McDonald's in Mülheim an der Ruhr

Was ok. Went quickly. Tasted good, but certainly not healthy and good meat. The daughter loved it perfectly!

The usual standard. Quite OK for Sundays after the cinema!

Always good after a long period of abstinence. If you want things to go a little faster.

Orders never complete and correct. No idea whether it was a method or an inability to check the order before issuing it.

As with every order, I was cheated again. This time it was about a burger, the last time it was about things from the Happy Meal, and before that it was about saussen. Especially when it comes to large orders, you don't have to worry about driving through the drive-thru, regardless of whether there's a line at the back, and you have to count them with peace of mind. This time is definitely the last time I ordered there

Cool branch, one of the better McDonald’s stores. Very child friendly……..

I thought McDonald's would also be for children but unfortunately there isn't much here for children. Outdoor area and a room with a ceiling projector. So there isn't much for children to play with.

Waiting time at the drive was over 20 minutes, even though there was only one car in line in front of me (the reason for this was not given), fries were cold and sticky, instead of 6 there were only 5 chicken nuggets in the can.

As usual, McDonald's is very consistent, like any other McDonald's. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined in recent years, which is why I only eat there in an emergency.

I was at McDonald’s recently and was really looking forward to the lattice potatoes. Unfortunately the portion size was disappointingly small, which brings the value for money into question. The serving size was approximately 8 lattice potatoes. In addition, the lattice potatoes were rock hard and hardly edible. I definitely expected more and hope McDonald's fixes these issues in the future.

I just don't understand why 2-3 products have been missing for 3-4 times. Do you do this extra or are you stupid?

MC Donald can no longer function without technology. The only service is machines. Issue was still one person. Who knows how long. Anyone who likes it is in good hands there.

Chicken instead of veggie nuggets, half of the order wrong and cold, unfriendly & bad service! Never again…

Cold food, dirty shop, rubbish on the inks, floor and benches outside. The slide was dirty on the inside. Staff unfriendly. Toilet smells/smells of urine. Was once MC's best. Never visit again.

As always, something was missing, but was handed over when asked. Almost everything was cold. Very dirty, leftover food and paper waste everywhere, napkins and cups. Tables and tables are probably not wiped regularly.

Sitting outside here is like being in a chillout lounge

I don't know where to start, I'm disappointed, angry and hurt. My Plantburger, which was even in the Plantburger packaging, contained a burger with meat. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, in addition to a quiet apology, there was also an excuse: "yes, but the burgers are also prepared with meat". I want to warn all people who follow a vegetarian diet about this experience and perhaps avoid this McDonald's branch. I received a new and vegetarian burger, but no clarification that would have made me feel good.

It was very loud in the restaurant. Our meal was missing a cola. At the other table, coffee was served instead of Cola. Didn't look really organized somehow.

I have known the branch for a long time, having lived in MH for 25 years and been there often. Been there a few times recently. Unfortunately, service has become really bad. Yesterday I was standing on MC Drive with two cars and nothing happened for 10 minutes. Then I drove again. In general, the drive-in takes a long time compared to all branches in the area.

Rare visit to McDonald's, because I actually just wanted to charge my electric car. I ordered a Big Mac Menu. Fries were almost cold and soggy. But when asked, they were replaced with fresh ones without comment. The burger itself, well, I don't have to eat it again. Toilets were flooded and quite dirty. I didn't take a photo of the toilets. The restaurant itself wasn't exactly clean either, tables and chairs weren't wiped, they were greasy and there was leftover food. I didn't feel comfortable. Appliances in the kitchen beep every second, echoing into the dining area. I found it very disturbing, unable to concentrate on work.

We've been going to this branch for years when it's time for fast food.

Modern & well-kept McDonald's. Service here is also very fast, highly recommended :).

Fast service, warm and delicious food

Once again the order was not completely in the bag. That can happen sometimes. But in 3 visits 3 times. I've had enough of that now. It wasn't like that before, when things were being packed up in front of you. Thank you for reading.

