We always wait a long time until we are served, the second cash register is just a decoration. Drive-in customers are given priority, even if we wait forever in the store even though we were there first. Orders are always incomplete (missing sauce, wrong drink, wrong burger, etc.). In any case, you should check the order straight away! When asked, they say "that can't be right, the burger was in the right compartment", as if we could do something about it if the organization in the kitchen wasn't working. The tables are always dirty, music is only turned on sometimes, so you can usually only hear loud conversations in the very noisy shop. The staff is very unfriendly and impatient when it's your turn and, for example, you have to load a voucher code onto your cell phone. If it wasn't a well-known fast food chain, the store would probably have closed long ago.

Normally I would give 4 or 5 stars because we like to get ice cream there with the kids on the way and therefore use the DriveIn every now and then. We did the same thing recently [without children] after a concert and were under the misconception that you could get fresh food there. [I am aware that this is a generally bold proposition for a fast food restaurant] What we got was probably the leftovers from the day. Even though no one but us was in the drive-in or restaurant and our order could easily have been prepared fresh... we only got cold leftovers.

That was the worst thing I've seen after so many years. For such a big company to present themselves like that. At the request of my wife, I went to Velbert Burger King again after a very long time. Dirty facility! Be it outside or inside. For a catering business Not representative and not exemplary either. I want to eat and I can't rate it because I'm not a King fan But it's daunting to stay there! Clean up the shop and get rid of the smell outside where the trays of food leftovers pile up in the heat. I recently went to Burger King in Velbert and was very disappointed with the long waiting times. Even though the restaurant wasn't crowded, I had to wait forever to place my order. After ordering, I waited another long time for my food. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and the organization was poor. These long wait times are simply unacceptable in a fast food restaurant. I'll probably consider other options in the future. Hopefully management will improve the situation.

Unfortunately, like many others, on July 16th a lady (who served alone) treated us very stupidly when we ordered. We said hello as normal, no one said anything back, and showed us our app to redeem our vouchers. The first voucher was scanned and then someone said “what else”?! Without asking what kind of drink should be on the menu or asking for ketchup or mayonnaise. The second voucher was just asked in a curt manner: “Again the same voucher or what?” I pointed out to her that it was a different one but she simply didn’t enter it. On leg 3 and the last voucher she was so annoyed that we used another voucher from the app that she simply entered the 1 voucher twice until we were only at €12.. We then asked which voucher she had bagged and then we noticed that she hadn't entered one voucher at all and had entered the other twice. She was so annoyed that she rolled her eyes several times and just ran to the back and left us there without saying anything to get the card to cancel When she scanned everything correctly and we pointed it out to her, she also asked if she had a drink. Unfortunately very bad for business, as we now prefer to go to the mc or kfc on the other side of the street! Short woman, slightly stocky, black hair! It would be great if you had a conversation with the lady about how to deal with customers who are well respected there! Addendum 10 minutes later: Unfortunately we were then given 1 wrong burger! Instead of chicken a beef castle...

Pretty bad restaurant, often understaffed, which leads to considerable waiting times even though there are hardly any customers on site. There's very little going on on Saturdays and while the drive-in opposite at McDonald's is overcrowded far down the street, I was the only one in the drive-in here at Burger King and I was still finished later than the last person at McDonald's. Unfortunately, the service is also underground. I'll be heading to McDonald's across the street soon, even though I actually prefer Burger King. It's a shame ☹️

Unbelievable but true Burger King, with 1903 reviews on Google Maps, is better than the Heiligenhauser Straße 8 police station in 42549 Velbert. The new burger with bacon is really tasty, it's just a shame that Burger King hasn't tried any new sauces with it, ketchup and mayo on the burger don't fit... Die schlimmste Filiale die ich je erlebt habe! Erst wartet man am Autoschalter ohne das jemand kommt, da die Sprechanlage defekt ist. Nach gut 10 Minuten, Die Kassierin 302 ( so steht es auf dem Bon vom 23.01.2024 um 19: 57 und 07 sek.) Total unfähig 3 Burger zu bonieren bzw. sich zu merken. Fragt 4 mal nach was man genau möchte. Zu allem Überfluss, wartet man weitete 15 min auf die Bestellung. Nur 2 Leute im Laden die bereits am Essen waren... Der Wahnsinn, da geht man lieber gegenüber zu McDonalds!

Der Vorteil bei Burger King ist, dass es nicht so voll ist, wie gegenüber. Ansonsten klassischer Burger King. Mit Glück sind die Pommes warm. Hamburger tendieren zu lauwarm, zumindest cheeseburger und Standard Hamburger. Es gibt auch ein vergleichbares Sparmenü für 5,99. 2 cheeseburger, Pommes und Cola. Das Geschmackserlebnis ist überschaubar. Zumindest für mich. Empfehlen kann ich eher Whopper oder für weniger Sauerei den Junior Whopper. Die schmecken noch nach was. Durchschnittlich gebe ich pro Person um die 15 € aus. Das ist auch nicht gerade wenig. Aber alle Jubeljahre kann man sich das gönnen.

