Just fast food. We rarely go to MC. Although I have to say that this location is always clean. The tables are cleaned regularly. During our last visit, an employee even asked us if everything was okay. And our complaint was resolved to our satisfaction without any objections and in no time at all. One or two branches could take an example from this!

In an emergency, MacD had nothing to complain about. The children were happy about their Happy Meal with gifts. The coffee was good. The medium coffee was enough for the next 300 km. But that wasn't all. The true peak of the potential for trouble is reached with the current Monopoly promotion. This is where the branch shows its most creative side: extra veggie stickers are attached to the highly sought-after Monopoly stickers - and obviously in such a way that customers either cannot remove them or the stickers are irreparably damaged. You feel like a real fool when you spend minutes trying to get rid of those extra adhesives, only to end up with a torn sticker and deep frustration. This seems less like a stupid mistake and more like a deliberate act of sabotage. Maybe a new method to ensure that no one profits from the Monopoly winnings? The sad thing about it: Instead of inspiring customers with a great promotion like Monopoly, you leave the impression as if you're literally trying to punish them for visiting. Conclusion: This branch is a prime example of how you can permanently scare away customers. If you go here, you should either have endless patience or no expectations - otherwise you are guaranteed to leave the branch annoyed and with the feeling that you should eat somewhere else.

Used on weekends by horsepower posers to show off the S-Class and similar cars. The store was full and the staff could barely keep up. Payment was apparently not possible with the app, but PayPal still booked. After I complained, the money was refunded. All in all, it was rather tiring there, at least on weekend evenings.

The burger was almost cold even though we ordered a few extras. But the taste was very tasty. We still had 20 pieces of chicken but they were so dry that they were almost impossible to eat. Unsere Abholnummer war erst am Display unter „In Vorbereitung“ zu sehen und dann plötzlich nicht mehr Sind dann zum Ausgabetresen vor. Nach nachfragen, wann unser Essen fertig sei, wurde uns nur gesagt: das können wir nicht sagen. Bitte warten sie. Nochmal 25 Minuten gewartet. Dann kam das Tablet. Pommes und Nuggets im happymeal waren lauwarm. Das Quetschi hat gefehlt und auf das Buch das Inhalt war, mussten wir noch warten. Aussage: darf nur Kollegin ausgeben Die Cheeseburger waren kalt und sahen unappetitlich aus. Im Wartebereich waren nicht nur wir, sondern 30 andere Personen. Deutsche Sprache der Angestellten mangelhaft. Dieser Mc Donalds würde 0 Punkte bekommen, wenn es möglich wäre. Auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

The service in the early shift (a lady) takes over 20 minutes for a small breakfast order. She also makes fun of customers (because we asked how long it would take and she made fun of it and said 5 minutes extra again). In addition, the order was incorrect even though it took 20 minutes. My cup wasn't closed properly either so I spilled it and then the waitress laughed at me.
