I think it's time the public order office came by. I've had an unfresh burger so many times, where the meat was soggy and the lettuce leaf was a moldy yellow color, when normally that's a burger where the meat should be crispy. I've given the place another chance because I've complained several times and hoped it wouldn't happen again. They always said, sorry, here's a new one, and wow, only then was it fresh. As soon as they say the lettuce leaf is unfresh, they say it's normal if it's on the mayonnaise. Yeah, right, what's normal about that? They manage it somehow in Soest too. I was actually happy about a branch in Lippstadt, but I'd rather make the trip to Soest because what they offer is bordering on physical assault, impossible. Above all, the place is 90% empty when I am/was there, and yet everything takes forever and the burger is old.

My wife drove all the way from Erwitte for the kebab burgers. When she wanted to order, we were told they didn't have any. Then I wanted a King Whiskey BBQ, and the answer was: we don't have any. My wife then drove back home. It's truly a disgrace to advertise products you don't even have.

We've eaten better, and the floor could use a cleaning every now and then. Don't always mix up your orders, and the restrooms are sometimes awful. You won't see us again for a while. Sorry.

We had the worst meal ever today. We waited 17 minutes, and the new kebab burger is truly awful. There weren't any fresh cucumbers at all, so they just sprinkled pickled ones on top. The adulterated Coke has tasted disgusting for weeks, and it's different every day.

The X-Long Chili, the King Wings, the cheeseburger, the curly fries, and of course the fries were especially perfectly prepared. The service was also really friendly, fast, and attentive. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. The preparation time was short, and the food arrived piping hot – just as it should be! Add to that the entire restaurant, including the restrooms, is clean! Real respect, and a really nice atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. Highly recommended – I'd love to come back here! 👏🍔🍟🍗 I'm thrilled and would definitely recommend it to others😍🥰 Thank you🙏❤️

I'm actually a huge King fan, but this is the worst and dirtiest King I've ever seen. You walk into the store and all the tables and chairs are all over the place. The tables are really dirty. Other customers clean the tables themselves. There are fries crushed on the floor and in front of the table. The burgers are carelessly slapped together. They bear no resemblance to the picture. The taste is abysmally awful, and my recommendation: never again.

Burger King in Lippstadt is actually really good. It can take a little longer in the evenings, but the staff are always really nice.

I've only ever been to the drive-thru. And every time, something's wrong or missing. Last time, the kids' meal had chili!!! nuggets instead of regular nuggets. This time, they completely forgot about the nuggets! You really have to check every time before you go home. It's really annoying. You don't get enough and you pay for nothing!

Hello, I've been waiting for over an hour for my food to be delivered. I can't reach the restaurant because no one answers. You can't cancel either. Horrible.

The super-friendly cleaning staff ensure a clean environment. The human service is excellent, but the ordering machines are a different story; crashes and double charges are really annoying.

I arrived at 10:10 a.m. (they opened at 10:00 a.m.), ordered at the terminal, and was told the wait would be at least 30 minutes. For a fast-food restaurant, that's far too long and very disappointing. Conclusion: Unpleasant and unsuitable for fast service.

Friendly staff, tidy shop. I come for the plant-based dishes and have never been disappointed.

Such a disgrace! Since when are employees allowed to argue with customers? If I've only ordered something once, I want it just once. I had to pay for something I didn't want, a no-go. If this happens regularly, I'll contact the office. Provide reasonable employees.

Disaster order via Lieferando! I called after 1.5 hours (Deliverando said it should have been there long ago), but no one answered. Half an hour later, I got through. The car was broken and they were riding their bikes. But our food would be freshly prepared now, right now! Then neither the directions (even though the delivery person called specifically) nor the preparation instructions were followed. I would give it even fewer stars, but at least it worked reasonably well before that.

I came by, really hungry, a Whopper would be really great right now. But what struck me was strange, the service here – not quite so clear. Ordered at the counter, everything was fine, the craving for a burger – completely my way. But when I asked for a receipt, I got an answer that stunned me: "That's not a receipt, just a piece of paper!" they cheekily told me. But what was written there – with the price and time – was a receipt, black on white! The manager insisted: "That doesn't count here, just a piece of paper, otherwise it's a no-go." I thought I was in the wrong place, where customer service is left at home.

The food tastes very good, but sometimes the staff forget to put the sauce in, for example. It's not a big deal; it can happen. Even if you drop your drink, for example, the staff will give you a new one (it's happened to me once). The restrooms are very clean and tidy.

Unhygienic conditions – stomach problems after eating I ate here and unfortunately got a gastrointestinal infection afterwards. I noticed that some employees prepare the food without gloves, which doesn't seem very hygienic. This should urgently be improved! Hopefully management will pay more attention to cleanliness and hygiene in the future.

I really don't understand people. This is a thousand times better than McDonald's, and the food tastes great.🍔 Complaints like "empty restaurant" are ridiculous – they're complaining because they get their order faster. 🤣🤣xD

What can I say, I got cold and old meat (burgers), I asked nicely and kindly for a renewal, the gentleman at the drive was super friendly, then his shift manager Mohammad came and said he had read it. Super rude and super disrespectful. In the end, old burgers that were spit on were given back. Never again.
