Burger King in Schwabach

Very quick service, everything freshly prepared.

We were there for lunch recently. What we immediately noticed at the beginning was that the whole floor was sticky. Apparently the cleaning was bad or incorrect here. There was only one family there, which meant we got our food quite quickly. Everything was freshly prepared here and the burgers were really good by BK standards. What was a total failure was the Onion Rings... I remember them from the BK, but they were really bad. There was a mess in the dough and it also tasted very floury, so I threw it all away 🤷🏻‍♂️ It could also be renovated again. Some of the seats are damaged everywhere.

Well located, the staff could work a little faster here and there but otherwise everything is ok. Unfortunately, the cleaning condition of the toilet facilities was not always optimal.

We only drove briefly off the highway to eat. The food was good like all Burger King restaurants.

There's not really anything to complain about here. The food meets BK standards and the service is quick and on point. The shop seems very clean, even at night.

Burgers were OK, a little more flavor wouldn't be bad. Staff was friendly 👍

Burgers and chicken are fresh and delicious as always. The only thing that really bothered me was the smell of toilet (urine) when I entered. You could miss it again.

Things were very bad in the drive for more than half an hour today. The microphone was broken so you had to order at the front of the first window. You have no system at all for the drive, you let people order at the front and instead of letting them park at the front, everyone has to wait until the first person has eaten and then only the second car in line can order.

The price is just outrageous... What a menu cost a few years ago is now what you pay for it Citizens. Two menus and two normal burgers (long chicken and xtra long chili chees) over 40 euros if the quality was at least good and the store was clean, but that's just sad

Waited 30 minutes for the food, what does that have to do with quick restaurants, complete lack of understanding! At home we noticed that the woman at the counter hadn't packed us fries twice, very bad and unfortunately not an isolated case.

You don't get what you order and the staff is extremely unfriendly

Clean and friendly staff. A star deduction for the ambience because it has a lot of content inside. This is unpleasant with my tinnitus.

It was one of my best visits in Burger King. Surprisingly, everything was okay. The food was really taste, the new burgers are good. But prices were a bit over.

Service not so good. You can also be nicer.

The slide for children has been broken for two years and has not yet been repaired.

The toilets and rooms are clean, 1 star deducted because the digital ordering system simply doesn't work (the order for the whole family was entered twice for free, see photo)

I didn't eat anything there, I didn't have a card or a cell phone with me... I wanted to pay in cash and the waitress told me that that couldn't be the case. Also, when I came in, the floor was sticky, which didn't make a good impression either Well, it was probably better that way, since someone can't even accept cash payment and probably can't even get Burger King food prepared, let alone pay attention to hygiene

The food is as always at Burger King. I really like it and it tasted good here too. But you lose your appetite when you go in and the floor is sticky, the doors are finished and the toilets are dirty too. I'm sure the customers are responsible for the condition of the toilets but the sticky floor was yucky. The people are still very nice and friendly. There's nothing wrong with that

It's ok, if you don't want to bite the dust you should eat somewhere else, but it's fine for in between

BurgerKing PARKING The biggest rip-off ever was that I had to pay 45 euros per day for a week in a row without me noticing because the sign was extremely small. The letter arrived 2 weeks later. Luckily, after a week I was pointed out by a work colleague who had the same experience. Bye bye to the company that hires such a rip off company because I will never eat there again.

The fries are so rancid that they are good again. Service: It couldn't be better. Ambiance is good but hotel room is better.

I was just about to go in to eat, then saw signs for the parking depot just in time and drove straight back out. I don't want to have anything to do with anyone who hires dubious companies like this.

HANDS OFF The meat looked horrible! My appetite immediately disappeared! I've never experienced anything like this in my entire 60 years, really cruel!! And the music is almost more terrible than the food. Only youth stuff is played! But nobody thinks about the older ones!!! Even my nieces, both teenagers, complained. But back to the food: first I had a simple cheeseburger, it was just dry and not tasty, when I ate more than half of the burger I noticed that the meat had strange spots, unbelievable! Then I tried my chicken nugget burger and one of the nuggets was completely hard and strange inside, with veins and all sorts of things. I call it something "knot-like", but I don't know what it was exactly! What a shame! Nobody should pay money for it. I can only say one thing: stay away!!!! On top of that, we felt sick while eating, literally puking! Service also left a lot to be desired, the lady at the checkout asked if I wanted a coke, but before I could say no she had already typed it in and I wasn't given any other option, and when I said no I only got a strange look ! NOT RECOMMENDED

The food is okay for a BC. The staff is generally friendly but lacks a certain motivation. The cleanliness at the tables often leaves a lot to be desired. If you're hungry for a Whopper, this BC is fine, but there are better ones.

