Burger King in Nürnberg

We were there for lunch today. They forgot to put a burger on my tray. The lady said she'd put it on the tray, but it wasn't. Reluctantly, they gave me a burger from a different menu. Then, two of the ketchup were missing, and some of the food was cold. It wasn't that busy, but you'd expect three meals to be prepared without any problems. Furthermore, the music was pretty loud. Personally, this was my first and last time here.

We had to wait over 30 minutes for our order today! All later orders were processed first. Nobody seemed to care about ours. When it was finally ready, one of the burgers was the wrong one. The correct one was made so quickly that it wasn't quite ready. And no, dear owner, we won't give your restaurant another chance!

The food was okay, sometimes a little soggy, but no different than in many other branches. The branch wasn't the cleanest, but it was okay. However, the tone of one (or the manager's) interactions with the employees was very bossy and disrespectful (I visited in May).

Hello, I went to Burger King today to order dinner after a while. Lots of mistakes, very annoyed and disappointed. Ordered a chocolate milkshake, got a vanilla milkshake, looked at the milkshake, told the employee that it wasn't a chocolate milkshake, and he told me to taste it first, laughing cheekily after I showed him that it was vanilla, and he knew it. I tasted it and deliberately told him it wasn't chocolate, and suddenly he took his chocolate syrup and put it in my vanilla milkshake. Ridiculous. And I didn't pour enough Coke. And my Whopper wasn't prepared according to my preferences; onions and pickles were in the burger, and the patty and bacon were forgotten. Thanks again. If Burger King sees this and does something about it, the employee looked like an Indian. Thanks, regards.

We didn't even get to eat because we'd already been denied access to the monitors. So I can't comment on the service. According to the app, ordering via the app isn't possible at this branch either. So we left.

Super great staff. I can recommend it; the food is always top-notch and fresh.

Oh man... I can't understand why this branch apparently doesn't toast the bread anymore. Unfortunately, it's bone dry and crumbly here too. It's a shame, I really used to think this chain was the best when it came to fast food.

Anyone who can read has a clear advantage!!! I ordered two summer drinks with cotton candy, only getting cotton candy once. Okay, that happens. Five minutes later, I ordered two sets of 9 onion rings, one got 6, and the other 9. It really wasn't busy, with a maximum of 6 customers in the store. But the service was still hopelessly overwhelmed. NEVER AGAIN THIS STORE

There are definitely better BKs... there are many little things that could definitely be improved...

Sorry, but the vegan cetchup tastes awful! The restaurant seems chaotic and dirty.

The food was really cold and not freshly prepared. When asked, the food was only warmed up. The manager was very unfriendly and argued for his life.

Waiting 32 minutes isn't fast food! That's a complete disaster! How long can a meal and a cheeseburger take? And then you get the completely wrong thing. Logically, the forgotten Whopper was also cold; I would have expected something different. And then they constantly give you other options. Either hopelessly understaffed or unqualified. That could completely lose me.

Food was standard. Service and speed were very slow even though it was quiet.

Why I prefer going to McDonald's! Fast food is definitely interpreted differently here, because it had nothing to do with "fast." I had to wait about 15+ minutes for two average, lukewarm burgers, a regular bag of lukewarm fries, and the deadest Coke (no carbonation) I've ever had in a fast-food restaurant. Furthermore, I also had a hair on my tablet, which was a bit disgusting (but I didn't care at the time and removed it). Conclusion: I was very disappointed with my order and regret spending money here. This visit showed me once again why I prefer going to McDonald's.

I tried the plant-based burger and churros for the first time on Monday, July 21, 2025, and I was thrilled. Everything was fresh, the plant-based Whopper was amazing, and the churros were awesome. Churros and a plant-based burger will be a staple for my future visits. 👍😋

The food isn't worth mentioning; everything was okay. The staff were absolutely top-notch. Even when the cash register broke down, they kept the place running, were friendly, and improvised. But otherwise, the place is like something out of a bad movie. The interior was junk years ago; everything is extremely worn, broken, and faded. The playground closed years ago and is falling apart, like the entire building. The image is crumbling like the facade. It's a disgrace to expect employees and guests to put up with this. All in all, passable burgers in a post-apocalyptic, dilapidated setting...

