Cleanliness and order left much to be desired. The entire men's restroom, especially the squat toilets, was flooded, and the sit-down toilet was worse than any train station toilet. Absolutely disgusting.

I am extremely dissatisfied. On several occasions, I've noticed that something is missing from my larger McDonald's orders – sometimes a drink, sometimes a sauce, sometimes even an entire burger. This is simply inconsiderate and disrespectful to the customers. I pay for a complete order, but I never receive everything I ordered. For a major brand like McDonald's, this is absolutely unacceptable. Please ensure that orders are thoroughly checked before being served.

An hour's wait for a coffee... the guests next to us would have left too if they hadn't already paid... High-profile visit or not... you really need to work on your processes.

I was at the MC Drive-In. Our order wasn't fully prepared. A chicken burger was missing, and the MC sundae was almost forgotten.

If you're looking for a cause for hunger, then you've come to the right place. A 45-minute wait for a burger and fries is abysmal. Yes, it was busy, but the cause lies with the staff. Four employees at the grill station and six in the serving area. But everyone was standing in a pile, practically fighting over the next available burger, then all ganged up on the fryer and trying to shove a portion of fries into the box with eight hands. The display monitor for order completion was broken, and the staff, who didn't speak German, were unable to call out the order number. So, orders simply remained on the counter. When an employee finally brought an order to the table, it became clear why he was moving so slowly. The soles of his sneakers were broken and hung in shreds on his feet. But he was always careful to fluff his shoulder-length hair into place. Occupational safety and hygiene are very important at McDonald's, but only for the sake of grammatical correctness.

All the food was handled without gloves. The employees occasionally touched each other and rubbed each other's hair. I was given suggestive looks and watched from the windows all the way to the car. If the male employees are so desperate, there's still no reason to be so disgusting.

Things have deteriorated dramatically. Something gets forgotten at the drive-thru every time. This is literally the fourth time that either the burgers are wrong or the sauces have been forgotten. The employees are extremely unfriendly, especially in the evenings. They apparently can't read a screen. They'd rather joke around with other employees. Something urgently needs to change here!

Today my son wanted to eat something at McDonald's, so I went there. The service was a total disaster, the cleanliness and hygiene were abysmal, and the order was incorrect several times, and the burgers were served cold. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a long time, but this has nothing to do with McDonald's anymore.

Nice staff. Exorbitant prices. You should always check if they have napkins or cleaning wipes when using the McDrive. It's always a mess, especially with the McRib. I've been getting them for years, and they keep forgetting. Plus, those constantly changing digital boards are hell! You only get a few seconds to see what you can order. What incompetent agency hasn't put themselves in the shoes of a customer? How is that supposed to work? It's pure torture to have the menu constantly shoved in your face.

Actually, one of the neatest McDonald's restaurants I've been to. Modern decor. Food according to McDonald's specifications. The apple turnover was very hot, so fresh. Nothing to complain about.

It's definitely one of the worse places; things often get forgotten at the drive-thru. Today, March 28, 2024, I tried McCrispy without chicken. August 18, 2024: Tried the new "Der M" today. They forgot the cheese and fried onions. Can't recommend it. January 16, 2025: The bag of fries was only half full, but almost twice as heavy as normal (250 grams). I can't explain how fries can get so saturated with fat. Inedible. June 19, 2025: Something was forgotten again. While the Coke is heating up and the other food is getting cold, you have to listen to the employee yell at you about why you ordered chicken wings. I have no idea if Prünte or McD itself needs to clean up this place. August 7, 2025: The other way around today, McCrispy only had the "patty." It's crazy how you get treated like that.

In Velbert, on the other hand, you pay full price but get significantly less. For me, it's no longer worth visiting here – neither for ice cream nor for any other products. Absolutely amazing. I've never been to such a modern, upscale McDonald's as this one. I'm a trained hotel manager and come from a four-star restaurant background. It was busy, but my daughter and I still had our food less than five minutes after ordering. The terrace with its comfortable lounges is also inviting. The restrooms were very clean.
