“Time travel,” as another review puts it, sums it up quite well. Located at the end of an industrial area in the last corner, no play facilities for children, no possibility to order online or via display terminals. Toilet dirty, no paper. You have to ask for sugar and milk for the coffee individually and they are not available either. Overwhelmed slow employee at the checkout may have been an isolated case today, but the rest is not recommended 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Everything dirty, children's corner dirty, when I asked for a rag the lady said she didn't know? I think it's after Corona warned us about what constitutes hygiene.

Totally disgusting. Nobody has cleaned the seats or the floor here for hours. The tables are greasy and full of leftover food as is the floor. You almost stick to your shoes when you walk.

So I've never had anything so outrageous. The worst McDonald ever. Not a single screen works here. Then you are asked to go to the checkout and you don't even have to think about it - he just typed everything in extremely quickly. The food in this restaurant tastes like in any other restaurant of this noble brand, with only minor discounts. What is noticeable here, however, is that the dessert is apparently served from the floor. Otherwise I can't explain the large selection of cold and warm dishes on the floor (some of them for a long time) in combination with cups, napkins and other things. It is better to try another restaurant in the Munich area choose

The food was as usual for McDonald's but unfortunately our French roll wasn't cooked through and looked the same.

Disgustingly dirty. Simply unappetizing. 1. Complaint: The order was incomplete, a burger was missing. 2nd complaint: Sauces incomplete. 3rd complaint: Nuggets were not vegetarian. And behind the counter there is an employee who is chewing the customer's gum with her mouth open. 🤢

Idiots here. Close early and have a sign saying they are open until 23. Then they say oh it's Sunday so we're closed. But the sign directly on the front counter says they're open Monday to Sunday until 23. Place is filthy with trash everywhere.

Worst mcdonalds experience ive ever had. Order got forgotten and erased off the screen, when went to the cashier to ask when i cpuld expect my food after some time and was met with annoyed dumb faces and when they finally made my order one thing was midding and the chicken nuggets were plant based. Complete let down.

7:00 a.m. this Saturday morning. The cashier obviously didn't like her job, it took forever for her to get to the checkout, there was no "good morning" or "hello" in it. On top of that, the tables were very dirty and sticky. We will definitely avoid this “restaurant” on our next vacation trip.

If it opens at 7 a.m., you should expect the service to be ready at 7 a.m. and not 15 minutes later and also look like 7 days of rainy weather

Food was "OK" and up to McDonald's standards except for the fries. Table was dirty, in return I was told where I could get napkins to wipe it off. In our case the printer at the terminal gave up the ghost, which I reported. Afterwards, more customers had the problem that their order couldn't be printed because no one was taking care of it (even though there was a lot of staff and little to do). We didn't get the book we chose to order. It would be nice if McDonalds would accept Sanifair vouchers.

I was there in the morning and everything was very unhygienic and not clean. The tables and the floor were all very dirty with leftover food. The three employees stood behind the counter without work and had very funny conversations instead of cleaning. A tip for the health department would be appropriate. ....

Very slow staff doesn't work on propa speed very little staff members i was waiting at the cashier for about 30min and still no one came.

Except for one of the ordering machines, all of them were out of order, no one at the ordering counter, the burgers were lukewarm, that was probably nothing.

I want to briefly state that the grill is running as a system because the system crashed and the grill doesn't work either so you can't sell anything. It's all well and good, it's just that no one is itching and there are 6 employees chilling together and drinking coffee, it's a shame that it's so bad. I would like to give zero stars

I was just served at this McDonald's and my order was two fish fillets short, which I discovered on the bus. The terminal did not issue a receipt. Total lawlessness and fraud.

Very dissatisfied, we were rudely informed of this at 11 p.m. will be closed! Even though we still had enough time to order because it was only 10:35 p.m.! see invoice 10:43 p.m. we have already paid! When asked why he was so rude and scared our children when ordering with his impossible behavior! The gentleman at the checkout (probably the manager?!) said that we were leaving where we came from! I think he has NO interest in scouting or his job. This is absolutely unacceptable! Maybe we should have a serious word here!!!

4er Käseherzen bestellt und 2x Hühnerstrip‘s bekommen, vielleicht mal geschultes Personal einstellen die eine Bestellung auch richtig zubereiten können.

Personal was kein deutsch versteht und nicht wusste was ein Putzlappen ist. Wir haben McFlurry bestellt, dieser war allerdings nicht gerührt, worauf wir fragten warum und erst mit Widerwillen wurde es gemacht... ich mein, warum nennt man es dann Flurry wenn man es eh nicht rührt???

Die App hat wieder einmal gezickt, das nervt nach langer Fahrt. Aber die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöner Mc Donalds. Qualität und Wartezeiten top. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da die Bestellterminals recht langsam reagieren und es einen Fehler bei der Zubereitung meiner Bestellung gab, dieser wurde aber nach Reklamation mit ner Portion extra wieder gut gemacht 👍🏼

Essen war sehr schnell fertig obwohl viel los war.

