McDonald's in Regensburg

Haben die letzten 2 Male Burger geholt in Größerer Menge für eine Party, jedes Mal fehlt da einiges beim ersten Mal 3 Burger jetzt vor paar Tagen wieder 4 Burger auf Anfrage wird man nur dumm angeredet, Aber zahlen darf man,ich kann doch nicht jedes Mal alle Tüten aufmachen und Nach kontrollieren. Find ich echt schade das man so um sein Geld betrogen wird weil Grad günstig ist es nicht. Werd auch wahrscheinlich nicht mehr dahin kommen

Der Kellner im Restaurant war sehr professionell und höflich.

Sauber, gemütlich, gut gepflegt und mit einer kleinen, hübschen Vase voller frischer Blumen – eines der besten McDonald's-Restaurants in der Gegend.

Einer der besser McDonald’s aber bei MCs fühlt es sich falsch an 5 Sterne zu geben deshalb nur 4 wenn ihr mir gratis essen gebt dann mach ich 5 denkt mal drüber nach.

War alles in Ordnung, nichts auszusetzen!

Beim Bestellen von zwei McFlurrys war der eine halb voll. Daraufhin habe ich vorne bescheid gegeben, dass der eine nur Halbvoll ist. Wurde eiskalt abgewiesen, dass es so sein soll. Ok mehr als 4 Euro für im Prinzip ein McSunday ist Wucher.

Gutes Restaurant, sehr empfehlenswert. Service besonders gut.

Der McDonald's an sich ist okay. Aber die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal! Man kann nicht Mal in Ruhe bei McDonald's essen gehen, ohne dass man Wochen später ein Bußgeld von 55€ kassiert, weil man "zu lange" geparkt hat! Eine Frechheit! Ein sehr teurer und letzter Mc Donalds Besuch! 👎👎👎

Der Service war absolut katastrophal. Das Personal wirkte desinteressiert und unhöflich, als ob es ihnen völlig egal wäre. Das Essen war schlecht zubereitet und unordentlich – ganz anders, als man es von einem Schnellimbiss erwartet. Die Tische waren schmutzig und überhaupt nicht gereinigt, und überall im Gastraum lag Müll herum. Insgesamt wirkte das ganze Lokal unorganisiert und vernachlässigt. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Meistens passt es aber immer wieder falschen Ware beim Mc Drive! Jedes Jahr im Schnitt 4 bis 8 falsche Bestellungen! Eigentlich hab ich immer 5 Sterne vergeben aber immer wieder kaltes oder falsches Essen nervt! Der Preis steigt ja auch ständig!

Achtung nicht länger als 1,5 Stunden Parken sonst gibt es eine Strafe , sollte aber gelöscht werden ,da wir den Besuch im Retaurant nachweisen konnten .

Heute hat beim Drive wieder ein Burger gefehlt.

Wie kann es sein ,das wenn man angeblich die Parkzeit überschreitet 55€ fällig werden ,hat MC Donalds echt nötig mit solchen Methoden seine Kunden abzuziehen ?

Sehr gutes Schnellimbissrestaurant, schöner Außenbereich, innen ist es manchmal leider etwas laut. Immer wieder ein schönes Erlebnis.

Einfach 55,0€ Strafzettel bekommen weil ich 2 Stunden 13 Minuten dort geparkt habe und nur 1,5 Stunden erlaubt sind. Dort geh ich wohl nicht mehr Essen.

