Keine Self-Service Automaten, daher lange Schlange. Auch keine Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.

Wir machten hier auf einer sehr langen Reise Halt, weil unser Wasser ausgegangen war. Unser Hund hatte wahnsinnigen Durst, und wir hatten ein kleines Baby im Auto, bei 26 Grad Außentemperatur, während meine Frau stillte. Eine sehr nette Angestellte bot an, unsere 0,5-Liter-Flasche mit Leitungswasser aufzufüllen – ein Zeichen von Menschlichkeit in dieser kommerzialisierten Welt. Ihr Chef wies sie barsch darauf hin, dass dies nicht akzeptabel sei und wir bezahlen müssten. Meine Frau hatte 1,50 € in der Tasche und legte sie auf den Tresen. Die Angestellte wollte das Geld nicht annehmen und sagte uns, das Wasser sei kostenlos – eine sehr nette Geste. Als meine Frau ging, hörte sie zufällig, wie der Chef seine Angestellte ausschimpfte und sagte, es hätte 4 € kosten sollen.

Um 21:38 Uhr können keine Essensbestellungen mehr angenommen werden, da das Personal bereits mit den Aufräumarbeiten beschäftigt ist. Tragen Sie Ihre Arbeitszeiten daher so ein, dass Sie bis 21:30 Uhr arbeiten.

Ein wirklich tolles Ambiente und super liebe Mitarbeiter 👍👍 Kannte mich mit der MC App noch nicht wirklich aus und ein Mitarbeiter an der Kasse hat sich für mich sehr viel Zeit genommen und mir alles erklärt. Absolut top und vielen Dank nochmal 😌👍

Der Besuch am Samstagvormittag war leider enttäuschend. Das Kartenterminal funktionierte nicht, was an sich passieren kann, doch der Umgang damit war wenig kundenorientiert. Die Bedienung wirkte sehr schlecht gelaunt und kommunizierte kaum ein Wort. Obwohl ich lediglich einen Kaffee und einen Latte Macchiato bestellt hatte, musste ich unverhältnismäßig lange warten – erst an der Kasse, dann auf die Getränke. Als mir die bereits verschlossenen Becher hingestellt wurden, fragte ich auf Englisch höflich nach, welcher Becher welcher sei. Statt einer Antwort gab es lediglich eine wortlose Handbewegung in Richtung der Becher. Zudem gab es keinerlei Milchalternativen im Sortiment. Aufgrund des mangelhaften Service und der langen Wartezeit leider keine Empfehlung meinerseits.

Noch nie so einen verdreckten und versifften McDonalds gesehen. Tische schmutzig, die Abfallwagen gesteckt voll. Das Essen absolut unterirdisch. Total vertrockneter Burger. Nie wieder!

An Unfreundlichkeit ist der Typ nicht zu überbieten. (16.02.2026) Wir habe dann bei ser Konkurrenz gegessen. PS: das Geldterminal ist weiterhin defekt

Nach einer vierstündigen Busfahrt machten wir dort Halt und hatten nur 45 Minuten Zeit, um etwas zu essen. Wir warteten über eine Minute, dann kam die Lehrerin und schrie uns an, weil der Bus abfahren wollte und wir zu spät dran waren. Meine Freundin und ich mussten unser Essen wegwerfen – wir hatten nur zwei Bissen oder so gegessen. Wir hatten seit 6 Uhr morgens nichts mehr gegessen. Das war echt ätzend, und die Angestellten waren so langsam und haben uns ständig ignoriert. Ich würde es definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Der Manager weigerte sich drei Minuten vor Ladenschluss, uns zu bedienen. Wir waren insgesamt zu viert. Er meinte, er würde nur einen Kunden bedienen. Ich fragte, ob wir vier Big-Mac-Menüs bekommen könnten. Die Antwort war nein, nur ein Menü pro Person. Das ist doch absurd!

