Half of the order was missing, absolute juice... Goods worth a good €15 were missing, every primary school student could pack the food better in bags!! Absolute impudence!

Very old McDonald's but still in good condition, it went very quickly (I once ordered 20 Chicken McNuggets in less than 2 minutes) it was completely empty

Their hamburgers are really not tasty, and the quality of the meat is not good👎

In this McDonald's they try to withdraw money from the card at night. Most likely they are using fraudulent terminals. If I didn't leave, I would have called the police. Be careful!

The shop is clean. The food has always been good :) The staff is always friendly. It's a pleasure to go there 👍🏻

Wanted to eat steak today. None were finished. I waited at the table. No Answer. After asking, I was sent away by the very unfriendly saleswoman and told me to disappear. Don't come anymore. What is this unfriendly woman imagining?

I went inside to ask one of the employees to give me a couple of ice cubes. The older gentleman with a mustache who works there did not allow the friendly young employee to do this even though I offered to pay for the service. Shame on that gentleman, and especially on McDonald's!

3 minutes from payment to table service is good average!

We're currently here in Zwiesel on a family health cure, and what could be better than going to Burger King after a long day out with the kids? The restaurant was clean, orders were promptly delivered to the table, and the service was great. They even really catered to the children. I've never experienced anything like this at a Burger King before. I can only warmly recommend the Burger King in Zwiesel.

The price/performance ratio isn't right. Very dirty, with trash everywhere in the hallways, and the staff preferring to smoke with guests outside the restaurant.

Update 4/8/25 Since it has now gotten through to the last employee that they can/should also use the plastic lids for the drinking cups and not just for the coffee, everything is now in order again. Nevertheless, something like that shouldn't actually happen. The completeness of orders has improved greatly. Therefore, and also for the friendliness of the staff, there are now 5 stars again. Of course, the app is still extremely buggy and slow... but the branch can't help it. Update August 25, 2024 The cardboard lids are placed on the deposit plastic cups instead of the matching black plastic lids. These lids don't fit! As a result, I and the driver's seat were once again completely soaked in cola. This time the sauces were missing again, so I had to drive again while my family ate the food without me. Of course my food was cold when I got home with the sauces. IT'S SIMPLY NOT POSSIBLE THAT THINGS KEEP MISSING FROM THE ORDER!!! Unfortunately 3 stars deducted today. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Everything has been going well here lately and the orders are usually complete. Update: unfortunately something was missing again today. We had 1x fries too few in the bag... Again 2 stars gone. Update: the last few times everything was fine and nothing was missing... again 1 star more.
