One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Waiting time for the order over 20 minutes. The food was subpar: old, sticky fries, burgers that were limp and almost fell apart and a nugget was missing from a pack of nuggets. It's best to avoid the branch if possible...

Advertise with Pokemon, but include Sonic when you order it. I don't have a good relationship with Germans.

Too loud, too long to wait at the checkout because only one checkout was occupied and in the end I could only redeem a klobon while the man at the checkout also begged for understanding because he was the only German speaker and the others only spoke students and didn't know any German. I've never waited so long at McDonald's, it's so unbelievable. Simply terrible

We called 2.5 hours in advance to report that we were coming along with 80 people traveling on the coach. This works fine at all McDonalds restaurants. Manager says he can't do anything with this in the preparation??? We just have to order at the terminals. Once we arrive, only 2 Terminals are still active and we only get half an hour to order until 10:00 PM, while they are open until 10:30 PM. Bad thing. Staff grumpy. Ultimately it was possible to order online, but that did not happen. Advice to everyone: keep driving until the next one.

Had nothing left to eat. How this can happen at a McDonald's is inexplicable to me

The delivery time stated when ordering (30-45 minutes) is approx. It took 1.5 hours and instead of two Cokes I only got one. And needless to say the food was obviously cold/soggy.

It was busy but it took at least 30 minutes before it was our turn. Then the number disappeared. When I went to ask they didn't respond and continued. After 2 others also complained, they took away the receipts. Then my receipt got lost. Then I had to indicate what I had ordered 40 minutes ago. They were super stressed and unfriendly. Not a nice experience at the end of the holiday.

Worst service I've experienced at Mac Donald's in a long time

We waited 40 minutes, we were given our number that was on the table, and suddenly it disappeared. We thought it was our turn, but no, our number was simply forgotten and the saleswoman simply left

I don't know why so many left bad reviews. When I was there, everything was clean and the food is really cheap. I took the menu with 2 Cheeseburgers + chips with mayonnaise + CocaCola for only €5.99. I personally wouldn't complain. The only flaw is having to give €1 to go to the bathroom. I initially went to the bathroom because it was the main purpose for which I entered, and then I also ordered food from Mc, then to wash my hands I basically had to give another €1 to enter the bathroom. And if one has to enter it 3-4 times in 11 or more hours of break, what does he do?? I work as a truck driver and it's really annoying to have to pay for everything from my own pocket. Do I have to spend money every time I use the bathroom? Even just to wash my hands?? Why don't they at least put a water tap outside? What do I do if I have to take my weekly break on the truck? Do I spend that much money just to be able to use the bathroom? And another inconvenience was that the shop to the right of the Mc didn't have bread... I needed the bread to make sandwiches the next day when I was leaving, and nothing, I couldn't find it... a bottle of water furthermore it cost more than €3, almost €4, when with almost €2 I go to an Aldi or Lidl or whatever, and buy myself 6 bottles.

Ordered Big Rösti Spicy. The sandwich had no potato pancake inside. I reported it to the manager and the manager said that I only realized it after eating almost half of the sandwich. You don't care about the button, you loser, apparently you can't even put together sandwiches properly. I don't recommend it

Please learn that pancakes are NOT crispy!!!

The slowest MCDonalds I’ve been in

The food is cold af - all of it and it tastes like it is old. The meat is not fresh and the drink is without ice but nobody asked. Worst MC ever. If I could I would give 0 stars.

The waitress behind the counter and the employees in the kitchen fall asleep and wait over 20 minutes for a simple order while there's nothing going on. Know McDonald's, the line goes all the way outside and it's quicker 😡😡😡😡

We arrived as a large group after the official opening hours, but were turned away with a warning about an inspection 1.5 hours before closing time and the statement that there was nothing left!!!!

The McDonald's guy at the counter drove me crazy. Nothing ordered. A guy like that and that kind of service has no place at the checkout. Should he rather vent his frustration somewhere else, but not with me🤬. I would describe the guy in more detail here, but "as always" it's against the guidelines.

