The first ski weekend of the season is over, there was a huge traffic jam in Munich, so half of Germany seemed to be at the first motorway service station outside Munich at 8 a.m. on Sunday, and the McDonald's team there really impressed me. Far too many orders for the small restaurant at once, plus some rude, drunken après-ski revelers taking out their egos on the stressed McDonald's employees. And yet, they all did their best and processed all the orders at an incredible speed. Of course, not everything was perfect at that pace, but honestly, those employees worked more in the half hour I was there than most of the snobbish, conceited customers will in the next few weeks. So you can happily bite into a wrap with the wrong sauce. It tastes good, too! I would have loved to leave a tip, but it was already chaotic enough. I hope the boss made enough profit tonight to give all the employees a decent Christmas bonus.

All ordering terminals were out of order; there was only one employee at the checkout. An MCI experience that should make you stop shopping there and which I would not recommend.

Completely overwhelmed once again. Far too few staff. Sunday evening at 7 pm isn't exactly an unusual time to be out on the motorway. But today I drove on without eating at all.

Truly devilish wait times! 👍 The burger and curly fries were almost too good for me, but the unbearable stomach ache afterward more than made up for it. A mosque next door would enhance the ambiance even further.

Despite the extremely high volume of customers, the staff worked quickly and reliably. Orders were being processed every second. We had to wait longer at the self-service kiosks to order than we did waiting for our food. :)

Disappointment... sadness... despair... I can't put my emotions into words. On Saturday, after an event in Munich, my brother and I thought, "Let's grab some food from McDonald's." I didn't order much: six plant-based nuggets, a medium order of fries, and a McCrispy Bacon Sandwich with a coupon. If only I'd checked my bag... I wouldn't have cried myself to sleep later. In the parking lot, I ate the fries (which were actually fresh) and the nuggets (which unfortunately weren't fresh) and thought to myself, "I'll devour this burger later during my exhausting 4.5-hour drive." I couldn't have known then that my later glance into the bag would be indescribably disappointing... The hundreds of kilometers of roadworks at 80 km/h were driving me crazy, and when I finally thought, after 3 hours, now... now I'm going to eat my McCrispy, whether it's cold or not... I opened the bag, saw the packaging, and knew... THIS IS NOT A McCrispy. And so I opened the box, saw the bun of a Big Rösti, and felt utterly devastated, thinking my world was collapsing. I don't like the Big Rösti... Especially since I had ordered the Crispy without sauce, and the Rösti in my trembling hands was WITH sauce. I bit into it... a tear escaped my already glassy eyes... I still didn't like it. And so, disappointed, shaken, and hungry, I found myself compelled to commit food waste and throw away the product that had been mistakenly given to me. So let me tell you, my friends, whoever reads this, be prepared... CHECK YOUR BAGS.

Worst McDonald's in all of Europe. Burgers are cold and there are always beggars waiting outside!

Literally everything was cold. Even the "heiße apfeltasche." After so many reviews, the same problem, and no one has done anything about it?

I've had to argue with the employees so many times. I order something, pay, and in the end they say no, they didn't order that, even though it was on the receipt! Unbelievable!

Unfortunately, after continuing our journey, we discovered that the products we had ordered and paid for hadn't been completely packed into the bag, resulting in us paying more than €7 for nothing. Trust is generally good, but control is certainly better in this restaurant, as we learned the hard way.

The staff doesn't speak a word of German, and ordering is only possible at the terminal. Even one star is far too high.

For all the people who think they're dining at a 5-star restaurant: please get back in your employer-financed company car and find a restaurant where they speak your native language fluently and where the staff are paid so well they can easily get a mortgage for a detached house... What you can also do: accept all the trappings that come with the hyper-capitalist system called McDonald's.

Opening hours from 9:00 a.m. Orders can be made upon request from 9:05 a.m. At 9:15 a.m., two MC muffins and a coffee were served at the table. Very slow by MCD standards.

Fries are cold and tasteless. Not to mention that garbage is getting more and more expensive.

Doesn't adhere to opening hours

3 of 4 ordering machines broken/not operational, at one of the ones that worked there was a huge queue, the staff didn't take our order, we left without any food or drinks, we are used to different service from McDonald's. What a shame!

No more ice cream after 9pm, sad when the shop is open until 11pm

Ordered a McWrap with honey mustard, literally received a McChicken inside of a wrap - the only difference was there was an extra tomato, which you don’t get in the burger. Fries not salted, brown haired lady at the counter doesn’t even bother to say your number out loud, nor talks to you.

