Paid more than what was in the bag, but what was in the bag was not what I ordered. Please set up input terminals - then at least you'll know whether it's just incompetence/overwork or even real fraud.

Went there for a midnight snack and still received quick and friendly service. We were totally satisfied! The food is like any other McDonald's, some love it, others don't ;D

It's now the third time in a year that I've gotten vegetarian nuggets here instead of the chicken I ordered. There were four chicken nuggets in the pack of twenty, the rest were vegetarian, there was a lot going on in the store and only one employee was responsible for the drive in. I will avoid this branch in the future.

I'm very sorry, but compared to Polish McDonald's they are very poor. Full shelves of leftover food and papers left on the sales floor. The bins outside are also full, there is nowhere to throw away the garbage after a meal. There are also papers from the restaurant lying around in the parking lot. In Poland, this type of behavior would be unacceptable. I feel sorry for our western neighbors because the quality is terrible. No more McDonald's in Germany.

Ordered at the order point at the station Double Burger MM ordered large fries and again large fries with 2 times mayo, what came? 1x mayo without cola. On request...from the same service! The colleague recorded it. .. Then I would have to pay for the cola myself 2.69 euros.. The double big mac was dry And it tasted “remote”. Paid a total of 14 euros. . Thank McDonald's not again

Visited via drive in for the first and last time. Just over 5 minutes. Allowed to wait. After 16 minutes. Stay in drive taken in order. Of the 3 hamburgers, 2 had nice hair on them. The cola was water with a hint of cola flavor. The food was also nice and cold and a burger was also missing. Unfortunately, I only noticed everything on the highway. Oh, the employee was in a really good mood. I would recommend doing something with machines if you can't deal with customers. Visit Sunday June 30th, 2024.

Super friendly staff and the orders are 95% complete... unfortunately I have to correct it, I have no idea what's going on, but the orders are at most 75% complete or generally correct! Absolutely annoying and now I'd rather go somewhere else!

No matter when or what I order here, there is ALWAYS something wrong!!! Either something is missing or it's the wrong one!!! The answer you get is “I forgot” in broken German…. Complaints are always accepted BUT it's annoying!!!!

A few months ago it was even worse. The staff has changed, the food has improved. The ambience still leaves something to be desired, there are many better ones. At least the new staff is better than the old one! But when it comes to “outstanding customer friendliness” they still need some help. But so far, keep it up, learn from your mistakes, do better

Well first of all I went to McDrive. You couldn't understand anything because the loudspeaker was so bad. The fries were so unseasoned that they didn't taste good at all. BigMac was too dry and not made properly at all. But what I liked was the parking lot was huge. What I can recommend is opposite Pizzahut.

Never been to such a dirty and filthy McDonald's. All the tables were dirty, I wiped them clean with Zewa, the handkerchief was black afterwards. Floor dirty with grease, crumbs, garbage and liquids that have not been wiped away. The employees were incredibly unfriendly and unmotivated, in the open kitchen you could see that no one was wearing hats on their heads and hygiene was not a priority. A young man who was making the fries wiped his nose with his fingers and reached into the fresh fries with his fingers and put a few in his mouth. The health department should take a look here. I didn't dare go to the toilet anymore. This was the last time we were in this branch

I went to this Mc Donald’s, like always. I know it since I’m a children. We wanted to order two ice cream. Because the automatic system was not working with my phone we needed to order old style. The pink dyed hair person who should have taken the order by the „old“ style declined to take mine because she needs to do all cash’s at the same time. And that I should go to the automatic systems. (btw there were NO car in the drive in, also not the 10 minutes after and the Mc Donald’s was NOT FULL). So I went to the automatic system and were not able to use my coupons or points. But the best is that the next three people after us where allowed to order old style. Always a disappointment to be there :) After this I saw another employee snacking a fries from the fried one, really good and clean!

So we are always served very well. You have to be friendly yourself and then you won't have any problems. I notice that many people don't have any time left and are very unfriendly to the staff. Parents who don't have their children under control. And others who just leave dirt behind, regardless of whether it looks like that at home.? No, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly and attentive service. Practical charging plugs on the tables for cell phones etc., so the equipment comes out charged again :)

What a store... 12.4 Order (drive-in) picked up, checked for completeness, unpacked at home, wrong food in there, complained over the phone, employee apologizes rudely "It's just a lot going on!" > Write down names for the “sorry menu” next time. 1.5 Order picked up (drive-in) Name mentioned >Answer: "NO note found!". Got out, went into the store, explained everything to the employee again, received an apology menu, and was briefly upset again. At home I was excited again for a moment, unpacked and ate. My wife asks: "Where is the glass?" Me: "Seriously????"> no longer excited, never more Alzenau!

