Nice McDonalds close to Tesla Supercharger and Rewe supermarket

For me personally one of the best McDonald's branches. Just outside Nuremberg. So the restaurant is not that full. Otherwise it's like other branches. Orders are prepared quickly. The cleanliness is average.

McDonald's just. Once a month ok.

Since the change of operator and the immediately following change of personnel, the location has noticeably declined

Tables and chairs were not clean

I can only agree with the previous speakers. Super unkempt shop. The smeared empty tables weren't even wiped down or cleared in the 30 minutes of my visit. In the men's toilet there was no paper, no soap and the hand dryer was also broken. Super unfriendly staff, long waiting times and the burgers were wrapped in the packaging in an absolutely disgusting way, even by McDonald's standards. Craziest McDonald's I've ever seen.

Never before have I been treated so disrespectfully, ordered completely normally and were then insulted by the lady as annoying. Never again!

Actually 0 stars. I ordered a Mcflurry chocolate ice cream. I was given a normal one. When I mentioned the error, the employees said there was no chocolate ice cream. The extremely unfriendly manager said that it was my fault because I would have done it with a voucher. I did it via the display!! And it was written in black and white on the receipt. My money wasn't given back to me either. I will be filing an Official Complaint. Incredible…

Only recommended. We received our food quickly and the branch is very clean.

We had placed an order with fries, lattice potatoes and two chicken burgers. The lady on the loudspeaker understood two cheeseburgers. After paying, when we received our order, at the same moment we noticed the error. We made the lady aware of her mistake, but she was firmly convinced that it was our mistake and didn't want to take back the unopened burgers (which were also cold). And what's more, the fries were over salted. I work in the catering industry and in the kiosk myself and know that this kind of problem can be easily solved and the customer should be offered new and fresh products.

Food as usual, but all the tables have crumbs and are greasy, the toilets aren't clean, toilet paper is used as a hand dryer, etc. The boss doesn't have any work, but just stands around instead of doing anything

Good service, friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere

Trash cans in the women's toilets are not removed and the hot air device for drying hands does not work either. The worst thing is the "dishes return" at the entrance, which was so full that it was already put on the table next to it and it was already full, the other two are also almost full.

On most visits the restaurant was quite clean. The staff is always nice and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience.

The McDonald's in Feucht scores with fast service and a convenient location right on the highway, making it ideal for a quick stopover. The branch is usually clean, which makes the visit pleasant. One star deducted as cleanliness sometimes drops during peak times, but overall a reliable place for a quick meal. Recommended for travelers!

Ordered a burger at the drive-thru and realized at home that the patty was missing from the burger.

It's just McDonalds, not good food, but our children love it and get a little something every now and then. Relatively cheap with vouchers and I find ordering via the app very convenient

Clean and Tidy MC. But that was it, only 4 terminals and no numbers for table service. The citizens were also just thrown together. I've certainly seen much worse. The plus point is the cleanliness and also in the toilet, even if there was a little more. There are also significantly better MCs but also significantly worse ones.

Have improved a lot! Lately the orders have always been correct. Quick preparation. The outside area is currently being made beautiful. Now we like to go there.

Poorly, it was impossible to detach the paper from the wrap. The tea is full of ice. The salad is a disaster. Sir does not display order number, paid toilet.

We waited HALF an hour for our food while everyone else ahead of us was able to pick up their orders. I really don't expect much from McDonald's, but this was a bit cheeky. Didn't even get an apology or anything. No information at all that it will take some time, nothing. I would prefer to give 0 stars.

There was an earwig on my 20 chicken mcnuggets, so I asked for new ones and got the old ones back

The food is almost always still fresh and warm! I would particularly like to highlight the colleague with the blonde hair on the late shift. He always has a smile on his face and is super personable.

I've never had a McSundae as small as today. It was a maximum of 3/4 of the normal size, I would say even less, about a little more than half of what I usually get. I'm very disappointed and won't be going there again anytime soon. Definitely not worth the money!

Again and again, Chicken McNuggets are given instead of plant nuggets or cheese is put on the plant-based burger (vegan), even though this was explicitly canceled and is also noted as such on the burger packaging.

The food was good, as expected. The benches were dirty and so was the table. When the lady walked past with the rag and cleaner, we spoke to her, with the result that she didn't clean the table for us. Nobody uses the service stand on the side because it is also dirty. The cleanliness was not good.

