Ärgerlich: Du kommst an einem heißen Sommertag mit einem durstigen Hund aus dem viel zu heißen Auto. Hier brauchst Du nach Leiungswasser für den Hund nicht fragen. Trotz klar erkennbarer Hunde-Trinkflasche mit Silikon Napf dran hörst Du nur. Hier nix Wasser gratis... Hier nur bezahle. Hier nix Wasser gratis... Zum Glück waren die Asiatischen Nachbarn hier was man sich auf Reisen wünscht... Gastfreundlich. Kann man von MC Doof nicht behaupten.

Sehr sauber und schnell. Ich verstehe es zwar nach wie vor nicht, weshalb die anliegenden Länder glutenfreie Optionen anbieten Deutschland nicht, aber dafür kann die Filiale hier nichts.

In allen McDonald's-Filialen in Deutschland kann man Coupons pro Produkt einlösen, egal ob es sich um ein Menü oder ein einzelnes Produkt handelt. Ihr unhöflicher Mitarbeiter beharrte jedoch darauf, dass dies nicht möglich sei, dass man pro Menü nur einen Coupon erhalte – das sei die Regel des Restaurants. Ich bin LKW-Fahrer und kaufe fast täglich bei McDonald's ein. Entweder machen es alle anderen Filialen falsch oder Sie. Was meinen Sie?

7:10 Uhr – Warum haben Sie geschlossen? Wird sich die Schließung auch verzögern?

Habe für meinen Big Tasty Bacon einen Kampf geführt, der mit der Schlacht um Waterloo gleichzusetzen ist. Dafür jalapenos gratis bekommen, deswegen zwei Sterne. Personal im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten hoch motiviert und bemüht.

Problem mit der Toilette: Wenn Sie online bestellen, müssen Sie die Toilettenbenutzung extra bezahlen.

Und wieder mal das Essen nur rein geschmissen Es ist kalt und einfach nur reingeworfen Nicht das 1. Mal Auf hin von Beschwerde interessiert es keinen!!! Die Aussage Ja dann muss man halt damit leben

Unglaublich! In unserer Tüte fehlten ein Getränk und Pommes. Vorsicht! Uns allen war nach dem Essen übel.

Leider war unser Besuch bei McDonald’s eine große Enttäuschung. Laut Google ist die Filiale bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet. Als wir jedoch um 22:00 Uhr ankamen, kam ein Herr – vermutlich der Manager – zu uns und begann sofort in einem sehr aggressiven und unfreundlichen Ton zu rufen, dass geschlossen sei und wir Pech hätten. Sein Verhalten war absolut unangemessen und respektlos. Wir haben ihm ruhig und höflich erklärt, dass bei Google 23:00 Uhr als Öffnungszeit angegeben ist. Daraufhin wurde er erneut laut und sogar beleidigend. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist inakzeptabel. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich diese Filiale definitiv nie wieder besuchen. Sie haben uns schrecklich bedient., wir haben das Essen mitgenommen, im Happy Meal fehlte der Saft, die Hälfte des Essens lag lose in der Tüte, schrecklich... Prüfen Sie, ob alles, was Sie gekauft haben, im Paket enthalten ist, wenn Sie es mitnehmen.

Ist halt ein guter zwischenstop mit genügend Parkplätzen und es ging bei mir ziemlich schnell und die Burger sahen ok aus also nicht wie in Grossstädten alles drauf geklatscht.

Lange Wartezeit für kaltes Essen,

Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit, Mittag zu essen, also hielten wir bei McDonald's an, der zu einer Tankstelle gehörte. Es war ein typischer McDonald's mit normaler Speisekarte und vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir bestellten einen vegetarischen Burger, der okay war, aber uns nicht überraschte – durchschnittlich eben. Dann bestellten wir einen Big Mac, der ebenfalls okay war und sogar ziemlich gut schmeckte. Ich habe ihn schon so oft gegessen, dass er mir nicht so fremd war wie beim ersten Mal. Alles war schnell und unkompliziert. Burger standen nicht auf der Karte. Ich würde es als typischen McDonald's-Besuch bezeichnen: Man kommt, isst und geht wieder, mehr nicht. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort essen gehen. 👍😊🍔

Ich wollte ein Eis haben aber beide Schaltergeringverdiener haben mir gesagt ,dass die Eismaschine kaputt ist. Einer nach mir hat aber einen MC flurry bekommen.

