Don't redeem your McDonald's points here. When you try to pick up your food, they'll tell you the code was entered at another branch and can't be redeemed there, even though this restaurant was specified when you placed your order. They said the points should be credited back to your account, but nothing happened.

Good McDonald's, has everything it needs and is well-frequented.

Despite the high volume of customers, the staff worked calmly and efficiently, processing each order. The wait time was perfectly acceptable. All tables were kept clean at all times. I'd gladly come again.

I was here again today and, as always, I'm completely satisfied! The food was delicious, and the wait time was perfectly reasonable. The service is consistently good. I'll definitely be back!

You can charge your car there very well.

Absolutely outrageous! You order via Lieferheld, the money is deducted, and you receive the order number, yet after two hours the food still hadn't arrived. When I called, the shift manager, Milki (if he even gave his real name), was completely uncooperative, saying it wasn't his problem and even making fun of me. Having someone like that as a shift manager, someone who treats customers with such disrespect, is unbelievable.

The food might be quite tasty, like at any McDonald's. But cleanliness and hygiene are paramount, even in a fast-food restaurant. The seating should be cleaned after each customer. The restrooms are appalling. To make matters worse, a small order of fries was missing from our last order.

I ordered via the app and just now picked it up. I picked it up at the drive-thru counter and drove to the end, but the 6-pack of nuggets and a mayo were missing. I drove back to the drive-thru entrance and called them. The employees there gave me the 6-pack and nothing. I drove to the parking lot and ate two cold Big Tastys with half-full fries and soggy nuggets. Too bad, they could have been a bit more accommodating...

My girlfriend and I ordered, among other things, two 20-piece nuggets, one of which was with the points. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we got home that a box was missing. This seems to be common practice here at McDonald's on Heifeskamp; it's happened to me at least three times before. There have been several reports here about cleanliness: The tray carts are overflowing, tables and seating are dirty, and the restrooms stink. It was incredibly loud on a Sunday evening, with children playing at the ordering terminals, so you couldn't be disturbed. Yes, it's fast food and McDonald's, but you can still behave a little here! The branch in Breitscheid (An der Pönt) is worlds better, including the friendliness of the staff. Please take this to heart, dear Prünte team from Dümpten!

I think it's really cheeky, you call politely. (I asked about the toy at Happy Meal) Then he replied, "Check the app." I told him I didn't have the app, and he said quite dryly, "Then you're out of luck." Without me being able to say anything, he immediately hung up! I wouldn't go there anymore either; everything is sticky and the restrooms are unhygienic.

We placed our order on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 2:32 p.m. at ORD 91 KS 5 for 1 TS meal, 1 Big Mac meal, and 9 chicken wings, 2 Coke, mayo, and ketchup. So, nothing special. After 15 minutes, I asked if we were still getting the items. The restaurant manager or shift manager told me it still had to be done. My comment that the people who arrived after us already had their food was met with a "possible." After a short time, a partial delivery arrived; the ketchup and mayo were forgotten and then arrived later after we complained. The table wasn't clean, but it hadn't been wiped down either. So, I wouldn't agree with the statement "I love it."

By 11:00 PM, the staff was no longer particularly motivated. The tables were filthy. The burger tasted good, as always.

I bought three hamburgers and two cheeseburgers today. The burgers had three tiny pieces of onion, and the pickle was placed on the edge. There was barely any ketchup. The burger buns were flattened. Very unappetizing. I'll never visit this place again.

Even though Mc Café was absolutely dead, I wasn't allowed to order there (even though they have a menu and a cash register!). There was such an incompetent woman at the cash register who couldn't even find the buttons she was looking for. She then waited for a Turkish employee, with whom she then spoke in Turkish. When I placed my order (2 different McFlurrys), the other employee misunderstood me and then started giving me a hard time! Then I had to wait 10 minutes for my order!! I've never experienced such an incompetent team!

Doesn't even deserve one star! We'll never visit this shop again. My husband and I ate there on Thursday. By Friday we were feeling really bad (stomach/intestinal problems) and it's been going on ever since. I'd say it was food poisoning! After reading the other reviews, I'm not surprised. I should have read them first. I'm just surprised this shop is still open!

The restrooms were in a completely unhygienic condition—truly unacceptable. The seating area was also anything but inviting: worn chairs, dirty benches, and a generally unkempt appearance. I was at McDonald's on Mannesmannallee (Mülheim Metro) today and was unfortunately very disappointed. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The restrooms were extremely dirty – it was truly unpleasant. The dining area wasn't any better: I had to change seats three times because the tables were consistently dirty. Some even had someone else's used towels on them, and the seats were so dirty that I didn't want to sit there. Overall, a very unappetizing impression. More attention to hygiene is urgently needed here.

I can't say why this McDonald's tastes better than other branches, but it just tastes better. I can't explain it.

The best McD in North Rhine-Westphalia is in Mülheim. It's the only McD restaurant where you can get really hot food. The restaurant is good and very well air-conditioned. It's not overcrowded. Compared to other McDs, it's very clean and wheelchair accessible. There are no steps to enter and there's an accessible restroom. The employees may not all be super friendly, and some don't understand you very well, but the majority are nice. Especially the tall man with the tattoos! We like to go there when we want to go to McD, precisely because of the advantages and the atmosphere. Plus, really hot fries are pretty much the best thing—and you can get them there.