Located along the highway.This Mcdonald's was very good.Staff was fast and kind.Prices were okay and affordable..Only downside is that you have to pay to go to the toalet 1€.PS:It has a playground for kids also!

This is by far the worst thing I have ever experienced at McDonald's. Super slow service. Only one order is made at a time. Although you can, for example, prepare coffee while the employee prepares food in the kitchen, people stand around and watch. The cappuccino we ordered and took with us was terrible. Sour taste and no milk foam at all. It is questionable what the condition of the coffee machine in this McDonald's looks like. We threw away the two cappuccinos at the next opportunity. 20 minutes of waiting and then this disappointment.

Average mcdonalds experience. Food came pretty fast even though we came in with 50 people. Food tastes like what you can expect from mcdonalds. Obviously it won't be great since it's mcdonalds, but it's pretty okay.

Pictures speak more than a thousand words... I would advise everyone not to go here, despite asking the staff nothing was done... Food inedible... There was obviously food from the previous day on the floor and on the tables... Next time I'd rather avoid this restaurant by 1000 km

Dirty tables. I eat coffee in a paper cup!!!! No more cups.

The food was fairly expensive for its quality. The cheeseburger was dry, the fries were awful and cardboard-like and the only good thing were the drinks (sprite, coke, iced tea etc.). If i were to recommend one thing from this place, that would be to either leave or get water (or a drink like sprite, coke and in no way whatsoever to get their iced coffee/milkshake). All the mcflurry/mcsundae options were not available, just like the mcfreezies. The ice coffee was somehow awful (diarreah inducing) and the normal coffee was overpriced… The chicken nuggets were okay but plain. The place is dirty and paying 1€ for a toilet thats filthy is diabolical… At least the staff was nice (only the female staff).

DO NOT go here the service is horrible and they barely work also dont get me started on how mad they and how long it takes for them to make a small cola

Crazy that employees can be so poor at doing their job and picking the orders. While waiting for our order, we observed that almost every other customer returned because something was missing from their order, so we checked ours already when it was delivered to the counter. And we could also quickly ascertain that we were missing all the fries, all the dip and toys for the children. They apologized of course, but the employees are simply not up to their task.. 🙄 I'm just glad we didn't drive off without checking everything. 🙈

I have been to many McDonald's since I was a child, but this cheeseburger taste is not the same taste at all, the patty is burnt, the bun is dry, the taste is very spicy, not the same taste at all, but maybe in Europe this is the normal taste of a burger

We then assembled the Happy Meal individually. and bought the toy for €3.00. 5 minutes later a family sat down next to us with exactly two Happy Meal boxes on the tray I'm wondering what's going on with the staff there. Staff very unfriendly and impolite, we stood for 40 minutes to pay in cash until we gave up and paid with card. Even after asking several times, you were just insulted stupidly, but the staff still had time to be on their cell phones.

If your burger smells and tastes like grill cleaner, you know you've done it wrong!! Such a dirty shop, I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it. Staff bored and unmotivated is still okay. BUT THE burger that stinks of GRILL CLEANER!? If you want to get sick, no problem! If you want to eat something - just don't! Have a good meal! Oh yes, I'm taking the burger with me for a microbacterial test. The €20 is worth it to me.

Long waiting times even if you are the only customer

Classic rest stop McDonald's. The prices were correspondingly high and the toilet costs €1, although you can redeem a voucher when ordering. There are ordering terminals and the food came quickly.

Today 10:45 a.m., waited 18 minutes for the order, I was the only customer. The lady at the counter was even so quick that she removed the order from the screen as "issued" so that it wasn't noticeable that there was no one in the back to prepare it. She used the counter to rest. “Fast” food here is just eaten quickly but not prepared. And both tables, chairs and floor were so dirty. Disgusting

Absolute management failure. The service is trying, but it is totally undersized in terms of numbers and simply cannot keep up with the number of orders, cleaning, etc. In total, we waited almost 45 minutes.

