiterin, die mir schon vorher unangenehm aufgefallen war, quer durch den Laden gerufen: da nehmen sie das Essen mit und dann setzen sie sich hin und machen alles schmutzig???. Ich habe die Tüte nur geöffnet, da ist mir schon der Bic Mac trotz Schachtel in Einzelteilen in die Hände gefallen. Wir sind sofort mitsamt dem Essen raus aus dem Lokal, da ist mir der Appetit vergangen. Was sagt die Dame wohl, wenn eine ganze Familie am Tisch sitzt?

Sehr nettes Personal mittlerweile....war früher nicht so. Essen gut. Gehe mittlerweile wieder gern dorthin.

Naja würde ich sagen. Essen okay. Burger und Nuggets frisch . Pommes fehlten erst komplett dann waren sie lauwarm. Getränke ohne Strohhalm. Und Preise mittlerweile schon ganz schon happig . 3,90 für lauwarme Pommes welche noch nichtmal eine ganze Portion waren.

Ich war heute kurz nach 19:00 Uhr in diesem Laden,ich wollte ein Coupon einlösen hat alles super funktioniert,nur ist aus dem Bestellbildschirm kein Beleg herausgekommen,die Mitarbeiter meinten dann ich soll einfach kurz an die Kasse kommen ;ich habe noch nicht gezahlt weil ich an Kasse zahlen möchte,die an der Lasse meinte dann das ich ihr den Coupon zeigen sollte und wir das dann an der Kasse machen wollten,doch das hat nicht funktioniert,dann meinte die Mitarbeiterin ich soll 15:00 Minuten warten !!! Bis ich bestellen kann.dann meinte ich das ich ganz sicher kein 15:00Minuten warte bis ich bestellen kann!! Ist es jetzt meine Schuld das dieser Biödschirm nicht funktioniert Nein Habe am Ende aber alles bekommen Sowas finde ich unterstes Niveau

Das Essen zum Mitnehmen im MC Drive haben wir sehr schnell erhalten. Trotz "Filet o Fish" (der braucht ja bekanntlich etwas länger) und 20er Chicken Nuggets Essen war warm und frisch. Die Mitarbeiter am Schalter waren sehr freundlich.

Wir sind sehr oft drinnen ,das Team ist immer mega nett und hilfsbereit. Essen lecker Räumlichkeiten sauber....

Habe nun eine Nacht darüber geschlafen, da ich gestern Abend noch ziemlich enttäuscht war. Habe gestern unter anderem 2 Filet o fish mitgenommen, doch was soll das ? Dressing so gut wie gar nichts drauf und der Käse ? Schneidet ihr den Scheiblettenkäse in der Mitte noch durch ? Im Vergleich zu den anderen Sachen wie z.B. Hamburger usw war der Käse ein Streifen als ob man die Scheibe in der Mitte durchschneidet. Sorry, ist sein Geld nicht mehr wert.

Ein McDonalds mit Hochs und Tiefs. Besuche diesen McD unregelmäßig seit vielen Jahren. Mal ist das essen schnell an den Tisch gebracht oder in Drive ausgehändigt und heiß. Mal ist das Essen nur lauwarm und die Pommes vom Zustand labbrig und bis gänzlich kalt und ungenießbar. Es ist immer etwas eine Wundertüte, was man bekommt ob heiß, lauwarm oder fast komplett kalt. Die Bestellungen an sich waren immer vollständig. Das Personal freundlich bis teilweise auch wortkarg.

Schnelle Bedienung leider war kein Glas des Menue zur Verfügung

Na ja. Leider wurden die Pommes nicht direkt geliefert, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Das Kinderspielzeug wurde falsch geliefert, und es wurde auch nicht nachgefragt. Macht doch den verpissten Handlufttrockner mal sauber. Aber nett warn sie. Ansonsten wir MC Donald halt.
