Burger King in Nürnberg

Terrible. 28 minutes of blowing gas on King Drive for a cheese burger, 6 nuggets and fries. You already know why there is no way out of their drive, otherwise a daily turnover of 10 euros because everyone turns around. Only 3 cars in front of me!! That means 9 minutes per car. When asked about this, the man who only understands 1/3 says there is a lot going on. 🤣 there were exactly 5 people in the store. Of course the full calculation was made. Clear.

Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm and the toilets are a disaster

Classic Burger King in terms of equipment but the staff is absolutely overwhelmed at night, after 26 minutes of waiting cold burgers and fries were served and the ice melted in the drink. When asked to warm up the burger again, the answer was succinct: "We can't because otherwise the cheese would melt." It was absolutely resisted. Not recommended - there are better restaurants in this chain!

In short, the last three orders went completely wrong! Not the orders, but the contents of the bags! Hey everyone, is it so hard to look at the receipt or read the screen and pack 4 burgers (the real burgers) neatly!? Ordered twice within 2 weeks, paid for 2x2 (4 burgers) ChilliCheese but only got half the quantity (2), ordered today with coupons, ordered 4 burgers, 4 got two wrong ones. Really people... uncool! All good things come in threes, I only order from you with a 5 minute checkup at the exit to see if the order and delivery are ok! QM abbreviated! Anyone who honks the horn gets a real 100 kilo burger straight into their mouth! This incorrect serving of food is so annoying and unnecessary! The employee at the window was very friendly and had a nice smile, but please put what was ordered in the bag! It's really easy, really! Thanks and change that, it's really annoying!

35 minutes in the drive-thru has nothing to do with quick food on hand. The taste was significantly better...

By far the worst store there is. Unfriendly staff Dirty Citizens are cold.

Five of us ordered at the terminal. Admittedly, some Whoppers were personalized, but the kitchen and the service staff were quite overwhelmed.... The order also took an incredibly long time 😕.... ... then there was a discussion at the counter for minutes about what was heard and how. In the end, many things were only lukewarm. And of course Twister potatoes were missing again 🙈... We had much better experiences at the Burger King in Breitengüßbach. So actually it should work...

It was better. The food was cold and the fries were almost inedible. The service is very slow. The restaurant is clean. The children's area with a slide has been closed for ages.

It takes a little longer in the drive, but you've been getting absolutely fresh burgers for years. IMHO the best BK in Nuremberg. 👍🏻

Rotten salad on the burger, rude staff!!!

Waited 30 minutes in the drive in and there was only 1 car in front of me. Another car drove through because card payment was not possible. Since I had to wait so long months ago...and I've only been to this BK twice, one can only conclude that the staff is overwhelmed. And there wasn't enough going on to justify that.

Been here today. No air conditioning. Over 30 degrees. The ketchup was even warm. The poor employees. Absolutely NO GO.

Been back to Burger Bing for a long time. The staff are friendly as always. The burger has improved. The patty has a better, grainy structure and contains no bone chips. So the wolf is well adjusted. The fries are crispy and were also ordered crispy. I can now go to Gustav-Adolf-Str, Nuremberg more often again. Apparently you can't mention the name of the burgers or the review will be blocked for violation.

At noon at 12 when it's rush hour there are two men standing there. One in the back, one in the front, and the place is full. It makes you want to turn around and go somewhere else. The break is over until you're finished. The Chinese are faster and they cook fresh 😉

I wouldn't come here to eat again... the branch manager is extremely unfriendly and threw my food on my tray because I pointed out his mistake. I also had to wait half an hour for my food for the third time….

Ordered a fan bundle consisting of Whopper Jr, fries and nuggets, plus another side dish for delivery. Unfortunately, the sauce was forgotten for the fries and the fries themselves were cold and soggy. The burgers also looked quite dried out and were also cold. The second side dish was completely forgotten, as were the nuggets that were part of the menu. So for over €20 we got: cold, dry Whopper Jr. and once cold fries without sauce. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. Unfortunately, there has been no response to a complaint about the delivery service to date.