We order here often, but when I pay for food I want to get what I ordered. I ordered two MC cheeseburgers and the menu also said potatoes, unfortunately only one arrived. and a cheeseburger came with cheese when I wrote that I didn't want cheese. The sandwiches look like they've been punched because in other states there are a lot more places to eat and a lot more desire to work because the sandwiches aren't punched.

Something is always missing or not available. This time a large portion of fries was forgotten. Salad is often not available. Even the request for a burger without tomatoes is too much for the staff

Typischer McDonalds. Wir haben unser Essen an den Bedienterminals bestellt und bezahlt. Die Nummernschilder waren verfügbar, so dass wir uns das Essen an den Tisch bringen lassen konnten. Sauberkeit des Tisches war noch okay, aber frisch abgewischt nach dem letzten Kunden war dieser nicht. Das Essen wurde uns zügig, aber auch grußlos an den Tisch gebracht. Hamburger eher lauwarm, Pommes okay. Es gibt auch bei McDonalds besseres.

The top bun is completely burnt... strangely enough, the bottom one isn't. Sure, the food is absolutely not healthy, but here you can speak of negligent health risk. If you read through the reviews here, it's probably an ongoing problem that simply won't be fixed 👍 !!!It's been about 24 hours since I ordered - I'm still dealing with stomach problems and diarrhea!!! Out of a total of 3 orders here, 2 were an absolute disaster and 1 order was what it was supposed to be. Strangely enough, I've never had any problems at Konkurebz, which I visit about every 2 months... and here I mention 3 visits in the last few years... that doesn't give me any thought, because I won't even think about it and simply won't visit this "shop" again. Would that be a case for the health department!? No idea...but according to the recessions, the office could stop by there often!! PS - that in the pictures isn't burnt flesh..it's the top bun. the lower one was “normal”. And that's what makes the whole thing even more questionable!!

Als ich im Drive Inn meine Bestellung aufgegeben hatte, habe ich gezahlt und musste mich wie mehrere andere auf die Seite stellen und warten bis mir jemand das Essen brachte. Doch dann als ich zu Hause war merkte ich das 1 große Pommes fehlte. Trotz Beschwerde bei MC Donalds gab es vom Franchisenehmer keine Reaktion. Das ist das letzte. Ich werde meine nächsten Speisen dann gegenüber bei Kentucky und Pizza Hut holen.

Super sauberes Restaurant Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich das Essen war frisch und heiß ein Burger wurde falsch zubereitet aber durch eine Entschuldigung wieder wett gemacht ! Das ist ein Kunden orientiertes Restaurant wo man als Gast noch wichtig ist ! Man hat uns sogar ein Smart Menü empfohlen um es billiger zu machen die negativen Resonanzen kann ich beim besten Willen nicht verstehen sind regelmäßig zu Gast und egal zu welcher Zeit es war immer ein tolles Erlebnis klar wenn viel los war war der Tablett Wagen überfüllt aber es war stets jemand da um das Restaurant zu säubern

Leider ist uns erst beim Herzhaft reinbekäme aufgefallen das es Vegane Nuggets waren und sich daher als ungenießbar herausgestellt haben Bei der Beanstandung kam nur die Antwort sie haben es bestellt also Pech gehabt rein rechtlich haben wir einengen Reklamationsanspruch aber soweit wollte ich jetzt nicht diskutieren man lernt halt aus seinen Fehlern

Es wurden einfach die Neuner Nuggets vergessen. Und der Rosti sah auf gar keinen Fall so aus, wie auf dem Bild einfach zusammengeklebt.

Man lässt echt im Winter Kunden in der Kälte stehen, weil man sich an 5min Öffnungszeiten hält???? Das nenne ich mal Kundenorientierung .. 10:00 ist im Winter viel zu spät

Seit zwei Jahren, mindestens jedes zweite Mal (keine Übertreibung) wenn man dort was im Drive-In kauft, werden entweder Sachen vergessen oder falsche Dinge in die Tüten gepackt. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich unaufmerksam und ungeschult. Ich hatte ja gedacht man brauch keine komplizierte Ausbildung für Mcs. Aber ich liege wohl falsch, vielleicht sollte man in der Mc‘s Schulung Zahlen 1 bis 20 abfragen, denn auch zählen muss gekonnt sein. Heute hat mal der Big Mac gefehlt. Wirklich ganz tolle Leistung, einer der schlechtestens Mcces, die es gibt. Wenn ich könnte würde ich Null Sterne geben. Kurzgesagt: Fahrt lieber ein paar Orte weiter. Das kann man sich hier nicht geben.

