Slow, disorganized, and consistently disappointing Same thing again: Waited over 8 minutes at the drive-thru, no response, no order taken. There were only two cars in front of us – one of which only wanted drinks. Still, nothing was moving. And this isn't the first time. The term "fast food" seems to be a bad joke in this branch. Slowness, chaos, and zero communication are unfortunately standard here. No apology, no warning – you're simply ignored. Why even offer a drive-thru if you're clearly not in control? McDonald's should urgently take action here – this place is dragging down the entire reputation of the brand. This is how you lose customers. We certainly won't be coming back.

Closing at 1 a.m. I was there at 12:59 a.m. and they wouldn't accept my cash. Bad management.

Just a normal MC with the car through the drive in went quickly

I asked for a lot of chocolate sauce. And then a woman gave me a drop of chocolate sauce. And the service. It's dirty and not tidy, and when you ask if they can clean it, they say, wait a moment, and then they don't come back.

The tables are very dirty, we asked them to clean it but they didn't. There is a dizzying smell. The employees are not good at all, they don't behave well and they shout 🫩, when we wanted to get ice cream, they gave us very little sauce even though we told them we wanted more sauce on purpose, so when we talked to them, they said no, the portions are not good at all, they put very little, and when we asked why they put so little, they said no, the portions are very good!

Unfortunately, you often have to wait a long time for your food here.

They've simply downsized the breakfast burgers. It's unbelievable how many people still support this greedy fast food chain and eat there.

Unfortunately, disappointing – long wait at the drive-thru I had to wait about 20-25 minutes at the drive-thru during the week, even though I only placed a simple order, online, mind you! There were 6-7 cars in front of me, but for a fast-food chain, I expect it to be much faster. After all, the name stands for fast food – not "long food" or "long waiting." Unfortunately, this experience didn't convince me. I had hoped for a quick service, but instead, my patience was tested. This McDonald's restaurant will no longer be an option for me when I need something fast.

Watch out!!! They often issue incorrect orders, so be careful with your change. They're happy to give you less than you think. No one answers my calls, so I'm complaining this way.

My favorite McDonald's in Mülheim. Everyone is very friendly and the food is just like you'd expect from other cities.

I have ordered a Heiße Tasche. It has been expired I told to them to change that .but they have taken just the sticker for date and time and they gave it back to me. It was already cold

Never seen such a dirty and disorganized McDonald's. We came in and there were tablets everywhere. We were also insulted while walking in the parking lot. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it at all.

Very, very noisy on site, the employees are not all as friendly as you would like. Addendum: We were there on Monday. We received an incorrect delivery, so I ended up checking out with the "wrong" item. The lady there was very unfriendly, took the product away from me and threw it in the trash in front of me. I got the right product for this - cold, wobbly and the salad was already brown. Very unfortunate!

Food is ok. The shop or the tables are not cleaned after use and are totally disgusting.

By far one of the most disgusting McDonald's I've been to. The meat patties of the burgers are served almost raw. Employees don't understand a word of German when making complaints. Never go here again.

The drive in is a complete disaster, they can't handle large orders for 4 people, sometimes a burger is missing, sometimes a fries, not to mention the sauces - they are often forgotten!!! Every time, even though you asked if they hadn't forgotten anything this time, they said that you should check it, no, of course I'll unpack the entire cardboard bag on the driver's seat??? Today I thought it was good that we were allowed to swap the toys from the Happy Meal. Even if not everything was there as stated. It was completely OK. McDonald's. Spent 45.33 euros for 4 people. And everyone was very full. With ice. Everything was included in the pickup and special requests were met. It also went quickly in MC Drive.

Normal McDonalds, citizens are clapped together like everywhere else! Recently it was in the drive in for 15 minutes just because the employee wasn't able to process the cars one after the other at the ordering terminal.

This is also how you alienate customers. At the terminal I ordered 20 nuggets with two ketchup and one sour cream and then waited in front of the pick-up counter. After a while I wondered why the nuggets took so long. There was a bag on the counter that two employees looked into and put back. After 5 minutes had passed and the bag still hadn't been picked up, someone looked in there again and then called up my pickup number. I then asked matter-of-factly whether the bag had really been waiting on the counter the whole time and was getting cold. The display with the numbers above wasn't updated the whole time, my number wasn't there either, and the number wasn't called up. The employee just said succinctly that it had been forgotten and that now he had updated it, then my number was gone again without ever being shown as finished. Thanks for the cold nuggets and fake sauces, because there were two sweet and sour dishes and one curry.

I thought McDonald's would also be for children but unfortunately there isn't much here for children. Outdoor area and a room with a ceiling projector. So there isn't much for children to play with.