Incredible slow staff in this McDonalds. Food cold. They don’t want to work here.

Incredibly poor management and food. We had the MC smart menu and specifically ordered the cheeseburger without cheese, but of course, the cheese was on it! Not recommended. The fries weren't salted, and we waited 20 minutes. 0 stars is best 👍🏻 And this is what the cheeseburger looked like:

Worst dream comes true. Food not complete, not good, cheeseburger missing onion. Trash everywhere.

Not recommended! Our grandchildren's fries were both cold! The tables were dirty and not wiped down. The floor was dirty. McDonald's has deteriorated dramatically in recent years, regardless of the location! What you get there, at what are now high prices, is pathetic. This was definitely the last time we ate there!

It's very busy there, so it's best to pre-order, otherwise you'll have to wait even longer. It also looked very stressful for the employees. You didn't even get a hello, but it felt like you were standing in front of human robots because it was so busy.

Clearly: Not recommended! It's dirty, the burgers were lukewarm, only one of the four self-service kiosks works, and they don't serve ice cream.

I ordered a bergamot tea, but received one with ginger. When I asked for a replacement, the employee simply took my incorrect tea and then went on to attend to other matters. When I asked how long I would have to wait for my correct tea, she reacted very rudely, hastily pouring hot water into a new cup and spilling boiling water on my hand. There was no apology. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable – it's a shame that people with this attitude are employed there.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Mixing up the order and waiting for 30 minutes. In the end, I didn't even get the food.

Ordering ice cream or a milkshake wasn't possible because the ice cream machine was broken again. It's annoying! The order was completely incorrect, even though we waited a long time! Some other items (like some burgers) were also unavailable. Two of the terminals were broken/frozen, but no one took care of it, even though there were long lines. It doesn't have to be that way!

30 min for chicken nuggets and 2x cheeseburgers. Disaster

Even though it was really busy and everyone had to work in shifts, the staff and management were super friendly!! Thank you so much! Don't let it discourage you and keep up the good work! The kids also had a lot of fun on the indoor and outdoor playground!

Its a joke...Almost nothing available

I wanted to order ice cream at 9:30 p.m., but unfortunately, according to the employee, the ice cream machine had already been cleaned, even though the store is open until 11:00 p.m. Not customer-friendly! It's a shame there's no improvement in sight at this place; we got the cheeseburger like it was slapped on the back.

As a bus driver, you come with 50 students who order and eat here, and as a driver, you don't even get a coffee anymore.

The wait time for a cheeseburger and coffee is over 25 minutes. The team is completely overwhelmed.

If you want to do yourself a favor, avoid this McDonald's at all costs. I've never waited over an hour for my food at McDonald's, only to be rewarded with missing dishes at the end. The service is unfriendly and completely clueless about what they're doing. Their German skills are lacking. All in all, I would give this place zero stars if that were possible.

Ordered a McWrap with scrambled eggs and bacon. Received a wrap with an excessive amount of mayonnaise and a leaf of lettuce. Cheeky to the max.

The place is awful, the employees don't work and act like they're working as a punishment. Orders are inaccurate, there's no paper for receipts on the screens, they don't have straws (XD), and someone comes to the cash register every 20 minutes, acting like we've done something wrong. THEY DELETED OUR ORDER WHAT? We've been waiting here for about an hour, and they only just managed to pay for it. It's absurd. The employees generally work for 2 minutes and then relax with a cigarette for 20 minutes. They treat customers with extreme disrespect, justifying their slow work by saying there aren't many of them and a lot of orders (there aren't even that many people here). The fries are cold because they're doing the whole display instead of taking orders. They don't care about hygiene; one guy threw away the coffee he got dirty with and didn't wash his hands, just went straight to picking up ONE order from the huge line. When ordering, they have a real mystery about what's what. After all, fries can be considered coffee, right? In short, I don't recommend it.

It's been so long waiting, no one can even get to the cash register. Everyone takes orders in slow-mo and plays ASMR, and when they show out the fries, it's like a parade of who's better. They even gave half the people the wrong order and said they didn't have straws. They also treat Germans differently than Poles, with absolutely no respect. They completely deleted our order. They stood there the whole time as if praying. They gave us everything cold, there wasn't even ice in the drink, and they gave me a tomato with my burger, and I said I didn't want it. I don't recommend it.