Die Toilette ist leider sehr ranzig und es stinkt gewaltig. Ich habe nur kurze Zeit auf der Toilette verbracht da ich mich sehr unwohl gefühlt habe

Ganz allgemein die Bitte ans höhere McDonalds-Management: Bitte in die Crewtraining-Handbücher integrieren, dass ein Gießplan für bepflanzte Töpfe zu erstellen ist, ähnlich wie ein Putzplan für die WCs. Konkret in diesem Fall: ich war heute um 17:44:16 Uhr im McDrive, und zwischen Schalter 2 und 3 waren drei Töpfe mit Nelken und Hyazinthen und Co. bepflanzt, was eigentlich wunderschön ausgesehen hätte, wenn nicht die Nelken kurz vorm Verrecken durch Verdursten gewesen wären. Sowas macht mich immer krass wütend: da wird extra Geld für schöne Bepflanzung ausgegeben, die evtl. sogar noch bienenfreundlich ist, und dann schert sich keiner drum, ob das Ganze auch gegossen wird. Weil da haben Bienen und Co. nix von, wenn sie zuerst angelockt werden, und dann aber trockene Kelche vorfinden, weil die Pflanze nicht genug Wasser hat um Nektar zu produzieren. Für menschliche Augen auch ein Trauerspiel. Also: Bitte bitte bitte Gießpläne erstellen und/oder einen Gießbeauftragten benennen!

Wir waren am Freitag dort, und anscheinend war das Mädchen, das die Schicht leitete, sehr nett, vielen Dank.

Es geht. Ich kann nicht sagen, dass es gut ist, aber auch nicht schlecht. Das Essen ist von durchschnittlicher Qualität, die Atmosphäre ist mehr oder weniger gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen auf einem verständlichen Niveau. Das einzige Problem ist, dass der Fußweg zum Restaurant über eine Straße führt, auf der ständig Autos fahren.

Noch nie so eine ekelhafte Essensqualität erlebt ich hätte mich fast übergeben. Ist ja echt unterirdisch für die Preise. Neues tief.

Wurden mal wieder beschissen.. statt einem Double Cheeseburger einen einfachen bekommen! Man bekommt immer nur zu wenig als mal etwas zu viel.

Eigentlich ein schöner,sauberer laden. aber auf wünsche wird nicht eingegangen. Wollte mein Getränk ohne Eis wurde natürlich vergessen..... und WARUM lasst ihr große,hechelnde Hunde rein?? Das ist unhygienisch und nicht erlaubt! Hab ich nicht nur einmal erlebt sondern fast jedesmal, schade.

Mein Essen würde dem falschen gegeben habe eine halbe Stunde gewartet bis ich was gesagt hab. Habe letztendlich was zu essen gekriegt. Keine Entschuldigung nichts.

It's nothing new that McDonald's gets everything wrong, but surely they should be able to get sauces right. Of course they correct things, but everything else was correct and then the sauce was upside down – you wouldn't expect them to mess something like this up.

I ordered from this McDonald's via Lieferando. The driver called me and wouldn't even let me tell him where my doorbell was. Instead, he wanted me to come downstairs because he apparently couldn't find it. (It's not hard to find, and I even pinned the entrance to my Lieferando map.) Someone was clearly too lazy, because he was sitting just as leisurely in his car when I came down. There was no "sorry," no "hello," no "thank you," no "goodbye." So, no tip. But he thought it was okay to give me a dirty look, right? I have to say, I found that very rude. The delivery took over an hour. The food was as usual, no complaints.

I went through the drive-thru. They were very unfriendly and incompetent. I have a carbonation allergy and have always been able to exchange my drink at other branches. Here, they weren't willing to do that. I left without ordering. I will avoid this branch in the future.

Attention! The parking area is monitored by a surveillance system. According to PRM Management, parking is limited to 1.5 hours. The signs were particularly difficult to see in the evenings. As a customer, you wouldn't think twice about this. If you exceed the parking time limit, you'll receive a payment request for €35. Despite our objections and providing proof of our orders to PRM, automated messages are sent without individual review. Only after complaining to McDonald's headquarters was the district manager kindly able to cancel the transaction. PRM, on the other hand, makes arbitrary decisions after two out of four reservations in our group were canceled.

Very disappointed. Parking there is time-limited. We received a €45 fine. Unbelievable. Never again.

Yesterday, at the McDonald's drive-thru, I saw several large animals darting past my car. I pointed this out to the woman at the counter, and she verbally attacked me very aggressively, saying that this problem was known. She claimed the animals weren't inside the restaurant, only outside (which was my problem). I was also blocked when I tried to complain about her behavior on the phone. Sorry, but that's no way to treat customers.

