McDonald's in Mainburg

Die Burger schmecken fade, haben keinen Geschmack, riechen unangenehm, die Pommes waren achtlos in die Tüte gepackt und überall verstreut.

Die Tische sind hier leider nie sauber. Es ist wirklich Eckelhaft muss ich ganz ehrlich sagen. Sogar wenn man direkt zur Öffnung in der Früh kommt ist nichts sauber. Das Essen wird leider auch nach wie vor sehr oft nicht frisch gemacht. Ich möchte das mein Essen heiß ist und nicht kalt-lauwarm

Schlechteste MC Donalds-NL. Service unfreundlich. WC unsauber, teils defekt. Tische schmierig.

Leider fallen die Pommesportionen sehr spärlich aus. Und dass bei einem Preis von über 4€ pro Portion.

Restaurant sauber und angenehm! Die Burger schauen zur Abwechslung aus wie auf den Bildern und die Pommes sind frisch und randvoll! Normaler Mc Donalds, der die schlechten Bewertungen meines Erachtens nicht verdient! Gerne mal McDonalds in Neufahrn ausprobieren, dann hat man mal einen Vergleich

Der schlechteste McDonalds in welchem ich jeh war!!! Zuerst 45 Minuten auf meine Bestellung von 2x Chicken Mc Nuggets 20er warten! Und dann war es nur eine packung!!! Nie wieder!!!!

Die mitarbeiter sind unfreundlichen ich habe eine pommes bestellt und hab sie nicht bekommen als ich sie dann darauf hingewiesen habe waren sie sauer und meinten ja gibt denen einfach nh pommes so respektlos auserdem ist das nicht das 1 mal passiert und sie reagierten aggresiv sie gaben uns nicht das gegeben was wir bestellt haben und als wir sie daraud hingewiesen haben hatten wir nicht das bekommen was wir wollten

Zwar wurden die Toiletten scheinbar kurz vorher gereinigt, trotzdem war auf der Toilettenbrille und rundherum überall Urin – sehr unangenehm. Auch im Restaurant selbst wirkte vieles klebrig und ungepflegt. Tische und Bereiche fühlen sich einfach siffig an. Hier sollte die Filialleitung dringend durchgreifen und für deutlich bessere Hygienestandards sorgen. So macht ein Besuch leider keinen Spaß.“

Neben den Problemen wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, sind auch die Sanitäranlagen sehr ungepflegt.

Man weiß seit Jahren das jedes Mal der Faschingsumzug am Samstag stattfindet. Aber 45 Minuten im mc Drive zum warten ist wirklich zu viel. Da hab ich leider Kein Verständnis mehr

Am Terminal auferstehen spicy Chicken Nuggets bestellt. Umtausch nicht möglich.

Betrug bei Wartezeit. Nummer wird nach 5 Minuten storniert um die vorgegebenen Zeiten einzuhalten. Hab 25 min auf mein essen gewartet, obwohl ich der einzige mit Bestellung

Burger lauwarm Pommes kalt Schade

Bin entsetzt wie man diese Filiale vorfindet, auf den Tischen bleibt der Müll liegen auf dem Fußboden liegt Essen und Verpackung. Die Angestellten laufen an dem schmutzigen Tischen vorbei ohne die Tische zu säubern. Die Toiletten sind auch nicht besser. Hier sollte grundsätzlich das Management unverzüglich eingreifen.

Mich ärgert es wenn ständig die Soßen vergessen werden. Kann doch nicht sp schwer sein. Vorallen die stehen am PC und lesen was ich bekomme. Die Damen beim Bestellen und bei der Ausgabe sind immer sehr nett. Ich bleib meistens im Auto weil ich schwerbehindert bin.

They Forgot half of our food and the servers are so unfriendly and rude and they don't even know what chocolate tastes like they mixed it with vanilla like how slow do you have to be. Not knowing what someone ordered lie I work as a server in the food industry myself I and I never forget something like that because these are Customers and the thing is it happen so often to us that they forget something like a Mc Menü completely and if it continues like Im suing this place for being incompetent and I'm never going to trust those guys anymore

I'm so fed up with this McDonald's and the one in Abensberg. Every time we go, it's always takeout, but something's always missing, even a burger, fries, or water. Now it turns out the kid's toy and napkins are missing. Thank goodness we eat at home; if we were eating out, what would we use to wipe ourselves? Our sleeves? It's so frustrating having to constantly check the order to make sure they do their job properly.