Entsetzlich dreckig, vom Boden bis zu den Sitzen und Tischen. Schränke voller Tabletts, nirgends konnte man sein eigenes abstellen. Ich habe 15 Minuten auf mein Essen gewartet, obwohl absolut niemand da war. Ich gehe da nicht mehr hin, einfach nur schrecklich.

Also das war schon mal besser Mann muß 15 Minuten warten Mitarbeiter waren langsam und gechillt nichtmehr empfehlen

Qualitativ selbst für McDonald's mies. Essen kalt, labrig. Wartezeit über 10 Minuten!!! Keine Entschuldigung für fehlende und falsche Bestellungen. Lieber weiterfahren.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne Wert. Auf dem Rückweg aus dem Urlaub wollten wir kurz etwas essen. Lange Schlangen und unkontrollierten Service kennt man hier bereits. Allerdings gab es als Dreingabe Bauchkrämpfe, Erbrechen und Durchfall To-Go… Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant spiegelt damit dann auch die Qualität des Essens wieder. Wenn man Heißhunger hat lieber bis zur nächsten Rast warten. 0/10

Seats repaired with tape, toilet dirty and smelly, food was okay but packaging still from summer, no ice cream and wrap was cold except for the meat.

Der zweitschlechteste McDonald's, den ich je besucht habe. Ständig fehlte etwas, die Cola schmeckte wie abgestandenes Wasser, und wir mussten sie zweimal auf ihre Fehler hinweisen – und trotzdem waren sie wieder falsch. Eine Schande für das Unternehmen.

A very bad experience! Since none of the six ordering kiosks were working, I was forced to queue. After a 20-minute wait, I was at the front of the line, just about to place my order. At that moment, the kiosks started working again, and I was told that ordering was only possible there. By then, all the kiosks were occupied, and I had to wait another 15 minutes.

Everything is fine, fast, the quality is the same as any other Mac, nothing more to add

I have never encountered such terrible service and preparation anywhere: I was given one piece of fish instead of two, I immediately pointed this out at the counter (it's strange that it occurred to me to look inside the box), the man serving me first started to prove that everything was correct, but then he figured out that I did order two pieces of fish. They added another piece to me. I joked, saying why did they make a mistake in their favor, and not in mine. The man didn't get the joke and started to prove something else. In addition to all this, both pieces turned out to be terribly overcooked. I didn't have the strength to complain and I went to look for another place to have dinner. What was that, dear managers of this establishment? Shame!!!

McDonald's on Google is open until 11pm on Fridays, but in practice it's open until 10pm, it's embarrassing and misleading the customer.

I've been to this location several times. Most importantly, the food 👩‍🍳 is extraordinary, I have nothing to fault. The staff is attentive to details and the order you place, they don't make mistakes with your products and if they do, they are professionals and they solve the problem very quickly. Hot menu, extraordinary fries. But let's move on to the cleaning part where we want to blame the staff, but first of all, many customers get up from the table without cleaning their table after themselves, overall I recommend if you are a truck driver and you take a break to go and eat something good.

I ordered plant-based nuggets and got chicken nuggets. That's definitely something to keep an eye on these days, especially if it's on offer.

Friendly staff, but that's the only positive point. It's very dirty; you have to clean the tables and chairs first. The food was lukewarm, and there were dead bugs (earwigs?) between the dispenser napkins. Wouldn't stop there again.

The food is delicious and fresh, but I've never seen such crap even in Italy.

Hello everyone, I have something to say. I can't understand how a rest stop operator can let their property fall into such disrepair. And in Germany, where everything is constantly being monitored. Especially in a business like this, you should always be clean and tidy. I have to say, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Everything is sticky from the ceiling to the floor! It all looks disgusting. Clean it up!

Unfortunately, the store manager was irritable toward staff and customers. Long wait times, and last but not least, the wrong burger and sauces. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. We'd be happy to give them a second chance, but this was the second one. There won't be a third.

It offers menus from around the world, but there are a lot of unavailable items, few vegetarian options... Big ad for the Sakura Sprite, there aren't any, same with the McClurry Bubble... Too bad. 4 out of 6 kiosks don't work. Fast service. But it wasn't great. Children's games only, book in German, too bad for tourists passing through. Excruciatingly sweet milkshake. Dirty floor. And the toilets also cost €1.

The worst McDonalds experience ever:( food was wrong, giving us less we paid for..toilets are paid even for customers, it was dirty and very expensive. We were dissapointed

McDonald's at a motorway service station. Relatively clean.

I had a less pleasant experience, although we were at a table inside, the little girl was stung by a wasp. After consuming 60 euros, we had to pay extra to enter the toilet. The cleaning at 9 pm leaves much to be desired, tables not wiped, and the floor very sticky.

