No ambience. Bad food. Sick and unfriendly employees.

Very long waiting times, staff felt like they were falling asleep while working.

It's amazing how little ice cream I got!!! I often eat ice cream at McD's. But what I got today is simply impossible! Never eat anything in Lichtenfels again!!!! The service was unpleasant and the tables in the restaurant were dirty

Check order! Unfortunately my order is incomplete, despite leaving half a fortune there and even asking again whether everything fits. The co-worker's attitude was outrageously pissed off and I mean everyone has a bad day, but you should pay attention to that because if you don't like your job, you should look for another one. Other than that, the food was at least warm and prepared decently. However, I have had better MCIs.

Once again we've come to McDonald's and again we're missing burgers... That's a drama. Do we really have to check every time at the checkout to make sure everything is correct? The people who work there are incompetent. Every time there are some defects, and sometimes they are not exactly small. We will never set foot in this McDonald's again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MC!

We had to wait an hour for a small chicken burger and ultimately didn't get it at all because the woman who gave out the orders didn't even speak German and didn't even understand our problem. Absolute joke in my opinion.

Tables dirty and sticky. Staff annoyed and unfriendly. For reasons of economy there are no longer any tubes. The milkshake machine is broken. A new one is due to arrive in the spring. McDonald's Germany should withdraw the contract from the place.

Actually like most McDonalds... Food is good (if you like it ;) ) the work was clean, tidy and quick. Waiting time was totally OK. Staff was very friendly.

Coffee only in paper cups, no (ceramic) cups. Some machine from the kitchen is constantly beeping throughout the restaurant. Extremely narrow toilet. Very uncomfortable! Investment should be made here to bring the restaurant up to current standards.

Sometimes you have to wipe the table yourself when there is a lot going on and things tend to get forgotten. But if you let us know, you will be kindly corrected. The food is, as fast food is, but lately it's always "fresh" and there's rarely anything to complain about

I don't want to be petty, and the burger I ordered doesn't have to be exactly the one shown on the screen. But when I'm greeted by a bored employee as if I'm just going to the funeral, and after an eternity I'm greeted by one Employee gets written down, let's say, "food" and then I get a burger that is so cold that you could feed it to an Eskimo and the burger looks like it's a Mercedes truck (maybe because there's a Mercedes car dealership right next door). If you drive over it then you're so speechless that the fries that look like my grandma's colorless wallpaper don't matter. And when you get to the point where you can say that there's something wrong, then it's pointless anyway Since the employees don't understand it anyway with their knowledge of German and might then throw me into the hairdresser. Enjoy your meal...

Something is wrong here. I ordered and paid online today at around 12:38 - usually when I enter the restaurant after a few minutes, my order is already at the counter ready to be picked up. This has been working problem-free for several years. Today the employee only started the ordering process when I showed my pickup code. I received a receipt with a pickup number - 140. In the following minutes, all previous orders were processed, including 141, 142 and 143. I only had three burgers - so nothing time consuming or demanding. When asked about the delays, the employee informed me that he could only begin the ordering process when I was present at the counter - which would make the online ordering process, including payment, absurd. The app, on the other hand, promises "pickup at the counter without waiting time", which is also the purpose of the function. It's a shame when employees don't know their own system and logical thinking fails.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to... The waiting time for the order was 15 minutes, during which time other customers had already ordered and had their food earlier than us. You could ignore that if the food had been at least warm and in a condition like you would expect from McDonald's, but no, the burger was cold, the fries were also cold and totally limp, the nuggets were dry and partly like rubber, as if they just put the ones from the previous day back in the deep fryer.. Wrong goods on the tray were also “normal”, other customers had to complain or exchange their orders at the checkout. While we were there, the branch manager took a break and talked to (probably) acquaintances while his colleagues needed any help because they were all completely overwhelmed. So all in all this was the first and last visit for us.

The ambience is the only positive thing, although with the background noise I felt like I was reversing into parking my car because everything was beeping constantly and without a break, the staff were quite unreliable and we and 3 other customers had to go to the checkout again. The store manager sits around chatting with friends while the employees needed help and support. Rude towards his colleagues who have a much harder time... Bottom line, this is the first and last time here.

Waited 30 minutes for table service. Then it came, apparently we hadn't booked table service, the food was cold, it stood at the counter for 25 minutes packed up to take away. and no one on the staff is interested. Oh yes, of course the drinks were also missing when they were delivered to the “table”.

