Far too long waiting time drive in 40min

30 minutes for 3 apple pies... Simply unacceptable. It's supposed to be a FAST Food.

Very long wait time and fries way too hard and there is little to no reception

Why doesn't anyone use the McDrive even though there's less going on than usual? I have to go to work and I'm in the middle of it. How poorly organized are you? I no longer use this McDonalds.

The worst Mecces visit in my life. Starts with sticky fries and ends with incompetent employees. Of course we got the sticky fries reimbursed for overly fatty, soggy fries. The service staff also forgot about us, but were friendly and gave us a free Coke for the worst visit to Mecces nh.

Staff goes around and gives free burger jelly to children. Cleaning is also a breeze. It's neat. There were a lot of people on the day I went. It seems like everyone is a family that comes to play at Playmobile Park.. Actually, I am one of them.

We just had a bad day, the staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly - some were forgotten.... Food was lukewarm.

The service inside was ok. But on the drive, a disaster. Every time something is missing, every time I have to complain about it and when I complain, I am expected to check a €50 purchase when there are 5 cars behind me. Now all you have to do is eat inside, period.

Today's visit was nice, my food was delicious, served quickly and the staff member was friendly.

I'm so disappointed! Chicken nuggets are completely soggy, I'm still looking for carbonation in the cola and we don't even need to start with the cheeseburger. I waited at least half an hour for my order. The staff isn't exactly friendly. I didn't expect much, but I didn't think it would be so horrible.

I went to this McDonald's today and I have to say the staff was great! The store was clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed by the manager, who was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. A really great service that you don't get everywhere. I'd love to come back!

The ice cream + milkshake we ordered was as usual. But service, ambience, politeness etc. deserve 0 stars here! Really a complete disaster! I ordered the things via the terminal. It was 7:05 p.m. I waited and waited. Nothing happened. At 7:20 p.m. I asked for the first time, none of the ladies present could really speak German, which I have no understanding of either! We live in Germany and communication in German is not possible! I waited another 15 minutes, then I had had enough and asked for my money back. A gentleman then made me food and after 35 minutes I finally had 3x ice cream and 1x milkshake. Really ridiculous and absolutely not recommended this store!

According to the employee, this McDonald's doesn't have 20 chicken nuggets on the menu. We then had to pay for everything individually. So we paid €40 for two 20 chicken nuggets menus.

With the McDrive, it's worth checking immediately that everything has been packed correctly. We've had it several times that things were wrong or missing. If you call, the complaint is usually easy. But of course you have to come back again.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Slow and disinterested staff. The food is difficult to rate...it tastes the same everywhere. Likewise, the atmosphere is not really inviting. The absolute disgrace, however, is these self-service terminals, which are all pretty big. If McDonald's doesn't yet have msl staff to take orders, then the horrendous prices are no longer justified.

I ordered plant nuggets and received chicken nuggets. At home I ate two and realized something wasn't right. I went back and exchanged them and received a Big Mac as an apology. Why?! Why don't you include anything vegetarian? I also don't give a pregnant person a bottle of wine if the coke wasn't right. Every time there are problems with the nuggets. The last time they were completely forgotten. It's super annoying now to order something... I don't need it anymore...

This McDonald's is one of the fast ones. Otherwise nothing special. Just what you expect.

I would like to know who the employees behind the counter are preparing food for. Definitely not for the customers who ordered their food…. No matter whether in the drive-in or in the restaurant, nothing is happening. For a fast food restaurant this is an absolute disaster.

It has little to do with a fast-food restaurant if you wait 40 minutes at the drive-thru. Respect to the employees who do this to themselves in this work area. Rush hour seems to be from 5pm to 9pm as the most disastrous service occurs when it gets busy.

This McDonald's branch is terrible. Take if the order is placed. Our order was missing two cheeseburgers and had far too many fries. Hardly understand German and make the order catastrophically not recommended.

Actually 0 stars. We wanted to eat something quick on the way home from the fun park with two children. Yes, what can I say, we waited 1.5 hours for our food and only got something because we stood in front of the counter and asked several times. An absolute NO GO with two children.

Were there the first and last time. We first waited at the checkout for half an hour until, after repeated inquiries, someone came to the checkout. Then the totally unfriendly staff talked to my son stupidly and that's not possible at all. Actually it's not even worth one star. I've actually experienced a lot, but something like that doesn't work.

I don't eat at McDonald's often but have been here a few times now because of its proximity. Never had any problems before, it's just a normal (I would even say good) McDonald's. Many other customers seem to have a completely different opinion based on their reviews, but based on my experience I can't agree with them.

