At least you found a few clean tables where you could sit down. This is no longer common practice. It can be expanded but is now probably normal for mc.b The service was quick and friendly. Food was as ordered.

CHECK YOUR ORDER ON SITE For the third time we didn't get what was ordered at the drive in. Nobody can be reached by phone. 6 nuggets instead of 9 nuggets. Burgers with cheese instead of without, despite the sticker on the burger package. The service sucks.

There was an unpleasant smell of chip fat on the ground floor, the tables on the first floor were not cleared, the floor was dirty and the service stations were overcrowded. The employee's response to my comment was “maybe”. There is still room for improvement

You should have employees at the checkout who understand German. I sometimes ordered a Mc Crisby and repeated it several times. When we got home we found a very spicy, inedible burger. I threw this away after the first bite. Thank God we bought more burgers, otherwise I would have stayed hungry. Given the medium, very generous prices, a no-go!!!!!

Rating for McDonald's in general... The size of the burgers is an absolute disgrace. I thought the fish mac came from the dollhouse. The Bigmac is a Mcsmall. I can totally understand the negative reviews. The boss personally complained to us that we didn't understand anything and was absolutely unfriendly. So we weren't supposed to understand anything, but the order we placed wasn't right either. Unfortunately, they don't really understand German either.

Food so far OK However, I was refused a Red Bull can. I ordered food for 3 people here and wanted to hand over the can that I bought in another branch in the afternoon. The employee rejected this on the grounds that this is a sugar-free can and they only sell normal ones. So same can size. Customer service is sometimes a foreign word here

Both cokes old and stale. Very loud and although quite full the upper quieter area was closed. It was charged more than the pre-order in the app. Very unfriendly and offered no remedial action. Not recommended and complaint filed with head office.

Went there again two weeks ago and promptly forgot sauces and fries when ordering from the family. Conclusion: it simply doesn't work without self-control. The feedback should ideally not only be valid for two days. The validity is only indicated when you click on the feedback link. Been there again after a long time and still the same problem. I ordered two meals and a few extra burgers. I did not receive the meals. No refund, no response to my attempts to contact them. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

This McDonalds is truly one of the best in the area. Food always tastes good, ingredients always seem fresh (as much as possible for Mc) and the fries are always crispy and well salted (!!!). The service is friendly, the restaurant is generally clean and pleasantly air-conditioned, only the toilets could be better maintained.

So every time I go to McDonald’s, the employees speak more Albanian than German. You almost don't understand them at all. The pronunciation isn't good at all and burgers are always cold Fries are ice cold

Dirty, small, and most all desserts not available. They had their entire upstairs play area closed off, so we were stuck sitting outside by several people smoking near the kids slide. Went to get vanilla ice cream, almost all their ice cream based desserts were not available. Just terrible.

A McDonalds with a pay toilet. Well, then 4x0.50 EUR for the entire family paid in advance and then into the toilet. Then the worst pet performance ever: Of course, beautifully dirty and pee-stained. We ate here on the way to Nuremberg. The food tastes like any McDonald's. Otherwise: Two of the 5 order terminals didn't work at lunchtime 🫤 Every table we tried to sit at was full of crumbs🫤 When we arrived, we discovered that you had to pay for the toilet. However, the system is not presented in an immediately understandable way. You get a voucher that you can then use to buy food at the checkout. I find it understandable that you don't want the toilets to be used by non-customers and I think it's okay if you then charge them 50 cents through the coupon machine. However, I do NOT think it's ok if we as customers want to go to the toilet AFTER eating/drinking (logically) and before continuing our journey, then have to buy a coupon and are forced to buy something AGAIN or to give away the 50 cents. What upset me the most, however, was that the staff didn't even listen to the feedback, but immediately pointed out in defense mode that it was like that everywhere on the highway 🫤 Well, I've never experienced that at a McDonald's before. Orders are incomplete and a burger can sometimes be forgotten. But 2 out of 3 burgers were missing from my order. We also had 2 millshakes, both with extra chocolate sauce (costs extra) - both millshakes lack the chocolate sauce. Unfortunately, we only discovered all of this at home. It can't be that you have to check the drink in the cup right now. So with a €25 order you only get €15 worth of food, great. I then called the store several times but couldn't reach anyone. Impudence!