Spacious place to have burger 🍔

One of the better McDonalds locations. Large number of seats. Outdoor play options and indoor multimedia room. Parking lot a bit small and cramped and exit a bit difficult. Waiting time for small orders is too long at 10 minutes.

Incredibly slow at the drive-thru. Sometimes we waited 25 minutes for our food. Without a rush at off-peak times.

Very friendly staff. If it takes a little longer to prepare the food at Mcdriv, the food is brought to the car in the parking lot

MC D stop. Except for the cheeseburgers and nuggets, in my opinion it's not what it used to be... Children's burgers for overpriced prices and the taste, well. It was definitely better and the prices were fairer.

Ordered food for 2 people & only returned after the 4th was the order halfway correct. But sauces were now completely missing, which I paid extra for. If you can't manage to deliver an order completely after 4 corrections, you should look for a new job!

Unfortunately deductions, something forgotten with every order. Unfortunately also online with Uber. Bought an expensive burger and had a simpler one. Always check better when picking up.

Little parking space and overall getting old

Delicious food but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired

This McDonald's branch is like any other. Franchises are like that. The staff was friendly.

Food is a matter of taste. But even after years, I can't stand the strange terminals for ordering.

Ate Mc Rib with knife and fork for the first time. It was dripping with sauce😁.

Very dirty shop! When you come in it smells like urine. All the tables are dirty and there is food on the floor everywhere. And that was on a Tuesday around 2:30 p.m.

Takeaway order 1 burger was missing and something was mixed up. It's bad that you always have to go through everything at least once to see that everything is there and correct.

Cool branch, with a second floor. Ordered and paid for at the terminal, food was brought to the table in a reasonable time, nothing was missing and it was delicious. We were given glasses with the menu that we had selected beforehand. But we changed our minds and wanted to swap the glasses for other colors. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible because they are now on the receipt and for accounting reasons they cannot be exchanged afterwards. That was a shame for our children.

An absolutely dirty shop! Tables outside, tablets still stuck on the tables, napkins and fries on the floor everywhere 🤢

We were there for breakfast, they only offered takeaway food, but we still ate it on site. The staff would rather chat with each other than serve customers. But the store is clean.

Nice store, only: Delivery repeatedly cold and EVERY TIME something is missing. This obviously has a system. It may be due to the Lieferando drivers, but it doesn't matter to the end customer. Absolutely unusable as a delivery service. It's okay on site.

10 minutes wait for 2 hamburgers!!!

Were there straight after breakfast and it seemed as if the employees were overwhelmed. Fries were cold and didn't taste great. Had a strange aftertaste that couldn't be defined. Above all, you should make the fries last and not first if a burger isn't ready yet. In terms of appearance, the store isn't that bad, but unfortunately the rest of it isn't. It's a shame actually

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to!

Modern, 2 floors, friendly, good….; Three stars less because: The “drive in” service, compared to other locations, is almost always very slow…. ….26. March 2024 - 19.21…. the McDrive was once again incredibly slow. After a wait of over 20 minutes, they apologized with a “system failure” and recommended coming to the restaurant…

Even though we ordered it in advance via the app, everything was only prepared when we were there In addition, a waiting time at the drive in of more than half an hour.... a no go in my opinion

The worst burgers and cheeseburgers and fries anyone has ever given me in a bag! Especially the MC on kölnerstrasse the food has never been so bad - even though there was a lot to do at 6 p.m. the "stuff" was an imposition - rubber fries - side dishes all limp and cardboard - cheeseburgers with absolutely no taste! If even my 15 year old, who has just come back from sports, leaves the stuff lying around then it's really bad! Apart from the 22 euros ?? How can you have such a ………. give to the customers? Taking it home took 7 minutes - it can't get that bad in those 7 minutes!!

