Permanently closed, maybe there will be a new tenant, or the whole house will get a different franchise... the circumstances that led to the closure have been mentioned several times in the local press... The same franchisee also destroyed Burger King locals, for example in Freising near Munich, in the same way.

You should remove the signpost at the motorway exit if the restaurant appears to have been closed for a long time

The outside area is dreary, with loveless plastic flower pots (in which at least some weeds grow). The tables have well-filled ashtrays and an overflowing trash can right at the entrance door. The toilets (women's and men's alike) are uncleaned and smell like that. Miserably weak hand dryers, almost unusable machines for paper towels (the handle for discharging the paper is very high, and almost directly on a side wall), and the floor was so wet that the puddle almost leaked out from under the toilet door into the hallway in front. There is a cleaning list in the toilet room and when we visited this list claimed that cleaning was done 30 minutes beforehand. Since both toilets were in a similarly disgusting condition and there weren't too many customers in the "restaurant", I found this to be unbelievable. The staff who served us weren't very interested, just annoyed. The whole complex is just totally desolate inside and out. The good thing is: the meals were ok, as expected. Nevertheless: I'll never come here again. And: I'm not exaggerating!

Thank God this branch was permanently closed thanks to RTL “Team Wallraff”. Absolutely not recommended, you are absolutely being ripped off here with the prices. You order a hamburger or cheeseburger and are then told that there are only double hamburgers available. Everything is fine and works, you buy the double hambuger. The bill ultimately shows a normal hamburger for €1.49 and an extra patty worth €1.80. When you ask how something like this comes about, all you get is the statement that the checkout does this automatically when you click on Double Hamburger. I think the remaining recessions speak in favor of not coming here anymore.

Update: as I read in the local press, the BK is now closed. I can hope that a new operator will be found who will do justice to the location. A dish for 11.99 euros suddenly became 15.99 euros more expensive... There are supposed to be 2 paddies on the burger. At the counter you are asked whether 3 or 4 paddies. This without any indication that 2 are normal. When asked why it was suddenly so expensive, the only answer was that the guests who come often know how much the burger should cost. I think it's a disgraceful practice and I won't eat here again!!!!

We come here on a Sunday evening at 7:00 PM and it's closed 🤣

A disaster!! We went here and wanted to eat a delicious steakhouse burger. As soon as we entered we were met with a strange smell. The floor in the ordering and handover area was sticky, so every step felt strange. They don't have steakhouse burgers, we were told. We left the old-fashioned restaurant almost in a hurry and drove to the golden M, even if we didn't really want to.

There is no voucher acceptance. Recommendation: Get a 10% card. You can use it permanently and it's free. You also don’t have to reveal any data. Recommendation for this Burger King: Double Whopper menu (no cheese and no bacon) with upgrade to Chili Cheese Fries.

It's a shame that you even have to give 1 star. The staff holds the record for being unfriendly. If you don't feel like working, you should apply for Hartz4. The store will never see us again.

The toilets were dirty, you couldn't lock the women's toilet... It was ok... but expensive for a fast food restaurant

Unfortunately, BK in Dasing does the opening hours as the employees feel like. On Saturday we were already standing in front of the closed door at 8 p.m., today Friday at 9:30 p.m. we are closing now. The return cart is full of garbage that is piling up. We won't go there anymore...

Absolute impudence Stone Age BurgerKing, after so many years still no voucher acceptance and with these prices (20€ per person) you definitely have to take into account an unhealthy meal in this restaurant. There is no competent staff and you won't be understood at the DriveIn. However, I can recommend trying to order a plant-based nugget burger, as this is not in the range, but the helpful staff can of course help. "There would be a normal nugget burger or vegan nuggets" thinking is probably not the strength here, but that's how the visit stays at least a little amusing. So if you'd rather invest your money in a few empty calories in this price segment instead of a juicy fillet of beef in a fancy restaurant or a tasty sushi menu, you've come to the right place.

This BK is an absolute disaster. We have often decided not to go there again, but this time it was definitely the last time and I will take the further route to Augsburg into account in the future. We paid a whopping €35 for two people for falling apart burgers and disgusting fries. The ambience is like a horror film, flickering neon signs, dark, disgusting. I seriously wonder how this BK can even hold up...