Im mc donalds gibts sossen mit burger, wirklich unappetitlich! Schmeckt einfach nicht mit nem kilo sosse. Wäre gut sein personal zu schulen. Ich denke das dass auch die mitarbeitet nicht essen würden. Und verschwende so mein geld & lebensmittel. Danke !

Eine furchtbare Erfahrung. Die Kassiererin war von Anfang an extrem unfreundlich. Es gab keine vernünftige Speisekarte, und die Selbstbedienungsautomaten funktionierten überhaupt nicht. Wir sollten auf einem Bildschirm mit winziger, kaum lesbarer Schrift auswählen. Nachdem wir etwa fünf Minuten lang versucht hatten, überhaupt etwas zu finden, entschieden wir uns endlich – nur um dann von der Kassiererin zu erfahren, dass es kein Brot mehr gab. Der Manager war genauso unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Am Ende gingen wir unverrichteter Dinge. Insgesamt ein sehr schlechter Service und eine frustrierende Erfahrung. Definitiv nicht das, was man von McDonald’s erwartet.

Die Pommes berührten seine Hand. Ich sagte ihm, er solle Handschuhe tragen, aber er meinte, das seien die McDonald’s-Standards. Und der Chef war unhöflich.

Von den verschiedenen McDonald's-Filialen, die ich hier ausprobiert habe, war der Chili Cheese Burger mit Abstand der beste 😍 super saftig und zart 🤤 Einziger Minuspunkt waren die Bestellbildschirme, die nicht funktionierten (aber das kommt bei McDonald's wohl öfter vor).

Absolut ungenießbares Essen. Nichts, aber auch wirklich gar nichts war frisch gemacht. Schämt euch. Ihr habt mir meinen Cheat Day versaut!

Ich war vor 2 Tagen vor Ort. Die Bestellterminals waren offline, lediglich einer von 6 hat funktioniert. Die Bildschirme zur Essensabholung waren ebenfalls aus. 2 von 4 bestellten Burgern waren leider falsch und statt 9er Nuggets gab es leider nur 6, die 9 wurden aber bezahlt. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen in JEDE Verpackung zu sehen...

5 von 6 Bestellterminals waren aus. 2 von 4 Burgern waren falsch. 6 statt 9 Nuggets bekommen, aber 9 gezahlt. Die Bildschirme, die die fertigen Bestellungen anzeigen, funktionieren nicht. Alle Tische dreckig und vermüllt. Bei den 3 Bestellungen vor uns gab es auch Reklamationen. Schlechtester Mcdonalds ever! Nie wieder.

Haben am Wochenende ein Milkshake Vanille und einen Iced Choc Coffee bestellt. Der Vanilleshake hat nicht nach Vanille geschmeckt und zusätzlich einen komischen, unbeschreiblichen Nachgeschmack gehabt, als wäre die Milch schlecht. Der Iced Choc Coffee hat ebenfalls komisch geschmeckt, zwar nach Caramel und Kaffee aber auch den gleichen Nachgeschmack wie beim Vanille Shake. Nach einer Reklamation wurden die Siruptüten in der Maschine getauscht, danach schmeckten der Shake und der Iced Coffee gleich. Am nächsten Tag fingen die Bauchschmerzen und der stündliche Klogang an. Diese Shakes sind nach diesem Erlebnis nicht zu empfehlen. Zu den anderen Gerichten kann ich keine Auskunft geben, da ich mich noch nicht traue dort erneut einzukehren.

Es dauert viel zu lange, vom bestellen am Terminal bis zum Erhalt habe ich 16 Minuten gewartet, und das obwohl nichts los war.

Ich saß am Tresen und wartete 30 Minuten, nur um festzustellen, dass niemand meine Bestellung aufnahm. Die Selbstbedienungsautomaten waren überfüllt, und ich wollte vorne bestellen. Niemand kam, und ich wartete und wartete – es dauert doch nur 5 Minuten, bis eine Bestellung aufgenommen wird! So ein Idiot!

