No oat milk was available after ordering - relatively disappointing in 2024 when you run something like McCafe.

Unfortunately dissatisfied... Was there today. Waiting time about 6-7 minutes. After I got food and went out to treat myself, I noticed that two items weren't included. 6 pieces of chicken nuggets and a portion of fries. My family was still hungry 😔 after we ordered the food from you and didn't get it all. Order value 23 euros

Rather worse McDonald's standard. Not two drive-in lanes, salad very manageable (see photo). Traffic routing on the site is confusing.

Cold citizen Cold fries.....Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! There is no cleaning upstairs at all.

This McDonald's always offers fast service and delicious classics. The burger was fresh, the fries were nice and crispy. Perfect for a quick snack or no-fuss lunch! So far I haven't had any problems at this branch.

It wasn't very busy but it still took over 20 minutes and we had to ask twice before we got our order of 2 coffees. No apology or anything like that, not even a smile, nothing.

It's really bad. Something is always missing or packed incorrectly. Everything is written in capital letters on the piece of paper, so it should probably work. Maybe the employees should concentrate more on their work and not fool around like they did yesterday. Then fewer mistakes will happen. There wasn't much going on in the branch. Or send me to a German course. Maybe that's why.

Good evening, I just ordered takeout and it turns out that the coke had salt instead of sugar. It seems that no one does their job well in this restaurant... The staff is not friendly at all, and now it turns out that the drinks are salted... 🤮🤮🤮

The ordering machines didn't work well, we tried them twice everywhere, you had to press them more often until the order was taken, the food was old or cold and it seemed to have been left for too long because there wasn't much going on, there is certainly a time for how long food can be kept warm until it is can be given to the guest for consumption, in the end we disposed of the food, about 50 € ended up in the trash. Unfortunately it happened for the second time, the first time I thought ok, it can happen but twice in the space of 4 months then not worth a star. Too bad The staff was also too busy with themselves, which wasn't nice either.

Employees at the drive-inn mumble so incomprehensibly that even if you ask them three times you can't understand the content. When it comes time to order, they don't know a simple burger, yes which one?, a burger, yes which one?...unbelievable, you're happy when you're gone again(!) Avoid Sundays anyway, because it's a family attraction with tons of undecided people, "Oh no, I'd rather do that" - kids ✅

Mistaken order, too much sauce in the hamburger (made it inedible) and wasps both outside and inside, literally on your food and around you making it hard to enjoy the otherwise lovely setting.

Our food was room temperature. The flavor was good, although the person who put it together mine may have been blindfolded. Lots of stuff upstairs for the kids to play with and the birthday area looked fun. Weirdly, they give you 0 napkins when they deliver your food, so you have to go downstairs and get some yourself.

Unfortunately, 4/5 machines didn't work or kept canceling the ordering process. The food itself was good, only my 2 cheeseburgers were really bad. This was the thinnest, oldest and driest meat I have ever seen or eaten.

Worst McDonald's visit ever! The employees were completely overwhelmed, even though there wasn't much going on (suddenly, among other things, all the numbers were ready to be picked up, even though that's not true). And the coffee and iced latte caramel were far too strong and smelled (the employee even had to hit the machine several times). The Iced Latte Caramel also tasted nothing like caramel. Inedible even with two packs of sugar. We left it like that! We also ate there, but my drink came in a paper cup... at the next table too... Incompetence is very important in this branch. I've been there a few times in the last few months and each time there have been problems. Either something was missing or I got something wrong or too little. If that happens ONCE, it's understandable. But here that is the order of the day. Next time somewhere else. This is really embarrassing.

Restaurant is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately we had a bad day. The fries were doughy and cold. For the ice cream sundae with caramel sauce that followed, we received cups filled with different shapes. Three pieces were fine, the fourth cup was 1/4 full, without sauce. Actually no problem, you can complain and it's usually fine. Unfortunately, here you are shouted at and served reluctantly. Despite this, you end up with an ice cream sundae that is so full that everything overflows out of the top. It's a shame, a little ice cream on it and everything would have been fine. In this respect we cannot recommend it.

Clean and well-organized McDonald's branch: Clean toilets, quick preparation despite the high number of visitors and good seating inside and outside. There are also many Tesla Quick Chargers nearby.

I visited this McDonald's because I was currently hearing McDonald's advertising on the radio about new coupons via the app. Unfortunately, I couldn't handle the steps within the app and asked for assistance at the counter. There was the first problem: Because of the staff's poor knowledge of German, no one understood what I wanted. One then said to me that I don't have internet reception in the restaurant, but how else am I supposed to be able to use an app? I then had a friend send me the code and redeemed it at the terminal. When I paid in cash I was given a sign with the pickup number. I asked the cashier to park it again for a moment so that I could wash my hands, which were dirty from the wonderful, virus-infected ordering terminals. When I came back the display had been placed with the others, even though I had clearly stated beforehand what I wanted to do. The tables weren't wiped and the tray cart was overflowing.

