McDonald's in Wendelstein

Avoid during peak hours! I usually order takeout, but during busy times, nothing works properly. The order number display shows the number, then nothing. All the customers are left wondering where their orders are, but none of the employees seem to know. Inexplicably, they start preparing the ice cream first, and then, after a long wait, they finally process the rest of the order. You should always check your order before leaving, as the disorganized work methods of the completely overwhelmed and sometimes clueless employees often result in missing items. And if you want to ask an employee a question, you should be fluent in at least one foreign language, as communication in German is practically impossible. It seems that no structured work methods are taught here. I have rarely experienced a worse-organized McDonald's. This also affects promotional items, which are often unavailable.

Terrible corporation! They offer nothing vegan! A disgrace for such a company!

The floor is always covered in grease; you have to be careful not to slip. Some of the staff are incredibly unfriendly, and it shows. The burgers are always just haphazardly slapped together in the paper, so everything ends up sticking to the sides, making a complete mess!

Generally speaking, McDonald's regulars aren't exactly tall. The distance between the bench and the table is far too great for children and far too small for adults. Since this applies to all the McDonald's I know, you need to come up with something.

I would give zero stars if I could. We only ordered a Smarties McFlurry and a regular Dark Chocolate McFlurry. The Indian employee prepared the McFlurry without stirring or folding it. And with the Dark Chocolate McFlurry, the little lady with the braided hair used her entire hand to stir the spoon. It was only half full and not stirred properly (see photo). We weren't greeted with a smile or anything friendly. First and last visit.

Things have improved a lot! Lately, orders have always been accurate. The food is prepared quickly. The outdoor area has just been beautifully renovated. We now enjoy going there.

This place is extremely dirty. The tables and chairs are greasy, both inside and out. There's trash everywhere, and nothing's cleaned up. It's very stuffy inside. I ordered a coffee to go, and they put a wooden spoon on the serving table without napkins or packaging—disgusting!

Very backward not to offer the vegetarian burger anymore!

The floor is always slippery due to grease, so you have to be really careful when walking. Employees get annoyed when they do something wrong or forget something and have to redo it.

I don't know what has changed at McDonald's, but at some branches the standard ice cream has simply become bad (somehow watery and not creamy like it used to be), and this branch is one of them.

If you want to go out to eat on Sunday, McDonald's is often the only option, because the surrounding restaurants are closed due to wealth. This only applies to Nuremberg and the surrounding area.

Waited 15min for our food for 5. Not too busy. Got two mccrispy that were burnt to death. Got two "new" ones, just as bad. It seems like they have no idea what's going on and employees haven't received any training.

There are definitely better McDonald's. Friendliness isn't necessarily a priority these days. Things just have to be done quickly. And some people certainly have stress at work, but paying customers shouldn't necessarily always notice that.

The moist McDonald's is my favorite! Whenever I go to McDonald's, I go there. The fries are fresh, hot, and deliciously salty. The McFlurry, as silly as that may sound, is one of a kind. The ice cream is really cold and not too creamy or mushy like at other McDonald's. So, dear moist McDonald's, please don't change anything about your ice cream machine! I love it 🤣

Waiting half an hour at the drive-thru for a wrap…

The restaurant was dirty. The restrooms were extremely dirty and smelly. There was a constant beeping noise in the kitchen.

Friendly staff. Fast service. Standard McDonald's quality. But... for weeks, the air conditioning has been running on Habeck mode. It feels 1 degree cooler inside than outside... You don't want to sit inside any longer than necessary... I'd rather go to Beck, where they make sure the indoor climate is good...

Very rancid and old McDonald's. Very hot and stuffy at high temperatures. Not every employee wears gloves when preparing food.

Our son has celiac disease, and I tried my luck with the fries with the unfriendly blonde behind the counter. She asked if only the fries were prepared in the deep fryer. Her rude and annoyed reply was "Yes," and to that, she told me, "Regular fries." Luckily, I asked another colleague, and he told me that the fried apple turnovers were also prepared in the deep fryer. People like that shouldn't be working in the restaurant industry if they don't even know how the food is prepared.

One of the better McDonald's I've tried. The food is fresh and served hot. Clean, and the customers are very discreet. We always enjoy coming here!

No soap, no paper towels, no table service signs

I'm sorry but I can only say negative things, for example, when I ordered a large latte macchiato, unfortunately the cup wasn't a glass, which we didn't find so bad, but not even 1/4 in the cup, the toilet was a real shame.

The blonde waitress stood out not only for her extreme rudeness and arrogance, but also for her behavior that actively promotes food waste. When clearly informed of an incorrect order, she reacted rudely and demonstratively – instead of passing on the perfectly good meat or finding a solution (our friends could have still eaten it), she threw it away without comment. This level of disregard for guests and such careless handling of food is not only unprofessional, but simply irresponsible. Anyone who treats people and resources like this should definitely not be working in the service industry.

Coffee is way too hot and scalding and tastes like water. The staff has no idea about their promotions and don't know what they are selling. Way too cold in the restaurant that you have to put on a jacket. Once and never again! We will avoid this McDonald's!

I can't confirm the negative comments. There were three of us here for dinner. The food came quickly and was warm. Unfortunately, when I unpacked it, I noticed that there was a wrong burger 🍔, I then reported this to the staff, I had barely finished my sentence before the right burger 🍔 was there. For me personally one of the best McDonald's branches. Just outside Nuremberg. So the restaurant is not that full. Otherwise it's like other branches. Orders are prepared quickly. The cleanliness is average.

I can only agree with the previous speakers. Super unkempt shop. The smeared empty tables weren't even wiped down or cleared in the 30 minutes of my visit. In the men's toilet there was no paper, no soap and the hand dryer was also broken. Super unfriendly staff, long waiting times and the burgers were wrapped in the packaging in an absolutely disgusting way, even by McDonald's standards. Craziest McDonald's I've ever seen.

Actually 0 stars. I ordered a Mcflurry chocolate ice cream. I was given a normal one. When I mentioned the error, the employees said there was no chocolate ice cream. My money wasn't given back to me either. I will be filing an Official Complaint. Incredible…

We had placed an order with fries, lattice potatoes and two chicken burgers. The lady on the loudspeaker understood two cheeseburgers. After paying, when we received our order, at the same moment we noticed the error. We made the lady aware of her mistake, but she was firmly convinced that it was our mistake and didn't want to take back the unopened burgers (which were also cold). And what's more, the fries were over salted. I work in the catering industry and in the kiosk myself and know that this kind of problem can be easily solved and the customer should be offered new and fresh products.

Trash cans in the women's toilets are not removed and the hot air device for drying hands does not work either. The worst thing is the "dishes return" at the entrance, which was so full that it was already put on the table next to it and it was already full, the other two are also almost full.

The McDonald's in Feucht scores with fast service and a convenient location right on the highway, making it ideal for a quick stopover. The branch is usually clean, which makes the visit pleasant. One star deducted as cleanliness sometimes drops during peak times, but overall a reliable place for a quick meal. Recommended for travelers!

Clean and Tidy MC. But that was it, only 4 terminals and no numbers for table service. The citizens were also just thrown together. I've certainly seen much worse.
