Unfortunately I can only agree with a few here. I went to the drive in after the slightly mumbled “welcome your order?” And after my friendly good day, I was immediately told to wait in a rather unfriendly manner. And to wait... There was no other car in sight and, in retrospect, hardly any customers in the branch. Meanwhile, the monitor kept showing an order that I hadn't placed. (Perhaps the employees will be taught how to do this again?!) After waiting some more... And waiting... someone who was familiar with the technology was brought in. No thank you, no apology for having to wait, no... Nothing, just a mumble about what I want and then an I should go to the next window. The food... I actually like the fries, but one bag was ice cold and the second tasted a bit strange, as if the fat was no longer the freshest. Luckily this time half of it wasn't forgotten again (this branch is the reason why I always check quickly after receiving it to make sure everything is there) because it's difficult to prove anything afterwards. All in all, I can't recommend this branch, unfriendly staff, food is so-so and the employees haven't heard much about working quickly, some prefer to just talk to each other and let others run Which isn't a crime in itself, but it doesn't come across as well to the customer if you have to wait forever and then see something like that Wanting to give the branch another chance after a few bad experiences and a few months of waiting wasn't a good idea. I'd rather continue to give them a wide berth.

Unfortunately it's just bad, we regularly get something there because of the children but every time there is either something wrong or something is missing. If you don't explicitly check everything and take everything apart in the car, you'll end up driving away like we did, missing a burger and a drink. This is probably a complete calculation, as many then get back on the train and certainly don't turn around. Just bad.

You are hardly understood when ordering, you are given incorrect orders and it takes forever to receive your order at the drive-thru.

Even though it was not busy, the order was not entirely correct. The cleanliness was okay, the location right next to the highway and a gas station is ideal for travelers.

I was there today with my 3 boys and we had to wait over 25 minutes for the food. The order was incorrect. The boys wanted the Happy Meal because of the toys on offer. Then there was something completely different as a toy and this was just cheap cardboard. We didn't dismiss the question of exchanging it for a book or the toy we had chosen with a terse no. Service is different. The kids are sad and that was our last visit to this branch.

We had to wait more than 30 minutes and not a single employee could speak German or English. Mc's is understaffed and completely dirty.

A McRib without sauce is a real mess. This burger lives from the taste of the sauce. This one was so dry that it literally stuck in my throat. Unfortunately we only saw it when we got home because we had chosen to take away. Maybe I should be grateful, my good resolution not for but from 2025, that was my farewell to this fast food chain. Your own motto, quality is non-negotiable...well, it would be nice. The quality has been trending downwards in recent years, but now it has finally reached the bottom.

Dirty and everything full of rubbish. Toilet dirty. Burger had cold coffee and spoon was a soup spoon that was stained.

We live in Kleinmachnow and we go there 3-4 times a year and always order the same thing for two people: 9 nuggets and a double chessburger. Sometimes it's really hot or sometimes the ice cream is cold. Unfortunately, the cheese on the cheeseburger is always cold As I said, with the nuggets it is sometimes hot and sometimes cold

Cleanliness is virtually non-existent. Tables dirty, we waited forever for the food. When the food finally arrived it was lukewarm at best. 40 euros for the bin. It's a shame, it used to be better.

I've never waited so long at McDonald's...and I was the only one in the restaurant...after 20 minutes I dared to ask how long it would take. If you eat at this McDonald's restaurant, you shouldn't be in a hurry or take a lot of time. The waiting time was quite long and the drinks for breakfast unfortunately came much later than the food.

We sat and waited for the food for over 30 minutes. When I asked why it was taking so long, the answer was they couldn't do more than work. Orders placed at the front counter were processed immediately. The store is completely dirty, the tables are sticky and there is food leftovers everywhere on the floor. The worst McDonalds I've ever seen. Extremely long waiting times, then given the wrong menu (the burgers and fries were anything but fresh). We were there today on November 10th. eat at this McDonald’s at 8:50 p.m. and will now always come here when we are in Berlin. The fries were really big and freshly prepared, the burgers were also hot and with lots of sauce. The cappuccino was kindly served to me in a cup, even though I had ordered to eat here. The staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Our order came in a few minutes. The restaurant was clean for a Sunday evening. I can only recommend👍

Fast food doesn't start with ordering at McDrive. I've been waiting in the traffic-calmed area called the drive-in counter for about 25 minutes. My audacity to treat myself to three products from the menu on Saturday evening is sweetened here with the fantastic view of the A115. The staff seems surprised by the rush of hungry customers willing to pay. Well...stay tuned.

