Newest McDonald’s in Munich always eat fresh and everything is very clean

Very nice staff and great but also quick food.

Absolutely not enough people and had to wait 20 minutes in normal traffic

The place is spacious, tidy but it doesn't seem very clean. It has a children's play area (small) and several tables to eat at. Unfortunately the machines to order directly from 4 only serve 2

Unfortunately, an incomplete order was received. A burger was missing, fries were soggy. The food was takeaway, so I only noticed it in the car while driving. Something like that shouldn't happen, especially since there wasn't much going on. I'll learn from it and check it on site next time

I would even have 0 stars against it. No cash register manned, 2 out of 4 order machines not in operation and only 3 employees there. Huge queue of people. Not recommended

Just as it should be... quick ordering either at the machine or directly at the counter, friendly staff who unobtrusively approached me for a coffee (I thought it was great) Food arrived quickly and there were enough seats in the outdoor area with a small playground

Be careful, very hygienically questionable!!! We had to suffer from vomiting and diarrhea after eating here. Stay away from this branch, among other things because no German language is spoken or understood here and being overwhelmed is combined with unfriendliness.

20 minutes waiting time for our food and it was NOT busy, on the other hand there were 3 young workers at the counter who in no way did anything and a manager who clearly did not have control of his restaurant as he was very surprised that we had waited so long for a long time, he also stood 3 meters away, after which he made an excuse that the bread took 12 minutes to make... what have they been doing in the last 8 minutes. 🤔 But can see that it is obviously a known problem here, so I think you should change the term "FAST food" to "food".....

Despite the high rotation, the food is dry and tasteless. I didn't get what I ordered because it wasn't there. I got substitutes. Additionally, the order is partly incomplete, partly wrong. I recommend this place only if really necessary. When you stop at McDonald's, you know what to expect, but here even Big Mac doesn't taste like a Big Mac.

You get yelled at if you have to think for 10 seconds, their reasoning was it's 5 minutes before loading ends. Doesn't mean you have to be disrespectful.

The coffee for immediate consumption is served in disposable or paper cups!!!

To pay in cash you had to wait up to half an hour, not because of the queue but because there was no one standing to take the orders even though every employee saw that people wanted to pay. When someone informed you, you were scolded and had to wait again. When someone came, the orders were taken at a snail's pace. Never again MC Donalds Fürholzen Ost!

Don't sell happy meals even though everything is there! The waitress doesn't understand German and treats customers like air. We left again without eating anything.

The shortage of skilled workers in the catering industry in Germany is particularly noticeable here. The employees are motivated according to the atmosphere. The Bavarian himself generally seems quite lazy at 8 a.m.

We wanted to have breakfast here and ordered a cocoa and there was only milk in it and the mini pancakes were absolutely hard and inedible. Unfortunately very disappointing😕 but the McDonald’s looked very nice

The breakfast program is stupid I had to order breakfast even though I didn't want it. I wanted a cheeseburger but there were only some upside down castles and pancakes without chocolate sauce.

We've been there 5 or 3 times so far. They were closed twice because there were no more people in the store and they closed earlier. Today, while we were entering the order into the terminal, the terminal simply turned off.

The MC Donalds is ok, I allowed myself this trip because our MC Donalds is currently being renovated. But I won't do it again so quickly, just because of... The unfavorable one (for me). It's not that far there, but you have to go back because it's located at the motorway service area, which means either wrong-way drivers or a 30km detour. Of course I decided on the latter, but if you're already on the road anyway, you'll definitely find good food here With a wide range of offerings

The restaurant is modern and beautiful. You have to check the orders, because unfortunately they never fit.