The chilli cheese nuggets could have been soft on the inside but weren't warm enough. But otherwise usual quality. The fries should be highlighted, they were brilliant.

I think the king wings have changed a bit, they are spicier but hamburger 👍

The double Whopper here, like in all Burger King, tastes just as delicious as in the USA, there is no difference, it is better than at the MC, keep it up, we eat here regularly.

Ordered King smart menu and got 2 same burgers even though I wanted 2 different ones and I wanted without cheese but it has extra cheese on it vazit bad burger king and cola half full

My son didn't want any cheese. The employee was so cheeky and said there was double cheese. ABSOLUTE RUDE

A few weeks ago I ate at Burger King in Schwabach and last weekend I got a bill for €30 because I parked at Burger King for too long. I ate and drank there while parked. I find that an outrage. I will no longer go to the Burger King here in Schwabach. For 30€ I can also go out for a real meal.

Very clean, very quick and simply TOP

If you eat here in peace and then don't leave the mostly empty parking lot immediately, for example because you are making a phone call in the car, you will receive a payment request of 30 euros two weeks later. Sitting IN THE CAR, including the time spent in the restaurant, I stood there for a total of 15 minutes longer than the apparently desired maximum of 90 minutes. I used to go here at least twice a week, but now I'm seriously considering boycotting this restaurant. Because that's not how you treat loyal customers.

Unfortunately the taste had deteriorated, the burger was cold, loveless, without pep. Priced very expensive medium fries 3.49 is already steep. The ambience is cold, meaningless. Although it's fast food, you can still make it nicer

I feel sick. Rats in front of the drive-in, with holes that lead directly to the building to the basement (presumably the warehouse). You could kill someone with the bread from the cheeseburger (the rats have probably already nibbled the foil on the delivery) In front of the shop it smells like plastic mixed with old meat is burning (it is already known in Schwabach that the area always smells like that because of the chimney from the Burger King) who knows what is being done there. I've often been to various Burger King branches, which were really good, but the health department should really take a closer look at this...

Absolute Frechheit, beim letzten Aufenthalt musste ich eine Geldstrafe von 30€ zahlen, da ich mein Auto länger als 90 min geparkt hatte. Nach dem Telefonat mit dem Parkdienst wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Burger King zuständig für diese sei. Wenn man den Chef darauf anspricht wird man regelrecht verarscht und die Mitarbeiter machen sich über einen lustig. Dieser weiß ja auch nicht wem der Parkplatz gehört. Dasu kommt noch das der Laden nicht der sauberste ist und das Essen meist unverzehrlich aussieht. Also falls Ihr mal eine Konversation am Tisch haben wollt denkt daran, das Auto umzustellen, da ihr sonst Geldstrafe zahlen müsst. Einfach nur frech. Dort werde ich nie wieder essen.

Unfreundlich und inkompetent. Sobald du länger als 90min dort bist, MUSST du 30€ zahlen. D.h. keine längeren Gespräche und Aufenthalt mit Freunden sowie musst du dich auch beim Essen beeilen, weil alleine das Vorbereiten vom Essen fast schon 30 min dauert und es dann dazu nicht gut schmeckt… Absolut nicht kundenorientiert, nicht freundlich, inkompetent und das Essen ist nicht genießbar!

Ratten… man wird am Drive in von Ratten begrüßt die einen in die Augen schauen. Danach kriechen sie in ihre Löcher an der Hauswand des Ladens. Wie es da wohl ausschaut, wo die Brötchen usw. gelagert werden will ich nicht wissen. Pommes schmecken nach ranzigem Fett es ist einfach nur ekelhaft…

Nach langer BK Pause, Update 12.23 auf 5*, Bestellannahme durch freundlichen Mitarbeiter, alles wurde frisch zubereitet, heiß und geschmacklich sehr gut.

Sehr nettes Personal. Toiletten sehr sauber. Alles wird frisch zu bereitet, man sollte etwas Geduld mitbringen. Es lohnt sich!