A long wait until the food is ready. Service seems overwhelmed. Price performance seems completely excessive to me. 1x large fries and 9 chicken nuggets 1x20ml mayonnaise for 11.20€ I find it very exaggerated.

Floors, tables and seating dirty and sticky. There are staff walking around, but they're just slurping back and forth haphazardly, but not wiping down tables or refilling dispensers. Getting the wrong toy for a happy meal. There are leftover food and garbage on the floor. The taste of the food is a bit different (it tastes different than in Teltow, for example). I won't come here anymore.

Mcdonalds in Teltow has always been worse compared to others (Potsdam, Kleinmachnow, Werder). But now the wait at the drive-in is even longer (on average 5-10 minutes), goods were missing from the order several times (or toys from the Happy Meal), citizens are being packed sideways... It's the listlessness and "I don't care" mentality. ...

Food and staff are actually very friendly

Disorganized and dirty. Empties cart/tray cart is not emptied, empty cups and paper are already on the floor. Tables were not wiped down and orders were processed unsystematically.

I've never had 26 minutes!!! Waited for a meal after the order was completed. There were no special requests or unusual orders. And apparently there were enough employees on site. That's why we'll be moving on soon. I would recommend it to anyone else too.

Wow, new record... 45 minutes at the drive in. If I had known this beforehand, I would have gone to a real restaurant. But maybe this is now the new standard at McDonald's. Never experienced anything like this. This McDonalds branch is relatively new. I understand better and better why, as a foreigner, you have to give Berlin a wide berth. I actually wanted to order something but then decided against it. Really unsavory conditions in there. Typically Berlin.

I would like to share my experience of visiting this restaurant. Unfortunately, they were disappointing overall, especially when it came to customer service. My kid ordered a popcorn flavored cola that tasted really disgusting. I understand that tastes differ, but this drink was truly undrinkable. When I politely asked if it was possible to complain about this cola, the restaurant manager immediately became rude. She denied my request and said that you couldn't simply exchange a burger here. A comparison that is truly ridiculous in this context. We had spent a total of €70 and I find it unfortunate that such a fuss was made over a Coke. Despite the unfriendly reaction, I remained polite and asked if it would at least be possible to get a small Coke as a replacement. This was eventually granted, but with an unfriendly expression that gave the impression of a whining toddler. For me, good service means being accommodating and remaining friendly in such cases. As far as cleanliness is concerned, I agree with the previous negative comments. Dry towels were also missing in the men's and women's toilets. Finally, I would like to say that I find it shameful that other reviews here criticize people because of their migration background. It starts with me not being able to order in German because the staff doesn't speak the language. But much worse: it no longer has much to do with fast food. Paid at 8:19 p.m. and received food after multiple complaints at 8:52 p.m. Every steakhouse is faster. What happened to McDonald's? Quality standards no longer exist. I only went there because of the children, but today I decided that the only option was the competition. That's it with the golden M.

Once one of the best, it has been one of the worst branches for about a year. Hardly any German/English speaking staff, endless waiting times, wrong products, endless dirt. The franchisee doesn't seem to care because he's still doing well enough

The meal I had ordered was basically thrown together. The burger had already fallen apart by the time it came to my table. I returned it to the counter and explained the condition of the food. The 'chef' was informed and started shouting at me, asking me what was wrong and not accepting my complaint. There was very little footfall at the time of my visit. Can't say I would be calling here again.

I am shocked at the conditions of this branch. The restaurant is absolutely filthy - dirty tables, garbage is piled up, the floors are disgusting. I had to wait 20 minutes for a McMenu. The quality of the food was subpar and not what I'm used to from McDonald's. The McRib was carelessly slapped together and was completely covered in sauce. My Coke was no longer carbonated. I exchanged them straight away and again no carbonation. Ice cubes were also out. There's a lot that doesn't seem right here. The toilets are inhumane - see photo 🤢🤢🤢 McDonald's headquarters should urgently take action here!!!

wc was missing paper and un clean . Order was aswell missing items which was noticed after 10km.

I'm very disappointed, first of all it would be nice to have a sweep through, there are crushed fries lying everywhere, then it took a long time to prepare and was cold when we got it were allowed to pick them up even though there was nothing going on, then I ordered reusable cups because I think it's a good idea in principle, but I only got 0.5 once without comment and 0.4 once instead of 0.5 twice. When I asked at the counter why it was like that, I could only understand the condition in English and then I accepted it. Please excuse me for not taking the tray away and leaving it at the table, but I was very disappointed and didn't want to do this work anymore 😭
