Food as always. Staff is so friendly. Lots of computer games... for children.

Unfortunately, Mc. Donalds still unable to pack the entire order. This has been going on for years. Something is always missing.

Nice branch but not particularly friendly staff

Even if there is a long queue at the car counter, you will receive your order neatly and quickly. Unfortunately, sometimes the queue is so long that a ring traffic jam forms on Heiligenhauser Straße.

The service is very bad. Employees can't tell the difference between 2 and 3, the store is often dirty, the toilets are dirty underground. Any suggestions or criticism will not be understood. At least one item is always missing from the orders, fries are always cold. It's a shame that my criticism had a real impact in the Essen Bottroperstr branch, but unfortunately not here.

Nice and friendly staff, the atmosphere is functional and clean, the outside area is spacious.

Had to negotiate with the employees for several minutes to get a sauce that was part of the menu, and that for an order value of 30 euros. Sorry, this has nothing to do with customer service. I won't do that to myself again.

The employees in Velbert try very hard to do everything well. The branch is also very clean. You can eat here in peace, especially in the morning.

I screwed myself over 2 burgers again and didn't pack them. Happened to me for the third time. If you don't take a look immediately you will be cheated. I've never had one burger too many. Was the last time.

Problems ordering, getting the wrong food.

Hello McDonald's, I went to McDonald's today. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and 2 chicken burgers. The food Was perfect 1 chicken nuggets 2 chicken burgers unless I got beef burgers I'm from India I'm not allowed to touch something like that Service 5/10

I hate it. The sauces on the burgers are becoming ALWAYS less, be it cheese, or the fish on the fish burger. That can't be right? When we always order, something is either missing or the wrong things are packed in... once twice you can still turn a blind eye. But that really happens a lot! Unbelievable

Ufff, you can forget about MC Drive, the guy didn't understand anything. And extreme waiting times. Never again, honestly, it's best to go to the BK opposite.

Ohhh my god but the staff didn't leave at all today, first the lady forgot something and then I'm at home and she gave me iced tea instead of coca cola and there was a lady in front of me and the same employee with her also forgot something so that's what I think the employee wrong at McDonalds or ?It doesn't work at all

One of the best and cleanest McDonald's in North Rhine-Westphalia, I've been to a lot of them and I have to say, this one is really clean, the employees are always motivated, good connections. And parking spaces are also plentiful.

Maybe the company should consider expanding the branch here to another location. There is always a huge rush inside and outside...

Friday, September 30th 40!!! Waited minutes in store for order! Scoreboard was not updated. The store was packed and you couldn't hear the numbers being called. After 35 minutes the store manager was called to cancel the order as it had disappeared on the ad (in preparation). Our food had probably been there for some time. Result: cold burgers! Because of the hunger and the overcrowded store, I no longer feel like complaining. Definitely the last time there. PS: MC Drive backed up onto the main road - so we went straight in. Yes, it was full, but the concept of the ordering method should be reconsidered, thanks to McDrive, machine ordering, cash ordering and the app, the employees have no chance at all of complying with all of this. Previously, things went better when orders were ordered directly at the counter and when the products were issued/made available.

It used to be a shame, but today it's really cool!

Some of the service staff have such little knowledge of German that they simply do not understand complaints.

I just got coffee to go. It was just warm not hot. The cup is only half full. It looks like it's already been there. I'm not going there anymore.

Tasty, but sometimes the burgers could be hotter...The New Citizen M tastes quite good, but I don't like the pickles, next time I'll leave them out because if you don't want something on the burger, they'll be remade and that it's really hot then 😀. A long time ago there was the McRösti Raclette, a disappointment 😒... but that's the fault of the employees, they can't figure out that the cheese has to be under the Rösti, the outside of the cheese is hard, not enough of the cream, dry burger. ..it's just strange, if you eat it in another branch it's just juicy and delicious.. Dear employees from Velbert, you can do better... Make an effort...😁

It's one of the worse ones; things are often forgotten at the drive-thru. Today, March 28th, 2024, McCrispy without chicken. 08/18/24: tried the new “Der M” today. There was the cheese and the fried onions. Can't recommend that.