If there had been some meat in there (it was empty only with ketchup), me and my passengers would have been happy... complaining was no longer possible since we "enjoyed" the "cheesburgers" on the trip... I go every time because I want ice cream. It's always said that the machine is broken. Broken for 4 months now. Should I repair it with a bormachin :D? Especially in summer everyone wants ice cream and you have nothing better to say: ice cream machine broken! Shame on you :/

In passing today I stopped to eat something at McDonald's, a middle-aged woman about 40 to 43 years old worked at the cash register and she licked me, I would like to praise her, she brought the food to my table and was very kind.

I'm not a soft drink lover, but I have to admit that I was delighted by this one.. in the morning with my family I came to eat something, then the way to distant Croatia, but the service, the food, the communication was clean, 10/10, I would especially praise the person who served us, a middle-aged woman, 40-45, I think her colleagues called her Magy, it means such workers, with all her work, she had little time and will to play with my son for a minute or two, which made me very happy, and he was really happy, congratulations to everyone, especially the person who responds to Magy and works there, call and we'll get back again

You don't want to sell anything here? One menu only has one burger, the other doesn't exist at all. On the other menu, one burger isn't available and the other isn't available because they don't have salad. The branch manager apparently finds this situation completely normal, no excuse, nothing! Maybe you should just make room for a restaurant capable of putting food on the table?? We got our money back and went somewhere else to eat.

We're there every now and then, just because Mcces... Last night we spontaneously decided to get a 20 nuggets for our series evening. We both eat meat, but chose the plant based nuggets. What can I say? We had 2 WITH MEAT in the pack. You can taste a clear difference, so we are absolutely sure that there were two with meat (the rest were plant based - and unfortunately they don't taste good. Not a recommendation, but that's not the point here). For us it wasn't so bad because we also eat meat But for vegetarian/vegan people this is an absolute no go and something definitely has to change. Hence 1 star

2 out of 4 self service terminals working. After standing for more than 15 minutes at the counter where no one was operating the cashier desk one employee came and told us that we cannot order there, only at the self service terminals. 3 or 4 cashiers desk exist and 0 were functional. The whole point of McDonald's is to serve FAST food, not make you wait minimum of 30 minutes until you get to order. Something like 45 untill you get to eat. This branch is just a disgrace.

Very quick and our burgers were super freshly prepared. You could taste that. In addition, the burgers were very clean and evenly topped. Top!!

Most drinks sold out. Fanta is sold without carbonation, if you complain "yes Fanta is bad today, don't take it". So why is it still being sold? Burgers are simply served without any information without cheese because it is out. Still paid full price. Fries lukewarm. Very bad McDonalds.

There is definitely a staff shortage. There are a lot of people ordering and there is no one to serve them. Fries not salty. Chissburger is cool.

30 min wait, order was mixed up

Worst mac in the world! Took +30 minutes (?!) to prepare 2 coffee.. there were only 3 employees and they were doing a competition who could move the best in slow motion. Never go to this mac!

I would have preferred to give 0 stars. This was the worst McDonalds I have ever seen. I waited at the checkout for 30 minutes and no staff came. Then I gave up. An absolute disgrace!

When ordering three Double royal hamburgers, we received 3 ordinary hamburgers with one meat and one cheese.

I received completely different food than I ordered!!!! Orders only through machines in operation did not work, crazy queues!!! The service was making a mess and was still dealing with some complaints with the food. Great company!!!!!

Came with a group of students late night. The food was good and polite and fast service.

We tried our luck and yeah - did not have any. The first guy told us we could order in five minutes on the counter, and the second told us we could order on the automat. We went there, there was no breakfast, came back and were told they just ended.. at 10:10 on Sunday... ok... went back to the machine and it said "out of order, go to the counter", we went there, waited a few minutes, nobody showed. At least you can buy something to eat at another shop next to McDonald's. There is no drive-through.