The worst McDonald's, all the employees are overwhelmed, something is always missing from every order. To order here you need strong nerves and a lot of waiting time; on average you wait 20 minutes for your incomplete order. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I'd rather drive 20 minutes to the nearest McDonalds

I just bought pancakes. At least that's what I thought. Apparently I got stones with a drop of sauce. Next time I'd rather go to the hardware store.

Unfortunately no recommendation. Our order was incomplete. When we complained about this, there was a discussion. In short, the coupon that was ordered was not fully displayed in the app and when the lady herself saw the coupon in the app, she said that what was important was what was written on the receipt. Last mess. We occasionally order via Lieferando and this has now been the 4-5th time in a row that half was missing or the wrong item was delivered. Also in combination. It's almost like gambling now as to whether we actually get any of what we order. The last time I called there I only got a curt answer and they generally don't deliver. Today, no one answers the phone even after several minutes. If I could I would definitely give zero stars the last time I ordered there.

Yesterday I ordered a McMenu Royal cheese and a pack of chicken nuggets to eat there and pick up at the checkout. Probably the worst run branch ever. No ice cream, no milkshakes, not even a McRib today... My old boss always said: "If you don't have anything, you can't sell anything!" You have to wait for everything, even if you just order a cheeseburger, in the past you at least got a coke or something similar if you had to wait... Apart from that, you could order and pay in the drive in the rain without it raining on your car, but screwing on canopies is probably no longer worth the customers! Everything would still be bearable if at least the McDonald's specialists would work conscientiously, but if something is missing from 2 of 3 orders, as a branch manager I would think about whether some of the employees have really found the right job...

It could always be worse. This time we waited 45 minutes and only half of the order was ready to go. Catastrophe. Recently I had to wait 10 minutes just to be able to hand over the reusable cup. And once again the ordering machine fails... card payment without a receipt coming out... so not again anytime soon... by the way... if you have authorized the payment with the card PIN, it will be debited and without a receipt no food... .. so if you do this again, check for double debits.

McDonalds has the best, most amazing, attentive, friendliest team I have ever experienced at McDonalds. The three ladies are great.

If I want to wait 45 minutes for my food, I go to BurgerKing. After half an hour, the employees were informed of this and still gave themselves another 15 minutes. As a consolation there were cold fries and a cherry bag. Sorry, but fast food works differently.

I advise everyone not to go to this McDonald's. This is by far the worst MC ever! Takeaway food COLD as it is left for minutes until it is ready as staff prefer to talk and joke instead of properly processing the orders. Paid extras, NOT RECEIVED! FOR THE SECOND TIME ALREADY! Complaints are responded to in an annoyed and unfriendly manner, even ignored. Buns dry, nuggets dry, fries either not salted at all or way too much salt... I really like eating MC but they'll never see me again...

You order a McCrispy Coleslaw and get a McCrispy Bacon TS without bacon. It can happen, I spoke to the young man and was told it was just a different sauce. He was unreasonable, so I contacted customer service. They reacted quickly and wanted to send me a 10% discount coupon as compensation. I politely declined. The burger costs €6, so I would have to eat for €60 for it to pay for itself. I find it cheeky and won't be coming back. Yes, in the picture I ate the pattie at the end because I was hungry!

I had a hard time deciding what to eat but the manager named Donald helped me a lot. I recommend this restaurant and like the new staff. Good job with the new manager there, he is very friendly!!!

Never order again. Something is always forgotten when ordering. And if you don't check it once, you're already home. And these dirty cardboard lids don't hold anything! The employees never put them on it properly. This is the second time that a drink has ruined my car. Absolute juice loading.

So in itself it's quite good, but if, like me, there are far too few Oreos in the Mc Flurry and you then ask for more because my Freud has 3x as many, they charge €0.50 more. Although it's generally a shame, because more doping actually only costs €0.40 more. So they cheated 10 cents.

McTischservice brings the meal directly to the table, and in conjunction with ordering at the McOrder machine, a restaurant visit is possible without interpersonal communication. This is helpful for autistic people. The restaurant's interior has the typical McFlair. Furthermore, the McUrinals are cleaned regularly to prevent McUrinstein.

From missing main courses to sauces, everything has been there so far. - Service is sometimes unfriendly, does not apply to everyone, but at least 6 out of 10 visits are not characterized by the minimum level of friendliness. - One evening I only ordered two hamburgers. No lie, I waited 17 minutes to receive my order. In the meantime, two other cars behind me were served with significantly larger bags. Since then I have finished with McDonald's. Longer waiting times can occur. But when I came I was the only one in both the store and the Mcdrive and yet I waited so long for two simple burgers? No, I'd rather drive a few meters further to Sigmund-Straße. They're at least managing it fairly well.

Things are often just lukewarm and the worst thing is that you are forced to check everything every time. There is always something missing, especially when orders contain more items.