Since the deliveries have been made by Lieferando, we have been avoiding MCD. A complete disaster. Unfriendly drivers, delivery only after 90 minutes and cold. The food has become inedible. Never again

Update: March 2, 2024, 12:30 a.m.: We laughed about it before, but it got EVEN WORSE! We waited hungry for a long time at Mc Drive and then THIS: MILKSHAKE SOLD OUT! (we had almost expected that) and FRIES SOLD OUT!!!! A McDonalds WITHOUT FRIES 🍟 AND MILKSHAKE 🥤 should CLOSE voluntarily and only reopen when supplies are secured. The operator should be threatened with termination of the franchise license or territory protection! A good location cannot be the reason for poor customer service. There are a lot of other things going wrong in this branch. (See other reviews) Update: Today (September 1st, 2022) I was once again unable to order a chocolate shake at the drive-thru. Apparently the machine is broken again. They then wanted to give us the wrong order. Next time we'll take it because it was a lot!!! Chaos shop!!! It's not fun!!! What happened before...: For at least the third time the milkshake machine was (supposedly?) broken. It's stupid if you only find out when you order and are already standing in the Mc Drive queue. In addition, there is a lack of understanding about the fact that people then unsubscribe from other fat food products. My recommendation: just put a sign out if this machine breaks down again! So we were in a pick-up queue for nothing. The children were very disappointed and I was angry. We won't be back any time soon...

Very bright and open, quick service, good parking

Enough now. The kids often wanted a cheeseburger on the way home (when we were with family). It was always like that for us as children. I've always had the impression that €1.99 was just too much for a cheeseburger of this quality, but recently this company has had the audacity to charge €2.29 for their "cheeseburgers"! We bought our last cheeseburger there today. Ps. The only reason I get one star is that you can talk normally to the polite staff. Disappointing, a shame. (I had to revise this review. My choice of words was probably not neutral enough.)

I've ordered cafes to drink here several times and I always get disposable cups. On the one hand it doesn't taste good and on the other hand it's never going to be environmentally friendly.

It's just a McDonald's but not a bad one. Service is not nice but always tries hard. Waiting times are short and the food is mostly “fresh”. Except for the toilets, everything is very clean.

Good service from friendly staff and also very friendly towards four-legged friends = very pleasant stay.

This store is disastrous. The fish in the Filet-O-Fish seems to still be alive after defrosting, which is at least one explanation for why the "patties" are so DEAD-FRIED... In another review I read that in McDrive customers are asked to move 3 METERS forward despite there being no queue, I experienced it myself today! 😂 But it gets even better when you order: ONE MOMENT please that lasts over 5 MINUTES even though NOTHING is going on... 😂😂 Shouldn't we see that you put warm burgers in the paper bags or what's the point? Or do you do something else with the food? I just want to understand what purpose such actions have?! I'll be going to Dümpten soon, as the work will at least be quicker there, as is usual in a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT and where the employees aren't immediately overwhelmed by just one order. Conclusion: Today was definitely the last time in this location!

Der erste Q****h war die Plastikstrohalme zu entfernen, der zweite Q****h ohne strohhalme aus Pappe trinken und der absolute Knaller ist jetzt keine Abholung mehr am Fenster sondern 3 Meter weiter fahren 🤦🏽‍♂️🤣🤣 was soll der B****it???😡😡

Seit langen mal wieder da gewesen. Und dummerweise vertraute ich auf die fachliche Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter und habe meine Bestellung nach Erhalt nur flüchtig kontrolliert . Natürlich fehlte wieder was . Und reklamieren ging nicht mehr da ich schon los gefahren bin . Immer wieder eine Enttäuschung.