I've been to a few McDonald's restaurants in Germany, but this? There was nobody in the restaurant, and I waited about 10 minutes for my food. On my way out, I checked what was in the bag—instead of a Big Tasty, I got a Rösti Burger. I went back, and they swapped it. Then, in my car, I realized that the M-Burger box actually contained the Big Tasty Bacon. And what was supposedly freshly prepared was so cold it was inedible. For that price? When do they even check the quality? They're not adhering to McDonald's standards at all. It's just embarrassing.

Our burger was missing the patty... And instead of a Sprite, we got water, never again...

It can't be that in 2025 you have to wait 20 minutes for a burger at McDonald's! The place wasn't even full, but there was only one employee in the kitchen – because McDonald's is cutting costs again, of course!

While ordering at the McDonald's counter, we saw a large rat disappear between two pieces of siding on the McDonald's building. They should contact the health department, DISGUSTING!!!

I ordered online today and picked it up later. If two burgers + fries and six chicken nuggets are missing, that's unacceptable to me. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home... Unfortunately, today (October 9, 2025) it didn't work out again. The snack salad was missing from today's order, along with the ketchup and the package of Cheez-it. I ordered takeout twice, and both were missing something. This is a poor performance, especially since I was the one who had it. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, and to top it off, the fries weren't even warm anymore... Poor performance for a fast food restaurant.

If only we'd gotten a kebab. Fries were cold Burger was lukewarm And brutally dry, too. That means it's been sitting for far too long And not fresh.

The food was typical McDonald's. An employee was busy cleaning the entire time we were there, but you couldn't tell. Both the men's and women's restrooms were dirty. The hand dryers indicated that a filter needed to be changed and were blowing out foul air. The employee's "check" of the restrooms consisted of signing a list. The drive-thru layout is disastrous. You have to rely on understanding drivers in the drive-thru to get out of the parking lot. But that's incredibly difficult.

Okay if there is nothing else it works

I think it's a disgrace that you only have an hour and a half to eat at McDonald's, after which you get a €35 parking fine. That's another way to earn money. Once and never again.

I ordered milksake and got a soft serve in a cup that was absolutely terrible and tasteless. This has happened a few times now.

Gross. If we'd been there just before closing time, I would have understood. But when, if not before opening, is the place cleaned? Typical McDonald's with the familiar food. What really bothers me is that the customer has to work their way through the convoluted menus on these order boards to order a portion of fries with mayo. I used to go to the counter, say "fries with mayo" once, and shortly afterward, I had my fries. It's too complicated for me now!

Like any other McDonald's. The burgers were better here, though. Fries were cold but OK. Service came to the table. It was quick, even though it was busy. The staff was friendly.

I recommend everyone to double-check their bag at the drive-thru; things have been "forgotten" a few times recently. Today, for example, the 6-pack chicken nuggets were completely missing, and instead of a double cheeseburger, there was only a regular cheeseburger. Apparently, that's how McDonald's makes its profits. Strangely, there's always only a little bit missing, and there's never an excess. With their profit-maximizing efforts, it's even hard to find a single atom of salt on their fries. They're also getting smaller every time.

We ordered a delivery from this place – a complete disappointment! A Big Mac was completely missing, the fries and nuggets were ice cold, and on top of that, the McWrap and another Big Mac were wrong – simply not what we ordered. Very disappointing and unprofessional!

I'm writing to express my deepest displeasure about my experience at this drive-thru restaurant. While eating my burger just now, I was shocked to discover a long, black hair inside. This unexpected discovery has disgusted me so much that I'm seriously considering reporting the incident to the police. I've never had such an unpleasant experience before! Had I not been on the highway, I would have complained personally!

