Sehr sehr langsam machen erst die kleine Bestellungen und dann die großen musste 45min aufs Essen warten!

Schnellrestaurant geht anders. Ständig Bestellung unvollständig, lange Wartezeit und dann schmeckt es noch nicht mal mehr.

Personal okay. Essen gut. Was gar nicht geht: die Horden an Jugendlichen der nahe gelegenen Gesamtschule. Höhepunkt gestern: mehrere männliche Jugendliche belagerten die Abholtheke und machten sich über andere Gäste lustig. Zwei standen mit nackten Oberkörpern rum. Nicht ein Angestellter traute sich was zu sagen!

Nicht zu empfehlen, habe eine halbe Ewigkeit auf mein Essen gewartet!

Zum 3.Mal fehlt etwas in der Tüte, was man bezahlt hat. Man muss hier alles genau nachsehen. Unorganisiert und immer schlechter beim Personal. Hier nie wieder.

Extrem lange Wartezeit und essen schmeckt einfach nicht so wie man es kennt.

Nachdem bestellen wurde die Bestellung direkt als Abholbereit angezeigt, auf versuchter Nachfrage hieß es, das wir kurz warten sollen, nachdem dann andere Kunden vorher dran genommen wurden, und man auf erneute Nachfrage nur die Antwort bekam wir machen das immer so, wobei das Essen nicht ansatzweise fertig war, fühlt man sich als Kunde überhaupt nicht wertgeschätzt.

Die Sauberkeit hat leider nachgelassen 😞

Sprechanlage im McDrive viel zu leise, wenn man drauf aufmerksam macht das man nichts versteht wird gelacht. Kein Guten Tag, kein Danke oder Tschüss. Essen Lauwarm und komische Flocken im Getränk. Ekelhaft!

Kurz zusammengefasst: Dieses "Restaurant" ist ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt, welches ich zeitnah über die dort herrschenden Zustände informieren werde.

Eine Der schlimmste MC Donalds in DE. Jedes aber wirklich jedes Mal vergessen die etwas ,immer 4-5 € Minus!!! Was sagt das über die Mitarbeiter?! Schaut eure Bewertung mal an - 90% Negativ 😭 Schande!

Wir wurden nach Bestellung im McDrive auf einen Warteparkplatz gestellt und haben über 20 min gewartet. Wir sind dann in die Filiale und erst nach erneuter Aufforderung haben wir unsere Bestellung erhalten.

Leider war es an dem Tag nicht schön. Ein ganzer Sitzbereich war auf dem Boden „vollgemüllt“. Manche Gäste haben keinen Anstand.

Alles chaotisch hier, nie wieder

Es war sehr zügig,das Essen Grotten schlecht,der Chickenburger zum kotzen nur pappig kein Geschmack,auch die Nuggets und die Cola ohne Kohlensäure 🤢

Leider wurden die veganen Nuggets rausgenommen…..

Ambiente ist schöne jedoch kann man sich darauf vorbereiten 1 Stunde zu warten wo die mit Arbeiter sehr unfreundlich waren und mit Verhalten noch Trinkgeld wollten

Das einzige McDonalds das kaum Fehler macht und wo die Mitarbeiter freundlich sind und nicht so aussehen als würden sie ihr leben hassen. Man muss auch nie länger als 10 min warten

Es wäre schön wenn man mit den Mitarbeitern auf Deutsch oder Englisch kommunizieren könnte!

Toiletten waren dreckig und kaputt. Essen na ja.

Hat sehr sehr nachgelassen! Dreckig, habe Tisch selber abgewischt. Pommes schwabbelig kalt, Hamburger kalt. Bevor wir gingen musste Kind noch auf die Toilette. Puh, war die Krönung. Kind sagte nein sie verkneift es sich. Gut dass wir 15 Minuten von zu Hause weg waren.

Kleiner MC Donalds, nicht gerade sauber, Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich Ansonsten eher nicht empfehlenswert....

Früher war Meckes ja mal ein Schnellrestaurant. Hier lebt man eher das Motto: Die Entdeckung der Langsamkeit. Unglaublich wie lange man hier im McDrive warten muss. Nur weil der nächste Meckes 5km weil weg ist, überlebt die Filiale in Saarn. Unfassbar!

Voll in Ordnung Nettes Personal

Ich werde nie wieder hierherkommen. Ich habe den Big Tasty Bacon bestellt, extra für Jalapeños, Gouda-Patty und Chili-Käsesauce bezahlt und das hier bekommen: Nicht mal der Eisbergsalat und die Tomaten, die eigentlich dabei sein sollten, waren da, und die Pommes waren kalt – eine winzige Portion in einer riesigen Verpackung. Diesen McDonald's sollte man unbedingt meiden.

Ich habe ein kleines Eis bestellt und den Tisch-Aufsteller benutzt, damit mir die Bestellung an den Tisch gebracht wird. Leider habe ich über 10 Minuten gewartet und niemand hat mir mein Eis gebracht. Für ein einzelnes Eis ist das eindeutig zu lange. Das wirkt sehr unorganisiert und unaufmerksam. Wenn ein Tischservice angeboten wird, sollte er auch zuverlässig funktionieren. Als zahlender Kunde einfach warten zu müssen, ohne Information oder Entschuldigung, empfinde ich als respektlos. Ich hoffe, dass hier mehr auf den Service und die Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Kunden geachtet wird.