All the tables and the entire floor are littered with old food, one hour after the store opened. Apparently from the night before.

A particularly impressive restaurant. Beautiful, modern decor on two levels. Table service is very prompt despite the large number of customers. The staff is particularly friendly and accommodating.

Could be a bit cleaner: tables should be cleaned much more regularly. For an order of four menus, we could only use two Sanifair vouchers; there should be at least four. I find it outrageous that we have to pay extra for water, practically a menu, and we're essentially forced to drink soft drinks. Nice terrace (with a view of the parking lot) and a pleasant interior.

Dirty, just disgusting. Ants on the tables outside. The tables are sticky!!! This place needs to be cleaned up. Everything is littered. The staff should be ashamed. It was truly impossible to enjoy the food. Does a rest stop really have to look like this???? ZERO stars!!!!!

Simply disappointing. Sunday, 4 p.m. – hardly any customers, everything could have been fresh and hot. Instead: soggy, cold fries and a Big Mac that was lukewarm at best. The taste was a disgrace. For the money, I expect more than cafeteria quality. It's a shame zero stars aren't possible.

Very inviting, but cigarette butts and empty beer cans everywhere. Disgusting. If the simplest things no longer work, like cleaning up and keeping things clean, it's better to just close the place down.

Employees are completely understaffed. Longer waiting times. Ice comes melted out of the ice cream machine and to top it off, the cleaning employee with a dark mustache closes the patio door in your face and locks it.

I was there with my class, we were on the way back from our school trip. We had a time window of about 45 minutes during our break and we were still late. The employees were very unfriendly and didn't serve us. We stood in front of the ordering counter for about 10 minutes and were told to wait another 10 minutes before we could even be served. I then went to the terminal and ordered there. After waiting again we finally got our order after about 30 minutes and went back on our bus. Unfortunately, when we split the order, we discovered that an entire order was missing!!!!. Due to the unfriendly conditions and the incompetence of the employees, I would like to give zero stars, but since that is not possible I give one star and cannot recommend the store.

The worst McDonald's in Germany. We built on the way from Austria. 2/22/205 approx. 2:30 p.m. Absolutely arrogant service. We wanted to apply for a discount for using the WC, but she arrogantly refused us, saying that it had to be done before ordering. We wanted to buy more coffee and use 4x1€ for the WC, so she again very arrogantly told us that the maximum was 1€ even though we had food for 4 people there for a total of 48€. Apparently the Shift Leaders. Lady blonde. A foreigner. The same when we wanted drinking straws. Arrogant that straws are not given in Germany and we have to drink it like normal people without a straw. Are Czechs not normal people or what? For God's sake. It is probably not possible that it happens at McDonalds and in Germany. Absolutely do not recommend. It is better to park a few km further in the direction of the Czech Republic, where there is a regular McDonalds and Burger King.

We called 2.5 hours in advance to report that we were coming along with 80 people traveling on the coach. This works fine at all McDonalds restaurants. Manager says he can't do anything with this in the preparation??? We just have to order at the terminals. Once we arrive, only 2 Terminals are still active and we only get half an hour to order until 10:00 PM, while they are open until 10:30 PM. Bad thing. Staff grumpy. Ultimately it was possible to order online, but that did not happen. Advice to everyone: keep driving until the next one.

The delivery time stated when ordering (30-45 minutes) is approx. It took 1.5 hours and instead of two Cokes I only got one. And needless to say the food was obviously cold/soggy.

Worst service I've experienced at Mac Donald's in a long time

It was busy but it took at least 30 minutes before it was our turn. Then the number disappeared. When I went to ask they didn't respond and continued. After 2 others also complained, they took away the receipts. Then my receipt got lost. Then I had to indicate what I had ordered 40 minutes ago. They were super stressed and unfriendly. Not a nice experience at the end of the holiday.

I don't know why so many left bad reviews. When I was there, everything was clean and the food is really cheap. I took the menu with 2 Cheeseburgers + chips with mayonnaise + CocaCola for only €5.99. I personally wouldn't complain. The only flaw is having to give €1 to go to the bathroom. I initially went to the bathroom because it was the main purpose for which I entered, and then I also ordered food from Mc, then to wash my hands I basically had to give another €1 to enter the bathroom. Ordered Big Rösti Spicy. The sandwich had no potato pancake inside. I reported it to the manager and the manager said that I only realized it after eating almost half of the sandwich. You don't care about the button, you loser, apparently you can't even put together sandwiches properly. I don't recommend it
