Burger King in Zwiesel

We're currently here in Zwiesel on a family health cure, and what could be better than going to Burger King after a long day out with the kids? The restaurant was clean, orders were promptly delivered to the table, and the service was great. They even really catered to the children. I've never experienced anything like this at a Burger King before. I can only warmly recommend the Burger King in Zwiesel.

The burgers were ready quickly and perfectly prepared according to our “extra requests”! In addition, the service was great again and the employee at the drive-in (this afternoon around 12:00 p.m.) was also very attentive! He kindly packed the vegan things for us in a separate bag. Thanks!

I don't understand what's the point of this place being in our beautiful little town if they don't want to take a simple step and finally start delivering the food that city residents want to order. Instead, a thousand other more useful places could be built in its place.

Was in this restaurant for the first and last time today. Burgers and fries were lukewarm, cola doesn't taste like cola and is extremely diluted with water. Some of the tables were dirty, the tray for tablets with waste was completely full. Even though there is very little activity, you can get things done or cleaned. Cannot recommend this restaurant!!!

There was bad dirt on the tables and leftover food on the floor. In addition, the food was cold and the chicken nuggets tasted like the sole of a shoe and the burger was dry and carelessly packaged. The prices are a disgrace.

Amazing staff!!! Incredibly polite and helpful!!! We had someone with us who is lactose and gluten intolerant. They made him a “special” burger. It was very nice!!!

The fries were too salty (if it weren't for the language barrier, I would have complained about them) and the meat in the burger had probably been waiting for me for some time. However, the overall impression is above average.

Were there last week! My burger was ice cold except the meat was still lukewarm! Couldn't eat the whole burger because the cold stuff made me sick! Fries were dark brown! Never again, I'd rather go to McDonald's again!

We ordered the fries that were oversalted, the meat wasn't cooked through and the burgers fell apart and we received some of them wrong

I ordered two Whoppers. They were brought ice cold, after my complaint I initially thought I had received two new fresh ones, but I discovered that they were the same ones and had just been warmed up in the microwave (luckily I had bitten into one, So I was able to confirm 100% that they weren't new, because they were even put back in their original packaging after they were warmed up...Sorry, but there are no words for that

The food is absolutely disgusting. I ordered 2 Danish King and there were no fried onions in either one!!! You pay 3 euros for this and only get half of it.

Tables were not clean, toilets were very dirty and toilet paper dispensers were broken.

This Burger King definitely doesn't have any workers. Drive in....Waited in line for a whopping 15 minutes. Just a brief announcement: Drive to the first window. You drive around the bend and there are 5 cars waiting in front of you. The first person waits about 15 minutes for his order... After 20 minutes I backed out of the queue. There were 3 other cars in front of me. I go into the parking lot, get out of the car and into the building, hoping that I can get my milkshake there....bunny cake! There were probably 10 people waiting in front of me and a single employee at the counter... Bye Burger King!

Very unclean 2 people behind the counter tables not wiped all over the floor dirt so I don't attract any customers from the competition

Fries were hard, fried several times and inedible. Burger didn't taste good...only the drinks were good. Service leaves a lot to be desired, problems with understanding and chaos between employees.

Went to Burger King for the first time this afternoon to see for myself after the bad review. I really have to say that I have nothing to complain about. Food was freshly prepared (had a menu), clean shop and friendly staff. As far as the waiting time is concerned, it was around 5 minutes. I can definitely rate quality as positive 👌

Burger King in Zwiesel absolutely convinced me. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very friendly and efficient. My Whopper was freshly made and delicious, the fries were crispy and hot. The wait was short, even though it was well attended. Overall, a great experience – I’d love to come back!

Preparation sometimes takes a really long time, but the staff is always friendly. Restaurant, toilets and parking lot are clean.

Something is always missing when ordering at the drive-in and in the restaurant. Sometimes just the sauce but sometimes half the order. So check everything when you buy there.

