Good and tasty breakfast, mega large coffee.

It's hard to believe that I couldn't order a McFlurry via the app today at around 10:45. So I went inside and tried to order it at the counter. But to no avail, as the card terminal wasn't working either. Very poor, abysmal service. Quote from the shift manager: "There's nothing I can do about it."

It's a good McDonald's, very good kids area, warm fries and we tidied up very often.

After I discovered that even mold doesn't want this "food" I can only say: Never again! NEVER AGAIN! POOH

Never seen a McDonald's where you can actually sit outside so well

Unfortunately I was treated very unkindly there. The receipt was simply torn out of your hand and thrown away.

So if you screw up the act of including the right sauces with your order, then I would question myself, my abilities and my lack of value to society. The job really requires the minimum level of competence and even that is where the people behind the counter fail. If the nice bald man in the drive-thru isn't there, there's nothing going on in the shed.

Relatively modern fast food restaurant. Great play area for children

I wanted to see how busy the McDonalds was and read a review from a tall, tattooed gentleman. I can only agree with that. You feel perceived as a customer and not like "eat your fast food and be quiet". In general, the employees often seem motivated, they are all just people and everyone can have a bad day! :)

Admittedly, I don't go to McD's that often. You can tell because I wanted to order ChilliCheeseNuggets and they haven't been available for a long time... Actually, I get something there in an emergency. Just like now. Easter Monday, 7.30 p.m., eating something after an accident. McDrive completely empty, so let's go. After what feels like an eternity, a male voice speaks up. What exactly he said, I have no idea. It was monosyllabic. Something like "yes", "blah", hello"...no greeting. This grumpiness continued throughout the entire ordering process. Hard to understand due to "not in the mood" and accent. Arrived home unpacked and of course a portion of fries was missing. As a precaution, the receipt was not given. These missing products are a constant issue there. I've had that there many times. The fact that you can't find a system to avoid this is a mystery to me. Then I look at my McRip. I haven't seen anything so sad in a long time. And I felt just as sad when I took the first one that came along. Cold, labyrinthine. The poor thing had probably been on display for hours. Overall, Mr. McDonald's appearance was very embarrassing. Rubbish employees, poor quality products, but prices like in a real burger shop. Yes, that reminds you why you only end up there in a normal situation. But criticism doesn't seem to really interest anyone. PS: Instead of ChillkicheeseNuggets, the grumpy man “recommended” Mozarella Chrisps or something similar. Guys...like biting into playdough. Completely tasteless little things held together by breading.

The service is miserable Today, April 21, 2025, 9:18 p.m. you were cheated again despite having paid for the goods, which were missing again, that's cheating because instead of concentrating you prefer to talk about private things.

It's 8:30 p.m. the shop is moderately busy and all the tables and the toilet are dirty to death, every table is smeared with leftovers, that's really an imposition!!!

It's Easter Sunday 4/20/24 8:28 p.m.! The shop is extremely dirty even though there is nothing going on!

Unfortunately I can't rate the food because after 40 minutes we still didn't receive any food. A bunch of people who ordered after us received their food. Staff very and friendly. Well, first and last time here. The only nice thing here are the lamps. After 45 minutes our food was cold!

Completely wrong order delivered via Lieferando, I've been trying to reach someone on the phone for 20 minutes. Apparently none of the employees want to use the phone. Should be passed on to the branch management!

The employees are so rude. Things are not ordered correctly (booked) and then they are not canceled at all. That doesn't work!!! Then you pay for it and not all your things are packed up and forgotten. Then they made a sound. Talked about things you didn't understand at all and got short-tempered. I think it doesn't work at all. If you don't order something correctly, you can cancel it in any restaurant. Paid 50 euros for nothing and then forgot to eat!

Today I spontaneously wanted to eat a Börger with my kids at McDonald's, but then I saw this. We wanted to sit outside because the weather was nice that day. The table was completely dirty. Employees are very rude and the long waiting time is really not recommended for a fast food restaurant.

A very clean McDonald's with a good atmosphere. You can sit down and eat there as it is much cleaner and neater than other locations I have visited.

I always go there and made a smash burger with my girlfriend and no one was interested which was great

I ordered in house to take away. It was also just 2 simple burgers. Since it was before the lunch rush, everything was still very quiet and clean. The burgers were hot and freshly prepared. There were also a pair of napkins. Nothing to complain about. Toilets clean. Recommendation. Addition 2025, chicken burger eaten in the restaurant. Ambience has deteriorated a bit.

A busy McDonald's, there was food everywhere and the tables were dirty. We also had the normal ones in a 20 piece of Plant Based Nuggets.

