Food is booked as ready for pickup even though it isn't ready yet. The ice cream is made first and sits there for over 10 minutes. And then you get the wrong food.
Unfortunately, ordered burgers are always forgotten :( don't want to know how much money I "donated" to McDonald's ;(
Today the employee was too busy having private conversations with a customer! Of course the order will then be wasted!
We have ordered from Mama Pizza & Hot Wok almost every week for years, but our last order was a disaster!!! First of all, half of the order was delivered incorrectly, which didn't bother me that much (humanly anything can happen). But even what was supposedly delivered correctly didn't even bear any resemblance to the dishes we usually had. Apparently the chef has changed so the food looks completely different now. Apart from the appearance, it doesn't taste good at all anymore. For example, egg rice (you can't really go wrong) tastes absolutely nothing like cardboard. So we definitely won't be ordering anymore. The most blatant thing I found was the statement from the employee on the phone that "every chef cooks differently". Yes, I completely agree with that. But the current chef definitely can't cook. Maybe the old chef should be hired again.
Always everything to the best of your satisfaction. The home delivery service works excellently. All branches are in excellent condition. We have been a satisfied customer for many years...
I came to the shop to get a quick bite. The service girl attitude is very rude. I ordered small coffee but she gave me large coffee. I didn't request to change because it's just a little higher. She turned back and complain that I order in English, but not in german. She said in German but I can make out for her face look and her tone. I won't recommend u this cafe if you are tourist. Food is normal, plus the bad attitude, that's a bad impression u will have for Munich
The food is no longer what it used to be. The cleanliness in the restaurant and the toilets leaves a lot to be desired. Ultimately, this also costs a lot of money that would be better spent in a real restaurant.
I was there with friends. Two of my friends' food arrived immediately, or rather within an acceptable time. For the other friend, it took ages because an employee wanted to prepare the meal personally and it took ages. When it finally arrived, he said, "Don't take it personally." This employee cannot separate personal from professional matters. It should be mentioned that this employee also served new customers before my friend and neglected her. This behavior has happened several times, and I can also say that on previous visits, the behavior towards me was very rude and at times offensive. After the food finally arrived, we immediately packed up our things and left because we found this behavior unacceptable. I'm not sure if this person is suitable for customer contact. The current situation was on April 13, 2025, from 12:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Service is great, but the portions of the fries are terrible. I didn't look in the bag and didn't see it until later, otherwise I would have complained. Not possible for the now high price