Review: 1 star On May 12, 2025, I ordered a couple bundle from McDonald's Regensburg for €24.50 through the Wolt delivery service - according to the offer, there should be two limited Coca-Cola glasses included. The order came super quickly and not damaged. Unfortunately these glasses were not included. No apology, no information, nothing. I find this to be completely unacceptable and misleading, if not fraudulent. When purchasing online, a legally binding contract is created - if a component (such as advertised glasses) is missing, this is a clear breach of contract. I am very disappointed with the service and will not order there again.

It's a typical fast restaurant. Something was forgotten when ordering that was brought when asked. The pavement outside the children's playground is broken, which increases the risk of injury to children

Half an hour of waiting at the table (not just us), even though there wasn't much going on. When the food finally came, everything was cold... and the Big Mac was missing. At least we got it warm :)

Unfortunately, I felt the same way as the previous speaker. I met a friend for breakfast at Mc's and was there for 2 hours and six minutes. It cost €35 because I parked for 36 minutes too long. What a shame, that was my last visit!! This is how you scare away customers.

Good. When you drive in, the WiFi connection is now a little easier. This time that was enough to place the order so that I could pay under my name. The cash payment button is only visible/ready when you leave the WiFi zone. (Then you're actually already done eating - as if you had a "386 with an old modem") but it's getting better and I'm glad it worked this time.

The food was very good. It was fresh and delicious. Cleanliness is observed better than in other restaurants of the company. The atmosphere was pleasant, quiet. It is a pleasant place from my price-quality point of view.

Listening to the same song on a loop for 20 minutes during a stay is unreasonable. Especially when even your own employees cannot change or influence this upon request. Mr. Mosher, think not only of your guests but also of your employees who may be eating this fast food junk. have to listen to a whole shift. It may be true that this frees up your seats quickly in order to maximize sales, especially since they don't really turn the heating on. Children's balloons and flowers don't help when guests and children are cold. There will be another post about the quality of fast food. Just this much: At -5 degrees, you don't have to add 30% ice cubes to the already stretched sugar syrup drinks. The unhealthy becomes even more unhealthy and your wallet fatter!

Unfortunately an outdated and totally uncomfortable McD. Not a nice atmosphere. Cleanliness, well. Our machine to select the burgers was shockingly slow. Were there around lunchtime. Service ok.

This is a McDonald's (fast food) restaurant don't expect a gourmet burger. But if you're in the rush of time, and don't feel like splurging after a long day at work and soccer practice right after, then this is a great option.

Update: 07. 02. 2025 -------- Unfortunately, this is my second bad experience at this location. I visited the restaurant for a dine-in meal and asked the staff to replace my cup of Pepsi because it was excessively wet from the outside. Instead of addressing the issue properly, he simply poured the drink into another (dry) cup and handed it back to me. I politely requested that he replace both the cup and the drink. At this point, his behavior became unreasonably aggressive—his actions resembled someone throwing a tantrum, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable for someone working in customer service. When I finally received the new cup, I asked why he was acting this way. He refused to engage and instead told me to leave the premises. When I asked to speak with the branch manager, he claimed that he himself was the manager. Since no other staff member intervened or offered assistance, I chose to step away. I find it deeply concerning that someone who claims to be the manager of a McDonald's branch would treat customers with such hostility. A simple cup replacement should never escalate into such an unpleasant situation. If this individual is indeed the manager, it raises serious concerns about the leadership and customer service standards at this location. Initial: ------ Rude and unprofessional people: I was trying to take a picture of the menu (wasn't photographing any of the staff because I am 100% aware of the German laws, and no person was in the line of sign of my cam anyways), and apparently one of the staff workers got offended! She started shouting in German! I explained to her that I am just photographing the menu, and asked her why I am not allowed to go so: no convincing answer was provided; instead, I was treated with rudeness and offensiveness!

Bring back the Tomato Chargrill immediately, the new Sweet Chili tastes like vomit. So I go to the Asian place and get some sweet and sour sauce and put it in a roll! The sauce was so much better and the only thing vegan in this juice shop other than nuggets, and now the burger isn't even available anymore! Burger King is a thousand times better
