The toilets are underground. Some of them are broken, it smells like a train station toilet. You can see cable clamps and there is dirt in every corner. I hope that the saying "if you want to know how clean the kitchen is, then you should look at the toilet" doesn't apply here. Then I just say choke We were there again and nothing had changed.

In advance, I'm not a McDonald's fan. As a break on a long drive with the kids,... In any case, this McD in Regensburg was disgusting to ME outdoors. I first wore out tables before you could sit down. (As mentioned elsewhere I like rustic and am not fussy but this was... gross.)

Bottomless impudence. You're a customer there and you get a ticket. You meet someone there, eat there, chat there, eat a cake and drink coffee and then receive a ticket for €35 because as a customer you have probably exceeded your parking time there. Bottomless impudence! In addition, I unfortunately have to agree with the recessions before me. Wrong food brought. Missing food etc. Thank you never here again!

I absolutely cannot recommend this branch. I met friends there and a few weeks later I received mail from a private company saying that I had exceeded the maximum parking time and should pay €35. We left a lot of money there and we don't even have the right one yet and got full meal what we ordered. And now I have to pay another €35 for parking?! This is how you lose your customers!! An absolute disgrace!!

The service can neither speak German nor English. Two out of four burgers were cold. The cheese was next to the burger. All the tables, chairs and the toilet were disgustingly dirty. One of the most terrible McDonald's experiences ever.

Very unfriendly! The Mcflurry really barely had any caramel sauce in it. When asked if we could have a little more sauce, they said no.

Order came relatively quickly, communication minimal, the press plates standard McDonald's. It's okay so far, it's the only way to quickly deal with hunger at this time. The restaurant seemed clean and the motivation of the staff was still somewhat present. Expectations were met, so it fits.

Almost half of the dishes were missing when picked up at McDrive. Employees don't feel addressed. This is probably an intentional scam.

A cheek and close to fraud, I ate there with friends and after a few weeks got a parking ticket. I even went back and tried to talk to the store because I had ordered several times that day. They coldly rejected me and referred me to parking enforcement. The parking space surveillance is not interested. It's a disgrace so you lose a lot of customers very quickly. Your recessions show it too. This is definitely a rip off. I will never stop at this branch again. I always came to you after my trips. You actually lose a good customer.

I ordered a McRib menu with fries to take away and also a coffee with milk. In the car I discovered that there were neither napkins nor damp cleaning cloths (which is actually necessary with a McRib) nor mayo for my fries. There was also no milk for the very watery coffee... I definitely can't recommend it if you're traveling through.

There wasn't much going on and still nothing was tidy, the tables and floor were dirty and hadn't been swept. Bad management. But the staff is very nice.

Drove through the drive about 10 minutes ago. 20 nuggets were missing. My daughter's fries were old and even cold. We have a journey of about 3 minutes, so it's impossible that they would have cooled down so much at that time. It's okay to forget something, but old fries?

The place is a bit inaccessible. We got our food quickly, but not the entire order. And while we waited for the missing ordered product, which we had to go for because they forgot, the rest got cold. There weren't many people. The tables were not cleaned. I'm not writing about when people wipe (disinfect) anyway. But about the dried food left over. We looked at 2-3 tables before we said that we could sit here. His food was edible. Only the soft drink was not good.

If you just want to eat quickly, this is the place for you. However, if you want to celebrate a child's birthday or something else here, I can only strongly advise against it!!! Unless, like us, you want to pay a €25 fine per car! There is a maximum parking time here. I don't know the time because I didn't see the sign (who expects something like that?!) and there's nothing on the payment request. The processing is carried out by the company PRM. She cannot be reached by phone nor does she respond to email contact. We ordered everything from McDonald's using the app. This way we could show that we ordered several times throughout the entire period. But no one cares about this. That's why Mc Donalds saw me for the last time!!! As soon as I received the reply from "Mc Donalds", I contacted the email address provided. As of today, April 19, 24, there has been no response.

I've been to McDonald's twice and definitely won't be going back. The first time in the drive-in I couldn't understand the Indians who work at McDonald's because of their accents and broken German. Which is of course not a problem in itself, but when I politely asked to repeat what I had said, the employee shouted at me loudly and aggressively. On the second visit there was a fried hair in my burger, just disgusting. Unfriendly and unhygienic. I would advise anyone not to eat there.

Unfortunately, McDonald in Germany is becoming more and more like her American mother, and this is not meant in a positive way. Anyone who has ever been to McD in America knows what I'm talking about. Unfortunately, the experiences here are anything but positive. Dear operators, hygiene and cleanliness are the top priority in every catering establishment and have not died out with Corona. What you have to experience in terms of dirt and drink on the tables defies description. Sorry but had to go out.

There are few parking spaces available and unfortunately they are a bit narrow, too narrow for customers with physical limitations without a parking permit. Very nice staff. Unfortunately, as with every Mc, the burgers have become a little smaller and more expensive.

