Never experienced anything like this. This McDonalds branch is relatively new. I understand better and better why, as a foreigner, you have to give Berlin a wide berth. I actually wanted to order something but then decided against it. Really unsavory conditions in there. Typically Berlin.

I would like to share my experience of visiting this restaurant. Unfortunately, they were disappointing overall, especially when it came to customer service. My kid ordered a popcorn flavored cola that tasted really disgusting. I understand that tastes differ, but this drink was truly undrinkable. When I politely asked if it was possible to complain about this cola, the restaurant manager immediately became rude. She denied my request and said that you couldn't simply exchange a burger here. A comparison that is truly ridiculous in this context. We had spent a total of €70 and I find it unfortunate that such a fuss was made over a Coke. Despite the unfriendly reaction, I remained polite and asked if it would at least be possible to get a small Coke as a replacement. This was eventually granted, but with an unfriendly expression that gave the impression of a whining toddler. For me, good service means being accommodating and remaining friendly in such cases. As far as cleanliness is concerned, I agree with the previous negative comments. Dry towels were also missing in the men's and women's toilets. Finally, I would like to say that I find it shameful that other reviews here criticize people because of their migration background. It starts with me not being able to order in German because the staff doesn't speak the language. But much worse: it no longer has much to do with fast food. Paid at 8:19 p.m. and received food after multiple complaints at 8:52 p.m. Every steakhouse is faster. What happened to McDonald's? Quality standards no longer exist. I only went there because of the children, but today I decided that the only option was the competition. That's it with the golden M.

The meal I had ordered was basically thrown together. The burger had already fallen apart by the time it came to my table. I returned it to the counter and explained the condition of the food. The 'chef' was informed and started shouting at me, asking me what was wrong and not accepting my complaint. There was very little footfall at the time of my visit. I am shocked at the conditions of this branch. The restaurant is absolutely filthy - dirty tables, garbage is piled up, the floors are disgusting. I had to wait 20 minutes for a McMenu. The quality of the food was subpar and not what I'm used to from McDonald's. The McRib was carelessly slapped together and was completely covered in sauce. My Coke was no longer carbonated. I exchanged them straight away and again no carbonation. Ice cubes were also out. There's a lot that doesn't seem right here. The toilets are inhumane - see photo 🤢🤢🤢 McDonald's headquarters should urgently take action here!!!

I'm very disappointed, first of all it would be nice to have a sweep through, there are crushed fries lying everywhere, then it took a long time to prepare and was cold when we got it were allowed to pick them up even though there was nothing going on, then I ordered reusable cups because I think it's a good idea in principle, but I only got 0.5 once without comment and 0.4 once instead of 0.5 twice. When I asked at the counter why it was like that, I could only understand the condition in English and then I accepted it. Please excuse me for not taking the tray away and leaving it at the table, but I was very disappointed and didn't want to do this work anymore 😭

I have been to this branch many times. There are never any ice cubes for drinks. They always say they don't have any. Today I ordered a Cola Zero. When I asked, there were no ice cubes again. I then said good, okay, I'll take it without. The employee brought me the Coke and while I was waiting for my hamburger and fries I took a sip of the Coke. It was warm and tasted disgusting. When I got my food, I pointed out to the employee that my Cola didn't taste good. He then called the shift manager. He ordered 13 minutes after me but got his order before me. At some point one of the employees took pity (after repeatedly pointing out that the order didn't make sense) and took our receipt to read the order. Then he skillfully slapped what I thought was a standard order into the bag after 1 minute, which wasn't difficult since there were easily 20 burgers in the back and visible to everyone. And then all we get is sweet and sour sauce and chicken nuggets that aren't cooked properly. And as a cherry on top of the pile, a chicken nugget was also seriously eaten. This McDonald's really needs to be closed down as a matter of urgency or at least be under heavy scrutiny. Ordered a Mc Bacon menu today and a MC Flurry vanilla with double chocolate sauce. The burger was lukewarm and ketchup wasn't even offered with the curly fries. The MC Flurry was made as chocolate and suddenly vanilla was no longer available. I was offered water as a replacement...there was no money back. Last but not least, when I got home I discovered that the glass was broken (cracked) and was therefore only for the trash. It's a shame, because I can and will forego such a visit in the future. Ordered 2 large cold drinks with table service on a normal Saturday lunchtime. There wasn't much going on. Apart from the fact that the dining room wasn't really clean, it took the employees a good 15 (!) minutes to bring us our drinks. When the employee came, we almost fainted because he smelled so much of sweat that it made us sick. So personal hygiene should be an absolute priority in a job with customer contact and food!

Then she went to the coffee corner and tried to book my cappuccino and donut. Cash register broken, please go to the other one. On the way to this I also saw that one of the terminals was decorated with a defect note. The lady at the checkout also had breakfast with a lot of kindness. Then I finally had my cappuccino and donut and now I was on my way to a seat. Cleanliness is also very important here. Crumbs and grease stains everywhere. And that in the morning! I don't want to know what it looks like in the afternoon. Conclusion: Never again! Then rather jet next door.

Sehr heruntergekommenen Outfit. Geplatzten Scheibe gleich beim Eingang und Unmengen an Müll auf dem Parkplatz. Die "Guten" Zeiten scheinen hier schoooooon lange vorbei zu sein!

Die Toilette war echt eklig und versifft.

Geht steil bergab, Glückwunsch! Personal scheint überfordert und versteht kein Deutsch. War egtl immer gern da, aber iwie scheint alles super dreckig und unhygienisch mittlerweile. Warten muss man entsprechend der Personalsituation auch ewig. Da vergeht der Appetit, wenn man es wagt, dann mal nicht nur den McDrive zu nutzen.

App Bestellung funktioniert tipptopp. Personal freundlich, spricht deutsch und Englisch, schnell und arbeitet sauber: Bestellung korrekt ausgeführt, Burger gut zubereitet - so sollte es überall sein. Trotz Rushhour effektiv und fix sowie freundlich. Einzig zu kritisieren ist; die Kaffeemaschine sah ziemlich unappetitlich aus, von der hätte ich keinen Kaffee trinken wollen, und: DriveIn war dicht. Ansonsten echt top!

War vor dem Inhaberwechsel mal ein richtig gut geführter McDonald's. Mittlerweile herrschen selbst bei geringem Kundenaufkommen um 22:30 Chaos, lange Wartezeiten, volle Tablettwagen. Sehr schade.

25 Minuten auf zwei Kaffee gewartet, die Anzeige war defekt, man musste sehr genau aufpassen, wann die Abholnummer gehaucht wurde. Sorry, das hat keinen Spaß gemacht.
