Mr. Sükrü from Burger King Lippstadt is a very good manager. Bravo! Burger King needs more employees like Mr. Sükrü. You can see that Mr. Sükrü puts a lot of love into his work every day. Unfortunately, I can only give Mr. Sükrü 5 stars; I would love to give him 10 stars.

Such a disgrace! Since when are employees allowed to argue with customers? If I've only ordered something once, I want it just once. I had to pay for something I didn't want, a no-go. If this happens regularly, I'll contact the office. Provide reasonable employees.

Disaster order via Lieferando! I called after 1.5 hours (Deliverando said it should have been there long ago), but no one answered. Half an hour later, I got through. The car was broken and they were riding their bikes. But our food would be freshly prepared now, right now! Then neither the directions (even though the delivery person called specifically) nor the preparation instructions were followed. I would give it even fewer stars, but at least it worked reasonably well before that.

I came by, really hungry, a Whopper would be really great right now. But what struck me was strange, the service here – not quite so clear. Ordered at the counter, everything was fine, the craving for a burger – completely my way. But when I asked for a receipt, I got an answer that stunned me: "That's not a receipt, just a piece of paper!" they cheekily told me. But what was written there – with the price and time – was a receipt, black on white! The manager insisted: "That doesn't count here, just a piece of paper, otherwise it's a no-go." I thought I was in the wrong place, where customer service is left at home.

The food tastes very good, but sometimes the staff forget to put the sauce in, for example. It's not a big deal; it can happen. Even if you drop your drink, for example, the staff will give you a new one (it's happened to me once). The restrooms are very clean and tidy.

It's a very pleasant atmosphere, quiet music, fast team.

Unhygienic conditions – stomach problems after eating I ate here and unfortunately got a gastrointestinal infection afterwards. I noticed that some employees prepare the food without gloves, which doesn't seem very hygienic. This should urgently be improved! Hopefully management will pay more attention to cleanliness and hygiene in the future.

I really don't understand people. This is a thousand times better than McDonald's, and the food tastes great.🍔 Complaints like "empty restaurant" are ridiculous – they're complaining because they get their order faster. 🤣🤣xD

There is no service there. You can only order from the machines, no longer possible at the checkout. The people there even refuse to take orders manually. What can I say, I got cold and old meat (burgers), I asked nicely and kindly for a renewal, the gentleman at the drive was super friendly, then his shift manager Mohammad came and said he had read it. Super rude and super disrespectful. In the end, old burgers that were spit on were given back. Never again.

I just wanted something quick and disgusting after a long day so I didn't have to cook. I had no idea that I would be allowed to spend around 38 minutes in the drive-thru at a “FAST food stall”. After I spent the last 15 minutes in front of the open window and was allowed to watch the employees chatting, cracking jokes and definitely doing sloppy work without anyone at least charging me, I just left without eating. While I was waiting, three cars drove back out of the drive-in while I was waiting. After reading through the reviews here, I'm sure that the 5 star reviews are fake or a decade old. Seems to be the worst BK around and would probably be under 2.2 stars if it weren't for the fake reviews. Will never stop there again.

Reviews about the establishment are quite contradictory, so I give it 5 stars to balance the overall rating. Pros: delicious food, cleanliness, friendly staff. For a fast food restaurant, the interior is very cozy and inviting. Excellent parking with ample parking spaces. Cons: sometimes you have to wait longer for orders than you would like, and it has happened more than once that the wrong sauces were included in the order. I've been here many times and will no doubt come again!

That's what happens when you hire certain groups of people who have absolutely no standards. I've never gone to Burger King since then. Finally hire German employees!!!!. Disgusting, no wonder no one goes there anymore. I once had diarrhea because of one of your burgers. Annoying even though Burgerking is actually good!!!!! A year ago everything was great. Today we come in, everything is empty but everything is dirty. Tables not clean, the floor was sticky and there was rubbish under and on the tables. I think there is a lack of nice employees here!!!
