Was there for a few days and haven't had such good fries at MC in a long time. Really great, fresh and nice staff.

I didn't get my Big Rösti. Plus the cola tastes bad and there are no Monopoly stickers.

Unfortunately you weren't allowed to sit down. The seats were cordoned off and unfortunately there was no explanation for this. Eating while standing at the checkout is somehow pointless, even for fast food. The employees probably weren't willing to clean the area at the end of their shift....

No ordering terminals and the employees can't get out of their way

Nice service, you can use coupons from the application as long as the selected product is in the assortment of this small restaurant, they do not have a full menu. Toilet shared with Aral station, clean and elegant.

Extremely bad McDonalds, worst one and most dirty one which i ever visited in Germany. On top of sticky floor there was also no availability of some items. And personal was arrogant.

I have been eating at McDonald's for over 30 years, but I have never eaten a worse Big Mac than here. Disgusting, dry, three blades of lettuce and cold. Nightmare.

Just like a fast food restaurant is. And McDonald's is no exception. Tastes vary but there is a large selection of quick meals. They also always have different promotions that are worthwhile for families. Then enjoy it.

A very small McDonald's so the selection isn't that big. The products that are available are always good and tasty. The fries have really been slowing down lately. What is absolutely not working is the service staff. Unfriendly and not always very fluent in the German language. Not to mention the speed at which orders are processed. Food great, staff and service flop.

The shop is the last. A queue of 20 people, including many children. On Sunday at 6 p.m. 1 person behind the cash register and one in preparation. That on Sunday when there are holidays in Saxony. The last shop!

How can you work so slowly? So really there were only 3 in front of us and she worked so slowly that's abnormal. We stood for 20 minutes💀 it was really bad and there were so many people in the kitchen at the back and nobody really came forward and the queue was really long

Very small branch, there are no order terminals, only direct orders at the checkout. The range is very limited, but the classics are there. But the staff is nice. The burgers are ready quickly. The burgers are a little greasier than most other branches. This branch takes part in the multi-way system.

Horrible service, i havent been in worst mcdonald in my life. I wished i havent visited this place.

Smallest McDonald's I've been to, without a toilet, better avoid!

The Mces on Hengstbergstrasse was rather bad, food was usual, but there are no ordering terminals here, coupons from the app couldn't be used properly, the friendliness of the employees was okay but not particularly customer-oriented either. All in all, next time I'll just use another opportunity to rest.

Service is great! I ordered a fax to the branch, it was problem-free and friendly! In contrast to the Aral gas station!

A small McDonald's on the highway in Grimma that doesn't have all the burgers on offer, but that's not a bad thing. Since I prefer the Nuggets or the BigMac anyway, I like going here. The ambience of the restaurant is pleasant and the cleanliness is generally good. The employees have almost always been nice and the food is also okay. Unfortunately, there are no self-service kiosks and the McDonald's app cannot be used to collect points here. Ordering via the app is also not possible. Accessibility from the motorway is very good and there is plenty of parking directly in front of the restaurant. The restaurant can also be easily reached by bus from the city. Overall, I have almost always had positive experiences and would definitely recommend this McDonald's.

I was disappointed. A small card with not even all the classics. The service didn't seem really competent to me either. A pity

It's not mine, the waiting time is too long, smokers don't take children into account, drivers drive very fast so children are at risk.

Unfortunately there is no MC Café. Food was okay. Service was very accommodating. Ambiance wasn't really good despite Mces' uniform look.

Too little on offer, there isn't even fish on the menu anymore. It is becoming more and more reduced. I actually prefer to drive on the highway these days.

No points redeemable. No app ordering possible. Very little selection. Young man overwhelmed and mushy. Lady very friendly.

Absolutely disappointing for a Mc D. on a motorway entrance. As the predecessors already wrote, there is nothing. Not even a vegetarian burger. The Veggi Nuggets are loveless and expensive in the box. Little for a lot of money. I can buy these in any supermarket for 1/4 of the money. It's better to drive a little further to Döbeln...

The Big Mac was not hot because it was served in a hurry...

I've never been to such a terrible MC, always extremely long waiting times and you should definitely check whether you have everything in the bag. (People stand until they get out, processing takes too long)

What I like about the store is that there are no annoying terminals or ordering machines!! Elsewhere you are forced to go to that part!! Only go there if there are no anti-social young people there or denouncer pigs who have to report any dirt to the health department!!

Limited selection only. Not all McDonald's products are offered. An order can only be placed at the counter. There is no terminal here. Not (all) vouchers work either. The service was friendly and quick.

No selection, bad location, pure gas station feeling.

My friend returned to their restaurant hungry after the away game, angry in his stomach and hungry. The first thing he noticed was the lack of ordering machines. Disgruntled, he went to the counter and ordered his meal manually. The greeting at the late hour was pathetic, he was forced to order under pressure and had to go with the first choice: Bigmac and 6er Nuggets. The food arrived at the place already cold. The sweet and sour sauce was already sprouting and showed the visitor white flakes when opened. He was happy to leave the “fine” restaurant early. He reported the incident to the health department. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THE PLACE!!!