Unfortunately nothing good!! We were happy, but as previously written here, it was unfortunately inedible. .. -dry -too long waiting time -No taste -No organization -ice cold if you wait too long .. You just can't eat, but we don't like to eat it here anymore. ...hopefully someone will read this who has something to say, because the store won't be around much longer. I don't understand at all that those responsible here are not taking countermeasures. There's never anything going on. But the staff is nice...unfortunately it doesn't help if there are too few of them and they aren't trained enough. ...maybe with more effort they could turn things around again. ..we won't be back for a long time. Only when the reputation is different.

Catastrophe of the Schlofan at the Arbat and it took forever. I waited for 25 minutes for my meal, although nothing was going on. You could break the hit

It tasted good, it had a whopper, there was a lot of sauce on it but it was expensive. Apparently preparing the order was very time consuming with 3 burgers. It is nicely decorated. It is designed very modern

Communication with the staff was very difficult, onion rings were already out that evening, meat was ordered but meat substitutes were given and the sauces were completely forgotten.

I am surprised by the many negative reviews. If you consider where you are... system catering. The staff was always very friendly and the orders were in order. The staff always kindly gave me a cup for my drink to shorten the waiting time for the food, a plus point. I find the place much more pleasant than many other McD/BK. To be fair, I would like to point out that I am always there at times when there is little going on; So if it's different in stressful situations, then I can't judge that.

The restaurant is very clean and there is a play area for children. The food was ready very quickly and everything was really hot 👍. The staff was really nice, although they forgot a few dips and drinks.

Here is the best Burger King far and wide. You get something for your money and the burgers are super tasty and big.

A very nice and new Burger King has been created here in Zwiesel. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food tastes great. Just like you're used to from Burger King. The two drive-in lanes mean that more guests can now place and receive their orders more quickly. Everything seemed clean, orderly and hygienic. It was time for something to happen in the Bavarian Forest when it came to fast food. I am completely satisfied👌

Extrem lange Wartezeit gehabt, obwohl nichts los war. Falsche Sachen erhalten. Essen war ganz ok.

Das Essen ist toll. Leider hatte was gefehlt. Beim zweiten mal Nachfragen hatten wir es auch bekommen. Aber alles top.

Einfach Kundenservice auf wish bestellt. Schon 2 oder 3 mal das wir an einem Tag an dem laut Beschreibung bis 23 Uhr geöffnet ist wir gegen 22:15 schon nicht mehr in den Laden durften, da zu war aber drin noch Personal und alles hell etc. Ich meine, warum besuche ich so eine Frittenbude? Genau weil ich mir zu einer unchristlichen Zeit was sau ungesundes zwischen die Kauleiste Zimmern möchte. Sonst kann ich ja jedes andere Restaurant besuchen das von 10 bis 22 Uhr auch offen hat. Ich meine wenn man drin ist und was bekommt schmeckts genau so wie in jedem anderen Burger King, kann man nicht meckern. Aber wenn schon 45 Minuten vor Zapfenstreich Zapfenstreich ist muss man dass entweder nach außen kommunizieren oder mal nachschauen ob da noch malocht wird in der Bude.

Alles Sauber. Essen war frisch und Heiß alles Top.

Schöner, moderner Burger King, nettes Personal

Burger King Deggendorf ist besser. Lange Wartezeit, anstatt Zitronen Eistee bekommt man Wasser mit einen Hauch voll Zitrone. Essen ist genießbar.

Trotz vollem Laden und stressiger Situation blieb das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Drive in... Eine Katastrophe! Jedes Mal fehlt was, die Verständigung ist äußerst schwierig!

Burger sind gut gewesen ,käse sollte man bisschen länger schmelzen lassen! Jalapenos wäre gut besser zu verteilen Wir haben 6Burger gegessen !

