It's unbelievable how customers are treated here. Unfriendly and unhelpful. The ordering counters weren't working, nor was the app. So I tried to redeem my coupon directly at the counter, which didn't work either. The man there refused to help me. He said if the code had already been redeemed, it wouldn't work again. However, the code wasn't redeemed because the error messages kept popping up. The fact that the customer now doesn't get any food and has to continue on a 10-hour journey without food is truly awful. If possible, keep driving. They apparently don't want customers here.

It doesn’t matter to me whether the staff was polite if the food is well prepared, but when the burger is barely warm, almost cold, the potato rings are not tasty and the staff serves with such a face as if I’m not paying for the order and are not friendly at all, then I don’t want to return to such an establishment.

Traveling by bus is not recommended. Bus drivers only get one free drink.

Unfortunately very sad. We were the only customers. The tables were dirty. Staff unfriendly. Some of the food was cold. I can understand that it's empty there! Very sad.

Plant Based only nuggets available Rest was okay. Not outstanding. Located in a rest stop. Loud, sometimes full. Children's play area right next to it. Was well received.

Extremely friendly and fun personell who made our meal very happy by offering our 1yo son a small gift. Half of the lights were out inside so the atmosphere was a bit boring and we didn't know for sure if Mc Donald's part of this Räststatte was open at first around 7pm. But service and warm and very fresh burgers made up for that!

Not a single McPlant (vegan) burger. There are only plant-based nuggets. Very disappointing. Only two ordering terminals and you wait a long time only to find out that there are no plant-based burgers.

Never in my long life have I been ripped off like I was today at a McDonald's. Waited 40 minutes because guests who pay with EC card get priority, what nonsense. But the best thing was that someone simply stole my food and the lazy MCDONALD'S employees couldn't get around to complaining about my order. That's why food 1 star. Standard McDonald's on the A9 Nuremberg towards Munich. Perfect for when you're hungry in between meals. Relatively short waiting time from ordering to food being served. The fries taste best.

Unmotiviertes, unfreundliches Personal. Essen muss am Automaten bestellt und bezahlt werden, dann muss man ewig warten und bekommt bescheidenes Essen.

Alles wie immer. Matschiges Essen im Ambiente einer Raststätte. Wenigstens war die Bedienung süß.

Ich bin sonst kein MC Donalds Fan, aber ich hatte Hunger.

Eine typische Serways Raststation mit einer integrierten Filiale von Mc Donalds. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist gut. Es gab keine außerordentliche Wartezeiten. Die Sauberkeit der Filiale ist aus meiner Sicht optimierbar. Preisleistungsverhältnis und die Qualität der Produkte ist wie an Raststätten üblich, ausreichend.

Na ja, gibt ehrlich gesagt besseres.

Total armselige Ambiente, die Ostblock in Erinnerung ruft. Schlechte Luft, alles in der Raststätte richt nach allem Fett. Das Personal: Demotiviert und Lustlos.

Immer unsauberer, Essen immer schlechter, Preis stetig höher. Die Filialen lassen immer mehr nach, schade. Salat schmeckt alt und abgelagert.

Nur ein Servicepoint. Oder Einer von 2 der funktioniert. Haben bei uns 4 von den Teilen und keinen Rasthof.

Leider gibt es da einige Überraschungen bei der Bestellung. Man bekommt nicht immer das was man bestellt und bezahlt hat

Sehr netter Storeleiter, sehr serviceorientiert. Blitzschnelle Bearbeitung der digitalen Bestellung und extra Wunsch wurde an der Kasse umgehend erfüllt. Alles sehr sauber, essen extrem frisch und lecker!

Zum Bestellen gibt es nur 2 Display, also muss man automatisch 15 Minuten an der Display warten,und weitere 15-20 Minuten, um das Produkt abholen zu können, sowohl der Bigmac als auch der Cheeseburger sind voller Soße, meiner Meinung nach ein bisschen wie Erbrechen , Tischservice ist nicht vorhanden . Sowohl für die Bestellung als auch für das Warten Zeit und für das Produkt kann ich nur 2 Sterne vergeben. Ausserdem sehr schön teuer. Meiner Meinung nach? empfehle ich es nicht. Lieber weiter fahren.

Für ein Kaffee reichts allemal, sonst ist der Laden viel zu teuer und Essen vom Macces zum mitnehmen!!