Very RUDE staff! There wasn't what you expect on a burger. When we asked, we were insulted in the worst possible way. Please change HR as soon as possible!

I handed the cashier €50 for a €12 order and she gave me €17 back. So if you can't count, you shouldn't work in the catering industry. She then started chatting with her friends so I couldn't point out her mistake. When I tried to clarify the problem, a cashier explained to me that I would have to wait until my order was ready. I then had to explain to him twice in detail that I wanted my correct change. Luckily, in the end he understood the problem and gave me my correct change. But that was not all. When I sorted out the change issue, I had to wait 10 minutes for 3 McFlurrys. Anyone who has ever been to a competent McDonald's knows that 3 McFlurries take a maximum of 5 minutes and that's in a full restaurant. At the time I was there, the McDonald's was pretty empty. Conclusion: Worst service I've had at a McDonald's in a long time, but the McFlurries were as tasty as any McDonald's.

Very clean and well maintained McDonald's. This is right on the highway. The Big Tasty Bacon was very fresh.

McDonald's Parsdorf with its own fenced dog meadow and small play equipment - so lovingly furnished and clean 🤩 The dogs are thrilled 🐶🐶 And their owners can relax and snack on the terrace next to it...Really great 😃👏👏👏

The fries were cold, the plaster is in the toilet but the toilet paper is not refilled and the floor is wiped without it getting clean but is totally sticky afterwards. In general, the floor is sticky everywhere

Relatively nicely designed McDonald's, the food itself always tastes good and is of good quality. But there are always mistakes with every larger order, especially in the drive-thru. Even if the bill is correct, something is often missing. But getting it afterwards is always no problem. Nevertheless, I find that some cashiers answer quite rudely, don't speak the best German or come across as rude. It's not as important to me personally as the food itself, so it's still 4 stars.

I got vanilla instead of vegan chocolate ice cream. The first response to my complaint was that my mistake was in the order and the second response was that the ice cream maker was broken. Last visit via drive in didn't reveal any complaints that could be made. Only when we were in the restaurant a few days before, the voucher codes from the McDonald's app didn't work at the ordering columns. But who knows, IT systems simply fail so often, there are worse things.

The McDonald's in Parsdorf is busy and sometimes you have problems finding a parking space.

Very dear team, We have been living in Parsdorf for six years now and for just as many years we have been told that the elevator doesn't work. This represents a significant limitation for us, especially considering that we want to reach the first floor with a stroller or people with disabilities. The reason that the elevator is out of service for safety reasons seems incomprehensible to us (for 6 years). We therefore urgently demand that the elevator be repaired and put into operation immediately. We would also like to point out a second matter: Why are the prices for burgers and other dishes in Parsdorf higher than in McDonald's in Brunnthal? This discrepancy confuses me and I would like an explanation for it. Best regards

First off, this is a McDonald's so I dont know what you expect. The ordering terminals were broken when we were there and the food was served cold. However the building looked very nice

Definitely depends on the time. But today a lot of things weren't available and then the machine said goodbye when I ordered.

My stay at McDonald’s was fantastic. The restaurant presents itself very elegantly and cleanly, and the fresh flowers on the tables add extra charm and enjoyment. The menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes that will satisfy even the most demanding palates. The only minor downside was the occasional lack of working receipt printers, but the staff always tried to rectify this quickly. Overall, my impressions of my visit were very positive and I will be happy to come back.

Rarely visited such a mediocre McDonald's. Meat dry like the proverbial fart and cheese carelessly thrown on the burgers. In two double cheeseburgers, one of the slices was more than halfway out. The chicken burger only showed its sauce with a magnifying glass. The second star for food is only because it was almost hot.

Food was generally ok. But it was much better here. I don't like the fact that I'm literally asked to take my order with me even though I selected "at table (142)" (for good reason). But I had the impression that the friendliness wasn't far off.

Truly the worst service I have ever received at McDonalds. I ordered from the “machine” with table service. When I asked after more than 30 minutes (!) when it would be ready, they pointed to a tray that was already there, everything that was eaten had been cold for a long time. The only comment was “You could have picked it up a long time ago!”… well, why offer table service if you don’t feel like it anyway? Underground.

Pre-ordered via cell phone but the main thing is that the 7 cars after me get their order in the drive in before me... UPDATE: Ordered ROYAL SMOKEY and ROYAL BBQ, then had to wait in the drive in because they were freshly prepared... it's no use if the burger fryer forgets the bacon. It gets worse from time to time. So far we have received 3x cold products and had to return them and once after 40 minutes we had to ask for the money. We had to wait so long. What I still want to get rid of is communication, not a single staff member could communicate because they couldn't speak German at all.