Unfortunately, the McDonald's in Mainburg doesn't leave a good impression on me during my visits. Getting fresh and truly delicious food often feels like a gamble, and I frequently feel like I'm not in luck. The staff also often seem unfriendly, and being served with a smile is a rarity here. The typical "I'm lovin' it" feeling is completely absent in this branch. Furthermore, it's noticeable that the restaurant is becoming increasingly dingy. Seating, tables, and so on often don't look clean, which makes the experience considerably less pleasant. I find it particularly disappointing that the changing table has been broken for a long time, and there don't seem to be any plans to replace it, which is a real shame, especially for families.

Everything they sell there is poison to me. I'm not going there.

The food is always either incomplete or crammed into the packaging. Sitting inside/outside is unpleasant unless you're Turkish. It would be nice to order shrimp again after years. All in all, you're better off going to Abg or Schweitenkirchen.

I waited 25 minutes for my order (2 large sandwiches, 6 cheeseburgers, a 20-piece nuggets). When I opened the bag, there was an unwrapped cheeseburger on top. I asked the waitress what it was, but they just said they didn't know. I worked at McDonald's for 20 years, but we have never given such service, such quality food to our customers. I am very sorry that the rules no longer apply in the restaurant.

The service is a disaster. Coupons couldn't be processed because the staff were unable to enter the coupons into the cash register. Even the supervisors couldn't find a solution. I was able to eat at the Burger King next door without any problems. Thank you very much.

I just waited 10 minutes at the McDonald's Drive-Thru until the shift manager arrived. My order via the app cost €7, but at the counter, they wanted almost €10. The discount wasn't deducted. I showed the lady the order details on my phone, and because the shift manager was not only rude and annoyed but also didn't know what to do, I demanded my money back and left. Absolutely incompetent and, for me, a reason to stay well away from this McDonald's.

The cashier takes the order to the kitchen and disinfects it without washing his hands. He prepares the food from my order.

Lately we often get incorrect orders, but this wasn't the case in the past.

They made three mistakes with the order. The fries were cold and the burger was dry. My colleague got awful thin burger.

Do not deliver, always dirty, food cold

Horrible and dirty. Non-smokers have no business outside. There's no clean, smoke-free area. It's unsanitary, and there's no suitable space for non-smokers. In my opinion, this should be reported to the health department.

Complaint about service and waiting time – Mainburg branch Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to your McDonald's branch in Mainburg Straßäcker 2. I ordered an iced coffee and had to wait a full 13 minutes for it, which is an unreasonably long wait for a fast service restaurant. In addition, the staff was unfriendly and we were not treated in any way accommodating - neither with an apology, a discount or other suggested solutions. I expect friendly and efficient service from McDonald's and unfortunately this experience was far from it. I would like to request a statement on this incident and an explanation of how such situations should be avoided in the future.

I asked for a straw for my child because he can't drink out of the cup otherwise in the car. I was rudely told that you would only get a straw if you bought a milkshake. Then she turned around and left.

Fries always cold, always have to complain. Always check your order from Mcdrive before departure, the chance that it will fit is 50%, I don't know why but in Mainburg it's actually a disaster. Everything tastes better in other cities. Cheeseburgers are always sloppy and cold, so I often have to ask for a new, fresh, warm one. Now when I eat McDonalds I go somewhere else but not here.

We were treated very unfriendly today by a man of Asian origin, even though we had only politely asked to be allowed to choose the Happy Meal gift ourselves. He rolled his eyes and gestured dismissively with his hands. He also forgot to serve part of my order and acted as if he didn't understand us. Unfortunately, some tables and chairs were also unclean. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is always very friendly.

Even for McDonalds the food was unusually greasy and not very salty. The service took a long time for everything and was not friendly. The McDonalds is very dirty compared to others in the area.

