I wouldn't expect moldy pastries at McDonald's.

Very kind staff. Prompt service. No wonder so many people decide to eat here.

Never again. Worst experience so far. I ordered from the machine with table service. After waiting 30 minutes, I went to the checkout and asked. The cashier turns to an employee further back and calls out to her with amusement: “Those were the nuggets and burgers we were looking for.” Only during the 30 minutes of waiting there was no employee in the lobby to bring food to the table. Of course there was no apology. I left the restaurant and left my money there too.

Bad custumer service and toilette infection

Pure disaster, our order wasn't displayed, we had already paid. But food never came. Cashier out of place, not interested in talking about it. We then got the money back straight away. Bad system.

Chicken burger empty just schnitzel and a few strands of lettuce, ketchup thrown more on the paper than inside! They don't have a toilet, everything perfect for McDonald's 😔

We like going here. The food comes to the table relatively quickly but last time some things were cold, for example the nuggets. The cheese on the burgers is also just soggy and cold. Everything used to be of higher quality and cheaper.

Order received smoothly and quickly. However, for dessert I got a mcflurry and it was only half full... Well, at least the machine wasn't broken

Normal McDonalds, order through the kiosk with delivery to the table, delivered within 2 minutes and everything was fine. As fast food should be.

Prepare to be ignored unless you go to self service kiosk. By ignored I mean completely ignored standing next to till for 15 minutes.

We give the store a chance several times a year and always regret it. The employees are slow and unfriendly. The food is OK.

Worst service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's. Instead of leaving a note at the ordering machine, you get a handful of change back. The lady is then not responsible for the Sanifa receipt. Food was ok, it felt like the nuggets were in the deep fryer for a while Conclusion: Never stop here again. Then you'd better drive on.

Unfortunately, 2 out of 3 Sanifair toilets didn't work. MC is as always.

So I haven't experienced that yet... The order was brought to us and the employee dropped the cappuccino on our 2 trays. She put the drunk, soaked trays on the table and murmured unkindly that the cappuccino would come again. The burgers were wet and swimming in the cappuccino broth. When we asked her to replace at least 2 of the burgers because the cappuccino had spilled in, she replied flatly that they were wet from the sauce... Honestly, anything can happen... but an apology would have been the least we could have done and not made us look stupid with the floating trays and then made us look stupid. Service 0 stars!!!

Also das habe ich noch nicht erlebt... Uns wurde die Bestellung gebracht und der Angestellten fiel der Cappuccino auf unseren 2 Tabletts um. Sie legte uns die versüfften, getränkten Tabletts auf den Tisch und murmelte unfreundlich das der Cappuccino nochmal nach kommt. Die Burger waren nass und schwammen in der Cappuccinobrühe. Als wir sie baten wenigstens 2 der Burger auszutauschen da der Cappuccino rein gelaufen ist, antwortete sie uns total flach das sie von der Soße nass sind... Ganz ehrlich, das kann alles passieren... aber eine Entschuldigung wäre das mindeste gewesen und uns nicht mit den schwimmenden Tabletts blöd dastehen zu lassen und uns dann noch blöd zukommen. Service 0 Sterne!!!

Not recommended, you're in a hurry when you're passing through and you think you'll get something quick for the children, but at the end on the motorway you noticed that 2 burgers were missing, the fruit nonsense from the happy meal and the Capri Sun... anyone who has children knows what a theater this is and it's a waste of money too

Super lovely saleswoman and good quality of food. Really a good place for a little break on the long journey.

Only people who love their job work there *irony*. First you stand at the counter for minutes and no one feels responsible for taking the order, so you are forced to order from one of these Windows 95 ordering machines. (No thanks, it's enough if you ask me once if I want an apple turnover with your coffee, you don't have to ask me five times.) And then the highly motivated staff slams the order onto the counter with a loud scream of the order number. Congratulations, you are doing everything right to scare away customers.

Big Caesar Chicken Salad served without chicken, 2nd table order ignored, after complaint, response not ready for print... I've never experienced anything like that...

Over 80€ (>2.20€/l) for fuel and 40€ for food. To top it off, I had to pay €1 for the toilets. I won't stop here again.

Not much activity at 6 p.m. on Saturdays, food was good and hot (fresh) the only thing that wasn't possible was card payment and no garbage disposal and no soap and paper towels!

EC device doesn't accept card, you choose to pay in cash and after 45 minutes it's still not on the screen. Paid for another device again with EC, finished 10 minutes later. I entered it to take away, 3 drinks, no drink holder, I the bag 1 napkin with 4 burgers and menu, no towels in the towel holders and on the terrace it looked like pig. I won't leave a cent more with you, not here or anywhere else

You pay 1€ to enter the toilet and what do you get? 1/3 toilets is out of service and a full bin of paper towel. Better stop at another place.

