The local McDonald's on Erwitte Straße in Lippstadt is an embarrassment to this fast food company, dragging McDonald's image through the mud. Only foreigners who can speak 2-3 words of German work there. What's more is that if you don't order from the machine, you have to wait forever at the checkout. The terrible thing is that every now and then employees go to the cash registers, not to take the order, but to get paper or something else. As a customer I feel very disrespected. In general, the hygiene in this restaurant is rather dirty. In addition, the employees often do not give out the order correctly, so I always have to check whether the food I ordered actually arrived, which I ultimately paid for. Overall, I think you can go there every now and then, but it's not for the faint of heart.

Ok, Friday evening, busy - I can understand it a bit. Nevertheless, there should be a smile and a kind word in the catering industry, otherwise the guests might not come back. Especially when the waiting time was quite long even under the special conditions. About the ambience: It was full, of course, but the shop is also small, almost squat. This of course reinforces this impression. A feel-good atmosphere could not be created. Yes, of course, a fast-food restaurant - but you should be able to stand it for a few minutes. Conclusion: I have enough for the next few years, so I'd rather go to Wiedenbrück or Soest.

Tribe McDonalds where basically everything always tastes the way it should taste and let's say 90% of the time the bags are filled correctly when you take them away :D at least for me... but since they don't get it baked better in any Mecces, it all fits... .

Delivery service is the biggest insolence of all time. They are ALWAYS at least an hour longer than the stated delivery time. Today we have been waiting at 30-50 minutes for over 2 hours. Complaint and cancellation is out. You should stop the delivery service immediately. It works perfectly!

About 7 items were missing when ordering from the mc drive. Remembering things and reading are probably not their strengths. But what do you expect these days?

One star is still too many, 3 cars in mcdrive...10 if it comes up in the parking lot and still 25 minutes waiting time in mcdrive. Für mich leider einer der schlechtesten MC Donalds. Burger ohne Salat, kalt (nicht ich fahr kurz heim kalt sondern eiskalt) und zermatscht, curlys vergessen und Soße vergessen, Nuggets latschig. Und dafür zahl ich dann fast 25€. Ne frechheit

Super mit den Coupons würde die App auch empfehlen um Punkte zu sammeln.👍🏻😉

Mit einem leeren Magen. Fazit: Nicht vertrauenswürdig, unkulant und nervig!!

Wir sind äußerst zufrieden mit der McDonald's Filiale an der Erwitterstraße! Das Bestellen über den SB Terminal verläuft reibungslos und die bestellten Speisen werden prompt geliefert und sind fast immer frisch. Die Filiale und die Kundentoilette sind stets sauber gehalten, und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Es ist bedauerlich, dass bei einigen Drive-in Bestellungen Speisen gefehlt haben. Doch hier kommt der hervorragende Kundenservice ins Spiel: Bei Problemen steht uns der Leiter Mohammed zur Seite, der seinen Job nicht nur super erledigt, sondern auch äußerst freundlich ist. Seine Unterstützung hat uns in solchen Situationen sehr geholfen. Insgesamt können wir die Filiale an der Erwitterstraße mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf weitere positive Erfahrungen dort!

Fehlende Sauce wird nicht bekannt gegeben und bei Hinweis das eine Sauce fehlt, gibt es kein zuvorkommen,ob man eine andere Sauce möchte. Servicestation ist nicht mit Strohalmen bestückt. Essen sah gut aus,aber lauwarm.

Vom Essen kann man bei Mc Donald's nicht viel erwarten. Die Verständigung mit dem Personal ist teilweise schwierig.

Ich habe einen McFlurry im Mehrwegbecher bestellt aber im Einwegbecher bekommen. Als ich dies angemerkt habe wurde mein McFlurry einfach lieblos umgefüllt. Siehe Foto wo jetzt die Ganze Sauce und Smartys unten im becher sind.

Ganz schön teuer geworden. Letztens zwei normale Cheeseburger und zwei Mc Sunday ( Softeis mit Schokosoße) für knappe 13 € bestellt. Sind ja selten dort aber die Preise waren definitiv mal besser.

Jedes mal fehlt was bei der Bestellung! Man kann sich nicht drauf verlassen ! Und dann sind die Burger und Pommes meistens kalt!

Ich bestelle hier immer Filet-o-Fish und der ist mit der Soße sehr lecker. Mein Sohn hat Chicken Nuggets bestellt und bei der Nachfrage "Plant" einfach nur genickt, beim essen meinte er schmeckt komisch ich habe ihn dann auf das Plant hingewiesen. Er hat die Nuggets zwar aufgegessen war aber definitiv nicht begeistert und wird wohl bei Nachfragen in Zukunft besser zuhören.

Die Kinder haben sich über meiner Überraschung sehr gefreut.

Einmalig alle 3 Monate esse ich gerne mal fast food. Nein ich war nicht wirklich begeistert. Der Big Mac war kalt noch nichtmal lau warm. Die Pommes waren ok. Der Service Sauberkeit war gut

Völlig überlastetes Personal. Wartezeiten jenseits von gut und böse. Dumm verkauft werden mit Cupons. Hier ist wirklich alles drin. Coupon scannen und dann normalen Preis verlangen. Wenn man den Bin nicht kontrolliert merkt man es erst zu spät. Ausrede: Coupon nicht mehr im Gültigkeitszeitraum obwohl die App noch gültig sagt. Hier bleiben wir mal besser weg und gehen nach BK

Das Konzept von Fast Food Restaurant wird hier nicht verstanden ewige Wartezeiten absolut unglaublich!!!

Lokalität ist dem McDonalds Standard ausgestattet. Qualität der Waren entspricht dem, was man erwartet. In einem kleinen Aussenbereich kann man auch seine Mahlzeit an der frischen Luft einnehmen.

...hat keine Toilette! Ich erwarte nicht viel von einem Mc Donald. Das aber schon. Dieses "Geschäft" ist nur noch für einen schnellen Burger auf die Hand zu gebrauchen.

Was soll man hierüber schon großartig sagen, das Geschäft von innen ist einigermaßen sauber und auch die Toilette gehen für ein Fastfood Restaurant in Ordnung. Das Essen dagegen ist nur mal was für zwischendurch.