Disaster! As it turned out today, six years after my first review. After a nine-hour drive back from the holiday, we ordered our food to be picked up using the app. It was crowded today, yes. It's the wine festival weekend, yes! But forgetting the 20 chicken MC nuggets and a large fries, the two double cheese burgers were dry and tasted old and the soda cups were only half full was a disgrace!! It's not the first time that something was forgotten and we had to address it several times. And no, we didn't complain about it this time because our car was still fully loaded and it was already late (after 11 p.m.) and we were really hungry! I won't accept the excuse of the high crowds. That's pure unprofessionalism!! No, I do NOT love it!!

I've never received a complete order at MC Drive, whether it was sauce or a burger, something was always missing and today I'm very happy to never go there again. Terrible

The staff apparently only get paid with bananas. I have rarely seen such a horde of monkeys! Unfriendly, incompetent and really lazy to work! One of the worst we have in NRW!

The Twix ice cream was not tasty. Tooth-unfriendly Caramel too hard. Long waiting time. Staff unstructured in their work. Listless. Was able to sole the staff's shoes while running.

Very fast service, despite being busy. Nicely equipped and very clean. A showcase business for this franchisee. The other branches of the same entrepreneur should follow an example here.

5.20 p.m., outside: Wet, cold, baaaa, it was full. Otherwise, as always, we had a quick bite to eat, quite okay.

I've been eating here for years but today was a complete disappointment. The nuggets were totally wobbly like the soles of my shoes and my frappe caramel was just milk with caramel sauce and only a hint of it, which is not acceptable for the price, the staff in the restaurant doesn't have it Interested.

Unfortunately, 2 burgers were missing from the Mc Drive

Very clean branch. The food was warm. Well, in the past I would have given 5 stars but with today's prices 2.70 euros for a burger that doesn't even fill you up... I spent 17 euros and was still hungry later.

We were here two days in a row. The first time, our number disappeared at the top of the board and our food was only prepared when we asked. We had to wait a really long time. Today we ordered nuggets, fries and Mc Flurry for 3 people. The nuggets, fries and 1 x Mc Flurry were handed to us. When we were told that we were still waiting for two more Mc Flurry, we were given another one and when we were told again about our third Mc Flurry, we were finally handed it. All three Flurries were already very slow. And when we wanted to eat nuggets and fries in the holiday apartment, we discovered that all the sauces were missing. You don't have ketchup in your fridge when you're on vacation. So the nuggets and fries had to be eaten "dry".

By far the worst restaurant in Germany. I ordered takeaway food for our office earlier on June 27, 2024 at 5:55 p.m. When we arrived at the office, two burgers were missing. Now we have to share the food

Unfriendly service. We waited half an hour for the order even though it was ready for pickup and it was only ice cream. The number above has disappeared. When we asked, we were always told to wait. New customers kept coming in, ordering later and receiving them earlier. When we asked again we were told that we were causing stress. When we asked for the third time, they preferred to give our money back instead of helping. When we then wanted to speak to my superior. They didn't respond to it.

Always check! Instead of 2 bigmacs, 1 fillet o fish get dirty!

Went there for lunch today. Food was good, except for the drinks full of Wis cubes and one of them the size of my palm (approx. 12cm). The place itself wasn't that nice. You remain stuck to the floor with your feet and leftover food and lids from the drinks cups were lying there. The table was moderately clean but still OK. The order went flawlessly and we received our food delivered to the table within 5 minutes.

A fat employee with tattoos on her right hand talked to me stupidly after I asked for a cash register

McDonald's Velbert Heiligenhauserstr 82 Unfriendly people, I ordered something through the app and came out with a double pinch, I wanted to change it but it was impossible why I have no idea one thing I know is that I will never eat there or recommend it to others. I also spoke to Manege and suddenly all the employees don't speak German, they said it themselves That was such a bad experience. I definitely won't be going to McDonald's again

We wanted to eat something locally. The order terminals are set up in the entrance area. Several order terminals are down. Since it was a holiday, there was a lot going on here. Unfortunately, I was pushed aside several times in an extremely unfriendly manner by other customers of the restaurant, even though you yourself would have been the next person at the relevant terminal. The situation was extremely confusing. However, the staff did not feel responsible and ignored the situation, which resulted in us leaving this inhospitable place of insults and poor service after 15 minutes.