Waiting time at the drive was over 20 minutes, even though there was only one car in line in front of me (the reason for this was not given), fries were cold and sticky, instead of 6 there were only 5 chicken nuggets in the can.

I was at McDonald’s recently and was really looking forward to the lattice potatoes. Unfortunately the portion size was disappointingly small, which brings the value for money into question. The serving size was approximately 8 lattice potatoes. In addition, the lattice potatoes were rock hard and hardly edible. I definitely expected more and hope McDonald's fixes these issues in the future.

I just don't understand why 2-3 products have been missing for 3-4 times. Do you do this extra or are you stupid?

MC Donald can no longer function without technology. The only service is machines. Issue was still one person. Who knows how long. Anyone who likes it is in good hands there.

As always, something was missing, but was handed over when asked. Almost everything was cold. Very dirty, leftover food and paper waste everywhere, napkins and cups. Tables and tables are probably not wiped regularly.

Cold food, dirty shop, rubbish on the inks, floor and benches outside. The slide was dirty on the inside. Staff unfriendly. Toilet smells/smells of urine. Was once MC's best. Never visit again.

I don't know where to start, I'm disappointed, angry and hurt. My Plantburger, which was even in the Plantburger packaging, contained a burger with meat. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, in addition to a quiet apology, there was also an excuse: "yes, but the burgers are also prepared with meat". I want to warn all people who follow a vegetarian diet about this experience and perhaps avoid this McDonald's branch. I received a new and vegetarian burger, but no clarification that would have made me feel good.

I have known the branch for a long time, having lived in MH for 25 years and been there often. Been there a few times recently. Unfortunately, service has become really bad. Yesterday I was standing on MC Drive with two cars and nothing happened for 10 minutes. Then I drove again. In general, the drive-in takes a long time compared to all branches in the area.

Rare visit to McDonald's, because I actually just wanted to charge my electric car. I ordered a Big Mac Menu. Fries were almost cold and soggy. But when asked, they were replaced with fresh ones without comment. The burger itself, well, I don't have to eat it again. Toilets were flooded and quite dirty. I didn't take a photo of the toilets. The restaurant itself wasn't exactly clean either, tables and chairs weren't wiped, they were greasy and there was leftover food. I didn't feel comfortable. Appliances in the kitchen beep every second, echoing into the dining area. I found it very disturbing, unable to concentrate on work.

We've been going to this branch for years when it's time for fast food.

Modern & well-kept McDonald's. Service here is also very fast, highly recommended :).

Spacious place to have burger 🍔

One of the better McDonalds locations. Large number of seats. Outdoor play options and indoor multimedia room. Parking lot a bit small and cramped and exit a bit difficult. Waiting time for small orders is too long at 10 minutes.

Incredibly slow at the drive-thru. Sometimes we waited 25 minutes for our food. Without a rush at off-peak times.

MC D stop. Except for the cheeseburgers and nuggets, in my opinion it's not what it used to be... Children's burgers for overpriced prices and the taste, well. It was definitely better and the prices were fairer.

This McDonald's branch is like any other. Franchises are like that. The staff was friendly.

Very dirty shop! When you come in it smells like urine. All the tables are dirty and there is food on the floor everywhere. And that was on a Tuesday around 2:30 p.m.

Cool branch, with a second floor. Ordered and paid for at the terminal, food was brought to the table in a reasonable time, nothing was missing and it was delicious. We were given glasses with the menu that we had selected beforehand. But we changed our minds and wanted to swap the glasses for other colors. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible because they are now on the receipt and for accounting reasons they cannot be exchanged afterwards. That was a shame for our children.

We were there for breakfast, they only offered takeaway food, but we still ate it on site. The staff would rather chat with each other than serve customers. But the store is clean.

Were there straight after breakfast and it seemed as if the employees were overwhelmed. Fries were cold and didn't taste great. Had a strange aftertaste that couldn't be defined. Above all, you should make the fries last and not first if a burger isn't ready yet. In terms of appearance, the store isn't that bad, but unfortunately the rest of it isn't. It's a shame actually

The worst burgers and cheeseburgers and fries anyone has ever given me in a bag! Especially the MC on kölnerstrasse the food has never been so bad - even though there was a lot to do at 6 p.m. the "stuff" was an imposition - rubber fries - side dishes all limp and cardboard - cheeseburgers with absolutely no taste! If even my 15 year old, who has just come back from sports, leaves the stuff lying around then it's really bad! Apart from the 22 euros ?? How can you have such a ………. give to the customers? Taking it home took 7 minutes - it can't get that bad in those 7 minutes!!