The food came very quickly and the Sanifair vouchers were also accepted. The plant burger and fries were good but my small salad consisted of a few iceberg lettuce leaves and 2 round tomato slices. The tables were dirty :-(

We were here in the summer of '23 and found the service terrible. The staff is unfriendly and seems extremely demotivated. Last week we drove past this McDonalds again, and consciously decided not to eat here.

Hello. Before visiting I read the reviews (mostly negative) but I have a long trip ahead of me and decided to give it a try. There were no negatives for me (even when ordering, the employee smiled slightly at me) As for the order itself, everything was fine: warm and very tasty. I ordered: - 1 McPlant burger - 1 McPlant Nugglets x9pc's per menu The burger was great with just enough sauce; nugglets, were also piping hot and tasted great P.S. As for the atmosphere, yes, the building is a bit shabby, but I didn't think it was dirty, I took my food home - I ordered from a machine and paid at the cash register - I had no problems (in principle, ordering from there and paying at the cash register, they don't have information on whether it is for on-site or take-home use, but there was no tal problem here). I wish everyone to experience the pleasure that I have.

Employees seem annoyed and don't feel like it. Food came very quickly. Big Mac strong, nuggets strong, ice cream strong, fries were by far the WORST Mcces fries I've ever had. Friendlier staff and properly prepared fries then it would be 5 stars.

Hroznej mekáč.Obsluha absolutně nezájem,něco si tam řeší u pokladny a o zákazníky nejeví zájem.Stoly špinavé,neuklizený,chybějí židle a neberou kupóny z placenych záchodů.

Приятная музыка встречает при входе в здание. Все чисто аккуратно. Персонал приветливый и работают оккуратно и быстро что не доют ждать долго заказа. Есть чистый душ который стоит 3€. Приехал в 00:30 было несколько свободных мест. Есть отдельный туалет в паркинге. В прочем все было хорошо.

Der Lieferant am 28.04.2023 (Bestellung nach Felkirchen) war super. Er war pünktlich, nett und das Essen kam warm an. Gerne wieder 🫶🏼

Its fine but the waiting was way to long. 15 min waiting for 1 simple order with no other people in line is called slow food.

Wieder ein McDonald ohne Frühstück.

Die Smartphones sind wohl wichtiger, als alles andere. Zu Dritt stehen die Bedienungen hinterm Tresen und tippen auf ihren Geräten rum obwohl der ganze Laden vor Dreck steht. Die Stühle stehen kreuz und quer, Tische und Fußboden sind klebrig. Und so schmutzige Touchscreens habe ich selten gesehen. Das ist nichts hier. Lieber weiterfahren. Und lieber Filialleiter von McDonalds oder Serways: DIE ANDEREN REZENSIONEN SEHEN GENAUSO AUS!!!! Vielleicht sollten sie mal HANDELN!!!!!!

Все чисто і охайно. Як завжди в Німеччині якщо ти за це платиш. В Макдональдс мене обслуговували приємні дівчата. Але мабуть не зрозуміли замість однієї коли 0.4 дали 4 по 0.4. Дівчата вчіться розуміти людей Я вам на трьох мовах пояснював. І як завжди німці десь літають в космосі і трактують людей дивно.

Wir haben uns wieder sauwohl gefühlt, es war einfach spitze. Vielen Dank an Familie Miller.

Alles ordentlich und sauber. Tische waren abgewischt, es lag kein Müll auf dem Boden und die Wagen für die Tabletts waren leer. Sogar unsere Töchtern meinten, dass das der schönste McDonalds ist in dem sie bis jetzt waren. Hoffe für alle es war nicht nur heute so.

Es gibt lange Wartezeiten, aber das Gebäude ist sehr modern und das Klo super NEU (aber 70 Cent kosten)
