Our orders were prepared very quickly, and the food tasted like any McDonald's. I deducted one star because the tables were all dirty/sticky.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed again on my last visit. There wasn't the right patty on my Whopper Junior, but apparently a hamburger patty - see picture attached. During the previous purchase, the small hamburger patty was used twice on a Whopper instead of the original Whopper meat. Unfortunately, you only notice such errors when you get home, which is particularly annoying if you use the drive-thru. In addition, the waiting time at the drive-in was unusually long despite the short line. If the quality of the order is not correct, that is very disappointing. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. There is competition right nearby where you get consistently good quality - and you don't have the feeling of being taken for a ride. Care and service should be urgently improved here.

Kentucky isn't what it used to be. We are really disappointed. There are no more sharp parts. The taste of sharing and coleslaw isn't what it used to be either. I feel like they changed the recipe. So Kentucky won't be seeing me again any time soon. It's a shame, because it used to be really tasty. 😢

The latte macchiato tastes very tasty and can really be recommended.

We ordered food through Uber, the burgers were very tasty and juicy, I definitely recommend the classic wopers, we also ordered fiery wings, I haven't eaten such spicy wings in a long time. definitely great

Paying double at the junior meal, charging 1.49 extra for the fruit nonsense even though he's there, doesn't take part in the app, didn't get a proper explanation why not. Unfriendly staff, toys forgotten after a long wait. If you have higher prices for everything like another Burger King, you can scare away customers

The staff at this McDonald's was very friendly and attentive. The best burgers and fries from McDonald’s we have ever eaten, very nice atmosphere. We were there on April 5th in the afternoon. Big praise to the team there

Catastrophe! Half portion of fries, instead of double chili cheeseburger only single. Unfortunately, I only found out after I left.

I found the service to be really not friendly. Conversing in front of customers in a foreign language is simply not appropriate

It is not possible to pay with money at the checkout, drinks taste like colored sparkling water. The place stinks. Toilet dirty and overpriced.

Very, very unfriendly staff! No vouchers. There is only cold water in the bathroom, the hand dryer is broken and there aren't even any replacement towels. It's best to avoid it in a large area! 😂

There were no plant based variants. When I wanted to redeem a coupon for fries, the employee “helped” me and pressed on my cell phone. I ordered and paid for them. After waiting for a while, I asked for my fries and he said that I couldn't redeem the coupon here. And then left me alone. Incredible. Pure disappointment. I'm never coming back.

Visited on Bayern match day. Very thinly staffed Only takes one order at a time until it's ready, then the next! No vouchers apply here! Toilet costs!

asked for famous “burger” burrgger and received a rebranded chicken royle with TOO MUCH MAYO. if that wasn’t enough i was removed from the premises JUST for voicing my concern in a CALM MANOR. 0. STARS. AVOID!!!! 😡😡😡

Ordered and payed 5 hours ago, no delivery yet. Their phone number jumps into a vodafone answer machine. They should be called Hungry & Angry, at least thats how we feel.