Once again within a few years I was given the ice cream. the remaining food without any taste that would resemble the food from MC. Stop poisoning people! Not to mention the sticky floor

This branch is the purest juice shop! If you don't check your order straight away at the drive-thru, you'll be disappointed and angry when you get home! 😡 My son had no toys in the HappyMeal, no tubes for the drinks, no ketchup or mayo and my burger was a complete construction site. The unmotivated employee at the window reflected the contents of my food bag! For almost €17 I'd rather go to the BK next time! What a huge impudence on the part of the store!

I just ordered something in the MC Drive, and once again half of it was forgotten, that happens often!!!!!!

The food was good and warm, the employee was very nice, although stressed. There are parking spaces right in front of the door. Lovingly decorated with flowers in vases on the tables. Unfortunately the toilets leave a lot to be desired. No toilet glasses, towel dispenser broken and not exactly very clean.

Food was good, warm, McDonald's. But the staff is hopelessly overwhelmed and the heat in the store is unbearable, so you have to open a door. Input equals output. Squeezing through the queue was an act. The tables were dirty, the toilets were broken, the tap worked, but there was no way to dry off because that part didn't work either. Conclusion: Never again!

Everything is good, but it happened many times that they forgot something in the set with God, Coke was missing and they said it wasn't ordered.

It's really busy at peak times and then there are longer waiting times. The staff was always friendly and helpful. If you know it, this time can be avoided. For me it's usually limited to cappuccino, cherry/apple turnover or ice cream. Have never been disappointed and would love to come back. Thanks

It's been a long time since I gave McDonald's a chance, but I was once again disappointed. Once again, like the last few times, something was missing from my order. Unfortunately, I only noticed when I got home because the things were thrown into the bag so well that I thought it would fit. Largest juice shop in Germany!!!! Why not close the location if you can't find capable staff! It works wonderfully in other branches too.

The bathroom was disgusting, we had to inform the employees and they all fought over who had to clean it. We were the only ones in the place, but the food still took 15 minutes to prepare. I watched three different people prepare the coffee. Our breakfast sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes before someone finally put it in a bag and gave it to us. I can normally tolerate poor service, but this place was just awful. The rating system automatically gives one star....it is one star too many

Well, I don't think I've ever experienced such a slow McDonald's, nothing going on and yet we waited 15 minutes for our 2 breakfast burgers. McDonald's looks like it hasn't been renovated in 20 years. Baby at the start, no changing options... hair cut clean... Overall not recommended.

3 milchshakes und eine Cola bestellt. Ende vom Lied, zwei Cola, zwei milchshakes. Eine Cola also für fast 5€!! Und ewig warten mussten wir auch.

Small parking lot, busy, long waiting time

We tried the new breakfast, but it wasn't that great. But you could eat it, except for the scrambled eggs, which unfortunately had eggshells on them. Service was quick. Place was clean.

It's just a fast food chain. The service is actually always good and friendly, only with some employees you have to check the order, as I have often been missing mayo, ketchup or other sauces, which is annoying when you consider that extra orders are charged €0.60. Otherwise, I think the employees do a great job and try to keep things clean, which is a shame that guests often completely ignore it and throw dirt and garbage on the floor or benches out of convenience...

Food good and hot, like in every McDonalds. And so much for the advantages. Burger folded crookedly. Terribly dirty. Tables look like they haven't been wiped down in a week. The toilets stink. No soap. No paper. Dirty floor. The staff is unfriendly, as if they are there to punish you. Very loud, both the staff and the music. It's horrifying to imagine the hygiene with which the food is prepared.

Sorry, I waited 35 minutes in the mc drive today. Not possible during the lunch break. And terribly unfriendly at that

Well, I can only agree… you wait forever for your food, whether drive-in or inside. The staff is unfriendly and sometimes doesn't understand you. Sauces are often forgotten or the wrong drinks are given out, and burgers have often been missing. Recently someone stood at the drive-thru in a full protective suit, then canceled my order because I didn't want to get sick (Jan. 2024). I won't go to McDonald's here again in the future

Open until 00:00 I stand in the drive for 10 minutes at 10:30 p.m. - no one answers me. Then I drive to the window and am sent away for no reason.' 2nd attempt, food was inedible and cold. The fries are very disgusting and 9 out of 10 times cold. The same goes for the nuggets, which feel like they are only warmed up and have already been in the deep fryer 5 times.