I wouldn't recommend it, only two employees in the entire kitchen. Plus, you have to wait 15 minutes for two men to pack up and only then serve, and the man is incredibly rude.

A 30-minute wait for a regular meal. Others who ordered much later than me received their meals much sooner! Then they told me that part of my meal was no longer available, even though there was an option to order it on the screen! Afterward, I got other burgers that I couldn't eat :(

So, really, zero stars. Ordered a cheeseburger. It's not that hard to put three things together. Unfortunately, I was already on the highway again, but my cheeseburger was simply missing meat. Unbelievable. You have to notice that! Therefore – zero stars!

I just wanted to pay for an apple turnover with McDonald's points. After 15 minutes of discussion, I not only lost my points but also my respect for McDonald's and got back in the car with an empty stomach.

Online only doesn't work for everyone. Hungry and pissed off because you can't buy anything at the online vending machine without a card. Also think about older, noisy McDonald's!

This McDonald's really deserves zero stars. Absolutely unfriendly to bus drivers. Thank you for this lousy service. It wasn't about a free meal, just a matter of getting our order brought forward (because you can't leave the bus alone for long). That's possible at every McDonald's in Europe. Except for this one. We will definitely not be going to this McDonald's again. The bald man at the cash register also desperately needs service training.

Unfortunately, you have to give it 1 star, otherwise 0 stars. Incompetence 10/10. Wait for a meal 30 minutes (even though there were no guests there). Later, guests arrived who received their meals sooner. Overwhelming is a big deal here.

I have absolutely no regrets about stopping by this fine establishment at 10 p.m. I felt like grabbing something quick, so I headed inside. I was greeted by a glorious sight: one single working self-order screen out of four. So naturally, a nice line had formed. This was the first test of my determination after the semester – and the restaurant’s first subtle attempt to convince me that maybe I didn’t need to eat anything unhealthy this late in the evening. Once my order was placed, I moved on to the pickup area. Here came the next innovation: the order display screen wasn’t working. So unless you’re fluent in German numbers – which the staff didn’t bother to announce out loud – good luck. Nothing like a bit of surprise late-night adrenaline and spontaneous language revision! I was pleasantly surprised by the staff’s deep awareness of fast food’s health impact. They clearly cared about us – that’s why they had us wait for 30 minutes, just to give us time to reflect and maybe change our minds. A thoughtful gesture, really. While we debated whether to stay or leave, a few customers came back to the counter holding fries and other mysterious items. I can only assume they wanted to thank the chef personally, maybe ask for the recipe, or request more. No idea why their fries ended up in the trash. Eventually, after a few cryptic gestures from a manager who seemed to be either sleep-deprived or mildly hallucinating, I received my order. Thank you, dear staff – it was a lovely pause, a chance to think deeply about the frantic pace of modern life and remember that 45 people were waiting for me on a bus, hundreds of kilometers from home.

Never again ordered chicken egg and seller very unfriendly and can not count on money

The absolute worst MC I've ever been to. The food was cold and dry, the drink was supposed to be Fanta, but it was just water. The service was abysmal. Every cent wasted.

Broken kiosks, display at the order pick-up not working. Slow service, didn't want to take the order at the cash register and referred everyone to kiosks (half of which didn't work) and doesn't speak English. Fries were undersalted. I don't recommend.

Attention bus drivers!!!! I went there with 50 people and didn't get any coffee. I paid for the food myself. Have a good trip!!!!

Never encountered such stupid people as there. Employees laugh at people and ignore the wishes of customers even though it is their turn. I have never seen anyone work so badly and so slowly.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this McDonald's. It's the worst I've ever seen. Honestly, McDonald's should be ashamed of this branch. Of the four ordering kiosks, only one worked, and the wait time was accordingly long. Generally, you have to wait a long time here. The atmosphere was okay, but it could have been a bit cleaner. The food could also be fresher and better.

The combo for 13€ is undrinkable.

4x fries and 2x curly fries were simply completely forgotten... looked too late because we trusted them. With an order value of 40€, if half is missing it's really fun :) never again 👍🏼

You have to wait a long time for the food and then it's not even warm. The nuggets and the curly fries were all cold and therefore inedible!

We were standing at the checkout and no one was in front of us, but we had to wait 30 minutes until we were picked up, then we had to wait another 60 minutes for our food, which was then not edible. Waited 45 minutes for cold burgers - never again! In general, as a cash payer, I no longer allow myself to be discriminated against and harassed in this way.