Absolutely the worst Burger King I've ever experienced – and I've been to many, even internationally. The service is extremely unfriendly, as if they're disturbing you when you simply want to order something. The fries arrive cold and dry, completely inedible. And how they manage to serve a Coke lukewarm and still is a mystery to me – but that's exactly what's happening here. There's just nothing right here – neither the service nor the quality.

The food came quickly, but ordering was difficult because the lady didn't speak much German. Otherwise, it was fine!

This branch is incredibly slow and disorganized. It took over 20 minutes for my order to be ready. This has happened several times. The atmosphere is therefore dominated by impatient waiters.

It's very warm inside, but otherwise everything's fine. Since everything's been freshly made, I find it better than before.

While waiting for my order, I started to feel really queasy. After just a minute, you could feel the unpleasant heat in this restaurant. There's no air conditioning for customers or employees. I felt really sorry for them. I wouldn't want to work under these conditions.

Unfortunately, half of my order was forgotten. However, it was very clean and tidy. Even the balloon stands were refilled, which made me very happy for the little guests among us.

There are far too few outdoor seats and the heat inside is extremely unpleasant on a beautiful summer day, what a shame.

The air conditioning has been broken for months. There's a sauna in there. The poor employees, you can see how they're suffering.

Every Burger King in Nuremberg is truly a disappointment. Either you wait forever, the food is cold, or something is forgotten.

There was a hair in my burger – absolutely disgusting. I almost threw up and couldn't eat the rest. The hygiene there is really questionable; I absolutely cannot recommend the place. This kind of thing simply shouldn't happen.

The food was as you'd expect from a Burger King. The restaurant isn't in particularly inviting condition. I was left standing in the drive-thru area for a very long time while the staff was obviously having private conversations instead of preparing my food. At the drive-thru ordering terminal, you can say "hello please" or "thank you" for whatever you want, and then you get to the window. Not exactly the service I was expecting.

Waiting times are a disaster!!! Unfortunately I have to give one star, otherwise I would give zero. I waited half an hour for churros. Considering it took so long, the staff should have been friendlier. 🧃Loading!!!

I ordered a King Shake, which is completely watery and tastes like water with a little milk and flavored ice cream. Their King Sunday ice cream is incredibly sweet. I've eaten King Sundays many times, but it's so unusually sweet that you can only take a few bites before throwing the ice cream away

Very nice service, especially the man with brown hair at the checkout. Unfortunately, the machines had a system error, which meant that the plant-based products were not displayed, but the gentleman helped us immediately. However, the cleanliness could still be worked on. Food was super fresh.

Waited a whole 25 minutes for my cold food. Then nuggets that the previous customer had gotten and brought back would be put into the bag for us. After a complaint we were only reluctantly given a replacement. Never again for us. It's best to eat somewhere else.

We ordered food through Uber, the burgers were very tasty and juicy, I definitely recommend the classic wopers, we also ordered fiery wings, I haven't eaten such spicy wings in a long time. definitely great

We've been here several times, but unfortunately something different is missing each time. Sometimes they don't have all the "ice cream flavors", they never get special requests for the orders, they never manage to finish an order correctly and you have to be satisfied with what you ultimately get. There is also a big communication problem and the customer is portrayed as stupid, and you also have to wait forever, whether inside or at the drive-in.

A quick burger is ok. But nothing more. Very expensive despite coupons from the app. For some reason the door to the right of the cash register wouldn't close, causing a strong draft. Not pleasant when the outside temperature was 7 degrees.