Das Essen allgemein ist ganz gut, vor allem die Pommes aber die Chicken Nuggets erinnern eher an Styropor 😂

Habe mir den Chess Nacho lover (chicken) zum mitnehmen bestellt. Das Fleisch war so zäh das ich es nach mehrfachem Kauen nicht runterschlucken konnte. Auch wenn es ansonsten geschnacklich gut war, hat dies natürlich das komplette Essen versaut.

War wie eigentlich immer bei Burger King, egal wo in Deutschland. Lauwarme aber für meinen Geschmack leckere Burger. Pommes waren gut temperiert. Der Softdrink war auch i.o.

Beim letzten Besuch war sehr wenig los, so dass es schnell ging. Payback Karte funktionierte dieses mal auch, aber zu Hause musste ich feststellen, dass a) kein Bon dabei war und b) ein Nugget gefehlt hat. Und der Whopper war früher auch einfach saftiger... Das ist schade, zumal der andere Amerikaner nur ein paar Meter weit entfernt ist.

الخدمة كانت رائعة لم ننتظر. طويلا ... و العمال كانوا لطفاء جدا ..حصلنا على طعامنا خلال خمسة دقائق .. الطاولات كانت نظيفة و كان. هناك اهتمام بالنظافة من قبل العمال سوف ازوره دائما ... اوصي به يوجد لديه مواقف سيارات ومدخل صالح لعربيات الاطفال و الكراسي المتحركة ... مناسب جدا للاطفال

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, die WC Einrichtung waren schon sehr ungepflegt und auch die Tische waren etwas speckig, wir waren auf Durchreise und wollten uns nur schnell was zu essen holen, haben es danach bereut da wir beide danach Magen darm Probleme hatten

Eigentlich geh ich gern ab und zu mal zu Burger King. Aber in letzter Zeit muß ich immer das Essen kontrollieren ob auch alles paßt. Leider fehlt immer etwas. Heute war's der Käse auf dem doppel Wopper. Nervt schon! Ansonsten war's lecker.

ist halt ein burger king 'ne. was soll man dazu sagen. prüft euere bestellung nach! wenn mehr als "drei" sachen bestellt wurden besteht die chance dass etwas fehlt. und online bestellen funktioniert immer noch nicht. sehr traurig bk.

Schöne Fillale für BurgerKing. Essen ist dem Franchise gerecht. Leider schwierig wenn man die aktuellen Probleme von dem BurgerKing Franchise mitbekommt, hier aber bisher keine Probleme gehabt.

War gut Sonntag mittags, das Essen war warm und lecker. Die Pommes waren super kartoffelig.

Eine Filiale wie jede andere auch. Man kommt an einem Sonntag schnell dran, saubere Tische, großzügiger Außenbereich und viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Gerne wieder!

Haben Abends kurz was beim Drive in bestellt. Beim Nuggetburger war nur Mayo drauf und Nugget, die Mayo war nicht mehr gut, der Burger war säuerlich. Cheeseburger war ok.

BK ist (war) seit 40 Jahren mein Favorit... jetzt ist die Qualität grottenschlecht und die Preise sind eine Frechheit. Schade, aber das wars mit Burger. Für die Kohle bekomme ich besseren Döner/Dürüm und werde satt.

Personal nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht freundlich. Keine Salzbeutel mehr (in dem Fach lag Müll) und die Wagen für die Tabletts waren voll, obwohl wirklich nicht viel los war.

Gutes Essen vegetarisch. Paddle war etwas zu kalt aber gut. Restaurant einfach und zweckmäßig. Sauber. Verkäufer sehr nett

An Sonntagen hat man einen längeren Fußweg, um die Filiale zu erreichen. Werktags fährt ein Bus. Anscheinend gibt es in allen Burger King-Filialen in ganz Mittelfranken keine WLAN-Hotspots mehr! Die Terminals zum Bestellen sind eigentlich wertlos, da nur mit Karte bezahlt werden kann. Ansonsten ist er identisch mit anderen Filialen.

Keine Seife zum Hände waschen verfügbar, in keiner von den Toiletten. Toiletten waren schmutzig. Ekelhaft

Es ist halt Burger King. Die Portionen sehen dreimal grösser aus als sie sind. 25€ für frei Burger und Pommes sind auch nicht guter Deal. Sonst ok.