Super moderne saubere Filiale mit Touch Terminals für Bestellungen

Einfach grauenhaft. Im drive bestellen ist eine katastrophe. Man bekommt hrundsätzlich etwas falsches und/oder es fehlt etwas. Dazu ist es nicht viel was bestellt wurde. Lediglich für zwei personen. Am ende musste ich meine Sprite weg kippen denn gut war sie nicht. Vermutlich wurde gereinigt und nicht richtig sauber gespült oder was auch immer. Jedenfalls war dieses getränk mehr als ungenießbar. Das essen war okay aber in andren Filialen wesentlich besser. Wartezeiten unglaublich da nur zwei leute da waren. Dies war nicht nur einmal der fall. Wer keine zeit hat sollte lieber nicht da sein essen holen.

Top essen modern und alle Nett das was man kennt und hört von anderen Filialen in Deutschland ist das krasses Gegenteil echt super macht weiter so ;)

Leider ging bei uns noch keine Bestellung vollständig über den Tresen. Jedes Mal hat was gefehlt. Team sehr nett und man bekommt die fehlenden Sachen sofort nachgereicht aber gleich vollständig wäre besser 😉

Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis wir unser Essen bekommen haben, obwohl das Lokal so gut wie leer war und auch kein Fahrzeug durch den Drive Schalter fuhr. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Also Personal ok .Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Aber alles schmeckt komisch. Getränke komischer Nachgeschmack. Burger trocken. Pommes alt. Also BK geh ich nicht mehr so gerne.

Wir haben beim drive in falsches Essen bekommen. Habe es dem Angestellten gsagt. Keine Reaktion. Er meinte es kommen immer viele Leute er weiss nicht..... Mein Sohn hatte leider nichts zu essen da er scharfe Sachen nicht mit 6 Jahren isst. Schade. Hätte wenigstens gehofft das wir eine Entschuldigung bekommen oder die richtigen chicken.... Wartezeit im drive in sehr lange.

Bekanntes Fast Food Restaurant Nach Anlauf Schwierigkeiten läuft es augenscheinlich jetzt besser. Der Service klappt, wobei Kontrolle bei den Mitnahme Sachen ratsam ist. Definitiv sind alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht.

اول ثلاث ايام كان المطعم يسير عل ما يرام العمال وودين ويحاولون الاسراع بتسليم الطلبات سيتحسن الوضع قريبا مع اول اسبوع

Ordentlicher Laden. Leider ist es nicht möglich hier eine Bestellung zu erhalten in der nichts fehlt. Ich nehme generell mit und esse nicht vor Ort. Wir haben dort 3mal Essen geholt. Jedesmal fehlt was. Burger falsch, Burger zu wenig, dann fehlen Pommes und und und... Die Wartezeit ist im Gegensatz zum Konkurrent in Regen sehr lange. Sehr hohes Entwicklungspotenzial!!!

Da ich zwischen Deggendorf und Zwiesel wohne also beide Richtungen gleich wären Dachte ich mir von einem Monat probieren wir mal Zwiesel aus, da wir sonst immer nach Deggendorf fahren. Auf den ersten Blick dachte ich, das es geschlossen wäre aber es hatte offen und es sah’s in der Mittagszeit nur eine Person drin, der Laden ist sehr sauber und finde es cool das man seine Getränke selber machen kann da kann sich Deggendorf eine Scheibe abschneiden. Die Dame die mich bediente war total freundlich und sehr nett. Die andere hat mich die ganze Zeit beobachtet keine Ahnung warum^^ Ich habe sehr viel bestellt über 50 € keine 10 Minuten gebraucht , ging echt schnell aber man muss halt sagen tote Hose dort. Wir haben das Essen mitgenommen Es war vollständig ABER keine Ahnung warum .. es hat uns ALLEN einfach nicht geschmeckt, Burgers hatten kaum Soße drin und Salat die Burgers waren so trocken und die Soßen waren geschmacklich total anders nicht wie man es von Deggendorf kennt obwohl es ja die selbe Kette ist. Einfach schade wir waren zum ersten und letzten Mal da es schmeckt leider echt nicht
