Noch nie so einen dreckigen Mc Donalds gesehen. Tische und Sitze fettig, der Boden ebenso. Wenn wir nicht schon bestellt hätten, wären wir wieder gefahren. Schade. Bin verwundert, dass sich Mc Donalds das leisten kann.🤮

I don't go that often, but it's always delicious

Unfortunately, the McDonald's doesn't seem very clean, the food was only lukewarm and the waiting time was extremely long.

Food is ok. More lukewarm than really fresh and hot. What we noticed even more negatively was the customer service. After checking our order, we discovered that we had received the wrong product, which we simply didn't want (otherwise we would have ordered it in the first place?!😂) and after informing the employee in a friendly way When we told them, we received a very rude answer and were insulted. This is simply miles away from customer-friendly service. We don't expect much, there's a lot going on and people understand that and mistakes can happen. But you still don't have to act so unfriendly.

Overall very good, just a bit expensive...

They have mc cafe but don’t use it. They give you bad vending machine coffee instead. Heating in kids playground is also turned of. Freezing cold for kids. Worst mc donalds i have ever been too!

The food was prepared and brought to the table super quickly.

I ordered at 9:50 p.m. and my order was canceled. Even though they're open until 11 p.m. and not even straight away, they make you wait for 20 minutes so that you think it's coming, but that only makes the disappointment even bigger. I expected more from McDonald's... I'll never order from you again, it's not like it only happened once. But if anyone wants a 10% delivery voucher, just order here shortly before 10 in the evening and after the cancellation I will get one. ABSOLUTELY NO RECOMMENDATION!!!

Unfortunately, service was once again a disaster. I've wanted to order MC Flurry Twix several times in the last 10 days because it was in advertising. Never there. How can you advertise something and never have it in stock? Then another variant was used. With 10 Mc Flurry, only one cup was half full to max 2/3 full, far below the tabs to bend. Today I ordered Mc Sundae at the checkout and was told that the paper bag should be filled correctly. You can see the result in the pictures. I asked about the guidelines. That would be so right. Well, if these two ice creams are filled at different depths, what height is correct? I pointed out the pictures but weren't interested. Maybe soon there will only be 4 in the 6-piece ChickenMcNugget menu, because it's just advertising. Impossible!!! Oh and if you want to sit at the table, you should bring your own cleaning utensils, because here only the table is sprayed with cleaning agent and rubbed with dishcloths.

Since the boss is no longer in the evening, the ordered and paid for products are sometimes missing and you have to run after them, or the wrong products are given out.

Tables not clean, I know that from there. Eat lukewarm Others get a number which is brought to the table, we had to wait before being handed out..

McDrive order: the cheeseburgers are the best around. Which I find quite astonishing when you consider that it is THE standardized system catering par excellence. Crazy world.

So hair shouldn't be in the food, but this was the case today in my fries there was a long black hair because it couldn't be mine because I'm bald, it must have happened at the restaurant. The burgers, on the other hand, were good without any complaints. The delivery via Uber worked great and the driver was very friendly

There is also a shortage of skilled workers at the Heifeskamp in Mülheim. There is no other way I can explain the ever-decreasing quality of the service and also the food. Details please... “Filet o fish” that isn’t freshly prepared just doesn’t taste that good. A little tip for the drive switch: These days there are extensions for the card reader. They are practical for service staff and even customers. Unfortunately, this branch has seen a lot of decline in the last few months!!

You have to wait quite a long time for your order. And when you have it, it's only lukewarm. The fries too. The toilets are not clean. Of course the employees have a lot to do and all have a grumpy expression on their faces. No smile, no kind word. Nothing. Too bad.

Employees are overwhelmed, they serve a family with birthday children for what feels like 30 minutes and leave the second checkout idle, I left the store straight away after several requests for a second checkout!!! Patience was not even asked for, let alone answered!! Of course, if you hire third-class people in McDonald's, that kind of thing doesn't work! Never again!!!

I don't know how to explain this but the toilet doors are simply installed incorrectly on both toilets??? These doors are mirrored on one side, it's just stupid that you can see into the toilet from the outside but not outside from the inside????

Actually one of the best McDonalds restaurants you can find in North Rhine-Westphalia. You'll want to take the really high-quality outdoor lounge with you straight away. The service is good and the dishes are complete 99% of the time.

Friendly staff, good process from ordering to delivery.

I've been to the DriveIn twice in the last 3 weeks and it doesn't seem to be possible to get an order for 4 people completely handed out. In total we didn't get 4 cheeseburgers and one fries. If you're sitting alone in the car, there are 10 cars behind you and 2-3 bags are handed to you, then unfortunately the advice that you should check the goods upon receipt doesn't help. I find it an absolute impudence and incompetence!