Super frisch zubereitet und echt heiß - die Bedienung auch ;-) Für den schnellen Hunger auf dem Weg vom Urlaub nach Hause genau das Richtige.

Zu oft sollte man dort nicht einkaufen immer das selbe

Dem Müll in der Gegend zu urteilen, sind die Kunden die in den Drive In fahren zu 90 Prozent Asoziale, die keinen Abfalleimer kennen oder einfach zu dumm sind solche zu finden.

Preis/Leistung stimmt lange nicht mehr.

Ekelhaft schmutzig und das Essen vom letzten Tag! Fingernagel auf Burger! Nicht zu empfehlen außer man will krank werden.

Nicht der sauberste mc d den ich bisher besucht habe. Der gesamte Fußboden war mit einer Art Seifenschicht überzogen. Sehr rutschig. Tische schmutzig. Toilette darf auch mal wieder gereinigt werden. Essen war sehr gut. Freundliches Personal.

Schlechtestes Restaurant ever, werde ich nicht besuchen. Normalerweise haben wir jede Woche am Dienstag unser Mittagessen dort geholt. Am 03.05. hätte ich gerne nen Double Big Mac per App bestellt, leider wollte die App nicht funktionieren auch egal bestelle ich zum normal Preis (5,56€). Alles einpacken lassen zuhause beim auspacken musste ich feststellen dass ich nur einen normalen Big Mac hatte. Heute am 10.05. wieder da gewesen Essen bestellt zum Mitnehmen, beim bezahlen nachgefragt ob ich nen Ausgleich für den letzte Woche falsch gepackten Burger, hätte ja vorbei kommen können und dann wäre der falsche Burger getauscht worden (einfache Strecke 23KM) Danke und das für nen Burger, Fazit nie wieder MCD Alzenau lieber fahre ich bis Gründau da stimmt Leistung und Service. Habe mich nach einem Jahr wieder in den MCD Alzenau getraut und muß sagen, dass ich meine Rezension widerrufen muß, denke mal neuer Geschäftsführer. Jetzt kann ich sagen MCD wie es sein soll. Weiter so.

Sehr unhöfliches Personal, Girocard wurde abgelehnt und kleine fliegen waren im McDonald's.

Ich bestellte am 10.09.2023 um 18:40 Uhr. Nach einer Stunde bedienten sie andere Kunden, die viel nach uns kamen. Als ich sagte, ich solle mir mein Geld oder meine Bestellung zurückgeben, brachte er meine Bestellung auf, indem er die Speisekarte und den Saft auf das Tablett knallte. Totaler Mangel an Respekt und Desorganisation!

Leider fehlt des öfteren Burger bei der Bestellung, was uns jedoch leider erst zuhause auffällt weil man ja denkt das alles drin sein sollte

Sowas dreckiges Versiftes habe ich lange nicht gesehen. Die Tablettrückgabe überfüllt, der Dreck liegt am Boden. Die Toiletten verschmutzt. An den dicken Spinneweben am Scharnier kann man genau sehen, wo noch nie geputzt wurde. Der Boden klebt. Widerlich.

Who would think working in the food industry means that lunchtime gets busy; and you need to serve customers?? Clearly for the management at this McDonald's it's a complete surprise! You MUST order at the console (apparently it's the law in this branch) and as we get Sodexo vouchers from work, we need to then use the cashier to pay. The staff here are expertly trained to ignore anyone standing at the cashier station; and will happily let you stand there (for your own pleasure) for as long as they deem suitable. Sometimes this is literally days.. Then you must wait for your food. I grew old and received my state pension benefit before they bring the food to your table. 9 out of 10 times if you order something out of the standard menu (example, today was a big tasty bacon, with extra cheese and no tomato...) Normally it is wrong (no bacon, no extra cheese but they did remove the tomato!!). Many times the tray return station is completely full (even with an empty restaurant); the tables are not cleaned and the staff would rather be at the beach or taking thier next "how to ignore customers and look miserable" training session. An utterly dire experience. Thankfully KFC has now opened over the street. Sadly this has no in-house seating for eating (so is take away only).. which misses the point and means if you want to sit and eat, then McDrivel is the only option - and they know it.. One star is being kind.. it needs a proper kick.