Ich wollte gerade an der Kasse bezahlen, als die Dame, die ich höflich bat, kurz vorbeizukommen, einen wirklich schlechten Tag hatte. Mit unglaublicher Wut in der Stimme drehte sie sich zu mir um und sagte, als wolle sie mich bestrafen, sie käme gleich. Dann kam sie nicht. Ich stand einen Moment da und blieb dann stehen, bis ich aufgab und ging. Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag, und man sollte niemanden dafür verurteilen. Aber leider basiert die Arbeit in der Gastronomie und hinter der Theke auf guten Kundenbeziehungen. Wenn Sie also einen schlechten Tag haben, fragen Sie nach einem Job in der Küche oder im Service, nicht an der Kasse. Beste Grüße.

We ordered through Lieferando and got two burgers with rotten lettuce. Unfortunately, they were inedible. We won't order from here again.

Yes, it's MCD, but use the terminals. The staff at the checkout are hopelessly overwhelmed and sometimes downright unfriendly. A guest in front of me used the MCD app and was told he had to know the 6-digit code by heart. He then left in a huff after being reprimanded quite harshly upon further inquiry.

I tried to pay for my order at the cash register, but the lady who served me wouldn't accept cash because I had 3 euros and 5 cents. She was incredibly rude.

The Manager here was very rude. Had worst customer service. No matter the customers’ nationality, they should be treated equally. Not only him, the girl working there too had the same behaviour towards us. If you wanna run a business, please don’t employ such racist people in your shop.

Ordering via the screen took 10 minutes because nothing was loading....

Disastrous! We had to wait forever for our food. The fries were a joke, as they were only about half full. The burger was freezing cold, the individual components were flying around the packaging independently of each other, and it tasted as if the bun and the meat had been sitting there for a while. Absolutely dry! If you're dying of hunger, you can eat here, but for this value, I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes.

Option to put everything in English on the screens, Bancontact of course in German, try to order at the cash register, personal looks at you but does not bother to ask for your order even after 10 minutes, I went outside and left hungry, I would rather die than spend 1 cent there

Everything's dirty, nothing's cleared away, ordering machines are broken, playground is closed. Never again!

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The food took forever to prepare, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and completely tasteless. The burger, which cost 8 euros, was impossible to eat — the meat was rubbery and unappetizing. The fries were cold too, and tasted like they had been made yesterday. On top of that, the self-service screens weren’t working, which made the whole visit even more frustrating. This was honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Definitely not coming back.

Unfortunately not recommended. Dirty. All tables were not wiped down and the seats had leftover food. All. After my request (5 times) the stubborn lady came out and very very very slowly just wiped it wet. There were almost no people there...I've never been to a McDonald's like this. Never again

It's pretty handy that there's a McDonald's on the A99 but my goodness the prices have exploded in the last few years. A Big Mac menu now costs over €10, which is quite expensive. Apart from that, I personally think that McDonald's doesn't taste as good as it used to (before 2000).

I ordered and didn't get anything...It said the order had already been picked up, but I had the piece of paper with the number!!!! The staff didn't understand me and I didn't get my food either 😡 That's a complete impudence!

Worst McDonald's I've been to. With every second order the machine doesn't work and when it does it only works after a 10 minute struggle with the extremely poor touch display. At least the decor is nice

Relatively slow. BIG PROBLEM is the terrible malfunctioing self ordering machines. The touch mechanism doesn’t work always and worse, it doesn’t take Apple Pay. So u have yo go back to the LONG SLOW line and pay there. Double the pain. Skip the machines if u only have Apple Pay - just go to the real cashier to order. Just be ready to waste 15 min just to order.

For one burger I waited for 20 minutes meanwhile 5-10 people were srved before me and I was late for my bus and it drove off now I am stuck here 20 km of München.

The food quality is quite decent. But the self-service machines are sloppy. Please do take a look at them!

Slow service/understaffed. Then the burger was poorly assembled. Lettuce and tomatoes were in the box. There are also no more straws because of environmental protection. But still 100 napkins.

