McDonald's in Mülheim an der Ruhr

Ein ganz normales Restaurant. Dort trifft man sich gerne mit Freunden und geht mit der Familie hin, um etwas zu essen. Im Sommer ist es dort angenehm kühl, im Winter warm. Und das Essen schmeckt gut.

Unvollständige Bestellung erhalten. Ist mir wieder erst zu Hause aufgefallen.

Die Qualität hat hier nun leider etwas nachgelassen. Die Fritten waren nur lauwarm und latschert, der Dubblecheesburger war auch nur lauwarm und lag offensichtlich schon etwas länger im Regal. Ich war am drive inn Schalter und musste 4 Kunden abwarten. Daher war wohl meine Bestellung schon fertig. Noch vor einem halben Jahr war es hier besser

Wären Frühstücken. Bei der Bestellung bekamen wir den falschen McMuffin, der Latte war mit Milch statt mit Hafermilch und die Toiletten waren widerlich (Herren, drei von vier verfügbaren Toiletten verdreckt oder unbenutzbar). Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch sehr freundlich und haben sowohl den Latte neu gemacht, sowie den fehlenden Bürger zusätzlich gebracht und sich aufrichtig entschuldigt. Dennoch würde ich den Mecces Kölner Straße von nun an bevorzugen.

Morgens früh um 9 Uhr sitze/ Tische rund um dreckig. Gab wohl Nachts eine Party ?

Mc Dümpten der Service hier war eine absolute Katastrophe. Dazu haben die sich sogar geweigert meine Bestellung auf zu nehmen in Mc Drive weil anscheint deren Mikrofon nicht ging und die mich nicht hören konnten woran ich keine Schuld habe. Dazu wollten die mich Dan noch mal ins Mc Drive hin schicken damit ich meine Bestellung erneut aufnehmen sollte.Ich habe ewig auf mein Essen gewartet, und als es dann endlich kam, war es kalt und sah lieblos aus. Das Personal schien komplett überfordert und war dazu noch unfreundlich. Eine wirklich enttäuschende Erfahrung, ich werde diesen Laden meiden.

Essen McDonalds Standard halt. Bin nur wegen der Cola Gläser gekommen. Über Coupons. Man wollte dies einfach "tot" schweigen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde und nach Erhalt des Geldes wurde einem gesagt das es keine mehr gibt. Sowas muss der Mitarbeiter einem vorher mitteilen. Jetzt weiß ich auch warum ich McDonalds meide. Wird immer schlechter teuer und Kunden unfreundlicher. Danke für nichts :)

wir sind heute am 23.05.2026 um 0:30 hier bei Mcdonald’s gewesen. 1 Mitarbeiter der das Essen zu der Zeit gebracht hat war besonders freundlich zu uns gewesen! möchten uns bedanken für den unglaublich freundlichen Service von ihm!

Jedes verdammte mal fehlt etwas bei der Bestellung.

Schrecklich! Wir wollten ganz normal Essen bestellen, aber anstatt unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen, hat der Mitarbeiter mit uns geflirtet. So etwas geht gar nicht. Es war der Mitarbeiter heute gegen 2 Uhr Nachts mit Bart, trägt eine Kette und kurze Haare. Bitte klären Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter noch einmal darüber auf, dass man nicht mit Kunden flirtet

Wir sind hier mal zufällig frühstücken gegangen heute 10.05.26 und der Laden sieht aus wie ein Schlachtfeld überall liegen essensreste rum und dreckig...da vergeht einem der Hunger und Durst

Ganz schön laut und hektisch an einem Sonntag, vor allem wenn dann noch Trödelmarkt ist. Dafür können die Kinder sich da austoben. Ich mag das neue Bestellsystem allerdings nicht, ich bin mit normalen Menschen am Schalter aufgewachsen. Kaffee und Doppelcheeseburger sind aber super lecker, Wickelstation könnte besser ausgestattet sein.

Ich hatte ein tolles Erlebnis in diesem McDonald’s. Das Essen war in gewohnter McDonald’s-Qualität, aber was meinen Besuch wirklich auszeichnete, war die Hundefreundlichkeit des Restaurants. Ich habe draußen gesessen, fand es aber super, dass ich meinen Hund auch mit reinnehmen konnte. Es ist so eine Erleichterung, einen Ort gefunden zu haben, wo ich sie nicht im Auto lassen muss und mein Essen einfach mit ihr an meiner Seite genießen kann. Freundliches Personal, ein sauberer Bereich und eine wirklich einladende Atmosphäre für Hundebesitzer – das weiß ich sehr zu schätzen.

