I'm truly speechless at how customers can be ripped off like this. I pay €10 for plain pasta, ask for it to be spicy – ​​and they brazenly charge me an extra €1 for that. In the end, I get a completely bland portion where you practically have to search for the "spiciness." To charge extra for such a minimal amount of spice powder is downright disrespectful.

Last time we ordered butter chicken and chicken wings, and it was absolutely delicious. This time we ordered paneer and pizza. I find Indian-Pakistani food very, very delicious. Personally, the pizza isn't that tasty for me, but I highly recommend the Indian food. Alhamdulillah, it's all halal, and they're friendly with the delivery.

Great food and good service. They're open late too which was good since our flight landed late and everything was closed. The döner pizza was delicious and we loved the tzatziki sauce that comes with it.

The owner was very disrespectful on the phone and hung up without finishing the call. He also spoke very arrogantly in the store, and when confronted about it, he said it was his store and he could do whatever he wanted. He didn't even take our order. No one should eat at this disrespectful guy's place anymore.

The service is absolutely unbearable. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. The "Take 2, pay for 1" offer is supposed to be available until 10:00 PM for pickup. We arrived at 9:58 PM and couldn't take advantage of the offer. The owner said this offer was only valid until 9:50 PM, even though it's clearly marked: until 10:00 PM. Huh? Please? Put it on a sign if that's your policy?! The owner became disrespectful and provocative. No one should eat with this disrespectful guy anymore. Complete nonsense.

Lat Time i order from them, they dont know what to do, fries was like sponge, need to report to check these restauration... Eat comming but 1.3h.... Dont order from them....

I'm appalled by them. I ordered three small things worth €24, and the best part is that my food hasn't arrived, and now it says "delivered," and they have my money too! I'm going there personally and get my money, otherwise there will be other consequences! Apparently, my nameplate isn't on the doorbell. I've lived in my apartment for seven years, and now my name isn't on it, or is it?

I've rarely had such bad food delivered. The chicken I ordered baked (to me, that means deep-fried) was incredibly dry straight out of the oven. The rest, the spring rolls, were fantastic, or rather average.

The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I especially love the pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Disappointing experience – never again! I had really high hopes when I ordered from this pizza delivery service, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The delivery time was already a disaster: instead of the stated 40-50 minutes, I had to wait over an hour and a half. And that even though I ordered later in the evening - so there's no excuse for it being busy. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and completely unappetizing. The pizza was an absolute disappointment: the dough wasn't crispy, but rather tough and limp, the toppings were completely mixed up, and the whole thing was literally swimming in fat, and the sauce tasted watery and boring, as if someone had just dumped unseasoned canned tomatoes on top. For a restaurant that specializes in Italian cuisine, I really expect more! Added to this was the unfriendly service. Even after repeated inquiries, every call remained unanswered!!! The delivery person didn't even apologize for the massive delay, he just handed me the food without comment. No apology, no smile, nothing - as a customer you feel absolutely not valued here. Overall, it was a completely negative experience that was in no way worth it for the price. I definitely won't order here again!

Everything is great! I have ordered here very often and used a lot of different things and it was always good. I don't pay much attention to delivery times, but I've never noticed anything negative. Lots of choice and very special and delicious pizza ideas. Fantastic opening times, 100% Halal, included in Lieferando's stamp card program, fair price... you can't complain! The only thing left would be to switch from Coca-Cola Company to Sinalco for the pro-Palestine boycott😉

Current time 2:48 We ordered at 1:16 and have been waiting for our food ever since. I don't know how antisocial you have to be as a supplier, but we don't pay for anything. If the fun ever comes - best regards, you can forget about tipping!

Disappointed. Ordered Pizza Pugliese with extras creme fraiche and ananas. Naturally paid for them. And gave 10% tip. Pizza arrived without extras. Super schlecht. Next time different pizza service. Thank you.

Ordered a pizza and wings at 1:30 a.m. everything was ok. If you want to order a normal, average pizza at night, you can't go wrong here.

I waited over two hours for my party pizza. Every time I called I was told the delivery would arrive in 10 minutes. When the pizza finally arrived it was completely cold, which is why I didn't accept it. This is unacceptable. For this reason, I strongly advise against ordering there. I didn't receive an apology either - the gentleman on the phone didn't seem to care at all.

Unfortunately the food was a waste. Almost everything was thrown away. Noodles soggy, no flavor discernible, far too spicy (and we're used to spicy), the "shrimps" turned out to be mini crabs. 4 pieces in total. A joke. Conclusion: Never again.

Firstly, the foods are still in the bio trash bag. If i ate all the food i wouldn't accept your refund. I highly appreciate your quick decision of refunding the money. But you have to understand that one can only give review of the food after eating, doesn't matter positive or negative. Secondly, Refunding money is not the ultimate solution. I left my authentic review after trying your food and service from you. Try to accept criticism. Lastly, with all due respect to south Indians, i am from the eastern part of India. Try to avoid this kind personal attacking. Things about education is childish.

The worst i have experienced. I would given ratings in minus if there were options. I have ordered lamb and they delivered chicken with extremely bad smell. Another chicken curry was too bad to taste. Somehow managed the lunch of the first day of the year. The owner over the phone call was extremely rude and has no manners and courtesy. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated if this kind food can be reported to the food and health control deportment.

Leute beste Pizzaria weit und breit, Essen kommt immer pünktlich, wirklich immer !! Lieferanten sind super lieb und herzlich. Aufgrund Corona wird besonders auf Hygiene geachtet und FFP2 Maske ist immer am Start. Anmerkungen werden stets immer zu Herzen genommen und berücksichtigt. Danke euch vielmals. Großes Lob an den Chef, die Küche und die Lieferanten. Ich wurde noch nie im Stich gelassen von euch :) Danke danke und nochmals Danke.