Stopped there on the way through because I also had to fill up with gas. But never again. Staff completely overwhelmed and therefore not friendly. After a long time I got the wrong burger. Branch dirty and uncomfortable.

Nothing to do with fast food anymore, waited 20 minutes for two cheeseburgers, for a cheeseburger. Just never buy there again and be fine. Employees are completely overwhelmed

Tiny. Very small selection. Going there as a vegetarian makes no sense. At the checkout you say that you want chilli cheese nuggets, you pay for something and after waiting for 20 minutes you realize when you go in that a) you have been forgotten b) there are no chilli cheese nuggets there c) you only suggest an exchange is "satisfied" with fries and d) when exchanging, attention is paid to the cent that it should only be a medium-sized fries. No accommodation regarding compensation etc. I know from other McDonald's branches that the customer is king. And mishaps happen, but a free cheap soft ice cream would have been possible. Well at least begging for a bag of mayo was successful. People don't like to come here, not even if they're hungry

Kleines McDonald's mit eingeschränktem Angebot - dafür immer sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist auch immer nett.

Wirkt ziemlich heruntergekommen. Von außen dachten wir, es sei zu. Innen sah es nicht viel besser aus. Produkte wie überall. Personal allerdings sehr freundlich.

Das schlechteste McDonalds wo ich jemals gewesen war. App Coupons haben nicht funktioniert und schlechte Kommunikation.

Soweit alles okay nur das es hier nicht das ganze Angebot gibt und das die Toiletten ab 22 Uhr bis 6 Uhr zu sind.

Richtig schlecht. War Abends gegen 22 Uhr dort gewesen. Anscheinend waren drei Damen vor Ort aus unterschiedlichen Generationen, könnte eine Familie gewesen sein. Als ich ankam, haben die am Tisch gesessen und Kaffee getrunken. Ich wollte eigentlich vier Burger haben, zwei Mal den gleichen Gutschein nutzen, hatte aber Probleme da kein WLAN. Das Mädchen hat dann ihren Gutschein genutzt. Ich fragte, ob sie es zwei Mal machen könne. Würde nicht gehen, ich fragte nach einem zweiten bestellprozess, das hat sie ignoriert mit der Frage ob noch was dazu käme. Naja, ich beließ es dabei. Sie ging nach hinten hat den einen Burger gemacht und den anderen aus dem Regal genommen. Keine Ahnung wie lange der da schon lag. Durch die Tür durch die ich gekommen bin, konnte ich nicht raus. Abgeschlossen, okay. Keine Information, kein Schild, nichts. Fühlte mich da schon dumm, naja, nicht einmal ein tschüß bekommen. Wieder Mal ein Beweis, dass Leute auch unter dem Mindestlohn arbeiten müssten.

Man fühlt sich in eine dystopisch andere Welt versetzt. Wir waren am Samstag, 6.1. dort. Das Sortiment ist auf das absolute Minimum reduziert, und das was man bekommt ist auch geschmacklich eher minimalistisch. Ambiente und Charme gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das absolute Lowlight war die Temperatur! Ohne Winterbekleidung (im Innenraum!) wär gar kein Sitzen und Essen möglich gewesen - eine absolute Frechheit. Mich hätt’s nichtmal mehr gewundert, wenn man nicht mit Karte bezahlen hätte können…ging aber :-) Der Mindest-Stern gehört ausschließlich der sehr netten und freundlichen Dame hinter dem Schalter, die sehr bemüht war. Ansonsten fällt mir zu dieser Filiale leider überhaupt nichts positives ein…

Das Essen war kalt und die Wartezeiten extrem, das einzig positive hier war die unglaublich nette Bedienung!

Хороший обычный Мак. В нем нет терминала для заказа. Заказ можно делать через QR код или прямо на кассе поговорив с живым человеком! 🙋мне удалось поговорить на немецком, английском и чешском одновременно 🙂! Все прошло супер!

Kleine Filiale wie man sie noch aus der Kindheit kennt. Ja nicht das ganze Sortiment, aufgrund der kleinen Größe. Aber gerade dass macht das feeling hier aus, hier werden Kindheitserinnerungen wach. Dazu eine der letzten Filialen hier in der Gegend mit vernünftigen Öffnungszeiten. Sauberkeit im Kundenbereich lässt wie in allen MCs zu wünschen übrig. Personal ist sonst top!

Klein aber fein Nur die Standart Produkte stehen zur Auswahl. War sehr voll und das Personal blieb ruhig und freundlich,top Arbeit.

Finde ich besonders schön, weil es noch den alten Charm hat... also mit bestellung an der Theke, ohne Elektronische Bestellannahme und Nummer ziehen.

Alles super für den 26.12.23 sehr nette Bedienung.

Top Schnellader, Mc Donald's und Aral gleich daneben - sehr guter Autohof direkt neben der Autobahn.

Sehr sauberes Restaurant und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr gastfreundlich.