At other McDonald's branches the burgers taste much better and have more seasoning. In addition, my food was almost cold, which completely ruined the enjoyment. There are definitely better alternatives for this price!

I've eaten at better run MCDONALD. The staff should at least understand the German language so that everything runs smoothly. And new employees need to be better trained.

The employees need training, they should know what kind of products they have and they should also know their language and take orders in two languages

Ich finde es echt nervig dass man falls man glück hat in 1 von 10 fällen die volle bestellung erhält, meistens fehlt der ketchup oder erhält zum teil eine bestellung gar nicht. Echt frech, wirkt so als wär es leider mit Vorsatz :(

Never had any problems ordering here. Haven't eaten in the restaurant again for a long time. It's a bit cold in the interior, something needs to be done about that, but otherwise everything was great. I can't understand the reviews so far, we've always had nice staff!

Totally unfriendly staff.. ordered at the drive-in counter using an order code.. then wanted an extra ice cream.. were then ignored and shouted at with the question "HAVE YOU ALREADY PAID"... when we wanted to order at the window the order came Request from the ice cream no answer... this juice shop is slowly no longer recommended... something is constantly being forgotten or the staff is unfriendly

I just ordered through the app and picked it up at McDrive. Unfortunately, we discovered at home that out of three burgers we ordered, only two were available. Such a disgrace! 😡 At this McDonald's you should always check on site whether you have received everything you ordered!

Unbelievable waiting time at MC Drive

Out of 3 orders something was missing each time, 1 time I paid extra for cheese and I didn't get it, 2 times the ice cream was missing and now I wanted a burger without cheese and tomatoes and got it with cheese and tomatoes. Every time you had to drive back, it was annoying.

Unfortunately always very dirty tables and floor. Unfortunately also hard stools. Otherwise quite ok. Small but nice.

Beautiful place. Tastefully decorated in a super cozy vintage style. Everything clean and the service is fast. It has a space for children, another well-defined smoking area. Without a doubt, I will return.

If you order at the counter and press eat here you still get it to go... and get yelled at to press it. The employees then gossip about the customers in their own language...

Out of 5 orders, 3 were wrong or we forgot something. We always pre-order online to avoid misunderstandings, but the special requests are always ignored. People only pay for that and when they call they say they should check, of course I dismantle the burger in the parking lot, no! !! Or you should come by again, of course I'll drive 10 km again because you ate the extra meat THIS STORE CANNOT SURVIVE IN THE FREE ECONOMICS

It's difficult to get warm fries in this McDonald's, if you buy take-away, be sure to check the bag to make sure everything you ordered is in it.

As a visitor you get exactly what you ordered. When you order Dreivin by car, you don't get exactly what you ordered, but with all the unwanted ingredients. No sugar or milk is added to coffee, and salt and pepper must be requested.

Back to the roots. Dieser MC Donald’s hat es wieder zurück in die top 10 der schlechtesten MC Donalds Deutschland geschafft. Essen kalt, Cilli Cheese mit 2,5 Scheiben Chilli drauf. Burger lieblos zusammen geworfen so dass man sie nicht mal vernünftig aus der Schachtel bekommt. Und nein wir sind oft dort und das ist leider wieder Dauerzustand seit ca 3 Monaten. Zugluft auf 80% der Sitzplätze durch das Öffnen der Türen beim kommen und gehen der Gäste. Beanstandungen beim Essen werden zwar akzeptiert aber das ist dann schon alles. Da kommt dann die Aussage wenn ein Burge kalt war. „Hoffe er passt diesmal“ Originalzitat.

Personal mäßig freundlich und ebenso motiviert. Bestellungen am Besten immer sofort auf Vollständigkeit prüfen, oft fehlt etwas. Der Begriff Schnellrestaurant bzw Fast-Food ist hier fehl am Platz, lange Wartezeiten sind die Regel, auch im Drive-In.

Jetz muss man schon für einen Kaffee sich drei Minuten lang mit so einem Tochbedienfeld voller Spam rumärgern. Kann doch nicht sein.