Besuchte dieses McDonald's kürzlich. Ambiente - gewöhnlich. Service - zügig. Pommes - goldgelb und warm. Kein Ort für Gourmets, aber verlässlich. Ein Stern einbehalten.

Essen war okay, Pommes kalt, Service leider unterirdisch - sind nicht nur unfreundlich sondern auch nicht der Landssprache mächtig. Falsch gepacktes happy Meal und ewige warterei für das bezahlen.

Заказ оказался не полным. На месте не проверила,надеясь на честность. По факту не хватало 3 позиций. Так же использовала при заказе скидочные купоны,их соответственно аннулировали,но 1 позицию по купону не положили. Кассиры менялись при заказе, видно,что очень не хватает персонала. Кассир при принятии заказа убежала по просьбе других клиентов вытирать стол. Терминалы для безконтактных заказов работают 2 их 8. Увидели,что не хватает еды,когда уже отъехали,поэтому возвращаться не стали.

Prima gegeten. Eten was wat aan de koude kant. McFlurry was niet geroerd. Maar verder prima.

Дуже грубо повівся з нами працівник (адміністратор, чи керівник не зрозуміла хто він) нагрубив всім людям хто стояв у черзі, щоб користувалися самообслуговуванням. Хоча людей було можливо четверо в черзі. Було дуже не приємно.

Tische und Fußboden total dreckig, da kann einem das Essen vergehen. Sehr schade,denn eigentlich sieht der Mc Donalds sehr gemütlich aus. WC kostet 1€.

Essen war ok. Leider nicht heiß. Bei der Bestellung wurde was vergessen, gab es dann nachträglich. Ambiente ist auf den ersten Blick sehr schön, leider waren alle Sitzmöglichkeiten / Tische nicht sauber. Wir entschiedenen uns, im Auto zu Essen.

Essen ging sehr schnell. Allerdings ist der McDonald’s sehr verdreckt und man hat Schwierigkeiten einen einigermaßen sauberen Platz zu finden.

Klasický McDonalds. Obecně se mu vyhýbáme, nicméně hlad nás přinutil. Opět se ale naše presvedčení potvrdilo. Hodně peněz za pramálo muziky. 3 x big mac a 1 x mac royal za cca 550 Kč.

Es ging McDonald’s typisch schnell, das Essen war von gewohnter Qualität und es war alles sauber.

Schade das man Geld für die Toiletten Geld zahlen muss. Aber die Dauer der Bestellung ist schnell und gut. Probs gehen raus 👍

Da Mac Donald für mich immer nur eine Notlösung ist, das Essen schmeckt einfach nicht, der Hamburger verliert seinen Inhalt, die Zwiebeln sind nicht zu schmecken, der Salat landet immer auf dem Tablett und wenn man Glück hat ist alles noch heiß. Service gut und Ambiente unteres Mittelmaß, viele Tische nicht sauber, Wagen für die Tabletts war voll. Verbesserungswürdig.

Während einer kurzen Pause auf dem Rastplatz und nach dem kaufen der Vignette für Österreich haben wir am Terminal uns was zu essen bestellt. Leider ist das Internet schlecht, sodass am Terminal nicht mit Karte gezahlt werden konnte und man zur Kasse müsste um dort dann mit Karte zu bezahlen. Trotzdem lief alles ganz schnell ab und das Essen ist wie gewohnt von McDonald's.

Schöner MC Donalds innerhalb einer Serways Raststätte. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind recht nett und die Wartezeit hielt sich in Grenzen. Ihr bekommt eine Abholnummer für Eure Bestellung. Die Servicemitarbeiter waren nett und höfich.

Es gab im Restaurant nur Pappbecher .

Es gibt keinen Tischservice, am Selbstservice kann man nicht mit Karte zahlen. Total veraltete Geräte.

Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und eben Standard McDonalds wie man es kennt. Die Mitarbeiter hingegen sollten zumindest deutsch oder englisch verstehen damit man auch seine Bestellung ordentlich abgeben kann. Im empfehle hier die Terminals, das erspart Ärger.

Der Service ist leider sehr unfreundlich bei ebenfalls maximal durchschnittlichem Essen für einen mc Donalds. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, fehlende Bestellungen. Wir konnten nicht beweisen, dass etwas fehlt denn das Personal hat uns sehr unfreundlich die Rechnung aus der Hand genomen. Also haben wir was gezahlt was wir nie bekommen haben.

Typischer McDonald's in einer Autobahnraststätte, zu dem es wirklich nicht viel zu sagen gibt. Die Möblierung wirkt schon etwas "abgewohnt", aber wen interessiert das schon. Zu den üblichen Essenszeiten während der Urlaubsreisezeit kann es sehr voll und mit Wartezeiten verbunden sein. P.S.: Ich habe dort mal die vegetarischen Nuggets ausprobiert. Durchaus essbar, auch wenn ich die Chicken McNuggets weiterhin bevorzugen werde.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter - nicht in der McDonald‘s App zu finden - Automaten mit Kartenzahlung funktionieren nicht! Saucen vergessen auszuliefern! Unterirdisch!!! Nie wieder werden wir hier anhalten! (;-((
