We were just "very disappointed"! Ordered breakfast at 10:25 AM... at 10:28 AM the man said they were out of supplies... simply ridiculous! We left! Bye, McDonald's, wet!

Everything was actually relatively good, except for the staff. Let's put it this way, except for ONE employee whose name is Berak? is. Pretty rude and unfriendly. You can tell he doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I don't want to go into detail here, but he gave me a really bad comment when I was there and was dissatisfied with the order. Otherwise the other employees are great!

The floor sticks as soon as you walk in, unfriendly staff, wanted to rip you off for €5. Everything tastes like plastic or cardboard... definitely avoid it!

I had to !!!25 minutes!!! Waiting for the burger and fries I ordered, even though there were only a few guests there. When I asked when I could expect my order, I was simply left standing and ignored. I can't put into words the unfriendly face of the employee. For me, NEVER again McD Bad Tölz!

I ordered 2 menus at the drive in on April 17th, 2025, I have to say everything was great, but in one menu the burger was prepared with either an old or very dry bun.

Went to eat with my friends at lunch, we are vising Augsburg and we wanted to try. I ordered a Bacon King menu and 6 chicken nuggets with mayonnaise. What I got to eat was my burger, VEGAN nuggets (which I did not ask for) and ketchup + sweet & sour sauce (which I also did not ask). Later when going back to the counter for my missing fries, they were given to me along a VEGAN mayonnaise (???? why??). Even though the food was decent, I would not suggest to eat in this place, there are many better options.

They packed the fries in the bag. And here's a picture of the toilet.

It's 3 a.m. and no one is there. We're the only ones going in, a single order and half of it is wrong. Not even the fries were salted. As I said, it was an order and even that didn't work. Otherwise the restaurant was clean and nice.

Even though it was quiet, my order never arrived. After 20 minutes, I demanded my money back. It turned out the order had been forgotten.

The food wasn't good at all. The nuggets were mixed even though ordered normally. (Chili doesn't really go well with a child.), some of them were far dry. The fries tasted like old potatoes. The burgers were cold and there was no sweets in the selection. The staff didn't understand anything. The floor was completely glued...