Everything was great for a fast food restaurant. Food came quickly, completely and as ordered. The lady who brought it also took the empty coffee cup with her and wished me a bon appetite. The rest of the restaurant was clean and the toilets were also cleaned.

First things first. The toilets were at 9:39 p.m., but spotlessly clean, smelling clean of soap. Food that is good is McDonald's. The SmartMenus are cheap, but I wouldn't want to pay much more. The ColaLight was made up of 70% ice cubes. In the USA it is common that here in Germany, too much... The SmartMenus was poor in quality. Temperature of the burgers, too low for me. Service disappointing. Why can't you buy more than 2x chocolate sauce with it? Customer is king? No, they think 2x chocolate sauce is enough, then that's how it is. The customer's desire to BUY more is of no interest. Annoying and incomprehensible

Coffee fresh made. Good taste. Fries are hot fresh made. Cola with gas. Environment is very clean. Over average compared to other Mcs.

Every McDonald's feels the same, but this one really stands out because of the employees and the location. The food tastes a little better than many other McDonald's stores.

I would like to give a big shout out to a very special employee at McDonald’s. The tall, tattooed man who served me recently was just exceptionally friendly and personable. Despite the hustle and bustle, he has an incredibly positive charisma that made the visit special. His way of dealing with guests is warm and authentic. You can immediately tell that he enjoys his work and makes an effort to put a smile on everyone's face. He was also super attentive and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Employees like this are an absolute highlight and make the difference. Thank you for the great experience - I'll definitely come back!

My ice cream was slimy and Devon is mad that there is no more Monopoly game. Pafle is fasting and the vegan nuggets are abnormally fatty. Not recommended but we'll have a coffee here tomorrow. Kind regards from Sauerland

The quality of the speakers (music in the store) is so bad that it hurts in the oven :( Better nothing at all than that.

It's McDonald's. Clean, the food is freshly prepared and brought to the table.

I come here at least once a week or more and have been almost always satisfied. The food tastes as you would expect and doesn't take long to arrive. It is often very crowded, even at night & the toilets look pretty rancid. Otherwise everything was great!

2 times a week I got something to eat in the morning after the night shift. The items were placed sensibly in the bag without a mess, everything was warm and fresh, and very friendly staff.

Took food to go and then opened this burger at home. 1. it is the wrong one and 2. the misery speaks for itself.

Restaurant closed at around 1am, despite being open 24 hours on Google. It's a shame about the fuel consumption! Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. Customer service looks different!

Unfortunately, the McDonald's doesn't seem very clean, the food was only lukewarm and the waiting time was extremely long.

Food is ok. More lukewarm than really fresh and hot. What we noticed even more negatively was the customer service. After checking our order, we discovered that we had received the wrong product, which we simply didn't want (otherwise we would have ordered it in the first place?!😂) and after informing the employee in a friendly way When we told them, we received a very rude answer and were insulted. This is simply miles away from customer-friendly service. We don't expect much, there's a lot going on and people understand that and mistakes can happen. But you still don't have to act so unfriendly.

They have mc cafe but don’t use it. They give you bad vending machine coffee instead. Heating in kids playground is also turned of. Freezing cold for kids. Worst mc donalds i have ever been too!

The food was prepared and brought to the table super quickly.

I ordered at 9:50 p.m. and my order was canceled. Even though they're open until 11 p.m. and not even straight away, they make you wait for 20 minutes so that you think it's coming, but that only makes the disappointment even bigger. I expected more from McDonald's... I'll never order from you again, it's not like it only happened once. But if anyone wants a 10% delivery voucher, just order here shortly before 10 in the evening and after the cancellation I will get one. ABSOLUTELY NO RECOMMENDATION!!!

Unfortunately, service was once again a disaster. I've wanted to order MC Flurry Twix several times in the last 10 days because it was in advertising. Never there. How can you advertise something and never have it in stock? Then another variant was used. With 10 Mc Flurry, only one cup was half full to max 2/3 full, far below the tabs to bend. Today I ordered Mc Sundae at the checkout and was told that the paper bag should be filled correctly. You can see the result in the pictures. I asked about the guidelines. That would be so right. Well, if these two ice creams are filled at different depths, what height is correct? I pointed out the pictures but weren't interested. Maybe soon there will only be 4 in the 6-piece ChickenMcNugget menu, because it's just advertising. Impossible!!! Oh and if you want to sit at the table, you should bring your own cleaning utensils, because here only the table is sprayed with cleaning agent and rubbed with dishcloths.

Since the boss is no longer in the evening, the ordered and paid for products are sometimes missing and you have to run after them, or the wrong products are given out.