Worst McDonald's ever... Self-service terminals only worked 3 out of 4, queues that were meters long, we weren't allowed to order from the staff and were told to do so in a very unfriendly manner after waiting 5 minutes. We also noticed that the Happy Meal was sold out... We moved on... We don't reward such impossible service with an order

Ordering is only possible at the machine although two machines are out of service and very long queues have formed at the machine. We drove on.

The staff was bad in their dealings with me, including the helpers, and they ignored me. They don’t understand English. Very bad treatment from the restaurant manager and the waitress. When I told her that you will be given a bad rating, she said that we don’t care about the rating.

I only gave one star because I couldn't give half. The worst MC in all of Europe. The employees are racist people.

No, not recommended. They are overwhelmed and the worst thing is that they are not even able to close the cash registers and inform the waiting guests. Catastrophic!

Not recommended. Open until 11 p.m. according to opening times. When we arrived at 10:30 p.m. we had to wait 10 minutes to be served because they had already cleaned everything up and turned it off. Unbelievable! I would like to highlight the service in a particularly negative way! The Happy Meal was sold out - you wouldn't believe it! The answer from the service as to whether you could simply buy the menu without toys was a clear no. After we were a bit surprised, “its Not my Problem” and a cheeky laugh came. WE WENT WITHOUT FOOD. Cheeky, disrespectful behavior towards customers!

This man doesn't respect customers and laughs in their faces and sends them to the machine because he doesn't want to make fun of them and he doesn't respect Poles because when another person went there was no problem. I thought McDonald had some culture and respected people. This manager is only suitable for cleaning and serving food, so nothing else.

I am @Laurenz Schneider's friend We were there on a bus and had a break of 45 minutes. We wanted to order a snack, which resulted in us having to wait an hour for our food. Only one of 4 terminals was open, which of course extended the waiting time. When our number finally appeared on the display, it was simply deleted after 30 minutes of waiting and when we asked the staff about it, we were complained about and our food was carelessly thrown into the bags. We were often sent back in between and in every free second the employees gossiped about customers in Arabic or broken German. When we were back on the bus and wanted to eat our food, I noticed that the sauces were missing and my friend's burger was folded in half.

The worst experience of a soft drink!! We came today around 11 o'clock to have something small to eat. But the kiosks were closed, so we went to the cash desk and what was happening there was fun... the dark-haired lady with darker skin started telling us NO ENGLISH, so we tried to negotiate with her somehow, she kept asking us WAS? WAS? She was unpleasant and totally upset that someone bothered to bother her in English, after we ordered she dropped our order at the delivery counter and didn't say anything to us 🙂

Bad service! After 20 minutes of waiting, my number disappeared from the display. When I asked the employee about it, I was told to wait. Another 5 minutes later I was finally served. The same thing happened to one of my friends too. My burger was puny and wrinkled. While we were waiting, the same employee sent us back several times for no reason, and at every opportunity he showed how he disliked the job.

Crazy waiting times for a rotten meat burger. The patty was completely green inside. The employee immediately threw the burger away at the counter and sent me to another counter. Disgusting

The parking is extremely far away, easily around 200 meters, when there’s many cars… it’s super stupid in winter with small children. The food is average, ordering screens are mostly broken all the time (been here 3 times, 2/3 screens were broken on every visit). Tables and floors not cleaned, facilities ugly.

We ordered food to go and the waiting time was okay. Employees hardly spoke German. Luckily, I did a rough check on site to see if everything was packed. Cheeseburger was missing (I ordered one without onion, of course I received one with onion). In the car we noticed that the gift was missing from the Happy Meal. Fries were lukewarm and anything but crispy. Even worse, after we drank the cup of cola, we saw that there was a long black hair in the cup. Disgusting !!!

Food, well at McDonald's level, just ok. Have seen or eaten much better at McDonalds. Service 2 of 4 terminals were broken. Toilet vouchers could not be redeemed. Staff unfriendly and if you complain (e.g. about customers you should be sure that the other person doesn't understand more than just German). Ambience: a damp cloth for the tables every now and then wouldn't be a bad idea.

Two of the four order machines don't work. Endless queues in front of it even though there isn't much going on and the staff is visibly bored. Have we now arrived at socialism? GDR level.

Takeaway and still a stop for 35 minutes…

Very bad. Only one terminal works. Despite polite requests, they were not prepared to find any other solution. At the end I also got stupid answers.
