No coupons. No self ordering machines. Having only standard menu. The atmosphere is dark and I was wondering, whether the workers aren't ghosts in the abandoned Highway BK. Just to figure out that no coupons are accepted, we had to wait almost 20 minutes, until the 3 groups of people in front of us were served. One of the cashiers was totally lost, but that might have been caused by the unusual order of the 3 kids and their father. Considering the other feedbacks, it was a good decision to turn around. Without vouchers the prices are unreasonable and we would rather get a simple burger in McD. for 60% of BK price. 💪 Marking this to never stop there again.

The opening times seem to be arbitrary, I travel in the area 3 times a week, even at 11:30 a.m. it's still closed, even at 12 p.m. I won't bother and want to get something to eat here

You are treated rather unfriendly and the selection is inadequate, you cannot order King Fusion or Sundae. The employee apparently didn't even know that other Burger King branches had ice cream. Technically it's also rather behind, there are no self-service terminals

Well, OK for a rest stop, but it doesn't take coupons from the app, which is sad for a chain like this.

No coupons, no offers, the things that make fast food cheap at all... The food is standard, but that should always be guaranteed. I would advise you to just keep driving and take the next one.

Also 0 stars, prices are 30% higher than in a normal Burger King, there are no coupons, no King of the Month. A real impudence, the franchisee is filling his pockets with supply and demand. There is no more food nearby and people are taking advantage of it. Absolute impudence. But the service takes it with humor.

We often travel here on our bus. We always receive quick and polite service here, but this time it was particularly funny. This time Mr. Köpke made our visit even more pleasant than usual. Special thanks to him for the nice experience. He was quick, competent, kind and fun and created a good atmosphere.

If I want to treat myself to a snack at a rest stop, I know that it doesn't correspond to the prices of other restaurants. I was hungry, was served in a friendly manner, and in the end I left full and satisfied. If you don't like it: take a sandwich with you 🤷‍♀️

I travel on the A6 very often and always look forward to stopping here. The food is always freshly prepared. It's a little more expensive on the highway than in the city, but the staff here is even nicer. You almost feel at home there.

We showed up at 1830 and they close at 1900. The worker was very aggressive and rude and split the line in half as the last people who can order. They were done well before 1845 and immediately shut down and started cleaning. It seemed like they thought 1900 was when they could be gone, not when they should have closed.

A rude worker slammed a trash can in the middle of the existing line and said they were closed 30 minutes before the posted business hours!

It's a tragedy, the staff seem to be working as punishment. The restaurant does not accept coupons and the opening hours are a joke. Last time they closed it at 3 p.m.

Laut Aushang bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. Allerdings wurden schon um 17:30 Uhr die Stühle hoch gestellt und die Küche war zu.

Gut klimatisiert, übersichtlich, sauberes WC. Hilfsbereites Personal. Diese Frankenhöhe Raststätte Nord ist genial wenn man auf einen langen Weg unterwegs ist.

Essen war gut. Leider wird kein Payback akzeptiert und der Service war teilweise sehr unfreundlich.

Der BK war recht leer gegen 15 Uhr, die Bedienung hinter dem Tresen super Freundlich und auf zack. Essen wurde frisch gemacht und war besser als in manch anderen BK.

Dort fahren wir sehr gerne hin, normales Interieur mit vielen Jagdtrophäen . Das Essen dort ist superlecker und die Preise sehr kundenfreundlich. Ein muss in jedem Bayernurlaub.

Total unkoordiniert laufen die Mitarbeiterinnen durcheinander und brauchen ewig für die Bearbeitung der Bestellung. FAST Food ist nach meiner Vorstellung anders.

Nja, musste eine Stunde warten, und Menschen die viel später kamen hatten früher ihr essen. Mein Cola becher war so aufgeweicht das ich ihn nicht richtig nehmen konnte und die Cola fast ausgelaufen ist. Futter war Kalt. Gurke hat komisch geschmeckt. Gutaussehende Person hinter der Kasse, deshalb 2 Sterne.

Ist burger king im ner Raststätte. Ist ok. Finde Burger King hat bessere Pommes als McDonald's. Wer anders denkt hat keinen Geschmack. Aber Chicken Nuggets sind beim McDonald's besser. Man kann nicht alles haben