Quite busy! Even more so at the end/beginning of the month... They gave me money again 😜 but overall, not bad. Service is friendly. Lots of mistakes. Ordering doesn't happen either. So, top notch.

Everything was great, except the restrooms were a disaster. It smelled bad, the floor was sticky, and there were scraps of paper lying around... But other than that, a good store.

The service is good. The food is OK (fast food, you might say), and the atmosphere isn't bad, but the tables and seats are always dirty and smeared, which brings it all down. It's even worse in Saarn, where there are even leftover food lying around everywhere.

Very disappointed with McDonald’s today. I was truly shocked by the working conditions. It felt like over 50°C inside, especially in the kitchen area. One of the employees who was serving me looked like he was about to pass out from the heat. Every time he went into the cooking area, he came back soaked in sweat. This is 2025 — no one should have to work in these kinds of extreme conditions. It’s not just uncomfortable, it’s dangerous. I feel terrible for the staff, and honestly, it ruined the whole experience for me. McDonald’s needs to take responsibility and provide safe, humane working conditions for its employees. This is unacceptable.

It's hard to believe that I couldn't order a McFlurry via the app today at around 10:45. So I went inside and tried to order it at the counter. But to no avail, as the card terminal wasn't working either. Very poor, abysmal service. Quote from the shift manager: "There's nothing I can do about it."

So if you screw up the act of including the right sauces with your order, then I would question myself, my abilities and my lack of value to society. The job really requires the minimum level of competence and even that is where the people behind the counter fail. If the nice bald man in the drive-thru isn't there, there's nothing going on in the shed.

I wanted to see how busy the McDonalds was and read a review from a tall, tattooed gentleman. I can only agree with that. You feel perceived as a customer and not like "eat your fast food and be quiet". In general, the employees often seem motivated, they are all just people and everyone can have a bad day! :)

Admittedly, I don't go to McD's that often. You can tell because I wanted to order ChilliCheeseNuggets and they haven't been available for a long time... Actually, I get something there in an emergency. Just like now. Easter Monday, 7.30 p.m., eating something after an accident. McDrive completely empty, so let's go. After what feels like an eternity, a male voice speaks up. What exactly he said, I have no idea. It was monosyllabic. Something like "yes", "blah", hello"...no greeting. This grumpiness continued throughout the entire ordering process. Hard to understand due to "not in the mood" and accent. Arrived home unpacked and of course a portion of fries was missing. As a precaution, the receipt was not given. These missing products are a constant issue there. I've had that there many times. The fact that you can't find a system to avoid this is a mystery to me. Then I look at my McRip. I haven't seen anything so sad in a long time. And I felt just as sad when I took the first one that came along. Cold, labyrinthine. The poor thing had probably been on display for hours. Overall, Mr. McDonald's appearance was very embarrassing. Rubbish employees, poor quality products, but prices like in a real burger shop. Yes, that reminds you why you only end up there in a normal situation. But criticism doesn't seem to really interest anyone. PS: Instead of ChillkicheeseNuggets, the grumpy man “recommended” Mozarella Chrisps or something similar. Guys...like biting into playdough. The employees are so rude. Things are not ordered correctly (booked) and then they are not canceled at all. That doesn't work!!! Then you pay for it and not all your things are packed up and forgotten. Then they made a sound. Talked about things you didn't understand at all and got short-tempered. I think it doesn't work at all. If you don't order something correctly, you can cancel it in any restaurant. Paid 50 euros for nothing and then forgot to eat!

Today I spontaneously wanted to eat a Börger with my kids at McDonald's, but then I saw this. We wanted to sit outside because the weather was nice that day. The table was completely dirty. Employees are very rude and the long waiting time is really not recommended for a fast food restaurant.

I ordered in house to take away. It was also just 2 simple burgers. Since it was before the lunch rush, everything was still very quiet and clean. The burgers were hot and freshly prepared. There were also a pair of napkins. Nothing to complain about. Toilets clean. Recommendation. Addition 2025, chicken burger eaten in the restaurant. Ambience has deteriorated a bit.

The ColaLight was made up of 70% ice cubes. In the USA it is common that here in Germany, too much... The SmartMenus was poor in quality. Temperature of the burgers, too low for me. Service disappointing. Why can't you buy more than 2x chocolate sauce with it? Customer is king? No, they think 2x chocolate sauce is enough, then that's how it is. The customer's desire to BUY more is of no interest. Annoying and incomprehensible

Every McDonald's feels the same, but this one really stands out because of the employees and the location. The food tastes a little better than many other McDonald's stores.

I would like to give a big shout out to a very special employee at McDonald’s. The tall, tattooed man who served me recently was just exceptionally friendly and personable. Despite the hustle and bustle, he has an incredibly positive charisma that made the visit special. His way of dealing with guests is warm and authentic. You can immediately tell that he enjoys his work and makes an effort to put a smile on everyone's face. He was also super attentive and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Employees like this are an absolute highlight and make the difference. Thank you for the great experience - I'll definitely come back!