Disappointing visit – needs improvement! Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my visit. The wait was far too long even though there wasn't much going on. In addition, the staff was not very committed and seemed rather unfriendly. The quality of the food was also not up to the usual standard you would expect from Burger King. My burger was lukewarm and the fries were way too salty. Some tables were not clean and there was no clear structure for ordering and collecting food. Overall I didn't really feel welcome. This place is an absolute joke. I walked in hoping to apply for a job, only to be treated like garbage by the so-called “management.” The moment I mentioned I was a student, they rudely dismissed me, saying they don’t hire students. Excuse me? Since when did being motivated and willing to work become a reason to be denied a job? Half of them look like they’d rather be anywhere else, and the other half can’t even manage basic customer service without rolling their eyes. Maybe if management wasn’t so busy turning away actual hard-working people, they wouldn’t be stuck with a team that moves slower than a broken drive-thru speaker. The food? Absolute garbage. The fries taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp since the Stone Age, and the burgers look like someone sat on them before throwing them in the bag. The drinks? Either flat, watered down, or just straight-up wrong. You’re better off eating the receipt—it probably has more flavor. And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness of this place. Tables covered in old food, a floor so sticky it feels like a trap, and bathrooms that look like they belong in a horror movie. The food was very tasty. Then when we had it. We were just barely starving after what felt like a long time ago by the time it was finished. The ambience is a total failure. You sit in a gigantic glass house on a very large street. The ventilation in the ceiling creates a draft in the entire room. There are no room dividers etc. This makes it very loud and uncomfortable. It's also small and cramped. There is a plus point for the large selection of veggie products.

Rarely have I seen such wrong-headed staff. Our order was apparently lost and processed after 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we discovered that half of it had been forgotten. Better drive a further distance and avoid this loading.

I used to love going to Burger King but I won't go there anymore. 1. way too expensive and the cheeseburger is so small. I even had a double cheeseburger for 4.79 euros. Under all cannon.

Overall, well... Burgers are freshly prepared... but there are only two people in the shop... so the waiting time is long... Cards and cash payment possible.. Toilets can be used for free but appear unclean due to yellow deposits. Overall the store seems clean.. Parking spaces available.. Outdoor area with playground available.. Not well signposted for those not familiar with the area and a bit difficult to drive

Everything nice and very clean. Unfortunately the dips were wrong, but it was also quite busy. Wrong in the sense of the dips ordered at the terminal, only ketchup and French fries sauce were included.

After ordering, it will take 1-2 business days for the food to be ready! Apparently the team is understaffed - so if you like slow food and have a lot of time, this is the place for you. Terrible. 28 minutes of blowing gas on King Drive for a cheese burger, 6 nuggets and fries. You already know why there is no way out of their drive, otherwise a daily turnover of 10 euros because everyone turns around. Only 3 cars in front of me!! That means 9 minutes per car. Classic Burger King in terms of equipment but the staff is absolutely overwhelmed at night, after 26 minutes of waiting cold burgers and fries were served and the ice melted in the drink. When asked to warm up the burger again, the answer was succinct: "We can't because otherwise the cheese would melt." It was absolutely resisted. All good things come in threes, I only order from you with a 5 minute checkup at the exit to see if the order and delivery are ok! QM abbreviated! Anyone who honks the horn gets a real 100 kilo burger straight into their mouth! This incorrect serving of food is so annoying and unnecessary! Five of us ordered at the terminal. Admittedly, some Whoppers were personalized, but the kitchen and the service staff were quite overwhelmed.... The order also took an incredibly long time 😕.... ... then there was a discussion at the counter for minutes about what was heard and how. In the end, many things were only lukewarm. And of course Twister potatoes were missing again 🙈... We had much better experiences at the Burger King in Breitengüßbach. So actually it should work...

It was better. The food was cold and the fries were almost inedible. The service is very slow. The restaurant is clean. The children's area with a slide has been closed for ages.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive in and there was only 1 car in front of me. Another car drove through because card payment was not possible. Since I had to wait so long months ago...and I've only been to this BK twice, one can only conclude that the staff is overwhelmed. And there wasn't enough going on to justify that.

Been back to Burger Bing for a long time. The staff are friendly as always. The burger has improved. The patty has a better, grainy structure and contains no bone chips. So the wolf is well adjusted. The fries are crispy and were also ordered crispy. I can now go to Gustav-Adolf-Str, Nuremberg more often again. Apparently you can't mention the name of the burgers or the review will be blocked for violation.