Wir fahren sehr gerne nach MC Donald. Aber mittlerweile muss man sich nur noch ärgern. Entweder fehlen Burger, wenn man eine große Bestellung macht. Man bekommt keine Strohhalme mehr, beim Getränk. Und heute der Knaller 🧨 Wir mussten 11,98€ bezahlen und haben 21,98€ abgegeben und bekommen 9€ zurück. Also fehlte ein ganzer Euro. Dann diskutiert der Mann das wir nur 20,98€ abgegeben hätten. Man sollte schon rechnen und zählen können wenn man an der Kasse steht. Kontrolliert am besten immer, ob ihr eure ganze Bestellung bekommen habt. Und ob ihr das passende Geld zurück bekommt.

It's really dirty and somehow I don't feel comfortable there. The toilet facility alone is underground. I don't even want to describe it here like the dumpling statements that it isn't cleaned even though you point it out to them.

McDonald's just. Full parking spaces. High prices. Food ready quickly. Very hot in the store.

A McDonalds as we know it. However, I have noticed several times that something was missing from my DriveIn orders. Last time an extra portion of fries, which I even pointed out again when paying. In the future, I will check carefully on site whether the order is complete.

Update I unfortunately have to say that the quality and service in almost all restaurants has decreased. You order for the family and you're hungry and it's not cheap anymore. The order is usually incorrect and that doesn't work. Then you should make sure that everything is in the bag. After complaints, help is occasionally provided.

I have to say it was the nicest and nicest visit to McDonald's in a long time. A very friendly gentleman served me in a good mood and was super polite and nice. -Employees simply order everything in large without asking - Shake cups were totally dirty on the outside - Food that was ordered was not packed - endless waiting times at the drive in! And when you point out the defects, the Mc Drive employee becomes outrageously cheeky!

Ordered a chicken burger without cheese at Mc Drive. The notice came that the chicken burger had no cheese on it. Ok, I didn't know because I hadn't eaten any before. So far so good. When I opened the bag there was a cheeseburger inside! Back at the counter, I only got the stupid answer: You ordered a chicken burger without cheese, there's no cheese on it anyway... when I asked why I got a cheeseburger, all I got was "I have no idea how that could have happened" - not even an apology. Disastrous guest service! Last but not least, the chicken burger that was handed to me was only lukewarm and soggy and had obviously long exceeded its specified holding time and should have long since been thrown in the trash

This McDonalds branch is one of the best I've been to. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly.

Unfortunately, the chilli cheeseburger nuggets were no longer hot and the staff didn't greet or say goodbye to their customers. When I asked if a straw had been given, a straw was simply held out without a word. Customer service and friendliness are non-existent here.

Very well maintained and clean restaurant. The staff are very friendly and everything always goes really quickly, the restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area. I myself avoid meat and found the MC Plant Chilli Mango alternative really very tasty :)

My husband just ordered there personally to take away. With a lady who couldn't speak German!! Ordered 2 menus, received...2 wrong burgers...no drinks and a portion of fries was missing!!! But he paid in full...that's why 0 stars......

A nice little snack bar. The food is homemade. Lunch is offered. This time, doner meat is not the universally popular mush, i.e. minced meat. In my opinion, a mixture of real meat and minced meat is used. Super flavorful and juicy. I'd love to go there again.

After I found out that there isn't a mold that craves this "food" I can only say: Never again! NEVER AGAIN! POOH

My visit to McDonald’s was almost like a surreal roller coaster ride of gastronomic misadventures. The tray seemed to take on a bold architectural bent, while my ice cream emerged as predictable prey for a starving employee. A dramatic spectacle unfolded with a Red Bull bottle landing upside down and the chocolate sauce seemingly Houdini-like disappearing from my dessert. The parking lot, filled with flickering light, could serve as the setting for a thriller. If this orgy of lights threatened to cause a stroke, my first thought would be to file a lawsuit. However, to emphasize the bright side, the friendly staff member who served the food deserves a special award for his pleasant demeanor amidst this surreal chaos. Here I hope for a transformation from this eventful nightmare to a culinary oasis.

Wie 90% der McDonald's Restaurants, schaffen es nicht die Bestellung komplett zu packen. Immer fehlt etwas.

Sehr viele Ausländer als Gäste, es ist immer voll doch man bekommt seine gesamte Bestellung ohne das etwas fehlt, würde nur beim happy meal auf das Spielzeug achten, sonst war alles top.