Habe das erste Mal per Handy bestellt und das Essen abgeholt. Das Zubereiten und Packen ging sehr schnell, obwohl ich eine sehr große Bestellung hatte und viel Betrieb war. Leider wurde der teuerste Burger vergessen einzupacken, was echt ärgerlich ist. Aufgefallen ist das erst zu Hause. Ja, man soll die Bestellung überprüfen, aber ehrlich....aufgeteilt in zwei Papiertüten. In eine Große gesteckt und noch ein Getränk in der Hand und zu viel Leute um mich herum. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich das nicht geprüft habe im Laden.

Die Bestellung ist oft schnell bearbeitet, man sollte aber bei Take-Away immer auf Vollständigkeit prüfen.

Man sollte nicht so viel fast foot essen. Selbst kochen ist besser.

Wir haben uns verschiedene Coupons ausgesucht, auf dem Parkplatz im Auto per Handy bestellt und sind durch den Mc Drive. Die komplette Bestellung wurde dort fehlerfrei übergeben. Bis auf die Pommes, (die dieses Mal die Fritteuse eindeutig zu kurz besucht haben), waren sonst alle anderen Bestellungen (Chicken Mc Nuggets, Big Macs, Fanta) in Ordnung. Personal war freundlich, Wartezeit wirkte etwa lange (aber ich weiß auch nicht, wer vor uns was bestellt hat).

Die Pommes waren leider schon kalt, als wir sie bekommen haben und der Abräumwagen war total überfüllt

Sehr sehr laut vor Ort, die Mitarbeiter nicht alle so freundlich wie man es sich wünschen würde.

Wenn McDonalds, dann hier. Holen uns nicht oft Fastfood, aber wenn, dann gerne in dieser Filiale. Die Leutz dort haben den Laden in der Regel top im Griff!

Schöner großer MC Donalds über 2 Etagen sauber und schnell im Service.

Essen & Service wie immer ortsüblicher Stsndard, leider direkt an einer Hsuptverkehrsstrasse liegend... Mitarbeitern freundlich.

Naja, ich war Abends dort gewesen (18.07 und 24.07) und habe etwas länger gewartet als üblich am 24.07. Vorab: Ich werde den lieben Kollegen in höchsten Tönen loben, allerdings wollte er das nicht wirklich, da er sich nicht über den Kollegen stellen möchte, aber das tut er ja nicht! Allerdings hat der Mitarbeiter mit seiner guten Aussprache und einer geballten ,,Redekunst"(Unüblich sonst in einem Fastfood-Konzern) die meisten Kunden bei Laune halten können. Er war stets den Kunden behilflich, wenn's nötig gewesen ist. Er hat eine hohe Kompetenz mit im Gepäck und kann jede Frage beantworten, so mein Eindruck und drängt sich nicht in den Vordergrund,sondern seine Kollegen bzw. die Kunden stehen im Vordergrund. Ich bin dort öfters und habe mit ihm kurz gesprochen und er hat sich definitiv mehr verdient als seine kleinen Pfennige, wobei der Herr Prünte ja ein gutes Umfeld ist. Er hat sein Team definitiv mitgezogen und unterstützt wo es geht. Sonst sehe ich bei einem McDonalds oft lustlose Mitarbeiter, die Ihren Sinn nicht für die Besucher einsetzen. Dem Jungen sollte man sein eigenes Restaurant geben! Trotzdem danke an das Team für das leckere Essen!!!

Sehr guter Service. Schnelle Zubereitung. Essen ist immer heiß. Bei Problemen wird einem persönlich von der Leitung weitergeholfen. Hier wird Kundenservice von der Leitung vorgelebt.

Beste MC Donalds wo ich je war ,Essen bekommst du da noch heiß und sehr frisch .Der Laden ist sehr sauber und sehr schön .Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich . Nur der Parkplatz ist ein bisschen klein ,aber verständlich da der Laden direkt an einer großen Kreuzung liegt . Dafür hat man draußen schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten .

Wir saßen im Aussenbereich. Die Tische waren nicht sauber. Der Service war gut. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden und auch E-Auto Ladesäulen sind vorhanden.
