123 Pizzeria Alzenau in Alzenau

After more than 2 hours of waiting and more than 10 unanswered calls, the pizzas were canceled! Unreliable, dubious! Wouldn't give this pizzeria a second chance after inadequate communication. I should probably have read the negative reviews beforehand, which I can hereby confirm!

2 stars are only given for the on-time delivery. I ordered the Italian salad. The salad was mostly brown, meaning it had probably been sitting there for a long time, you had to look for the pepperoni (for €1.00 more) and the ham was definitely not real ham. All in all, a bitter disappointment, as even the pizza rolls were very dry (possibly old). This was definitely the last time I ordered!

We ordered via Lieferando, we live one town away and waited 2 hours for our food, the delivery person was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, the food was cold when it finally arrived and looked like it had been dropped on the floor three times before we got it. We have always enjoyed ordering there, but from now on we will avoid eating at this pizzeria. I would also advise that to everyone else who wants good food.

I love pizza, this was so bad it doesn't deserve to be called pizza. Every Aldi pizza is better.

Food was supposed to be there in 60 minutes at the latest, the food was there in 120 minutes... it was a holiday but well then it would be better to say a little later like it was too early and then absolutely not stick to it. Our food was also really cold, not even warm.

After 123 reopened, we ordered there again. The schnitzel with broccoli hollandaise sauce was very tasty, the fries were unfortunately a bit soggy but edible, the side salad was nice and colorful and tasty. The spaghetti carbonara was the German version as described, but something was missing in taste. Unfortunately the pizzas didn't work at all, way too much cheese, isn't that possible? But unfortunately, especially when the dough was only 1-2mm out of the 5-7mm, it's a shame...

I've repeatedly had the problem that the driver didn't have any change. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all. There was also a different amount on the handwritten bill than the driver wanted from me. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all. If I want to tip, I will, but not if the driver doesn't have change. I used to often order there from work, but this was definitely the last time.

First the food was delivered to us incorrectly and finally they wanted to take photos of our order. Apart from that, the delivery person even wanted his food back after we gave feedback about the wrong food being delivered. Incredibly bad service! Not recommended!

To break my fast, I ordered a pizza, a salad and a drink, and everything arrived as expected. I chose a mushroom pizza (no extras). But when I took the first bite, I immediately noticed salami on it - a topping I hadn't ordered as I don't eat pork!!. I immediately called the restaurant to clarify the misunderstanding. However, the lady on the phone claimed that I had supposedly ordered a mushroom and ham pizza (even though my pizza actually had salami and not ham). Their receipt supposedly said ham, but the Lieferando app only said pizza mushrooms and nothing else. I immediately requested a refund. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything yet and I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service. You can keep the €7-8 - I definitely won't order there again.

It was said that the food would arrive in an hour, we waited for two hours and it arrived, €15 for the one with some fries, the food arrived cold.

That was between 3.5 and 4 stars. Preparation is quite quick when you pick it up and order on site. In terms of taste, the two calzones and the two pizzas weren't bad at all. One calzone was quite well filled, the other not so much. The tiramisu was huge and really, really good. Far better than the usual delivery service standard. The large mixed salad, on the other hand, was very manageable, but good. So light and shadow, but more light.

Good morning, last night I ordered for 9:30, in between the food arrived at midnight, frozen, the delivery guy thought I wouldn't write bad reviews, thought about just giving me a menu, when I asked if there was was possible to prepare it I returned because he made me pay €32 for two menus... (only the colors of the sign are Italian) I can't recommend it to anyone

Unfortunately, the food was delivered late and the driver didn't want to give me any remaining money because he meant a tip, even though I didn't want to give a tip because of the delivery time! Apparently he didn't have any money with him so I wanted to change it but he didn't want to give it to me so the driver forced me to give a tip. The driver is a complete disaster!

Ordered food for the whole family via the homepage on January 6th, 2024 and paid immediately via Paypall. It was activated immediately and it took about 40 minutes. After 2 hours there was still no food. I then drove by personally. And what a surprise they were closed. How can it be that an order is possible even though the delivery service is closed. Now I have to get my money back via Paypal. Which isn't quite that easy. We enjoyed ordering there. But we won't do that again in the future.

I ordered 2 family pizzas for our company by phone on Wednesday for Friday afternoon. These simply weren't delivered. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all... I definitely won't be ordering anything there anymore.

Essen kam recht schnell, aber ich hatte Pizzabrötchen mit Schinken bestellt so wie immer und heute waren sie mit einer Mortadella Wurst... eklig...

Die Gemüsesuppe war sehr lecker, so schön und liebevoll eingepackt. Dazu gab es sogar frische Brötchen! Das kriege ich nicht überall und das meiner Meinung nach ist ein Muss für eine Suppe. Also eine wunderschöne Überraschung! Das Pizzabrot war auch sehr lecker! Alles kam schneller als angekündigt und war richtig heiß. Ich war sehr glücklich!

Am Telefon sagte man 30-40 Minuten, nach 2 Stunden war das Essen auch schon da... ...auf Nachfragen eine Stunde nach Bestellung sagte man uns "Der Fahrer ist schon unterwegs!" Als der Fahrer kam sagte er, er könne nichts dazu, es dauerte bis das Essen fertig war. So viel zur Wartezeit. Das Essen, besonders der Salat waren bisher immer sehr gut, aber diesmal ein absoluter Reinfall...lieblos und leider auch geschmacklos zusammen gewürfelt, Tomaten schmeckten vergoren, die Brötchen so trocken und hart, dass sie zerbröselten und seit wann ist im italienischen Salat MELONE und APFEL????? Als ob man alle Reste die darum geflogen sind einfach mit drauf hat.... - bei meiner Mutter haben die Zwiebeln gefehlt und die Pizzen waren nur lauwarm Sehr sehr traurig 2 Sterne weil es ehemals mal wirklich gut war...ist ein Glücksspiel....

Nach dem Stadtfest um 2 Uhr Nachts habe ich noch die Eibe der besten Pizzen meines Lebens gegessen..... total nett! Alles kein Problem! VIELEN DanK! Top👌

Leckeres Essen und wirklich schnelle Lieferung. Essen ist immer in ca. 30 min. schon in Freigericht. Bestellen mittlerweile nur noch dort - mal so nebenbei: wir empfehlen die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen. Mega lecker!

Ich bestelle hier nun seit einiger Zeit. Nie gab es Probleme mit dem Essen oder der Lieferung. Ganz im Gegenteil! Heute jedoch, bestellte ich Calamaris, die sich dann jedoch als Zwiebelringen entpuppten. Das war leider eine enttäuschung! Ansonsten super!

Nicht wie üblich eine Pizza, sondern einen Burger bestellt. Der Burger war geschmacklich okay, jedoch war das Patty TK-Ware. Die nächsten drei darauffolgenden Tage hatte ich Magenschmerzen.

Sehr sehr lecker. Wir haben an einem Sonntag Abend bestellt und die die Lieferzeit sollte 40 min dauern, aber nach 20 Min war das Essen schon heiß hier angekommen. Die Pizza hatte eine leckere fruchtige Tomatensosse und leckeren Käse. Die Nudeln waren reichlich und geschmacklich auch top. Endlich mal ein Lieferservice in Alzenau den ich empfehlen kann.

Super schnelle Lieferung, und essen ist absolut top nur könnten sie bei den Pommes in der Verpackung oben ein Loch rein machen damit sie nicht so weich werden.