Waren vorher noch bei Burger King und im Gegensatz dazu einfach toll, Service einwandfrei und das Personal total freundlich, auf die Bestellung keine 5 Minuten gewartet und bei Burger King für ein Zehntel der Bestellung fast 25 Minuten kann dieses Lokal jedem empfehlen der was leckeres essen möchte und es schnell gehen soll.

Schnelle ((Online-)Bestellung, per Drive In abgeholt- Top! Essen war heiß, freundliche Mitarbeiter! Rundum empfehlenswert.

Ich nahm das Big-Mac-Menü und die Nuggets und wurde am Ende vergiftet..

Haben angeblich seit 2 Jahren kein Frühstück mehr obwohl ich vor ca. 2 Monaten noch welches bekam. Sehr schade umsonst zum Mc Drive gefahren. Sollte man in Zukunft auch im Internet wenigstens hin schreiben das es kein Frühstück mehr gibt in dieser Filiale.

Alle wie immer. Nur Probleme beim bestellen über die App. Habe den Laden nicht auswählen können. Mußte dann an die blöde Station. Sonst wie immer und auch freundlich. Immer wieder gerne.

Diesmal war ich nicht sehr zufrieden. Die Burger sind nicht mehr so wie früher. Der meiste Salat lag in der Schachtel und das Fleisch ziemlich trocken.

Diese Filiale hat einen Indoor Spielplatz und wird von meinen Enkeln heiß geliebt, weil sie dort bei jedem Wetter vor und nach dem Essen toben können.

Sauber und freundlich . Allerdings die Burger wurden mit wenig Liebe zubereitet . Von wegen kaum Sosse oder nur an einer Stelle . Beim Ts fehlte der Salat .

Mäcces halt, ABER die Burger waren frisch und die Pommes nicht matschig. Allerdings zog es ziemlich im "Restaurant".

Ich habe in House bestellt zum mitnehmen. Es waren auch nur 2 einfache Burger. Da es noch vor dem Mittagessen-Ansturm war, war alles noch sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Burger waren heiss und auch frisch zubereitet. Ein Paar Servietten lagen auch dabei. Nix zu meckern. Toiletten sauber. Empfehlung.

Essen war kalt, relativ lange gewartet obwohl der Laden nicht wirklich voll ist... Die hälfte der Saucen wurde vergessen. Heute leider relativ dreckig auf den Tischen und in der Toilette.

Die Angestellten sind etwas eigenartig, wir haben unnötig lange gewartet. Flexibel ist man dort auch nicht.

Einfach nicht mein Essen. Es war eine "Notlösung", da um diese Uhrzeit nichts anderes geöffnet hatte. Es ist eine reine Geschmackssache und es mag anderen schmecken, aber mir nicht.

Waren 3 mal im diese Mc Donalds. Essen warst immer kalt wenn es ankommt, viel Wartezeit so ob es vergessen wurde. Einmal zurück geschickt und nochmal lange warten und wieder kalt.

Sehr gute Filiale. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Und falls das Drive In mal überfüllt aussieht, keine Sorge. Das geht echt mega schnell. Und bei mir hat bis auf einmal ne Mayo nie was gefehlt.

8/10 mal mann muss lange warten ohne Grund keine Kunden in Restaurants auch keine Kunden an Drive in trotzdem muss mann warten aber ok , dann viel mal Toiletten sind dreckig.

Die Burger die wir bestellt haben und im Endeffekt ankamen waren essbar. Allerdings fehlten bei den festen Angeboten die man bestellen kann 2 Cheeseburger. Nach fast 2 stündigem Warten kann man erwarten das die Bestellung auch vollständig ist. Bei der nächsten Bestellung die wir machen sollten hoffen wir das man mit einer vollständigen Lieferung rechnen kann. Schönen Abend noch

Diese Filiale ist gut zu erreichen. Leider wenige Parkplätze. Essen war unterer Durchschnitt da bereits lauwarm und nicht so frisch wie manch andere Filialen. Größter Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit. Toiletten standen unter Wasser, kaum ein Tisch der nicht dreckig war, der Boden verdreckt. Auch der Indoorspielplatz anscheinend schon länger nicht mehr gesäubert. Sieht man vor allem an den Scheiben die sehr dreckig waren. Schade eigentlich. Mit mehr Sauberkeit wäre es eine bessere Rezension gewesen.

Toilette nicht sauber, keine Papierhandtücher

Nichts besonderes... laden ist frisch renoviert... das macht einen guten Eindruck. Mitarbeiter manchmal freundlich und manchmal mürrisch... 24h geöffnet. Qualität des Essens gerade nachts in der Woche ist perfekt 👌