Katastrophale Filiale. NIE WIEDER. Ein Mitarbeiter macht dort lustlos die Burger für 10-15 Bestellungen. Wartezeit 20 Minuten und mehr darunter geht es nicht. Das Essen ist ebenfalls sehr schlecht zubereitet. Lieber zu McDonald’s gegenüber schnelles sauberes und immer gleiche Qualität!

So ein Drecksladen, ich bestelle nie wieder dort ich wohne in Velbert-Birth und warte über eine Stunde auf mein Essen? Die Fahrer sind eine absolute Katastrophe zu blöd eine Straße zu finden, und überhaupt nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig!!! Lächeln einen blöd an und sagen, dann wenn man sie auf die unverschämte Lieferzeit anspricht: „Hehe, viel tun, viel tun.“ Bringt euren Mitarbeitern die deutsche Sprache und das Uhrlesen bei !!!! PS. Mein Essen war natürlich lau-warm.

Ich mag das Essen (plantbased) wirklich gerne, aber der Service ist unter aller Kanone - man wartet ewig und kriegt nichtmal im Ansatz eine Info in Richtung „tut mir Leid, wir sind unterbesetzt“ oder ähnliches…bisschen schade.

Bester Laden gönn dir das war leider einmal. Stand jetzt (2023)sehr freundliches Personal und leckerer burger aber in Hattingen ist die Filiale die momentan sehr gut ist. Aber burger immer lecker auch hier.

Ich finde es ehrlich erstaunlich, dass ich dort NIE das bekomme, was ich bestellt habe... Wie schwer kann das sein?? JEDES MAL ist irgendwo was falsch. Letztens stand ich zur Reklamation an und habe mitbekommen, dass der Typ der sich vor mir zur Beschwerde dort angestellt hatte, MEINE Jalapeños auf seinem Burger hatte. Doppelter Fail, den mir haben die gefehlt. Abgerechnet wurden sie mir trotzdem... Absolut unverständlich. Und sowas jedes Mal... Aber ich gebe nicht auf, kein Plan warum, scheinbar habe ich ein Whopper-Problem. 😬

Immer noch ein Saftladen! Unfähige Mitarbeiter die einem ins Gesicht Lügen. Hatte den King Deal bestellt 1x 1.99 u. 1x 2.99 also 4.98€ habe mit 10€ bezahlt und mir wurden 5€ zurückgegeben. Dann habe ich den Manager, der mich bedient hat gefragt ob er Servietten in die Tüte gepackt hat. Er sagte, ja. Leider hatte ich nicht nachgeschaut den es waren keine drin! Feuchttücher hatte ich auch angefragt, die Antwort war, haben wir keine mehr im Programm dann hat er versucht mich abzuwimmeln. Weil angeblich keine Centstücke mehr da waren. Der Burger hatte länger wie erlaubt im Durchgang gelegen, er war total weich und ungenießbar! Ich war immer ein Anhänger von BK, doch habe ich es nicht gern wenn ich angelogen werde, zudem bei der Bestellung to go immer Servietten dazu gehören. Leider sind die Mitarbeiter inklusive der Manager die dort arbeiten unfähig! Sie sollten sich lieber nen Job suchen der nichts mit Dienstleistung im Nahrungsgewerbe zu tun hat und mal verinnerlichen was es heißt wenn man Menschen mit Lebensmitteln bedient. Leider ist die GL nur am Umatz orientiert und kontrollieren die MA nicht ausreichend. Ich bin Koch und Metzger und schäme mich, dass solche Mitarbeiter inkl. der GL unfähig sind. Am Dienstag werde ich wegen dem Burger bei den entsprechenden Stellen melden, dass hier eindeutig gegen die Vorgaben, die ich im übrigen kenne verstoßen wurde. Kein Wunder das gegenüber im Meckes immer voll ist! Die bemühen sich wenigstens. Schämt euch! Ihr habt euer Geld nicht verdient und von mir gibt es keins mehr!

Das Essen ist soweit eigentlich immer gut, das Ambiente sauber und gepflegt, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings ist die Einteilung des Service bei "Rush Hour" fragwürdig, da es zu Stoßzeiten meist nur eine Kassenkraft ist und sich dann stets lange Warteschlangen bilden, dadurch sind die Mitarbeiter meist enormen Stress ausgesetzt, auch wenn sie sehr bemüht sind und nett bleiben, jedoch zieht sich das seit Monaten wie ein Roter Faden und handhaben andere Filialen deutlich besser. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug.
