It took forever. Fries were forgotten. And it's Nuremberg HBF, what kind of ambience should you expect. “Almost” doesn’t mean anything here. Yesterday I waited almost three quarters of an hour for my food. Absolutely bottomless.
We were treated very unfriendly today by a man of Asian origin, even though we had only politely asked to be allowed to choose the Happy Meal gift ourselves. He rolled his eyes and gestured dismissively with his hands. He also forgot to serve part of my order and acted as if he didn't understand us. Unfortunately, some tables and chairs were also unclean.
Otherwise, the rest of the staff is always very friendly.
This McDonald's is generally okay, but there are a few things that make the visit a bit inconvenient – especially the parking situation. The parking lot is difficult to access and seems rather confusing at first glance. A car dealership is right next door, which further confuses the situation, as the entrances and exits aren't clearly separated, and you have to get your bearings. Especially if you're a first-time visitor, the layout is a bit awkward.
Once you make it to the parking lot, however, a typical McDonald's awaits you. The decor is as usual – nothing outstanding, but clean and functional. The self-service kiosks worked well on my visit, and my order was prepared relatively quickly. Everything tasted as you'd expect – classic fast food, no surprises.
The staff was friendly, but a bit reserved. The seating was clean, if not particularly comfortable. If you just want a quick bite to eat, this is the place for you – but be prepared for the fact that access to the premises can be a bit confusing.
Overall, an average McDonald's with a slight weakness in the parking lot. Three stars are a good fit.
Something is always missing. When two people place an order together, they don't know what is beautifully packaged and what isn't. When ordering 35e, 2 burgers and a drink are missing. I don't have to say more.
Mcdonald's, what should you capitalize here... What is noticeable is that the quality of the food on offer has been declining more and more in recent years! Prices, however, continue to rise...
We ate in the restaurant today and observed the following. .. The free tables were wiped down. That's very good and not common in every fast food restaurant. But if every table is wiped and cleaned without a cloth, that's disgusting. After 8 tables we stopped counting. Then we continued outside, with the same rag and no cleaning. So you ask yourself, how are things going in the kitchen? Oh and the sanitary facilities also lacked soap, paper and hygiene. After visiting there, my wife said it was like the toilet on the highway. Sorry, but we're used to it differently at McDonald's.
dear man certainly not angry or impatient really perfect if you order a happy meal and they say it is only for small children I like that they think of the children
Unfriendly service at McDrive
I wanted to place a larger order via McDrive, but unfortunately the McDonald's app didn't work. This made it take a little longer, which I was aware of - which is why I apologized to the employee when I noticed that she was annoyed.
Instead of showing understanding, I got the curt answer that she “has no time” and that I needed to “prepare better.” This was particularly incomprehensible to me because there wasn't a single car behind me and there was no queue.
In order to give the employee more time for other tasks, I simply canceled my order. It's a shame because I was actually looking forward to the food. Unfortunately, the McDrive didn't work out this time.
Now I eat a kebab and left my money somewhere else and was greeted warmly there 😘
I like to drink a latte macchiato with oat milk from time to time and I'm very happy with it. Last time, unfortunately, a small latte was handed out, even though a large one was ordered and paid for. Hopefully this doesn't happen that often