So hair shouldn't be in the food, but this was the case today in my fries there was a long black hair because it couldn't be mine because I'm bald, it must have happened at the restaurant. The burgers, on the other hand, were good without any complaints. The delivery via Uber worked great and the driver was very friendly

McDrive order: the cheeseburgers are the best around. Which I find quite astonishing when you consider that it is THE standardized system catering par excellence. Crazy world.

There is also a shortage of skilled workers at the Heifeskamp in Mülheim. There is no other way I can explain the ever-decreasing quality of the service and also the food. Details please... “Filet o fish” that isn’t freshly prepared just doesn’t taste that good. A little tip for the drive switch: These days there are extensions for the card reader. They are practical for service staff and even customers. Unfortunately, this branch has seen a lot of decline in the last few months!!

You have to wait quite a long time for your order. And when you have it, it's only lukewarm. The fries too. The toilets are not clean. Of course the employees have a lot to do and all have a grumpy expression on their faces. No smile, no kind word. Nothing. Too bad.

Employees are overwhelmed, they serve a family with birthday children for what feels like 30 minutes and leave the second checkout idle, I left the store straight away after several requests for a second checkout!!! Patience was not even asked for, let alone answered!! Of course, if you hire third-class people in McDonald's, that kind of thing doesn't work! Never again!!!

I don't know how to explain this but the toilet doors are simply installed incorrectly on both toilets??? These doors are mirrored on one side, it's just stupid that you can see into the toilet from the outside but not outside from the inside????

Actually one of the best McDonalds restaurants you can find in North Rhine-Westphalia. You'll want to take the really high-quality outdoor lounge with you straight away. The service is good and the dishes are complete 99% of the time.

Friendly staff, good process from ordering to delivery.

I've been to the DriveIn twice in the last 3 weeks and it doesn't seem to be possible to get an order for 4 people completely handed out. In total we didn't get 4 cheeseburgers and one fries. If you're sitting alone in the car, there are 10 cars behind you and 2-3 bags are handed to you, then unfortunately the advice that you should check the goods upon receipt doesn't help. I find it an absolute impudence and incompetence!

Wir fahren sehr gerne nach MC Donald. Aber mittlerweile muss man sich nur noch ärgern. Entweder fehlen Burger, wenn man eine große Bestellung macht. Man bekommt keine Strohhalme mehr, beim Getränk. Und heute der Knaller 🧨 Wir mussten 11,98€ bezahlen und haben 21,98€ abgegeben und bekommen 9€ zurück. Also fehlte ein ganzer Euro. Dann diskutiert der Mann das wir nur 20,98€ abgegeben hätten. Man sollte schon rechnen und zählen können wenn man an der Kasse steht. Kontrolliert am besten immer, ob ihr eure ganze Bestellung bekommen habt. Und ob ihr das passende Geld zurück bekommt.

It's really dirty and somehow I don't feel comfortable there. The toilet facility alone is underground. I don't even want to describe it here like the dumpling statements that it isn't cleaned even though you point it out to them.

McDonald's just. Full parking spaces. High prices. Food ready quickly. Very hot in the store.

A McDonalds as we know it. However, I have noticed several times that something was missing from my DriveIn orders. Last time an extra portion of fries, which I even pointed out again when paying. In the future, I will check carefully on site whether the order is complete.

Update I unfortunately have to say that the quality and service in almost all restaurants has decreased. You order for the family and you're hungry and it's not cheap anymore. The order is usually incorrect and that doesn't work. Then you should make sure that everything is in the bag. After complaints, help is occasionally provided.

I have to say it was the nicest and nicest visit to McDonald's in a long time. A very friendly gentleman served me in a good mood and was super polite and nice. It puts you in a better mood and makes you believe in humanity, the restaurant is also the cleanest I've seen in a long time, keep it up, thumbs up 👍

-Employees simply order everything in large without asking - Shake cups were totally dirty on the outside - Food that was ordered was not packed - endless waiting times at the drive in! And when you point out the defects, the Mc Drive employee becomes outrageously cheeky!

Ordered a chicken burger without cheese at Mc Drive. The notice came that the chicken burger had no cheese on it. Ok, I didn't know because I hadn't eaten any before. So far so good. When I opened the bag there was a cheeseburger inside! Back at the counter, I only got the stupid answer: You ordered a chicken burger without cheese, there's no cheese on it anyway... when I asked why I got a cheeseburger, all I got was "I have no idea how that could have happened" - not even an apology. Disastrous guest service! Last but not least, the chicken burger that was handed to me was only lukewarm and soggy and had obviously long exceeded its specified holding time and should have long since been thrown in the trash

This McDonalds branch is one of the best I've been to. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly.

Unfortunately, the chilli cheeseburger nuggets were no longer hot and the staff didn't greet or say goodbye to their customers. When I asked if a straw had been given, a straw was simply held out without a word. Customer service and friendliness are non-existent here.