I will no longer visit this branch. Sprite tastes like water and when I politely mentioned my half-empty ice cream sundae (a friend of mine had a lot more in her cup), the lady looked snidely into my cup and threw it back on the table. "That's fine." Then a gentleman arrived with a kitchen scale. He then said sarcastically "oooh, below the norm because of 1g" and added a few smarties. “Okay, now it’s okay.” I would have understood a simple “sorry, this is our new norm.” To compare, I went to a DIFFERENT branch twice, the quantity looked normal and the burgers didn't taste like watery shoe soles

The robbers are screwed. Was there at 10:30 p.m. and found the door locked. It would be helpful if the times were changed, then you can save yourself the mess. There would be no such thing in Bamberg. Unfortunately you have to leave zero stars for it.

Regular McDonald's. Order terminals are taken care of and work perfectly. Always been satisfied so far.

When things have to go quickly again

The friendly employees don't seem to be able to pack their orders correctly, orders are simply pushed through until it says it's ready for collection even though it's not even close to being ready, then a number is whispered quietly into the crowd in broken German when you've made it to your order To receive it, you drive home and notice that 2 large burgers are simply missing and that you ordered for 30 euros but only got a few fries, 2 drinks and 9 chicken nuggets. I tried calling 10 times but no one seems to be answering the phone. great service...not

I understand that you have to save costs, but you should still hire reasonably sensible employees. Two burgers were missing from my order and no one answered the phone. I should have realized when I ordered that this would backfire. If you let the employees with disgustingly long fingernails who are hatching new pandemics under them and apparently hairnets are also foreign words... I shouldn't have been surprised. However, two paid burgers are still missing. I would still like to have these. You still lost me as a customer.

Ice machine never seems to work

Unfortunately, the fries were not freshly prepared despite the waiting time and were therefore cold and inedible. Extremely difficult to get in with a stroller. The employees never show any willingness to help.

For years I have been primarily choosing McDonald's Lichtenfels (near my home) and for months the service has been getting progressively worse! At the Drive Inn you wait longer than 15 minutes despite mobile ordering. This means that the fries are generally lukewarm to cold. The bag is INCOMPLETELY PACKED. Today a burger and all the sauces were missing and the prices had risen drastically. In the future I will prefer the Coburg location and advise all buyers to check their Soeisen for completeness and quality. In times of inflation where companies have to fight for their income, such a fee is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion!!!! I would have preferred to give zero stars. Addition 01/28/24: Full price charged again and half was missing again!!! Not for the first time, but definitely for the last time!!!! Forever expensive and unreliable. It must be possible to put the “items” in a bag and display them on a screen. Even the minimum wage is too high for the performance!!!!

Juice shop! Waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger, an apple spritzer and an apple turnover. Cheeseburger was cold and apple spritzer was warm. Employees have definitely missed their purpose. Unmotivated bunch.

Occasionally there are staff in this branch who are very friendly and accommodating. When setting up the app or referring to offers. Most of the time the staff is rather taciturn or bored. The atmosphere is MacDonald's barren, simple, dingy and not intended for longer stays. The cleanliness, especially the tables, leaves something to be desired. Central location, not enough parking space, always something going on for quick fast food, well suited because of the central location.

Food took forever, they didnt get out any orders for 10 minutes straight, my burger was cold and the coke tasted watery. One employee knocked down a happy meal box (of another order) as they placed the tablet on the counter without even flinching or paying any attention to it, a customer came and picked it up. Feels a bit cramped too and even though it's not the restaurants fault but the people parking outside often take up 2 slots because god knows why. Atleast after the onrush one employee came and asked everyone if everything is alright and if they have what they needed.

Kleines süßes Restaurant. Zuerst wenig los dann rapide sehr voll. Gut gehändelt von dem Team. An den Platz wurde nichts gebracht, sondern man wartete und nahm es mit. War jetzt auch vollkommen ok. Alles soweit sauber. Würden wir wieder hin fahren.

Ein alter verranzter McDonalds, bei dem man sich bemüht hatte, dass er möglichst in Schuß gehalten wurde. Das Essen ist wie man es kennt, aber der Service ist extrem langsam und mürrisch.

Ewige Wartezeit für Standardartikel

Viel Personal trotzdem hat es zu lange gedauert Der Fußboden war sehr klebrig, umgeschüttete Becher lagen unter demTisch , Angestellte liefen einfach dran vorbei. Vielleicht war auch vor uns ein großer Ansturm an Hungrigen sodas niemand Zeit hatte die Mängel zu beseitigen. Das Essen hat geschmeckt.