Meine letzte Rezension war mit 5 Sternen, gestern hat sich das aufgrund des unfähigen Personal geändert. Wer bitte stellt englischsprachige Leute in einen deutschen McD's. Die dann auch noch mit der Bestelltechnik überfordert sind. Das bestellte Eis stand schnell auf dem Tresen aber die Junior Tüte erst 5 Minuten später, da war das Eis wieder nur Milch. Wenn man darauf hinweist wird man noch als dumm hingestellt. Junges Fräulein, vielen Dank...für diese Erfahrung. Lieber doch KFC... ---------- Mit den neuen Einschränkungen ist hier wieder alles anders geworden. Allerdings fühlt man sich nicht unwohl, da alles vorhanden ist was als Hygenie vorgeschrieben wurde. Einwandfreier Umgang mit dem Essen. Alles okay meiner Meinung nach....

War am 20.07.2023 wieder da und bin vom Mc Rip enttäuscht. Wenig Sosse und er war total trocken. Und das gleich bei 2 stück. Ich hoffe nicht, dass das jetzt der Standard ist.

Bestellt man Pommes ! Merkt man dad ausser den Pommes noch Dreck drin ist was nicht rein gehört. Burger sind kalt . Wird nichts mehr bestellt dort. Ändert sowieso nichts ob wohl ich mich bei centrale gemeldet habe.

Ich habe richtig bestellt und einen falschen Burger bekommen habe anschließend net nach demm richtigen burger gefragt habe ihn net bekommen mit der Antwort ist mir doch scheis egal selbst schuld während wir aßen lagen neben dem tisch tote tiere war eif nur absurd

Bestellprozess mit Coupons nervig, weil diese stellenweise aus nicht erkennbaren Gründen nicht akzeptiert werden. Geschmacklich wird McDonalds auch immer schlechter, leider.

Seit langem mal wieder dort gegessen und war geschockt Jeder Tisch war dreckig, es wurde nichts sauber gemacht, Schade können froh sein dass die Konkurrenz keine Sitzplätze anbietet

Durch das Warmhalten der Patties hat die Qualität der Filiale sehr gelitten. Nicht mal der Käse schmilzt auf dem Burger und bis man zu Hause ist ist das Essen komplett kalt. Das war die dümmste Idee was die je gemacht haben meiner Meinung nach.

Wie in fast alle Mc Donalds sollte mehr auf Sauberkeit im Speiseraum geachtet werden. Saubere Tische usw.oder ein Spender mit Tüchern zum selbst reinigen.

4 Menüs bestellt 3x Pommes vergessen. Ansonsten alles ok

Ich habe Plantbased Nuggets bestellt und nach dem ersten Biss gesehen, dass es nicht vegetarisch ist. Das Fleisch war heller und die Form war klassisch wie bei chicken Nuggets. Ich musste nachfragen und mir wurde versichert sie seien vegetarisch und plantbased. Ich bin wieder an den Platz und habe das nächste aufgemacht. Wieder weiß und sehr fasrig - eindeutig Fleisch. Erst der Filialleiter hat mir endlich plantbased bringen können. Unmöglich, wie hier auf Diäten und Ernährungsformen geachtet wird.

Achtung! Wer hier im McDrive einkaufen geht MUSS in die Tüte sehen! Es fehlt IMMER etwas. Heute ein Big Mac ohne Zwiebeln! Natürlich erst zuhause gesehen. Danke für den DIEBSTAHL der ~6€. Den Sprit nochmal zu verfahren wäre sinnlos.

Meistens unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Essen ist ganz Ok, aber Pommes meistens schon kalt. Zwei Sterne wegen wahrscheinlich nicht mehr guter Mayonnaise, durch die ich enorme Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall hatte. Über die Sauberkeit dort wollen wir gar nicht erst sprechen, daher nur 2 Sterne...

Essen ist lecker, recht zügig fertig und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Alles in allem, eine gute McDonald's Filiale.

Warnung. Eines der schlechtesten McDonald's Restaurants, das ich kenne. Produkte sind in der Regel kalt oder dauern ewig. Bestellungen im Drive sind in mindestens 50 Prozent der Fälle unvollständig. Das kann kein Versehen mehr sein.

Die Qualität der Nuggets waren unterirdisch, total trocken und ungenießbar. Zwei Sterne vergebe ich, weil der Mitarbeiter am Drive-in freundlich war und unsere große Bestellung vollständig war. Allerdings brauche ich ein bisschen Zeit mein Geld wieder für so eine Qualität auszugeben. Die Preise gehen hoch und die Qualität der Produkte nach unten. Da entscheide ich mich beim nächsten mal nicht für McD.

Laut Öffnungszeiten bis 00:00 Uhr war um halb 10 da einfach schon zu. Lächerlich
