Wrong meal delivered, fries forgotten, overall hard to digest Has I experienced this again in a long time... I don't need this.

We are regular customers of both the restaurant and the drive-thru, and I can't confirm the negative reviews. Sure, things don't always run perfectly, and mistakes happen. But staff shortages and absences are a problem here too...like pretty much everywhere these days, especially in the restaurant industry. The staff are often under a lot of pressure (just take a look and think instead of complaining). Ultimately, though, the staff are always friendly and strive for customer satisfaction! For example, when our son's Happy Meal book was missing, which we only noticed at home and then called to inquire, I was able to pick up the book immediately and even received a free Happy Meal! I hadn't expected that, and few places are so customer-friendly. Overall, we are very satisfied, feel comfortable, and will be back.

McDonald's is already known for how bad its food is.

The drive-thru is a complete disaster. They can't even handle large orders for four people. Sometimes a burger is missing, sometimes fries, not to mention the sauces, which they conveniently forget! Every time, even after asking if they've forgotten anything, they tell you to check. Yeah, right, I'm supposed to unpack the whole cardboard bag on the driver's seat? The owner clearly couldn't care less (thanks, Mr. Prünte).

I was there yesterday with my wife. That was definitely the last time. The tables were covered in grease and the tray stations were overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to find space to put your tray down. The staff were arguing loudly and the restrooms were filthy. My Big Mac was lukewarm and so "lovingly" placed in the packaging that it would have been better eaten with a spoon. Never again!!!

Honestly, this restaurant can only be described as a dump. No one ordered anything during the time we ate. There's trash lying around everywhere. The trash disposal stations are completely full. Trash-filled trays are left on the tables. Staff are invisible or argue intermittently. The restrooms are a complete disaster. It stinks like a predator's den. There's toilet paper all over the floor, and the door barely opens and closes properly because the toilet paper container is placed way too close to the door. Oh, and the food was cold. Not even lukewarm. I will definitely never eat here again.

Unfortunately, it's really disappointing. This McDonald's restaurant has unfortunately deteriorated considerably! Fries weren't even lukewarm. The takeout order was given as "to eat in." For the third time in a row, a paid-for fries weren't wrapped, and the sauce and mayo were missing. The service here today didn't even smile at the customers, which is a shame. The hygiene also leaves a lot to be desired. The ordering terminal was dirty. The floor was slippery...not because it was freshly mopped. There's a real need for action here....

All of my recent visits were flawless, so I've adjusted my review accordingly. All the staff were friendly and courteous, and special orders were handled correctly, or any errors were corrected.

Unhygienic food is left lying on the floor. When you order, whether at the drive-thru or inside, you always wait at least 15 minutes no matter what you order. I would recommend paying only by card, as the employees' inability to handle money is beyond words. Not recommended!

Today I thought it was good that we were allowed to swap the toys from the Happy Meal. Even if not everything was there as stated. It was completely OK. McDonald's. Spent 45.33 euros for 4 people. I thought McDonald's would also be for children but unfortunately there isn't much here for children. Outdoor area and a room with a ceiling projector. So there isn't much for children to play with.

I was at McDonald’s recently and was really looking forward to the lattice potatoes. Unfortunately the portion size was disappointingly small, which brings the value for money into question. I definitely expected more and hope McDonald's fixes these issues in the future.

I don't know where to start, I'm disappointed, angry and hurt. My Plantburger, which was even in the Plantburger packaging, contained a burger with meat. I want to warn all people who follow a vegetarian diet about this experience and perhaps avoid this McDonald's branch. Appliances in the kitchen beep every second, echoing into the dining area. I found it very disturbing, unable to concentrate on work.

One of the better McDonalds locations. Large number of seats. Outdoor play options and indoor multimedia room. Parking lot a bit small and cramped and exit a bit difficult. Waiting time for small orders is too long at 10 minutes.