Der schlechteste McDonalds den ich je besucht habe. Im Winter gehe ich hier mit Sicherheit nicht mehr hin. Wir mussten mit der dicken warmen Winterjacke im Mcdonalds sitzen, es war sehr kalt und es schien nicht gross beheizt zu werden. Eine Frechheit in Anbetracht der doch immer weiter steigenden Preise für viele Klassen schlechtetes Essen u.a .die trockenen Pommes das hat mit den Qualitäts Pommes von vor 10 Jahren nix mehr zu tun. Man wird gezwungen an den Automaten zu bestellen sonst bekommt man kein Essen. Alles in allem sollte man Mcdonalds nach Möglichkeit meiden und nach was besserem suchen Fazit. Service unfreundlich Pommes schmecken wie wenn sie schon Stunden rum stehen Getränke eisig kalt mit zig Eiswürfeln Gefühlt keine eine Heizung an , man friert Empfehle ich ganz sicher Nicht!

I had a Big Mac on the menu. So far as good as ever, but the service was really good that day. There was constant mopping, everything was clean, the food was top (by McDonald's standards). You could really see how the store was running. Was fun.

Was here for the first time today. The cleanest, friendliest, quietest McDonald in RBG. I would love to come back.

The prices are through the roof, for that money you'd be better off going to a restaurant, it's a shame

Inshallah, das Personal ist echt cool, aber mein Burger hatte Käse obwohl ich spezifisch ohne Käse bestellt hab

Nettes personal, sie arbeiten wirklich schnell und bleiben dabei höflich. Der laden ist leider chronisch unterbesetzt, dabei ist er sogar noch einer der besseren. Statt blumen auf den Tischen sollen die mal mehr personal einstellen. Die zuständigen sollten doch eigentlich wissen was die qualität des services verbessert. Ambiente ist wirklich nicht was ich bei fast food suche sondern schnelles leckeres essen. Dickes lob an das personal, ich könnte nicht so cool bleiben bei der Geschwindigkeit.

Essen war sehr gut. Aber leider war es sehr kalt im Laden. Mussten unsere Jacken wieder anziehen 😶

Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Habe vor Ort gegessen und habe nicht lange warten müssen. Abzüge daher, weil der Tisch leider nicht sauber war und der Milchshake zuviele Eiskristalle hatte.

Ich kann für diese Filiale von McDonald's situationsabhängig nur zwei Sterne geben... hatte per App vorbestellt und im McDrive abgeholt. Es waren nur drei Fahrzeuge vor mir, trotzdem hat es fast 25 Minuten gedauert, bis ich meine Bestellung mitnehmen konnte. Wirklich nicht nachvollziehbar und so eine lange Wartezeit hatte ich noch nie... und vom Angestellten nicht mal eine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches.

Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und nett. Die Speisen sind geschmacklich wie überall bei McDonald's, allerdings frisch zubereitet und noch gut warm. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und aufgeräumt.

Essen gut, Parken 90 Min. ist mir zu kurz.

Dieses Restaurant ist schon etwas moderner und man bestellt sein Essen hier am Terminal. Bezahlung erfolgt an diesem oder wahlweise Bar an der Abholtheke.

Ca. 5 Minuten von Autobahn Ausfahrt Regensburg Uniklinik entfernt. Ausreichend Parkplätze, McDrive möglich.

Für gewöhnlich ist man nur kurzes Warten gewohnt, dieses mal stand ich relativ lange im "Schnellrestaurant". Als ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben hatte war es 15:08, vor mir warteten dann schon einige Leute. Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen wirkte recht ruhig, aber auch etwas unorientiert, ein weiterer Mitarbeiter versuchte die Bestellungen etwas zügiger zu organisieren. Einige Minuten tat sich gefühlt gar nichts, dann gab es einen kurzen Moment nach etwa 8 Minuten, als 3 Nummern fertig wurden und gehen konnten. 3 Nummern und nochmal 5 Minuten später war auch mein Essen abholbereit. Gott sei Dank war es zumindest noch gut warm, aber schnell ist was anderes.

War überrascht als es um 9:45 Uhr hieß es gibt noch Frühstück, überall anderes wäre gekommen "es gibt kein Frühstück mehr, lohnt sich nicht so lange" obwohl die Zeiten fürs Frühstück bis 10 Uhr gehen. Personal war sehr nett und der Latte Macchiatto war nicht zu heiß :)

Habe von einer privaten Firma einen Strafzettel fürs Parken bei diesem McDonalds bekommen, obwohl ich dort gegessen habe! Anscheinend steht dort irgendwo im kleinen, dass man nur 90 min parken darf, dass war aber nicht gut erkenntlich und nachdem ich schon bei genügend anderen Filialen war, bei denen ich NIE so ein Problem hatte, bin ich davon auch schlicht weg nicht ausgegangen. Abzocke! Da treff ich mich lieber wo anders mit meinen Freunden, wo ich mir keinen timer für 90 Minuten stellen muss.