Worst Burger King I've ever seen! Opening times are not correct! Closes at 9 p.m. Toilets out of order, service doesn't understand German, no option to order from the machine and take no vouchers! Don't go there anymore

This Burger King is the worst I've ever been to. We were "served" by a man in a shirt (manager?), his behavior was simply unpleasant as a customer. He obviously wasn't interested in what customers wanted, he just shouted orders to the staff every now and then and seemed totally aloof. While we told him our order he started talking to other customers. He equipped the drinks with these plastic pieces that are meant for ice instead of this straw holder. Several customers left the store after being informed that there were no coupons available. The food was just OK, but at least it was warm.

Really run down, toilets anything but clean, service incredibly slow, but not really friendly, food like everywhere else (I hope the kitchen is in better condition than the sanitary facilities)

Food and ambience as you would expect from a Burger King next to the highway. What struck us negatively was that during our visit on April 1, 2024, the specialist at the Crispy Chicken order taker only offered ketchup or mayo as a sauce and had to be asked twice, then visibly listlessly rattled off the other six types. Also, contrary to our wish, which was clearly expressed at the beginning, "take away" was not taken into account, but everything was put on the tray first.

Was grossly overpriced, doesn't accept vouchers. Contrary to advertising, plant-based burgers are more expensive than the normal ones. No vegan mayo, no teriyaki sauce

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Some of the toilets were broken and dirty, and there was no toilet paper in the women's toilets. Waiting times are forever, even though it wasn't very busy. There are no ordering terminals (only via checkout directly) and vouchers via the app are not accepted. It also looks a bit dingy inside. We left without eating but very annoyed.

I certainly don't expect impossible things when I visit a fast food restaurant, but cleanliness and friendliness are basics that everyone who works in the catering industry should take for granted. Sunday afternoon 4 degrees outside...the back door open in the restaurant... When I asked if it could be closed, there was an unfriendly grumble and only after another guest complained was it closed under protest. Ordered 2 menus and brought to the table…. The first dirty… the second dirty, the third dirty…. Actually, I already had enough... To understand… the store wasn’t full… not even well attended…. The staff preferred to have a chat behind the counter Then that menu... The bacon on the burgers was soggy, the sauce had to be looked for, everything was more or less lukewarm... When it came to the cold fries with cheese sauce and fried onions, the fun stopped for me... they weren't even warm anymore but ice cold. My friend went to the counter to complain about them... instead of making new ones, the fries were put in the microwave 🙈…. Afterwards they were hot but limp…. The shift manager should actually take a course in customer relations and complaint handling... the reaction to the request to freshen up the fries was extremely unprofessional and rude... No, we always do it like that 🙈….. even if you are the burger joint on the highway and can assume that, in the best case scenario, you will never see your customers again, that is absolutely subterranean behavior. The highly praised standards in these American burger joints were nowhere to be seen here.

Food was okay. But the offering is significantly limited compared to other Burger Kings. The building was a bit older and there was no soap in the toilets. The worst thing was the constant high-pitched sound that rang through the restaurant like massive tinnitus.

The positive first: the food was ok, as expected. Only the fries were lukewarm and somehow "broken" - so they were all small pieces. Everything in the dining room was clean. However, the location looked pretty shabby and uninviting from the outside. Dirty and somehow “carelessly” treated. Now about that - why only 2 stars despite the good food: a: the coupons from the Burger King app were not accepted on site, b: the already mentioned ragged appearance from the outside in connection with the "broken fries" and c (main reason) - that The toilet was a mess - the water was really high on the floor (puddle) and was totally dirty and it really smelled of some kind of chlorine cleaner. The fittings in the toilet bowl had also seen better days - they had turned green. I'm not sensitive - but that was really bad. If you know the film "Wetlands" - the totally rocky toilet at the beginning - that's pretty close to the one in the film. Bah! If you hear a report about Godzilla in the news from Munich the day after tomorrow - that's probably me - who got something out of it.

You would think that a Burger King branch would be subject to certain rules from the company. This apparently does not apply to the Dasing branch. I stopped by the store this week and wanted to order the King of the Month. This offer is advertised by the location on a large poster, clearly visible to passing drivers. There you can read: "King of the month - The Big King in the menu for €5.99" At the restaurant I was told that this branch was not taking part in this promotion. I was very surprised, but at that moment I accepted it because I was in a hurry. As I was leaving the restaurant I took another photo of the above advertisement. I am actually aware that some restaurants do not take part in the company's promotions and do not offer special offers. However, I find it a deception towards customers to display an advertisement from the restaurant chain as a lure offer in front of the branch and not offer it. I will now find out who I can contact to have this obvious deception of customers removed.

