I ordered two kofte patties today. Delivery took 1.5 hours. The driver rang my doorbell furiously. The food was inedible and cold.

Outrageous!!! I ordered food and the 60 minute delivery time was no problem! The phone in the shop is constantly busy, no one answers. My order hasn't arrived. 2-3 years ago you could still order from Key West with a clear conscience and now the quality is so bad. Unbelievable and a waste of money

Charged for a kebab plate even though only a small portion of kebab meat with fries was ordered... And then they also withheld a drink, which I unfortunately discovered later.

Until today, Key West was my favorite kebab shop in Velbert, but after today's experience, Key West is history for me!!! I'll have to look for another place. There are more than enough kebab shops in Velbert. At first, I didn't think the food was delivered about 20 minutes late, since it's Sunday and they were certainly busy. BUT..... The delivery person's behavior was unacceptable. He arrives about 20 minutes late and then rings the doorbell like a madman! FYI: It just takes a few seconds to open the door!!! About the food: The meat was cold and inedible. The fries were just as cold and soggy!!!🤢 Various sauces just slapped on, and way too much of them.🤢🤢🤢 I'M TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED BY THE DELIVERY MAN'S DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!!!!!!!!!! AND GOODBYE 👋👋👋

I was just there and ate a kebab. The kebab was really good, 8 out of 10 I'd say. There was a lot of meat in the kebab. The salad was good and the sauces were delicious. I can recommend it. The atmosphere is okay, it's a small shop.

Unfortunately our order from this kebab house was a big disappointment. After a wait of two hours (!), the food finally arrived - cold and in an unappetizing state. The sauces had leaked, which made the packaging soggy and made everything sticky. Unfortunately, the taste couldn't save the bad overall impression. With such a waiting time and such poor condition of the food, I cannot recommend this restaurant. It's a shame because we were really looking forward to it.

A few years ago, Key West was a famous snack bar with homemade sauces and Dutch specialties. Then the shop was sold and today there are kebabs and pizza. I can't say anything about the kebab because I hate the stuff like the plague, but pizza is better left to the Italians. They know how something like this works. Unfortunately the current owners don't! When you consider that you can get an excellent pizza at the Centro Storico restaurant for the same price, I wonder why anyone would order a pizza a second time. In any case, I won't do it and I can only advise everyone against it.

I don't want to be abusive, but you had a job. 6 kebabs with an extra request and all 6 kebabs were wrong. Nevertheless, the delivery (via Lieferando) was good and quick.

For us the best kebab in Velbert. The shop looks so inconspicuous from the outside but the food is really really good. And the staff is also very friendly.

The veal kebab is fresh and delicious. Richly topped and arrives warm. Ordered at a specific time and it arrived on time. Haa an Benedict already eaten in the store. This is not a restaurant. But really good for a snack. We will order again.

Disastrous order, took almost two hours, then I was bombarded with orders that I hadn't even made, plates were cold of course, I couldn't even find fries, once and never again

We ordered today and unfortunately had to wait 2 hours for our food. The fries cold and hard. Unfortunately the kebab was lukewarm and there was no sign of the sauce. We don't order anything here anymore. But the cola with the menu was great.

I thought about writing something for a long time... But it's a kebab house. But now my wife and I didn't order any kebab. But currywurst fries. The currywurst was really ok! But the fries, completely without salt and small, broken goods with a little too much time in the fries. Next time we will give the “Kebap” department the honor and report back.

They forgot the 3 ayran from the order! Unfortunately the phone doesn't work!

The first time I tried it 4 weeks ago I was thrilled and thought it was the best kebab in town. I was there again last week and was really happy, but only until I tried it. The veal was completely dried out and inedible. This was the top layer of remnants from a spit that had been spinning for hours. I was annoyed all evening. That's why there probably won't be a repeat. A pity.

It's not the nicest snack but if you want to eat in 10 minutes... Perfect. And everyone is very friendly!

Overall quite good. It's just a snack. There is always room for improvement. But we will definitely come back.

After 2 hours still no delivery. I called and was told the driver was on the way and would be there soon . 1 hour later still no delivery! Just cheeky. I certainly won't order there again

Wir haben mehrfach da bestellt und es hat uns immer geschmeckt. Besonders die Pizzabrötchen sind genial lecker.

Ich liebe den Laden schon einmal dafür, dass er nicht so heißt, wie alle anderen dönerbuden.der geschäftsraum ist sehr gepflegt und sauber hier bekommt man erstklassige Produkte die auch noch lecker schmecken. Im Sommer kann man sehr schön draußen sitzen und auf dem Willy-Brandt-Platz schauen. Das Publikum ist sehr gemischt und genauso freundlich wie das Personal. Die Bediensteten sind manchmal nur ein wenig verpeilt.

Da nehme ich am liebsten den Hänchen Döner mit Sauce Hollondais und Salat

For 10.50€ i get large wrap with chips and cola. Enough for such a big guy like me. All good but the staff looks so serious. MORE SMILE = MORE HAPPY CLIENTS!

Die beste orientalische Küche in Nrw , höchste Fachkompetenz und sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal , selten eine so saubere Lokalität gesehen mit solcher frische .5 Sterne sind zu wenig für das preis Leistung s Verhältnis. Nur am Rande ich bin Fleischermeister und habe für sowas ein geschultes Auge .

Einfach nur lecker. Der Teller ist immer voll. Muss manchmal einpacken lassen weil Mann es nicht schaffte denn Teller leer zu machen. Mega nett und einfach spitze. LG

Schmeckt wie immer extrem gut, Ramazan Abi weiß einfach wie guter Döner schmecken muss, er weiß absolut was Preis-Leistung bedeutet und wie man seine Kunden an sich binden tut. Danke für dein tollen Service und deine Jahre lange Erfahrung. 👍🏼

Wir bestellen sehr gerne bei KeyWest, heute auch wieder, allerdings war es heute ein kompletter reinfall.. . heute kam das Essen später als sonst, sonst kam es immer früher, das ist NICHT das Problem, das Problem war das Essen.. die Pizza ist komplett durchgeweicht, der Käse war komplett auf dem Kartondeckel und auf dem Rand verteilt und kaum noch was auf der Pizza, denke die Pizza ist runtergefallen, sieht echt nicht mehr so lecker aus wenn man sie öffnet.. man hätte es einfach an der Türe sagen können das sie runtergefallen ist.. Und ja alle Pommes sind komplett aufgeweicht(4xpommes) und schmecken fast garnicht mehr.... Selbst meine Kinder essen die nicht, und die lieben Pommes. Die Currywurst war lecker, aber auch dort waren die Pommes komplett durchgeweicht, auch an den Stellen wo die sauce nicht dran kam. Das Baklava hat auch garnicht geschmeckt. Tut mir leid. Mal sehen ob wir nochmal bei keywest bestellen werden, und wenn ja hoffen wir das es besser wird...