My husband's citizens were both cold and put together very carelessly. When told that the citizen is cold and the cheese isn't melted, sorry! The employees were like chickens and all said that the cheese never melted.

I ordered via Lieferando and paid over €30 for 2 menus+CB+DCB. In the end the cheeseburger was missing and instead of the double cheeseburger I got a hamburger. Of course, no one answers the phone after 5 calls.

Sorry but... my citizens were cold or the meat. Patties were cold and so were the cheese slices, I complained! The waitress at the checkout only said that it was normal and that cheese should never be melted or warm. I was laughed at by the employees. I often visit McDonalds with my family and actually know it differently.

It's ok. There are definitely cleaner restaurants than this. I will only order take away. The employees are mostly friendly, but you can sometimes have bad luck. The language barrier is a big problem every now and then. Every now and then you have the feeling that the other person doesn't understand you. But these employees are always polite and nice and want to help.

Just go to the counter and order is not possible! You are kindly informed that you should order from the machine. It's not really any faster, but it may save some service staff. Otherwise the rooms and the outdoor area are ok. There are sufficient parking spaces available. However, I only visit McDonalds about 1-2 times a year and was surprised at what the good old Big Mäc has become. In contrast to the prices, it has shrunk considerably.

Very unfriendly service lady I went to McDonald's today with my two small children. There was hardly anything going on, so there was no reason to expect any unfriendliness due to overload. I only had cash, so I didn't go to the ordering machine, but to the service point at the counter where "Orders" was written above it in 30 cm large writing. The gentleman in front of me was served normally. I, on the other hand, was told by the lady in a very harsh and absolutely impossible tone that I didn't have to order here. I politely and prudently replied to the lady that above us there was an approximately 1.5 meter long and 30 cm large print with the word "Order" indicating that we were allowed to order right here. With a roll of my eyes it was explained to me that this would only be the case in exceptional cases. Unfortunately, as a customer, I can't read minds and guess that, so I probably deserve such outrageous behavior. I've never experienced anything like that and I have to honestly say that I always think in favor of the service staff because I used to work there myself and know what the people do. But such behavior is an absolute taboo! We won't be coming back! I canceled my order and left after the woman became increasingly unfriendly and uncooperative. But the gentleman who wanted to order directly after me was served again and didn't have to hear that he should order from the machine.

We were there for breakfast. The food was cold and there was an eyelash and something that looked like dirt on the packaging. We received a spoon that wasn't clean with our coffee and asked for a new one, but it wasn't completely clean either. First time having breakfast there and we were disappointed.

Food classic - no notable differences from other McDonald's branches. However, the restaurant was quite dirty (tables, seats, floors) and there was a moderate number of guests.

Unfriendly service person who would rather chat with friends than serve the guests quickly and then has the audacity to recommend that 45 minutes before closing time it would be better to take the food to go as they would be closing straight away. Doesn't make a good impression!

Vier mal McFlurry Eisbecher geholt, sehr unterschiedlich gefüllt, in einem war nur die Hälfte von normale Portion, die auch mittlerweile nachgelassen hat. Leider nur enttäuschend. Milka neue Sorte nur zum abraten, die Schokolinsen kleben nur an den Zähnen, kalte Linsen nur zum kauen, ob das schmeckt, eine Schokosauce Milka wäre besser.

The search for a reasonably clean table was doomed to failure. How good that the cleaning agent and a worn-out rag were at the service station so we cleaned a table ourselves. Were in transit, McDrive quickly ordered something via the app. Everything worked out great. When we leave the McDrive we notice that the mayo is missing from the fries. I'm drawing attention to this. There is a first 1 minute discussion about it inside. Store manager comes out and says it must be down there. I say no, look. It actually goes through my bag with the open fries in it and pushes everything from right to left. He, oh, is really missing. Sorry, is it still OK? 1. Obviously not telling a lie and 2. simply using his hand to push my open fries back and forth. Sorry, but it doesn't work at all! Because of a packet of mayo!

I've been to McDonald's many times, but since the last order I've lost my appetite. If you look from the Mc Drive into the video room, which is right next to the kitchen, and see a young lady smoking an e-cigarette, I think anyone's appetite will go away I don't recommend it