I recently went to McDonald's and experienced really pleasant service. Despite the small number of customers, the staff was very friendly and smiling, creating a family atmosphere. Very positive experience!

I was there yesterday and I haven't seen toilets this dirty in years. My wife was also shocked. So both toilets are brutally dirty. I'd rather go to the forest than here.

When ordering, please state that everything should be prepared fresh. MA said he had no influence on this as it was as fresh as “possible”. I told him that the last time I ordered the Fish o Filet and the Big Mac were cold and the only response I got was "well, that can happen."

What annoyed me was that the sauce for a macrib belongs on the macrib, not next to it. There was no place left on this macrib that you could touch. Pretty gross!

Ordered 2 McFlurrys (for 4.30) and both cups were less than 1/3 full!!! When we asked if we could get some more ice cream, as it was the size of a McSunday, it was emphasized that this was “the standard filling quantity” and that it was actually no longer filled. After further discussion, a new McFlurry was half filled. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated case, as the McFlurries here are almost always only half full and you're already wondering whether you should buy one at all. What a shame! Don't buy McFlurry here anymore!

Men's toilets totally filthy. It probably hasn't been cleaned for several days.

Unfortunately, it's also incredibly slacked off! Sooooo slow even though there's hardly anything going on.

Disastrous, can't even read an online order, maybe you should hire people who speak German. My order was a vanilla shake with caramel and what do you get with a chocolate shake without caramel but you pay €0.50 more. It would be better if you were careless and simply closed the shop. Spend a total of around €30 and then some. You really should change something

Catastrophe! Mayo was sour and fries tasted old. Both menus thrown away immediately. The sauce was missing from both burgers and the cheese was only on the box. After calling the branch, I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously and the employee brushed me off and wished me a nice evening. Absolute impudence!! PS: unfortunately one star is already too many.

Food was quick, so the fast in fast food was already fulfilled... The hand dryer in the toilets was broken and the hyped Mc Crispy was so cold that the cheese couldn't even think about melting a little. The rest was fine, so a few more stars.

McDrive isn't what it used to be either: it takes forever for the food to finally arrive.

Update January 2024: Hallelujah, the faucet has finally been replaced. Update July 2022: Faucet still almost defective I was actually very happy with my repeated visit, but the faucet in the men's toilet needs to be replaced as quickly as possible: it's dirty and barely functional. The water doesn't even stay on for a second...

Ordered double royal cheese, got normal royal cheese. I asked if the takeaway bag also contained the ice cream I ordered (it was clear that that couldn't be the case) and yes, everything was in there, including toys. Asked again about the ice cream. “Yes, everything inside.” I then tried to explain to the employee what I wanted with gestures. It worked, but if looks could kill, I would have dropped dead straight away. The ice cream was then handed to me with an unfriendly grunt...not possible!

Food is nothing special, it's just McDonald's. Friendly staff. Very clean local

Sehr laut, schlechte Atmosphäre wegen den Gerüchenaus der Küche, weil die Küche zum Verkaufsraum offen ist.

Eigentlich sind wir immer gerne hier und wurden immer freundlich bedient selbst im größten Andrang, aber heute 27.12.23 wurden wir sowas von unfreundlich bedient, unglaublich. Wir treten jedem respektvoll und freundlich gegenüber aber was wir heute erlebt haben hat uns echt geschockt. Die junge Frau hat uns am MC Drive schon während der Bestellung total angepöbelt und als wir sie auf ihr Verhalten angesprochen haben hat sie kackfrech einfach das Fenster zugemacht. Einfach unfassbar ich arbeite selbst seit fast 30 Jahren in der Gastronomie und ich habe nie meine Unlust und schlechte Laune am Gast ausgelassen. Sowas nennt man Professionalität. Diese junge Frau ist dort definitiv fehl am Platz!!!!!

Der schlechteste Mc Donalds in welchem ich jemals war, Pommes ohne Salz und roh, 2 Cheeseburger halbwegs essbar, sahen dafür aus als hätte jemand damit Fußball gespielt, bei einem Cheeseburger hat das Ketchup sauer wie Essig geschmeckt. Der Mc Rib war neben dem Cheeseburger ungenießbar und komplett zerfetzt… er sah aus als hätte man alle Zutaten einfach in die Schachtel geschmissen, Toilette kostet auch für Gäste 50 Cent! Mein Tipp, macht einen gaaaaaanz großen Bogen um diesen Laden!