By far the worst Burger King in Germany in terms of service. The first BK that delivers great fries, plus the fact that the Chilli Cheese burger was as spicy as it should be, not everyone gets my respect for that. What impressed me most is that the food was fresh and hot when we received it, everyone in the family was happy with the food 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Saved for next time if we come here again.

Not a good experience with order terminals. Coupons generally rarely work, even at the checkout. Staff don't seem particularly motivated and then just shrug their shoulders. I went without food the last two times. Generally very clean and very good opening times, hence three stars

If you have to wait 15 minutes for your food at a FAST FOOD chain even though no one ordered before me, something is going terribly wrong. All the employees had a zero attitude and almost fell asleep at work. This restaurant in Tillypart definitely won't see me anymore !!!

For the second time, something was missing or wrong in the order. The first time we ordered the Gouda Lover, the Gouda Pattie was missing. Two days ago I ordered onion rings and then realized at home that they were chicken nuggets. Both were stressed and not checking it out straight away was a big mistake.

What can I say from 1 menu upwards, you have to check for yourself whether everything is there, I've now noticed that they don't even include the receipt anymore so that you can't see whether you actually bought a certain item. They know themselves that they can't do their job. Balance sheet for the past year. I was there 5 times and something was missing 3 times.

The guy at the drive in can't be beaten in terms of incompetence! Therefore never again Burgerking Tillypark!! Save yourself time and nerves! !! Sad thing like that

Menu ordered, rolls cold, coke warm and stale. If there was a complaint about the drink, ice cubes were simply thrown in. My companions' drinks were freshly tapped and cool without ice cubes. Outdoor tables were dirty. Future visits to BK are over for me and my companions!

We ordered from Lieferando, among other things, the kids menu. My daughter was looking forward to the cheeseburger and to our regret we found that none was included even though we had ordered the kid menu with cheeseburger. We called and they acted as if they didn't understand us and had to spell out my address 5 times. We were promised that one would be delivered to us. Now it's 1 1/2 later and no one has been brought to us. We will NEVER order there AGAIN... the food didn't taste good either.

It's ok for a fast restaurant, sometimes I feel like I'm overwhelmed or have no interest in my job. The fries are often no longer hot and are carelessly thrown into the bag.

It was just fast food, Burger King is healthy among fast food shops, but their burgers are not the "king"... Although I have to admit that they prepare the food faster than McDonalds these days, or even KFC.

After only getting lukewarm food in the last 10 or so visits (not even the slice of cheese melted), today I explicitly ordered a really hot burger as a special request. “Please make it extra warm!” No chance!!! Now it's finally enough. Do I have to throw the thing into the grill every time I get home? Nope, I don't have to. This can also destroy your business.

After a long time, I ordered another menu from the voucher app. Afterwards I had a stomach ache for the whole weekend. When I was eating I had the feeling that the burger wasn't quite cooked! Salmonella danger, such a menu should be presented to the Ministry of Health! It was our first time eating at this BK and probably the last time too. Food was cold, staff totally overwhelmed. One of them couldn't even speak German and had to constantly get someone to translate because he didn't understand what he wanted. There were probably only three staff. One at the back and 2 at the checkout. When we got in we ordered straight away and waited 20 minutes for the food. It was getting more and more crowded at the checkout and people were even reversing out of the drive in. Nothing worked anymore.

Worst Burger King I've ever seen🤢 We waited 20 minutes until we could order something (even though there was nothing going on) They made a Lieferando supplier wait 30 minutes for an order and then came the best part 😂 they forgot half of the order... They all work without gloves. Hygiene is not known here... 2 women ordered Whopper and got a cold burger that had been there for 2-3 hours and when they mentioned that it was cold. Did the employee simply put it in the microwave when it was ice cold 🤢🤢🤢No more disgusting

