Very wild, I'm here every two weeks and it's often empty so you can order straight away. Unfortunately there is no display stand where you can order digitally, but the store is often empty so yeah, very wild

I've never received a correct order, something was always forgotten. Why am I even asked if I want ketchup or mayo when I end up getting neither anyway?

No employees in the store. We waited 20 minutes for the waitress to tell us that the colleague couldn't do it at the moment and would come at some point. What a disgrace!!!

I actually liked eating at BurgerKing every now and then, but today that was my last desperate attempt to get food. As happened 2 weeks ago, today the same tragedy. No car in front of me at the drive in, the store is empty and despite waiting 10 minutes there is no response from the employee. I then drove to the front, lo and behold, there was no guest at the checkout but the girls were talking loudly out the window about the parking lot. Shaking my head, I went over to the competition because it was exactly the opposite and my friend also received the food quickly. If you want to experience something and have time for games like this, please. For me today was definitely the last attempt, never again!

I placed a fairly straightforward order with three burgers, two lattice potatoes and a drink. However, I had to wait a total of almost 30 minutes before I got my food in my hands - and there wasn't actually much going on in the branch. The staff, especially the person at the checkout/order taker, seemed hopeless overwhelmed. Well, I'm happy that I finally had my order I drove home. Once there, the next surprise: The plant-based patties from the two Cheesy BBQ Lovers were both really burnt, the surface was simply black (see attached photo). Roasted flavors are ok, but if the entire burger just tastes burnt, that's not good. The lattice potatoes, which at least have a hefty price, were apparently put into the wrong packaging that was too small, and there were only 5 to 6 lattice potato pieces inside (photo also attached). And that’s with both lattice potato orders. That's very sad. But the cheese melt plant based burger took the cake. There was no plant based pattie on it, but there were several strips of bacon. Conclusion: In an order worth around 28 euros, only the Fuze tea was okay, with the rest something went wrong everywhere. The Velbert branch has never been the fastest when it comes to the ordering process, but this order was a disaster overall. I would like the people there to be better trained so that they are not so overwhelmed and the orders are fulfilled better.

The store was almost empty and THE BURGERS were cold even the chili cheese nuggets were so lame in the oil that over half of the nuggets were empty and they were all hard. I've never had such a bad meal at Burger King.

I think it's the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The lady at the checkout was suddenly stressed from 0-100 because of four guests, I don't even want to mention the habits of one guest. Tables were dirty, the tray carts were all full. You could wet your hands in the toilets, but there was no soap or paper towels and the dryer made a noise but the warm air was missing like everything else.

Waited for 35 minutes for nuggets in the car with the children and my husband. Absolutely underground... we ordered food today at 4:33 p.m., delivery time according to the app: 59 minutes. We tried to call there from 5:50 p.m., no one answered and it was busy, but our calls were still not answered. We wanted to drive there ourselves at 6:20 p.m., then the driver came towards us. I also asked her that it took so long and that no one could be reached by phone. Then the only statement was that the manager also had to take orders in the store. Since only one person is driving today (completely incomprehensible on a Sunday) the delivery time was so long. Orders are put together incorrectly. It takes 20 minutes to order because they work extremely slowly here. It takes another 30 minutes until you get your food. Furthermore, the staff is super unfriendly. The store simply belongs to done.

If there are 10 customers standing in line, the word fast food restaurant takes on a completely different meaning. Pack sizes and temperatures of fries and drinks are spontaneously adjusted by the employees, to the detriment of the customer, and when asked, they simply laugh it off and that's it. Conversations about this are not possible at a qualified level with minimal staff because as a customer you are not allowed to have your say. And last but not least. Attention is drawn to the special circumstance that problems are always customer problems. So my problem is dealing with the customer in such an unfriendly way, who secures your job, and the postscript that you don't have to buy, you can just leave, then tops it all off. This makes it easy for the competition to further differentiate themselves

I have rarely seen such a lame (slow) way of working in a fast food restaurant. Everything was fresh and hot when you got your food. But that has nothing to do with “fast”. Everything is simply too sluggish there. If you compare it to McDonalds, Burger King (in my opinion) has no chance. Cleanliness: Average for a fast food chain.