“Time travel,” as another review puts it, sums it up quite well. Located at the end of an industrial area in the last corner, no play facilities for children, no possibility to order online or via display terminals. Toilet dirty, no paper. You have to ask for sugar and milk for the coffee individually and they are not available either. Overwhelmed slow employee at the checkout may have been an isolated case today, but the rest is not recommended 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Everything dirty, children's corner dirty, when I asked for a rag the lady said she didn't know? I think it's after Corona warned us about what constitutes hygiene.

Totally disgusting. Nobody has cleaned the seats or the floor here for hours. The tables are greasy and full of leftover food as is the floor. You almost stick to your shoes when you walk.

So I've never had anything so outrageous. The worst McDonald ever. Not a single screen works here. Then you are asked to go to the checkout and you don't even have to think about it - he just typed everything in extremely quickly. I would advise this man to join a production company - his dexterity is excellent. Never come here again

The food in this restaurant tastes like in any other restaurant of this noble brand, with only minor discounts. What is noticeable here, however, is that the dessert is apparently served from the floor. Otherwise I can't explain the large selection of cold and warm dishes on the floor (some of them for a long time) in combination with cups, napkins and other things. It is better to try another restaurant in the Munich area choose

Idiots here. Close early and have a sign saying they are open until 23. Then they say oh it's Sunday so we're closed. But the sign directly on the front counter says they're open Monday to Sunday until 23. Place is filthy with trash everywhere.

Worst mcdonalds experience ive ever had. Order got forgotten and erased off the screen, when went to the cashier to ask when i cpuld expect my food after some time and was met with annoyed dumb faces and when they finally made my order one thing was midding and the chicken nuggets were plant based. Complete let down.

7:00 a.m. this Saturday morning. The cashier obviously didn't like her job, it took forever for her to get to the checkout, there was no "good morning" or "hello" in it. On top of that, the tables were very dirty and sticky. We will definitely avoid this “restaurant” on our next vacation trip.

If it opens at 7 a.m., you should expect the service to be ready at 7 a.m. and not 15 minutes later and also look like 7 days of rainy weather

Food was "OK" and up to McDonald's standards except for the fries. Table was dirty, in return I was told where I could get napkins to wipe it off. In our case the printer at the terminal gave up the ghost, which I reported. Afterwards, more customers had the problem that their order couldn't be printed because no one was taking care of it (even though there was a lot of staff and little to do). We didn't get the book we chose to order. It would be nice if McDonalds would accept Sanifair vouchers.

I was there in the morning and everything was very unhygienic and not clean. The tables and the floor were all very dirty with leftover food. The three employees stood behind the counter without work and had very funny conversations instead of cleaning. A tip for the health department would be appropriate. ....

Except for one of the ordering machines, all of them were out of order, no one at the ordering counter, the burgers were lukewarm, that was probably nothing.

I want to briefly state that the grill is running as a system because the system crashed and the grill doesn't work either so you can't sell anything. It's all well and good, it's just that no one is itching and there are 6 employees chilling together and drinking coffee, it's a shame that it's so bad. I would like to give zero stars

I was just served at this McDonald's and my order was two fish fillets short, which I discovered on the bus. The terminal did not issue a receipt. Total lawlessness and fraud.

Very dissatisfied, we were rudely informed of this at 11 p.m. will be closed! Even though we still had enough time to order because it was only 10:35 p.m.! see invoice 10:43 p.m. we have already paid! 4er Käseherzen bestellt und 2x Hühnerstrip‘s bekommen, vielleicht mal geschultes Personal einstellen die eine Bestellung auch richtig zubereiten können.

Personal was kein deutsch versteht und nicht wusste was ein Putzlappen ist. Wir haben McFlurry bestellt, dieser war allerdings nicht gerührt, worauf wir fragten warum und erst mit Widerwillen wurde es gemacht... ich mein, warum nennt man es dann Flurry wenn man es eh nicht rührt???