There are no coupons because of the proximity to the highway. For whatever reason, there are no plant nugget burgers or similar. This makes it immensely expensive. Simply incomprehensible & outrageous. Definitely not recommended.

We wanted to take something with us from the drive, waited and nothing came, then we drove up then the employee very rudely said we should order in front and didn't even let me finish and just closed the window. If you don't feel like working, then maybe you should change jobs. The branch manager should think about it with so many negative reviews.

Unfriendly and incompetent service. It was not possible to use coupons and a plant based nugget burger could not be prepared because it is not in the cash register system. Although I have eaten it many times at BK and they sell both plant based nuggets and regular nugget burgers at this branch. In addition, the branch is really rancid and the toilet is dirty. A friend lost his cell phone there on Saturday. He comes from far away so I went there in person and asked about it. Luckily I met an employee who did everything right (asked about color and model), and sure enough they had it. He said I should please wait. 10 minutes later nothing happened... the boss was there and serving. I ask him what's going on with the cell phone... He says: "There's no cell phone here, what am I telling him?" After I explained that his employee had already confirmed that the cell phone was there, he put him down in front of the staff and customers... After I finally held the cell phone in my hand, I told the boss that he was being rude/impudent.. . Big mistake... Insulted me in front of customers and staff. All I could do was reply “F*** you” and leave the store.

I won't hit this Citizen King anymore!!! The Burgerking is on the highway from Stuttgart to Munich. So I drove to the drive-in counter. But was sent away in an unfriendly manner: orders would only be accepted in the restaurant! It was probably very busy at the moment. And a horde of students lined up. Luckily there is a McDonalds nearby. All you have to do is drive back over the roundabout.

Never been to such a bad Burger King! Burger partly raw, with three large cups three different filling levels and well below the calibration mark. Staff unfriendly, no vouchers or app promotions, there is no ice cream or shakes. Toilets suck.

Rarely experienced such a bad BurgerKing. Unfortunately, when you're traveling through, you only pay attention to the reviews afterwards. Incredibly old and dingy atmosphere, orders like 10 years ago, no participation in promotions like coupons or king of the month. Unfortunately, the fries were very salty and drinks were swapped with other guests. Luckily we were all there together as a group and were able to change ourselves. Toilets weren't really inviting either. When a child is being changed, one toilet cannot be used because the door no longer opens. Unfortunately, the door of the other toilet cannot be locked.

Old worn out restaurant. Wooden stools with cracked backrests, there are some cracks in the leather of the dining groups, the hand dryer didn't work and some of the Christmas decorations were still hanging on some lamps. The food was the usual Burger King quality. Given all the shortcomings, the fact that no coupons are accepted and the annoyed staff, I'm not surprised that this restaurant is empty at lunchtime. Simply an impudence, No coupons are allowed, even if they were on the menu there were no 6 pieces but only 9 pieces chilli cheese nuggets as if they were out?! The bacon was raw and the burger patty looked very strange in color on the outside. The food came quickly, but was cold. The staff is nominated for Employee of the Month for dissatisfaction and unfriendliness. There is neither soap nor disinfectant in the sanitary facilities, but not because it is simply empty but because no containers have been placed in the dispensers. Absolutely unsuitable for people with small children because the changing table can be folded out, but due to lack of space you can't even stand next to it.

Haben das meiste nicht, keine Gutscheine, keine veganen nuggetburger. Pommes kalt.

Hätten gerne etwas im Lokal gegessen. Sind dann aber gerne wieder gegangen. Auf die höfliche Frage welche Aktionen den zu bekommen sind - Terminals gibt es keine, oder waren so angebracht, dass wir sie nich entdecken konnten - wurde uns sehr pampig von einer Mitarbeiterin mitgeteilt, das es das in diesem Restaurant nicht gibt. Auf die weitere Frage, ob dass nicht in allen Restaurants gibt, hies es erneut nein. Nun gut, da haben abgebrochen und sind weiter in einen anderen BK der auf unserem Weg lag (Augsburg-Göggingen). Da gab's das alles und es hat auch geschmeckt. Den BK in Dasing kann man mittlerweile getrost vergessen. Offensichtlich hat Burger King kein gutes Qualitätsmanagement. Schade!

