Underground! Something is constantly being forgotten in McDrive! Mainly the burger. Is it really that difficult to read from a piece of paper what needs to be put in a bag? Maybe chat less with each other or stare at your private cell phone. Then it could work...

I waited forever for the food. And waited just as long at the counter. If you want to watch the grass grow, this is the place for you.

If you don't have enough time or it's too late, this option is an excellent alternative. The professional demeanor of the drive-in staff is convincing; the food received conveys an authentic American flair.

Ich frage mich, wie sich dieser McDonald’s hält. Die Qualität ist einfach katastrophal. 9 von 10 Bestellungen sind kalt/nicht durch oder sehen unappetitlich aus. Das Personal ist ebenfalls extrem ungeschult/unfähig und unfreundlich. Selbst wenn man nach Monaten Pause mal wieder spontan dort kauft, sind die Probleme immer dieselben. Es gibt bestimmt auch einzelne „vernünftige“ Angestellte, die sind aber scheinbar zu selten oder gar nicht mehr dort am arbeiten. Fazit: Seit Jahren ein Geschäft, welches man am besten weiträumig umfährt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

The store is disgustingly dirty. I've never gotten a milkshake there because something was always wrong or they were out of stock, even though other branches have never had a problem with that. I couldn't collect points on my order, and on my last order, in addition to unfriendly service, they didn't provide napkins or answer my questions.

Ordered a McWrap scrambled eggs, got them with bacon, and ate them. Vegetarian options are different, and judging by the staff's shoulder shrugs, it doesn't seem to matter.

McDonald's. It is not possible to order a menu because the fries are empty. How can McDonald's ever run out of fries??? We used a table stand. The McDonald's employee (apparently of Indian descent) ran past us three times, even though the thing was clearly visible. When I pointed out to the lady that we were here, I was looked at stupidly and shook her head. I don't know what hit her. The fries were very oversalted so that I had a dry mouth instead of a feeling of fullness and the burgers were also served cold. In general, I would recommend perhaps going to Potsdam where my colleagues are friendlier or the Burger King if you are allowed to go to the competition

This "restaurant" is truly a disaster. A lot of things were broken inside and out, tables were dirty, burgers were carelessly thrown together, we got the wrong burger.

Order in the evening at McDrive was two large fries and 9 pieces of PlantNuggets. I paid that too. After waiting in the parking lot for over 30 minutes, I got 2 medium fries and 9 chicken nuggets. It doesn't work at all 👎🏻

The single chili cheese was reasonably tasty, but €4 for a cheeseburger with a different sauce is pretty steep. I've already forgotten the sauce, but a whole burger patty is new to me.