Unglaublich laNge Wartezeiten, Zwischenzeitlich alle 4 Terminals ausser Betrieb, nur eine Person an der Kasse. Chickenburger und Cheeseburger konnten gekauft werden, waren jedoch ausverkauft. Ersatz wurde erst bei Abholung der Speisen angeboten. Für einen Heimreisetag sollte eine Filiale an der Autobahn deutlich besser aufgestellt sein. Einziges Plus: trotz des Stresses blieb das Personal freundlich und Kundenorientiert

Najbolji McDonald ikada! Radnici su sretni, veseli i ljubazni. Kad su najveće gužve oni to riješe u 15 minuta. Hrana je preukusna, wc čist i stolovi uredni. Jedva čekam ponovo ću doći. I'm lovin' it.🥰

Leider nur ein Bestellterminal offen

Da man zum Restaurant über die McDonald’s-Homepage scheinbar keinen Kontakt aufnehmen kann (der ChatBot findet das Restaurant nicht in seiner Auswahlliste), dann eber hier. Ich bin echt nicht empfindlich, aber gestern wurde ich enttäuscht: Habe mir gestern eine große heiße Schokolade gekauft, weil sie heiß war habe ich sie erst später auf der Autobahn getestet und nicht schon im Restaurant. Hätte ich besser tun sollen… Das Zeug hat geschmeckt wie Spülwasser, tut mir leid. Fast vollständig geschmacklos, wie heißes Wasser. Man hätte in einer Blindverkostung nicht herausbekommen ob es Tee, Kaffee oder Kakao sein sollte, tut mir echt leid. Habe es probiert auszutrinken, aber es ging nicht. Habe den Inhalt Zuhause in den Gulli geschüttet. Keine Ahnung was da schief gelaufen ist.

Es hat nur ein Terminal von vier funktioniert. Leider gab es keine Fanta, kein Cola Zero und keine Süßsauer Soße. Die Damen an der Ausgabe war freundlich.

Ziemlich schlecht. Ein einziges Terminal funktioniert. Bänke und Tische eigentlich alle dreckig. Das „Essen“ war warm, das einzige positive.

Versehentlich falsch bestellt und trotz Bezahlung noch geändert. Das ist bei MC nicht unbedingt Standard. Hier scheinbar schon. Vielen Dank an den Filialleiter.

Nikdy jsem nedostal jídlo, které by vypadalo úplně stejně, jako ho McDonald's má na reklamních banerech. Vyjma hranolek, ty jsou pořád stejné. Ale burger na nabídce v porovnání s burgerem na stole, je nebe a dudy....

Leider gingen nur zwei Bestellterminals. Aber ansonsten alles gut!

Schöne Sitzmöbel, essen trocken

Sehr voll, dafür ging es fix. Das Bestellteil sieht echt ranzig, dreckig aus. Dafür Punkte Abzug. Bissel kalt das Essen.

Man musste ewig warten bis man sein Essen bekam .

Kalte lätschige Pommes und burger . Unfreundliche Bedienung, war wohl gestresst ,dann sollte man keine Spätschichten machen.

Ein McDonalds von den Produkten wie jeder andere. Leider akzeptiert man hier wohl keine Coupons. Zusätzlich sprechen die Mitarbeiter kein deutsch und haben keinerlei Ahnung von ihrem Computersystem.

Essen dauert zu lange für ein ‘Fast Food Restaurant‘

Leider musste ich sehr lange warten bis ich bestellen konnte weil ein automat defekt war. Das Essen wird auch nicht auf den Platz gebracht so wie es bei anderen Mac Donalds üblich ist. Aber es würde schnell das Essen ausgeteilt. Die Tische waren auch alle sauber👍🏻 Dieser Mac Donalds ist zu empfehlen👍🏻

Unfortunately, they do not speak any foreign languages. Ordering touchscreens were not working, so it had no sense to order a coffee after a meal because of a huge line. No drink covers nore strokes. Mac is Mac i terms of burgers, which is great 👍

Eén van de twee bestelzuilen buiten gebruik en dus op deze vrijdagmiddag lange rijen ! Daarna ook lang moeten wachten op ons dienblad met de bestelde produkten.
