I come here every few weeks because I like BK food. Unfortunately, the service is... not saying subpar, but not good. The staff behind the cash register refuses to order and instead directs them to the terminals (this also makes them superfluous). Food is mostly ok to good. The staff at the checkout doesn't manage to greet you either, instead they push the bag into my hand without saying "bon appetit" or anything, job missed. Not even eye contact between the two women. The boys are a bit more attentive. Chef"Koch" and Chef"Chef" park in the front row, so you have to walk a little when there are more guests. I don't know anywhere else that the staff uses the best customer parking spaces. I reported it to BK and no one seems to be interested in “are there enough parking spaces?” It's a shame, food is otherwise ok. I wouldn't come here again if there was an alternative nearby.

Been going to McDonald's for 40 years now and it just keeps getting worse. To ask for money for this meal too. Unfortunately it only depends a little on the branch but this one is particularly bad. Sure, fast food but please adjust the price to the quality.

No towels to dry off in the toilet, the toilet was dirty at 11 in the morning with hardly any customers. The food was all fresh.

I waited almost 40 minutes for my order. Half of the ordering terminals are not functional and table delivery is not supported. The upper area is completely cordoned off and the tray returns are overcrowded and. The toilet facilities are either closed or not clean. The staff seems overwhelmed and is not adapted to the number of guests and the location. This restaurant is not worth visiting again and needs urgent improvement from management.

If you drive into the drive just before closing time, you won't get any response from the intercom and if you want to order inside, you'll be directed outside in a relatively unfriendly manner

Unfortunately disappointing! I went to McDonald's today and found that there was no drink selection - just water. For a fast food restaurant of this size and popularity, this is absolutely incomprehensible. A burger without cola or iced tea? That just doesn't fit. I won't be going here anymore for the time being.

There is a playground outside for the little ones and seating for parents. Is directly on platform 1 of Solingen main station.

Maso hnusné a staré. Už bych tam nešla. Podivná chuť. Obsluha divná. A já se divila, že tam sedí jen jedna slečna a já. Asi tam lidem obecně nechutná. Snad nebudu mít zažívací potíže. Ani jsem to raději nedojedla. Jít sem je škoda peněz.

Of course, I don't expect much from the Burger King ambience, but there were four of these digital ordering terminals. Two of them were almost in the area of an adjacent kiosk. When I tried to order something, after the items were in the shopping cart and I clicked on to pay, there was an error when adding up the order total. At least according to the display, that was the last step and then an error message came up and we had to start all over again because the shopping cart was empty. The two employees at the counter were no help. They pointed to the machines and were often busy handing out the many orders. There was probably a lot of return traffic due to the holiday and that's why it was so busy. Far too few employees on site. There were so many people standing and waiting for their orders that many had to stand and wait in the neighboring business area. Several times an angry person came back with a receipt and complained that something was missing. Although this was promptly remedied, it was still annoying for everyone involved and further delayed the distribution of food.