Sauber ist anders. Plätze dreckig und die Toilette stinkt.

Igittt. Was ist denn mit dem McFlurry los? Ich habe es mit Brownis bestellt und bekommen habe ich einen Becher voll matschigem Eis. Von den Brownis war nichts mehr zu sehen. Angeblich muss es seit neustem zu verrührt werden. Aber warum direkt zu so einem Brei? Zudem ist das Eis dann auch schnell sehr flüssig. Keine Empfehlung mehr, Vor der Umstellung war es richtig lecker.

Ich habe heute eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung gemacht. Ein Mitarbeiter hat fälschlicherweise behauptet, er sei der Filialleiter, was laut Aussage anderer Mitarbeiterinnen nicht stimmt. Zudem wurde mir mein Essen verwehrt: Ich hatte einen Burger bestellt, der Bacon enthielt. Daraufhin habe ich höflich um einen Umtausch gebeten, da dies so nicht gewünscht war. Dieser wurde mir jedoch ohne jegliche Begründung verweigert. Ein derart unprofessionelles und respektloses Verhalten habe ich selten erlebt. Ich arbeite seit 17 Jahren in der Deichmann-Filiale nebenan und werde diesen Laden in Zukunft definitiv nicht mehr betreten.

Das Personal ist unaufmerksam, langsam und oft unhöflich!

Für ein Schnellrestaurant ist das in Ordnung.

Gerade was im McDrive geholt. Der Typ am Schalter echt unfreundlich! U.a. 9er Nuggets bestellt und leider erst Zuhause bemerkt, dass es dieser Veggie-Mist ist, statt echtem Chicken! Das frisst weder der Hund, noch die Katzen. Einfach nur ekelig und dafür knapp 7€ in den Sand gesetzt! Vielen Dank auch!!

Wir waren da gerade Mc Drive anstatt großen Eistee geben die uns Wasser ja leider zu spät gemerkt dafür zahlt man über 4 Euro Witz ehrlich

Anstatt den vegetarischen nuggets kamen normale nuggets, was garnicht geht. Man sieht den Unterschied und sollte doch darauf achten bestellungen richrig zu machen.

Wie immer sehr zufrieden mit den Laden. Hatte auch nie Probleme mit der Bestellung.

Bestellt haben wir Cheeseburger nur MIT Ketschup und Käse (bedeutet OHNE Senf, Gurken und Zwiebel). Bekommen haben wir Brot mit Fleisch und Zwiebel. Ich komme nicht wieder

Spielzeug ist im Happy Meal nicht enthalten.

Man findet ja immer eigentlich was,aber leider ist die Qualität für mich persönlich nicht mehr so wie früher. Das Essen war ok,Pommes nur warm nicht mehr so knusprig usw.

Grundsätzlich wird (zumindest jedes Mal, wenn wir dort sind) min. ein Produkt vergessen. Die Toiletten sind nur selten sauber. Auch die Tische sind oftmals noch fettig, genauso wie die Sitzbänke. Schade, denn an sich ist's ein schönes McDonalds.

Wir kommen hier gerne vorbei, weil mein Kind den Ronald McDonald GYM CLUB liebt – es kann dort spielen, klettern und Spaß haben, während wir essen. Die Happy Meals sind immer ein Highlight und die Atmosphäre ist locker und familienfreundlich. Ich trinke gern einen Kaffee dazu, was den Besuch für mich entspannt macht. Der Service ist meist freundlich und die Öffnungszeiten sehr flexibel, was ideal für spontane Pausen ist. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort für einen schnellen Snack und gleichzeitig Spielspaß für Kinder

Ich habe ein großes McFlurry für 3 € bestellt und bezahlt. Stattdessen habe ich ein kleines McFlurry mit nur einem Topping erhalten. Das entspricht nicht meiner Bestellung. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung in diesem McDonald’s sehr schlecht. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden und werde diesen Standort nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir mussten keine drei Minuten warten. Ich war eigentlich nie ein Fan von so Fast-Food Restaurants und hatte keine hohen Erwartungen, zumal ich schon mit anderen Fast-Food Restaurants schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe, aber ich wurde heute Abend positiv überrascht. Alles schön warm und schnell trotz vollem Laden.