Es war eiskalt (ungeheizt???) im Restaurant extrem ungemütlich zum Essen!!! (bei 6 Minusgraden im Freien) Toiletten unzumutbar, sehr schmutzig, WC Türen defekt - nicht abschließbar, eiskaltes Wasser zum Hände waschen, keine Seife.

Leider war ein Einlösen von Coupons wegen eines „Computerfehlers“ am Hauptrückreisetag der Winterferien nicht möglich. In der App auf der Anfahrt zum Restaurant wurde uns das nicht angezeigt. Das Essen war in Ordnung, der „Big“ King wird gefühlt immer kleiner. Das Ambiente ist schlimm, laut und kalt, es lief ein Lied in Dauerschleife. Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Essen war recht gut frisch zubereitet und hat gut geschmeckt. Das Ambiente könnte mal etwas auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich aber wie gesagt etwas gemütlicher könnte es sein und der Müll vor der Tür macht keinen guten Eindruck.

Schlechtester Burger King der Welt 😓

Sehr unordentlich, Personal unfreundlich, Bürger und Pommes lauwarm. Also, leider nichts zum Empfehlen.

Wie sind selten beim BK, aber dieser ist wohl einer der schlechtesten.. Und freundliche arrogant und keiner versteht einen.

Standen am Burgerking-Drive ein Kollege meinte 'Wir müssen uns gedulden'. Nach langem warten(15 min) sind wir zum Fenster gefahren und dann hieß es, sie haben schon seit 25min zu. Sowas geht garnicht. Dieser Schuppen machen deren Laden zu wann sie wollen. Waren um 21.25 Uhr dort und auf der Website stand dass sie um 22 Uhr schließen. So ein frechen Personal hab ich schon lang nichtmehr erlebt.

Ziemlich frech: Menüs gibt's nur in groß. Abzocke also. Der Laden selbst ist finster. Ich mag das, die meisten Leute wohl nicht.

10min am Drive gewartet. Keine Antwort bekommen. Mehrfach nachgefragt. Vorgefahren und dann ekelhaft weggeschickt worden. Service gleich -10

Nehmen keine Gutscheine an, begrenztes Sortiment und keine Servietten oder sonstiges wird dazu gelegt. Sehr ausbaufähig.

Habe noch nie soviel bei BurgerKing bezahlt. Keine Gutscheinanahme, da es an der Autobahn liegt.😜 Sehr unfreundlich. Vieles war nicht verfügbar. Sehr unfreundlich zu den Kunden. Auch der Chef zu dem Mitarbeiter. Da Stoppen wir nicht mehr. Nur durch den Hunger der Kleinen haben wir dort gegessen.

Burger, Getränk und Pommes waren sehr lecker 👍🏼 Wartezeit trotz sehr wenig Publikumsverkehr leider ziemlich lange. Besser nicht mit Zeitdruck aufschlagen.

Without doubt the worse BK I’ve ever been. The guy who look like in control with white shirt was super unfriendly. Apart from the young lady that was at the counter the rest was awful; dry nuggets, missing a lot of things (water, child’s drinks..) atmosphere dark… bye bye Burger King…

Der Burger King sieht schon etwas älter aus. Das Burgerking Symbol wird auch nicht mehr beleuchtet. Coupons werden nicht akzeptiert. Mitarbeiter war von der Couponnummer alleine schon genervt. Der Laden war leer. McDonalds eine Straße weiter war Bumsvoll.

Hat nicht geöffnet. Innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ist die Türe abgeschlossen und alles dunkel.

Keine Coupons möglich. Kein Eiswürfel trotz Nachfrage in meinem Getränk möglich.

Bietet nur das mindeste an(keine Gutscheine, kein King des Monats, ...) und ist unfreundlich.

Essen war ok aber wurde selten so pampig und genervt bedient. Die Preise kommen einem willkürlich vor. Auf die Frage ob man hier Coupons kam nur ein trotziges "wir haben keine Angebote". Würde hier nicht nochmal her kommen.

Mit Abstand das saubersten Restaurant das ich jemals gesehen habe. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr sauber angezogen und haben ein sehr gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild. Das Essen hat auch meines Erachtens viel besser geschmeckt als in meinem Wohnort(Nürnberg). Dieses Restaurant ist das Vorzeigeobjekt. Dickes Lob an den Teamleiter und sein super Team.