We waited a full 45 minutes (!) for our order. We wanted to grab something quick to eat before a concert in the arena next door and were therefore under a lot of time pressure. Due to the event, the restaurant was full, but by no means overcrowded. There were still free seats and no one had to stand. I don't know whether this can be attributed to "busy activity", especially since there were more than enough staff present. The numbers weren't called out either, they were just shown on a display in the corner. The tablets were then placed on the counter and left there. At first I was unsure whether I could simply take the tablet away without an employee noticing. Theoretically, I could have just taken everything. I waited a while until an employee from another corner nodded in agreement. So you wait for an eternity, you're basically "left alone" and you don't get an apology or compensation for the long waiting time. At least the food was fresh and hot. But I won't come here again, especially not before or after an event in the arena... although you could make significant sales at these times in particular. But you also have to do something in terms of service.

Leider haben die Selbstbedienungsterminals alle nicht funktioniert. Als ich eine Mitarbeiterin darauf angesprochen habe, hat sie mich aufgefordert, erneut an der Kasse zu bestellen. Es stellte sich letztlich heraus, dass überhaupt keine EC-Zahlung funktioniert. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Das Personal schien überfordert und hat schlecht Deutsch verstanden, hat sich dann aber bemüht, den Defekt zeitnah zu beseitigen.

Der Laden ist eine Frechheit. Sehr kalt, kann man auch außen essen. Getränk war warm und hat nicht nach dem originalen geschmeckt. Burger war auch kalt.

Wenn man es schnell geht ein wopper geht immer

Schmutzige Tische das Personal unterhält sich über private Erlebnisse während der Kunde auf die Bestellung wartet.

Fastfood halt. Nicht gut, nicht schlecht. Mit App und Gutscheinen okay. Burger wurden frisch gemacht. Sonst das selbe, was man immer bekommt und erwartet. Allerdings bevorzuge ich BK vor Maggis (wenn auch nur marginal, da beides ätzendes Fastfood ist, das leider geil schmeckt)

Wenn man Beschwerden hat wird einem angemessen geholfen bzw. jene beseitigt. Doch leider für ToGo gibt's SEHR oft reste Schrott, also alles kontrollieren!

Ich mag Burger King - aber ich mag es nicht, wenn zum Beispiel die Pommes auf dem Tablett liegen, und das für gut 10 Minuten. Direkt neben dem Long Chicken. Aber es fehlte ja noch was, so kam das Essen Teilweise kalt - und auf dir Reklamation meinerseits wurde nichts gemacht, außer der Kommentar "Das ist jetzt halt so" Habe ich schon - auch beim Burger King - deutlich besser erlebt.

Im Prinzip ist die Filiale wie jeder andere Burger King. Die Erreichbarkeit ist auch gut, weil die nächste Bushaltestelle in der Nähe ist. Es gibt ein Terminal zum Bestellen. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob man es für Barzahlung nutzen kann, habe es noch nicht benutzt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist gut. Toiletten sind vorhanden und sauber. Allerdings öfters längere Wartezeit an den Kassen.

Sehr gutes und frisches Essen. Freundliches Personal noch dazu!

Klasse! Es ist modern geworden, muss man nicht mehr an die Kasse hinstellen (nur wenn man willst). Warmes Essen kam zügig. Nette Mitarbeiter 👍

Heute fast 20 Minuten warten müssen, zwei Mitarbeiter in der Küche und eine an der Kasse. Zu wenig bei der vielen Kundschaft.

Die Pommes sind im Gegensatz zu früher 🤢🤮 Für das was man da bekommt sind die Preise jetzt nicht mehr normal. War einst ein sehr guter Kunde,aber mich treibt es dort nicht mehr hin.

Schlecht gelaunte Mitarbeiter, die gleich patzig werden wenn man was nachfragt oder sich beschwerd wenn das letzte Mal die Bestellung nicht stimmte. Die Burger liegen schon länger, zu wenig Pommes in den Portionen. Nie mehr.

Der Service ist nüchtern. Auch bei wenig Kundschaft muss lange auf Bestellungen gewartet werden, wobei dann einzelne Burger schon wieder kalt sind. Die Polsterungen könnten ein wenig Pflege oder Ausbesserung brauchen.