So by fast food I mean that it should be quick. If you wait 15 in the drive-thru it's annoying and the fries have often been almost cold. It can't be due to busy activity, as it didn't look full and the BK in Wuppertal Elberfeld manages that too

Since I was really annoyed at the time and, above all, hungry, I paid 17.99 instead of 11.99 and asked for extra ketchup for the fries, which I got. I drove 5 minutes to my house and was looking forward to my meal, only to discover on the couch that the Whopper was ar...cold. At least not the Long Chicken. But what was even worse was that although I had my ketchup, the fries were completely missing. Conclusion Paid too much for cold and missing food and what was supposed to be a quick meal cost me almost an hour. I like eating at other Burger Kings. But next time I'll go to McDonald's across the street.

The food was as usual at Citizen King. But the service was a disaster. Waiting almost 30 minutes for your food at a "fast food joint" because the lady at the checkout couldn't get it is really sad. Next time I'll go to another Citizen King and see if they can do better.

I ate here today, January 5th, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. and had a very unpleasant experience. Because I didn't put my tray away, a member of staff insulted me in a rude manner. She said that as a customer I was obliged to put the tray away. It was only when the shift leader intervened that the situation was relaxed. It's unbelievable how rude people treat guests here. If it is mandatory to put away your tray, a sign to that effect would be helpful - instead of treating guests so disrespectfully. Such behavior clearly shows how little value is placed on customer friendliness here. If you treat guests like this, you don't need to expect politeness in return. For me, this is a juice shop and the many negative reviews are completely understandable and authentic. Absolutely disappointing! We won't be coming back again.

Basically, fast food restaurants are visited for quick meals. Here, “Almost” takes on a new meaning. The tortoise also won against the hare, it's not the speed that's important, it's the result that counts. The fact that you are already starving while waiting for your food is irrelevant.

Ordered vegan food and didn't get it. Burgers themselves weren't that tasty either - the meat wasn't quite cooked through! Very disgusting toilets. It's better to take the route and go to the one in Essen, the people there are somehow nicer and more competent.

I think the business has really slowed down. At first the burgers were delicious, recently I bought a cheeseburger that was just disgusting, lukewarm meat that tasted strange and the cheese was cold as hell, just stuffed everything together. No, thanks. No longer recommended.

Normally I would give 4 or 5 stars because we like to get ice cream there with the kids on the way and therefore use the DriveIn every now and then. We did the same thing recently [without children] after a concert and were under the misconception that you could get fresh food there. [I am aware that this is a generally bold proposition for a fast food restaurant] What we got was probably the leftovers from the day. Even though no one but us was in the drive-in or restaurant and our order could easily have been prepared fresh... we only got cold leftovers.

Unfortunately, like many others, on July 16th a lady (who served alone) treated us very stupidly when we ordered. We said hello as normal, no one said anything back, and showed us our app to redeem our vouchers. The first voucher was scanned and then someone said “what else”?! Without asking what kind of drink should be on the menu or asking for ketchup or mayonnaise. The second voucher was just asked in a curt manner: “Again the same voucher or what?” I pointed out to her that it was a different one but she simply didn’t enter it. On leg 3 and the last voucher she was so annoyed that we used another voucher from the app that she simply entered the 1 voucher twice until we were only at €12.. We then asked which voucher she had bagged and then we noticed that she hadn't entered one voucher at all and had entered the other twice. She was so annoyed that she rolled her eyes several times and just ran to the back and left us there without saying anything to get the card to cancel When she scanned everything correctly and we pointed it out to her, she also asked if she had a drink. Unfortunately very bad for business, as we now prefer to go to the mc or kfc on the other side of the street! Short woman, slightly stocky, black hair! It would be great if you had a conversation with the lady about how to deal with customers who are well respected there! Addendum 10 minutes later: Unfortunately we were then given 1 wrong burger! Instead of chicken a beef castle...