Jetzt gefühlt nach dem 20. Vorfall ist doch mal eine Bewertung nötig. JEDES MAL fehlt was bei einer größeren Bestellung. Und teilweise keine Kleinigkeiten wie z. B. ein ganzes Happy Meal. Da ich meistens eine große Tüte angereicht bekomme habe ich auch nicht jedes Mal die Muße, die Bestellung auf Vollständigkeit zu prüfen. Zumal ich die ganze Tüte ausräumen müsste.

Das Essen schmeckt total fade. Es gibt keine Strohhalme mehr für Pepsi. Die Happy Meals für Kinder sind nicht mehr dasselbe. Ich rate davon ab, in Deutschland zu McDonald's zu gehen. Es schmeckt einfach nicht mehr.

Ich habe das erste Mal in meinem Leben 5 anstatt 4 chicken Nuggets bekommen. Das ist Wundervoll

This branch has really improved. I usually use the drive-thru. A few years ago, I always had to check everything because I never received everything I ordered. That's no longer a problem. Also, a very nice gentleman has been working at the drive-thru window for quite some time now, and no matter how busy it is in the store, he always seems friendly and cheerful. That really brightens my day.

Ordered directly at the table using the app and delivered incredibly quickly. Now that's what I call service! The kids loved the play area, a staple at McDonald's.

The food is okay. It's McDonald's, after all, but the employees should learn to count. Once again, one item is missing. Nothing much going on, just a small order at the drive-thru: 3 cheeseburgers, 2 chicken burgers, and a sausage. What's missing? A cheeseburger. Trust is good, but control is better. 🙄

Don't redeem your McDonald's points here. When you try to pick up your food, they'll tell you the code was entered at another branch and can't be redeemed there, even though this restaurant was specified when you placed your order. They said the points should be credited back to your account, but nothing happened.

Despite the high volume of customers, the staff worked calmly and efficiently, processing each order. The wait time was perfectly acceptable. All tables were kept clean at all times. I'd gladly come again.

I was here again today and, as always, I'm completely satisfied! The food was delicious, and the wait time was perfectly reasonable. The service is consistently good. I'll definitely be back!

You can charge your car there very well.

Absolutely outrageous! You order via Lieferheld, the money is deducted, and you receive the order number, yet after two hours the food still hadn't arrived. When I called, the shift manager, Milki (if he even gave his real name), was completely uncooperative, saying it wasn't his problem and even making fun of me. Having someone like that as a shift manager, someone who treats customers with such disrespect, is unbelievable.

The food might be quite tasty, like at any McDonald's. But cleanliness and hygiene are paramount, even in a fast-food restaurant. The seating should be cleaned after each customer. The restrooms are appalling. To make matters worse, a small order of fries was missing from our last order.

I ordered via the app and just now picked it up. I picked it up at the drive-thru counter and drove to the end, but the 6-pack of nuggets and a mayo were missing. I drove back to the drive-thru entrance and called them. The employees there gave me the 6-pack and nothing. I drove to the parking lot and ate two cold Big Tastys with half-full fries and soggy nuggets. Too bad, they could have been a bit more accommodating...

My girlfriend and I ordered, among other things, two 20-piece nuggets, one of which was with the points. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we got home that a box was missing. This seems to be common practice here at McDonald's on Heifeskamp; it's happened to me at least three times before. There have been several reports here about cleanliness: The tray carts are overflowing, tables and seating are dirty, and the restrooms stink. It was incredibly loud on a Sunday evening, with children playing at the ordering terminals, so you couldn't be disturbed. Yes, it's fast food and McDonald's, but you can still behave a little here! The branch in Breitscheid (An der Pönt) is worlds better, including the friendliness of the staff. Please take this to heart, dear Prünte team from Dümpten!

I think it's really cheeky, you call politely. (I asked about the toy at Happy Meal) Then he replied, "Check the app." I told him I didn't have the app, and he said quite dryly, "Then you're out of luck." Without me being able to say anything, he immediately hung up! I wouldn't go there anymore either; everything is sticky and the restrooms are unhygienic.

We placed our order on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 2:32 p.m. at ORD 91 KS 5 for 1 TS meal, 1 Big Mac meal, and 9 chicken wings, 2 Coke, mayo, and ketchup. So, nothing special. After 15 minutes, I asked if we were still getting the items. The restaurant manager or shift manager told me it still had to be done. My comment that the people who arrived after us already had their food was met with a "possible." After a short time, a partial delivery arrived; the ketchup and mayo were forgotten and then arrived later after we complained. The table wasn't clean, but it hadn't been wiped down either. So, I wouldn't agree with the statement "I love it."