Sometimes it happens quickly and sometimes it takes forever. Very often burgers are forgotten and you really have to check carefully to make sure everything is in there.

Had dinner there yesterday. The cash register to pay for the order was not occupied. Instead we were made to wait forever. When the cashier finally came, there was no greeting from her. The food came quickly and was warm. That was great! Unfortunately, the fries (and these are usually always delicious at McDonalds) didn't really taste good. The Royal TS also tasted different than in the well-known branches. Many tables were not cleaned, you could see that people had already eaten there. Looking under the tables could make you lose your appetite. We were there around 12:00 p.m. and I don't think there was enough going on in the morning for it to look like that. It was really sticky and dirty everywhere. Especially on and on the angular anchors of the tables. There was also dirt in the toilets. Thick layers of dust on the dispensers next to the mirror. The floor in the cabin was also dirty. Here, too, it looked as if it had not been cleaned properly (wet!!!) for a long time. You can't actually accumulate that much in half a day. Our conclusion: food okay 👍🏻, cleanliness unfortunately absolutely non-existent 👎🏻

Starting with employees who don't speak German, especially at Mcdrive. Then we move on to the unfriendly professionals and end it with hair in the burger. Bon appetit folks

Solala. The Chicken MC Nuggets (20) were not as hot as you would expect. Normally they are still cooking. They tasted strange somehow. But still edible. The cheeseburger only gets a grade of 3 Everything was there quickly, perhaps too quickly, despite the busyness. I've eaten much tastier McDonald's food. Huge outdoor area, lots of parking spaces, everything is well done around it. But the food is the big deal. It's clear.

We were just at McDrive & the gentleman who took our order unfortunately didn't listen so we had to say everything twice. When I was serving food, I criticized my colleague and his colleague suddenly became rude. We were also able to observe at least 1 person working without gloves and also touching food! Our food was basically thrown at us and when I didn't drive off because our drinks were missing I was yelled at as to why I wasn't driving. All in all, 50% of the order was wrong and if it hadn't been in McDrive I would have returned the food immediately. Maybe the boss should think about staff training.

Loading real rubbish, you get there 3 minutes later after 10:30 and you don't get breakfast even though others are still being served and you get a cheeky answer - NO RECOMMENDATION!!!

Great job. When you're there for the first time you have to think carefully about what you enter into the machine. Everything we ordered was delicious and didn't take long. We will be back.

I don't recommend this place. I ordered a McFlurry Original for €4 and received a McSundae that was €2 cheaper. The staff doesn't do their job. The order was either incomplete and this time I received a different, cheaper product than I ordered!!!

Good solid place with the usual fare

Very disgusting. You work without gloves. They touch their noses and other things and then hold the food they serve with the same hands. When you ask them why, they answer that it's normal.

Everything is good so far, but why is it so cold in the restaurant in winter? You don't stay here for long and you can only eat with a jacket on.

We ordered two items with special requests. Both special requests were not taken into account, which meant that the items were inedible for us. Great Sunday evening when you sit in the car for 30 minutes because you feel like going to McDonald's and then you're so disappointed...

Except for the seating being too narrow, i.e. bench to table, I was happy. Typically McDonald's.

Mir wurden hier Fleischnuggets untergejubelt, obwohl ich Plantnuggets bestellt habe (das steht auch auf dem Kassenbon). Absolut unmöglich!

Super Inkompetente Mitarbeiter, kriegen nicht die kleinste Bestellung geschissen. Ob es daran liegt, dass Sie nichts verstehen oder ob es daran liegt, das Sie keinen Bock haben? Nicht zum ersten Mal muss man sich über Sachen ärgern, die nicht Stimmen. Das Essen ist kalt. Lange Wartezeit. Der schlechteste McDonald’s, den ich kenne. Dann lieber paar Meter mehr zum Burger King fahren.