Mann bekommt den Eindruck nicht mehr das essen mitzunehmen. Keine Hygiene, keine Haarnetze bei Zubereitung, es wird mit der Leiter über Fritteuse geputzt während des Betriebs. Nach der Bestellung bereut man es. Dabei rede ich noch nicht von den Toiletten und den Sitzplätzen. Früher fühlte man sich viel besser beim essen. Kann ich nicht empfehlen Und wo ich mich persönlich unwohl fühle, es wird hinter der Theke kein Deutsch gesprochen

Vorab muss man fairerweise sagen, dass wir an einem Sonntag Mittag dort waren. Leider wirkte das Team vor Ort sehr überfordert und kam mit den Bestellungen nicht hinterher. Dann fehlten auch noch Burger, Getränke etc. Diese wurden dann zwar noch gebracht, aber in der Zwischenzeit hatten wir den ersten Schwung schon gegessen. Das Restaurant an sich ist gut gelegen, die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und offen. Es gibt schöne Sitzegelegenheiten. Allerdings hat man auch hier gesehen, dass zu wenig Personal da ist. Die Tische waren größtenteils fettig und vor allem der Boden war stellenweise sehr schmutzig.

Wir haben ein Big Mäc Menü und ein Mac Rip Menü bestellt , beide Pommes dazu waren kalt , nach einer Beschwerde gab es jeweils ein Cheeseburger. Der war aber ekelhaft , da das Fleisch nicht durch war und der Käse nicht einmal warm , geschweige zerlaufen. Beim servieren des Cheeseburgers hat der " Kellern " schon dämlich gelacht und alle hinter der Theke haben in unsere Richtung geschaut . Der Laden an sich war so verdreckt, daß jede Bahnhofstoialette besser aussieht . Dieser Drecksladen sieht mich nie wieder. Einfach nur ekelhaft

We are regular customers of both the restaurant and the drive-thru, and I can't confirm the negative reviews. Sure, things don't always run perfectly, and mistakes happen. But staff shortages and absences are a problem here too...like pretty much everywhere these days, especially in the restaurant industry. The staff are often under a lot of pressure (just take a look and think instead of complaining). Ultimately, though, the staff are always friendly and strive for customer satisfaction! For example, when our son's Happy Meal book was missing, which we only noticed at home and then called to inquire, I was able to pick up the book immediately and even received a free Happy Meal! I hadn't expected that, and few places are so customer-friendly. Overall, we are very satisfied, feel comfortable, and will be back.

Wrong meal delivered, fries forgotten, overall hard to digest Has I experienced this again in a long time... I don't need this.

I ordered a Big Mac meal to go today, November 28th, at 6:28 PM. When I unpacked it at home, there was no Big Mac inside. Annoying. Hence only one star. So please check your order immediately.

The drive-thru is a complete disaster. They can't even handle large orders for four people. Sometimes a burger is missing, sometimes fries, not to mention the sauces, which they conveniently forget! Every time, even after asking if they've forgotten anything, they tell you to check. Yeah, right, I'm supposed to unpack the whole cardboard bag on the driver's seat? The owner clearly couldn't care less (thanks, Mr. Prünte).

I was there yesterday with my wife. That was definitely the last time. The tables were covered in grease and the tray stations were overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to find space to put your tray down. The staff were arguing loudly and the restrooms were filthy. My Big Mac was lukewarm and so "lovingly" placed in the packaging that it would have been better eaten with a spoon. Never again!!!

Honestly, this restaurant can only be described as a dump. No one ordered anything during the time we ate. There's trash lying around everywhere. The trash disposal stations are completely full. Trash-filled trays are left on the tables. Staff are invisible or argue intermittently. The restrooms are a complete disaster. It stinks like a predator's den. There's toilet paper all over the floor, and the door barely opens and closes properly because the toilet paper container is placed way too close to the door. Oh, and the food was cold. Not even lukewarm. I will definitely never eat here again.

Unfortunately, it's really disappointing. This McDonald's restaurant has unfortunately deteriorated considerably! Fries weren't even lukewarm. The takeout order was given as "to eat in." For the third time in a row, a paid-for fries weren't wrapped, and the sauce and mayo were missing. The service here today didn't even smile at the customers, which is a shame. The hygiene also leaves a lot to be desired. The ordering terminal was dirty. The floor was slippery...not because it was freshly mopped. There's a real need for action here....

Unhygienic food is left lying on the floor. When you order, whether at the drive-thru or inside, you always wait at least 15 minutes no matter what you order. I would recommend paying only by card, as the employees' inability to handle money is beyond words. Not recommended!

the woman at the register was really rude. i made a photo of my friends, she came up to me, and disrespectfully (though im an adult) asked me „Warum hast DU dieses Foto gemacht?”. We told her, that it was only of my friends and none of the staff was in there, she continued to speak to me, addressing me as "you" (informally). the experience was really unpleasant. food was okay

Today I thought it was good that we were allowed to swap the toys from the Happy Meal. Even if not everything was there as stated. It was completely OK. McDonald's. Spent 45.33 euros for 4 people. And everyone was very full. With ice. Everything was included in the pickup and special requests were met. It also went quickly in MC Drive.