By 11:00 PM, the staff was no longer particularly motivated. The tables were filthy. The burger tasted good, as always.

I bought three hamburgers and two cheeseburgers today. The burgers had three tiny pieces of onion, and the pickle was placed on the edge. There was barely any ketchup. The burger buns were flattened. Very unappetizing. I'll never visit this place again.

Even though Mc Café was absolutely dead, I wasn't allowed to order there (even though they have a menu and a cash register!). There was such an incompetent woman at the cash register who couldn't even find the buttons she was looking for. She then waited for a Turkish employee, with whom she then spoke in Turkish. When I placed my order (2 different McFlurrys), the other employee misunderstood me and then started giving me a hard time! Then I had to wait 10 minutes for my order!! I've never experienced such an incompetent team!

Doesn't even deserve one star! We'll never visit this shop again. My husband and I ate there on Thursday. By Friday we were feeling really bad (stomach/intestinal problems) and it's been going on ever since. I'd say it was food poisoning! After reading the other reviews, I'm not surprised. I just picked up a Happy Meal for my kids. When I got home, my daughter noticed a dead beetle in her fries. Absolutely disgusting.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location and had a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was visibly dirty, with trash on the floor and tables that hadn’t been cleaned. What was most concerning was witnessing a customer openly spit on a table, and no staff member seemed to notice or intervene. I can't say why this McDonald's tastes better than other branches, but it just tastes better. I can't explain it.

The restrooms were in a completely unhygienic condition—truly unacceptable. The seating area was also anything but inviting: worn chairs, dirty benches, and a generally unkempt appearance. Even the tables and chairs looked sticky and were obviously not cleaned regularly. The staff were unfriendly and seemed stressed, which unfortunately was also reflected in their interactions with guests. Overall, not a pleasant visit—I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I was at McDonald's on Mannesmannallee (Mülheim Metro) today and was unfortunately very disappointed. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The restrooms were extremely dirty – it was truly unpleasant. The dining area wasn't any better: I had to change seats three times because the tables were consistently dirty. Some even had someone else's used towels on them, and the seats were so dirty that I didn't want to sit there. Overall, a very unappetizing impression. More attention to hygiene is urgently needed here.

The best McD in North Rhine-Westphalia is in Mülheim. It's the only McD restaurant where you can get really hot food. The restaurant is good and very well air-conditioned. It's not overcrowded. Compared to other McDs, it's very clean and wheelchair accessible. There are no steps to enter and there's an accessible restroom. The employees may not all be super friendly, and some don't understand you very well, but the majority are nice. Especially the tall man with the tattoos! We like to go there when we want to go to McD, precisely because of the advantages and the atmosphere. Plus, really hot fries are pretty much the best thing—and you can get them there.

Quite busy! Even more so at the end/beginning of the month... They gave me money again 😜 but overall, not bad. Service is friendly. Lots of mistakes. Ordering doesn't happen either. So, top notch.

Everything was great, except the restrooms were a disaster. It smelled bad, the floor was sticky, and there were scraps of paper lying around... But other than that, a good store.

The service is good. The food is OK (fast food, you might say), and the atmosphere isn't bad, but the tables and seats are always dirty and smeared, which brings it all down. It's even worse in Saarn, where there are even leftover food lying around everywhere.

Very disappointed with McDonald’s today. I was truly shocked by the working conditions. It felt like over 50°C inside, especially in the kitchen area. One of the employees who was serving me looked like he was about to pass out from the heat. Every time he went into the cooking area, he came back soaked in sweat. This is 2025 — no one should have to work in these kinds of extreme conditions. It’s not just uncomfortable, it’s dangerous. I feel terrible for the staff, and honestly, it ruined the whole experience for me. McDonald’s needs to take responsibility and provide safe, humane working conditions for its employees. This is unacceptable.

Well, what can I say... Thanks for the bone-dry nuggets. The staff at night is just awful... ever since the nice man with the bald head left, something's always missing from my order. This time it was the sauces, last time it was the fries. A disaster.

Has nothing to do with a hong mustard wrap, just a small dollop of honey mustard and lots of yoghurt yizz sauce, yeah right
