One of the best and cleanest McDonald's in North Rhine-Westphalia, I've been to a lot of them and I have to say, this one is really clean, the employees are always motivated, good connections. And parking spaces are also plentiful.

Friday, September 30th 40!!! Waited minutes in store for order! Scoreboard was not updated. The store was packed and you couldn't hear the numbers being called. After 35 minutes the store manager was called to cancel the order as it had disappeared on the ad (in preparation). Our food had probably been there for some time. Result: cold burgers! Because of the hunger and the overcrowded store, I no longer feel like complaining. Definitely the last time there. PS: MC Drive backed up onto the main road - so we went straight in. Yes, it was full, but the concept of the ordering method should be reconsidered, thanks to McDrive, machine ordering, cash ordering and the app, the employees have no chance at all of complying with all of this. Previously, things went better when orders were ordered directly at the counter and when the products were issued/made available.

It used to be a shame, but today it's really cool!

We were here two days in a row. The first time, our number disappeared at the top of the board and our food was only prepared when we asked. We had to wait a really long time. Today we ordered nuggets, fries and Mc Flurry for 3 people. The nuggets, fries and 1 x Mc Flurry were handed to us. When we were told that we were still waiting for two more Mc Flurry, we were given another one and when we were told again about our third Mc Flurry, we were finally handed it. All three Flurries were already very slow. And when we wanted to eat nuggets and fries in the holiday apartment, we discovered that all the sauces were missing. You don't have ketchup in your fridge when you're on vacation. So the nuggets and fries had to be eaten "dry".

We wanted to eat something locally. The order terminals are set up in the entrance area. Several order terminals are down. Since it was a holiday, there was a lot going on here. Solala. The Chicken MC Nuggets (20) were not as hot as you would expect. Normally they are still cooking. They tasted strange somehow. But still edible. Huge outdoor area, lots of parking spaces, everything is well done around it. But the food is the big deal. It's clear.

We were just at McDrive & the gentleman who took our order unfortunately didn't listen so we had to say everything twice. When I was serving food, I criticized my colleague and his colleague suddenly became rude. We were also able to observe at least 1 person working without gloves and also touching food! Our food was basically thrown at us and when I didn't drive off because our drinks were missing I was yelled at as to why I wasn't driving. All in all, 50% of the order was wrong and if it hadn't been in McDrive I would have returned the food immediately. Maybe the boss should think about staff training.
