Favourite McDonald's around Munich. The cleanest of all, coffee always tastes better than in the others, staff is always polite and the speed of preparing food is top. Also, they also have fresh lilies :)

I am here very often: -Food very rarely matches the actual order. A highlight for anyone who likes surprises. - From early evening onwards, around 1/3 of the terminals are usually open for ordering (it's good that you can order with your mobile phone) - Toilets upstairs are usually locked -Cleanliness is usually poor late at night -Staff unfriendly apart from a few bright spots -Food almost without exception ok Conclusion: the usual meal with unusual surprises. The monopoly position in the area saves this establishment.

McDonald's smells like urine. Employees are completely dismantled and work very slowly. We waited about 15 minutes for a burger while 5 cars drove past McDrive and the walk-in customers who picked up their food at the checkout were already being served. Been here several times, but I definitely won't come again in the future. I can only recommend everyone not to eat there. Tables are dirty, floor is extremely sticky. There are almost no displays that work normally anymore. The functional barcode scanners are almost no longer available and there are fewer of them with every visit. Food often comes lukewarm or cold. I often get the wrong things, normal instead of spicy chicken nuggets. With Mcflurry it is apparently very difficult to pour in the ingredients you ordered.

I can't recommend the place. The employees don't feel like doing what they want and not what the customer ordered. Number 222 had completely the wrong sauces in it. I ordered the curly fries. I had fries when we had anything else. They also forgot the mayo and, as if they wanted to complain, there was no response

Extremely long waiting time at McDrive, certainly 10 minutes. There were only three cars in front of us.

Pretty dirty and loud! Tables are left dirty, the tablet seems to be too heavy when empty and the staff can't keep up. Playing surface worn out. The food only got 3 points because fast food chains would never get 5 from me. The service was very courteous and gave me something missing from the order without any further discussions and exchanged the toy.

Typically only order for home delivery. Food can be great and delivery times fine or they can be very bad, depends on the day. Worst experiences have been extremely late delivery (over one and a half hours) of cold and stale food.

There was a lot going on today… okay, it happens. We waited a full 30 minutes for our food. The lady who was supposed to bring us food walked past us twice. My husband ended up running after me. Food was already cold… We told the lady that she could make it new for us since we don't eat cold food. She then rolled her eyes. The new food we got was actually only lukewarm and just plain slapped on... Well, we didn't want to wait any longer. Some of the tables were not wiped down and the return station was already overcrowded. We have never experienced it as bad as it is today.

We'll never go to that McDonald's again. Not only that an old cold chocolate bag was brought without a label. The complaint was responded to in a very unfriendly manner and after several times I received one that had been taken out of the oil bath and the packaging with my bare hands.

Rather worse McDonald's standard. Not two drive-in lanes, salad very manageable (see photo). Traffic routing on the site is confusing.

The McFlurry was super tasty and chilled just right, and the chicken nuggets were hot, crispy. The service via the DriveIn was quick and everything went smoothly.

Already at the entrance there was the problem that the whole floor was sticking, then when you got to the ordering machine it didn't work, sometimes there were chips or waste just lying on the floor, the tables weren't clean, and when you got the cold food, you knew that the visitor was there was absolutely worth it.

Some of the machines for ordering are broken and extremely slow. (There are branches where this is not the case) If you're unlucky, you won't get a receipt. When you ask what number you have or whether you still get your receipt, the employees are completely overwhelmed. Last time I had to wait 15 minutes for my order and sometimes the people who ordered after me got their orders first. It's best to use the drive in as they have more priority. No soap in the sanitary facilities, there is no traceability of the order because at the pickup point the orders are marked as issued without being ready. Ordered a chocolate bag separately, it was completely cold. I ordered takeaway today...I've never experienced such an unfriendly employee at the goods counter...opens the window, puts a bag in my hand and closes the window...so unfriendly... .when I realized the order was wrong, she looked at me annoyed and couldn't respond to my complaint at all...she started arguing with me that this order was from the car behind me and why I drove up...which wasn't true at all ....the order wasn't complete again...I've rarely experienced such a bad McDonald's...such unfriendly staff...the employee didn't feel like working at all...she screamed at her colleagues so that the whole restaurant looked into the kitchen...very bad in the bottom drawer!!!! 0 stars I have never experienced such unfriendly staff....plus this is the third time this has happened to me and I absolutely have to give 0 stars....

For us, Mäcces was a sensible stop because of its proximity to the Ionity charging park. The toilet was in need of improvement, the soap dispenser reacted poorly or not at all, tables were cleared but not wiped down. Our food came quickly, lukewarm and incomplete. When I pointed out the missing item to an employee, the only reaction was two wide eyes. I'll never go here.

One of the larger McD's in the area, almost always quite full unless you specifically go there at off-time. Food is often quite decent. The service makes sure to clear away the garbage from the many arrogant, spoiled "rich kids" and to keep the store clean...

The ordering machines didn't work well, we tried them twice everywhere, you had to press them more often until the order was taken, the food was old or cold and it seemed to have been left for too long because there wasn't much going on, there is certainly a time for how long food can be kept warm until it is can be given to the guest for consumption, in the end we disposed of the food, about 50 € ended up in the trash.