We've stopped here several times now. Always very polite and cheerful staff. Even Christmas early. You can also order at the front of the checkout without having to go back to the counter. This is also how they bring the food to the table. The SANIFAIR toilets are also a cool thing. You pay €1 and everything is clean. The voucher you receive can be redeemed directly the next time you have coffee. Just try it and you won't be disappointed! Just wanted to say thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Haben 2 Cheeseburger bestellt, meine beste Freundin hasst aber die sauren Gürkchen auf dem Burger. Eine Frechheit, dass bei diesem Mc Donalds die Gürkchen unter den Käse liegen, und ich so als beste Freundin das saure Gürkchen ohne Ketchup essen musste. Jeder Mensch weiß doch, dass das Gürkchen über den Käse kommt. Saftladen hoch 10

War ein nettes Personal. Sind abends, als wir von Berlin nach Leipzig zurück gefahren sind, Kurs da angehalten, weil wir extremen Hunger hatten. Die Alarmanlage war an, war aber zum Glück nichts schlimmes gewesen. Konnten normal bestellen. Meine Bestellung wurde richtig gemacht, nur haben die bei meinem Freund einiges auf dem Burger vergessen. Fanden wir nicht so toll. Da wir aber Hunger hatten, war uns das dann egal. ☺️

McDonald's Grimma - das Eis war lecker wie immer. Außenbestuhlung habe ich genossen. Der Parkplatz war kostenlos.

Net mcdonalds restaurant. In dit geval om 07:00 een mc ontbijt gehaald.

Leider kein Tisch Service möglich. Die Toiletten teilt man sich mit der Tankstelle. Die Toiletten kosten werden erst nach Nachfrage zurück erstattet für mc Donalds Kunden. Aber das Personal ist recht freundlich!

No glutenfree hamburgers and stupid arrangment with toilets. I don't recomend.

Der Milchshake ist leider nicht mit den sonst bei McDonald's gewohnten Milchshakes zu vergleichen. Er schmeckt einfach nur dünn und wie gepanscht sowohl Erdbeer als auch Schoko. Hatte extra Erdbeer Shake mit Frucht Zubereitung bestellt und auch bezahlt, leider war das bezahlte nicht im Becher. Hier fahren wir das nächste Mal einfach durch. Schade.

Burger waren frisch und heiß. Personal sehr freundlich

Standard Mc Donald's Filiale an der Autobahn.

Wurden gerade raus geschickt da sie 22:00 zu machen. Alles schön und gut aber warum steht an der Tür 24h geöffnet. Würde ich mal vielleicht ändern das die Leute nicht sinnlos dahin fahren weil sie es mal Gelsen hatte. Hatten doch erst große Baustelle da da wäre es mal keine Arbeit gewesen das draußen weg zu machen.

Jedzenie byle jakie, do tego brak zamknięcia do kubków z napojami i słomek. Brudne stoliki, mieliśmy problem żeby znaleźć 1 czysty...

Ein Mc Donald in Kombination mit Serways. Bezahltoilette, pottdreckig und stinkend. Am Schalter bestellen nicht erwünscht. Schrecklich.

Sehr leckerer Cheesecake und passabler Kaffee. Probleme gab es mit der Mitarbeiterin des Nachbarunternehmens. Die Dame fand es inakzeptabel, dass wir als McDonalds- Kunden unseren Kaffee an ihrem Tisch zu uns nahmen. Wir fanden es doch ein wenig befremdlich. Das war ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, aber der Käsekuchen war trotzdem gut.

Icecream is great! Ambiance was ok, quiet and relaxing, staff ok, food ok, but burgers are funny looking: small and...flat, tadty thought🙄🫣.Toilets stink, very dirty ..🤢

Angenehme Atmosphäre und Ambiente. Super Service, der die Bestellungen sogar an den Tisch bringt auch wenn man Selbst abholen gewählt hat. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter👍🏻 Empfehlenswert aus all diesen Gründen und weil's Mc's ist😁

Kleiner McDonald. Es nicht das Standardprogramm. Der Salat auf den burger hatte auch die beste Zeit hinter sich. Zur Not ja, es gibt bessere McDonald.

Sehr umständlich mit den Bestellsystem, an der Raststellen ist es teils sehr zeitintensiv. Uns wurde auf eine nette bestimmende Art u Weise bei der Bestellaufgabe u Abholung vom Mitarbeiter geholfen,danke dafür sonst würden wir wahrscheinlich immernoch auf unseren Kaffee warten.

27.04.22 ca 09:00 Die Frau (mittlere dunkle Haare, mittleren Alters, Brille) an der Kasse hat gar nichts hinbekommen. 1: Überforderung bei 3 gleichzeitigen Bestellungen. 2: Geldschein nicht entgegen genommen, da er leicht geknickt war und scheinbar das Falschgeldlesegerät dies nicht akzeptierte. Naja der Schein wurde auch nur zweimal in die selbe Richtung geschoben. Vielleicht das nächste mal einen Stift verwenden oder entgegengesetzt einschieben? 3: Die Krönung: wir wollten Magnete. Ausgeschrieben auf einer Tafel: 1 Magnet 1,79€/ 5 Magnete 7,99€ und Duo 1,29€. Wir wollten 2stk wäre bei mir also als Duo 2,58€ Da es auf dem Schild NUR um diese Magnete ging und nix anderes. Die Frau wollte aber 3,58€ und sagte es gibt kein Duo bei den Magneten sondern angeblich nur als Duo mit nem Kaffee. WO STEHT DAS? Habe also mit ihr diskutiert und bin maulend raus. Da ruft sie noch hinterher das sie mir Hausverbot geben will… Also ganz im Ernst, noch NIIIEEE so eine Frechheit erlebt. Danke und NIEWIEDER