Sehr geehrtes McDonald's-Team, ich hoffe, diese Nachricht erreicht Sie wohlauf. Normalerweise bin ich ein zufriedener Kunde Ihrer Filiale. Leider war mein letzter Besuch am 13.12.233 wenig erfreulich, und ich möchte meine Unzufriedenheit bezüglich zweier Angelegenheiten teilen. Erstens habe ich, wie üblich, mein Menü mit großem Appetit genossen. Leider musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass mir wiederholt falsche Saucen zu meiner Bestellung ausgehändigt wurden. Dies hat meine Erfahrung beeinträchtigt, und ich würde es sehr schätzen, wenn zukünftig darauf geachtet werden könnte, die korrekten Saucen bereitzustellen. Zweitens war ich enttäuscht festzustellen, dass mir erneut keine Monopoly-Aufkleber zu meinem Menü gereicht wurden. Als langjähriger Kunde freue ich mich jedes Jahr auf die Monopoly-Aktion und schätze die Gelegenheit, an diesem unterhaltsamen Gewinnspiel teilzunehmen. Leider wurde mir diese Freude bei meinem letzten Besuch verwehrt. Ich verstehe, dass gelegentliche Fehler vorkommen können, und schätze Ihr Interesse daran, die Kundenzufriedenheit aufrechtzuerhalten. Ich hoffe, dass diese Anmerkungen zu einer Verbesserung der Servicequalität beitragen können. Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und ich freue mich auf eine positive Veränderung bei meinen zukünftigen Besuchen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Ist halt ein Mäcki wie jeder andere auch

Das mal eine Maschine piepts ist kein Problem. Aber alle paar Minuten und dann für fast einer Minute, tat schon in den Ohren weh. Lag wohl daran das um die Uhrzeit wenig los ist und deswegen auch weniger Mitarbeiter um die Maschinen kümmern konnten. Ansonsten war alles wie man es gewöhnt ist.

Nette Atmosphäre. Personal sehr nett. Und lecker wie immer. Ich saß gestern mit Jacke da. Viel zu kalt.

Nicht unbedingt dass schnellste Team, dafür (bisher) immer frisch 👍

Günstig liegender McDo, nette Angestellte!

Nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Wir mussten erst mal 15 Minuten warten, bis wir überhaupt bestellen konnten. Als wir dann (als zweites Auto in der Warteschlange), endlich dran waren, ging alles recht schnell. Nach Überprüfung unserer Bestellung mussten wir feststellen, dass ein Burger gefehlt hat. Dies haben wir sofort reklamiert. Dann hat es noch mal 20 min gedauert und wir mussten nochmals nach dem fehlenden Burger fragen. Zu Hause angekommen, bemerkten wir dann, dass auch noch die beiden Spielzeuge gefehlt haben. Das Essen war dann auch Eis kalt und ist zu großen Teilen in den Müll gewandert. Sehr schade um das Geld. Alles in allem waren wir wirklich enttäuscht und werden dort erst mal nicht mehr Hinfahren.

Auf der Toilette ging weder der "Handfön", noch warten Papiertücher für das trocknen der Krallerchen vorhanden.

Meiner Meinung nach der beste McDonald's! Immer frisch und lecker und sehr schnell!

Ein typischer Mc, nutze nur den McDrive, alle stets freundlich und das Essen immer lecker

Lieferung kam schnell zum Tisch und die Pommes waren richtig heiß wie es sein muss

Sauber, Tischservice. Kein McCafe. Kleiner Spielplatz innen und außen. McDonalds halt.

Like a McD eben, ABER: Burger war heiß, die Pommes im Gegensatz zu anderen Filialen sogar gesalzen(!!), daher mehr Sterne

Es hat sich irgendwie wesentlich gebessert. :-) Vor 2, 3 Jahren noch wegen schlechten Erfahrungen gemieden, heute bin ich ganz gern, u.a. wegen kostenfreien wlan dort.

Voll assi der laden, da sah es aus und da sollte man essen, zwischen dem Müll. Da gab es schon kein tablet mehr und das Verpackungsmaterial hat sich getürmt

Kaffee bei McCafe bestellt, im Geschäft leider alles im Becher bekommen. Finde ich nicht so toll. Nach Nachfrage die Antwort bekommen wir haben keine gläser!!!!!