Leider sehr lange Wartezeit und dann war der BigRösti nur lauwarm. Schade

Wenn ich dort esse ist es immer sauber, ich gehe aber nur wenn kaum Menschen da sind, mag es nicht wenn das Restaurant voll ist. Ansonsten geht es mir oft zu schnell, auch beim Drive In, da sind die Cheeseburger quasi immer zu kalt bzw nur lauwarm und das schmeckt nicht. Dafür klettern aber die Preise unaufhörlich nach oben, besonders bei den Getränken sehr ärgerlich da diese eigentlich nur ein paar Cent Warenwert enthalten.

Oft wird das bestellte Essen im Mc Drive vergessen!

Drive In Nutzer ! Alles top MCs halt... Essen gewohnt lecker unlecker! Service freundlich und bemüht. Lokal selber noch nie betreten. An den Angestellten mit deutschen Wurzeln am Drive-In Schalter : Danke dass es dich gibt , danke dass du die Amtssprache sprichst und verstehst, bei dir ist es immer am einfachsten zu bestellen ! ♡

Das bekommen was man dort erwartet.

Alles toll und gut wie viele andere Filialen, einziger Nachteil finde ich, es ist sehr klein gehalten was den Drive In betrifft. Aber mehr Fläche war wohl zum Bau nicht vorhanden, mit großem Auto wird es schwierig

Ist alles soweit In Ordnung, ist nur manchmal nicht so sauber und manchmal etwas zu laut, aber sonst ist es gut.

Mc Donalds halt , essen schmeckt überall gleich Ambiente ist Recht neutral und der Service ist das ich meine Bestellung am Bildschirm aufgebe und bezahle und auf dem Bildschirm steht dann auch wann ich mein essen abholen kann. Personalkontakt gleich null.

Einer der wenigen MCDONALD die richtig sauber sind, einschließlich der Toiletten. Gut so..

ESsen wird immer schlimmer . Trotz das man sich dort hin setzt bekommt man kaltes essen . Man bestellt mayo dabei und man muss hinterherlaufen hinter sein Essen. Und die Mitarbeiter sind alle unfreundlich als man sie drauf ansprach wegen dem Essen und mayo . Bekam man eine patzige Antwort wie das stimmt nicht oder dann müssen sie schneller Essen . Toiletten sind dreckig . So wie die Tische und der Böden.

Leider Bestellen nur am Automaten, wenn man sich eine Tisch Nummer nimmt, wird das Essen gebracht. Leider keine Behinderten Toilette 🚽 vorhanden.

Zu Stoßzeiten ist der Parkplatz knapp bemessen und genauso die Zufahrt zum Drive-In sorgt dafür, dass die Warteschlange schon mal bis auf die Straße zurück reicht. Inoffizielle Ausweichmöglichkeiten gibt es aber auf den benachbarten Grundstücken.

Essen war geschmacklich okay. Die einzelnen Zutaten aus dem der Buger bestanden, waren sehr lieblos drauf geworden. Bei 3 Bürgern war viel Mühe nötig die zurecht zu rücken um die überhaupt in die Hand nehmen zu können.

Schneller Service, essen meistens richtig. Selten Probleme mit extra wünschen. Könnte gemütlicher sein aber ist halt nur nen Mcs.

Es hat sich schon vor Jahren einiges am Konzept geändert, ich mag es so nicht sehr. Man bestellt das Essen an Terminals, was zwar dadurch, dass man selbst aussucht und sich nicht in Hektik verständlich machen muss, ein genaueres Bestellen erlaubt, aber in Stoßzeiten auch unter Zeitdruck geschieht. Zudem ist es sehr unpersönlich. Dazu sind die Räumlichkeiten ebenfalls sehr unpersönlich, nicht ansprechend, nichts auch nur annähernd gemütlich. Die Bürger sind lieblos belegt, es schmeckt zwar noch gerade, aber man spürt überall: hier geht es um Massenabfertigung - noch weitaus deutlicher, als noch vor Jahren. Jetzt weiß ich auch wieder, warum ich so selten hierher komme.
