A mouse ran across the counter!!!! Hygiene isn't so good, there's a bike and boxes in the kitchen. Tables and floor are sticky. Veggie nuggets were very greasy.

The employees are very unfriendly. Instead of taking care of the next person, three people have to prepare the order for one person. The burger is just prepared randomly and not the way I imagined it—for example, there's not enough sauce. Please find a job you enjoy and don't make us unhappy.

Unfortunately, they don't serve Big Tasty Bacon. I won't be coming back again.

I was there today to get a double chicken burger and a small milkshake. I paid as usual with my card. The milkshake machine didn't work. I didn't want to accept the double chicken burger because the person in the kitchen had put the patty from a regular chicken burger on top of the other one. The best part is, she had her finger in her mouth beforehand and hadn't washed her hands. I wanted my money back, and the employee started yelling at me.

Disgusting drinks. We bought a Fanta and a Sprite there. My Sprite tipped over on the bus and everything got wet. The cup swelled up. My partner's Fanta was way past its expiration date. I'm never going there again!

I asked why there was so much salt on it and was told that it was normal and that you had to order without salt. I didn't know that you could buy a cheeseburger with salt...

Employees are nice and friendly. Location is a disaster, McDonald's generally eats too. If you go to McDonald's you should really question yourself. 1. It's not morally clear (free menus for soldiers) 2. It's unhealthy and bad for the body

I got 3 cheeseburgers, one of which I got discounted with a coupon from the app. When I wanted to get my free fries, which I “earned😂😂” based on the points I collected in the app, the lady at the counter said that it wasn’t possible at this McDonald’s branch. I know that wasn't true because I used to do a mini-job at McDonald's and if you can scan the coupon, you can also scan these free fries. She gave me an ice cold and totally bold face lying. Worst customer service in the world (in my opinion) and there were 12 cheeseburgers or something in the warming box. This McDonald's is dirty and the employees are ruder than you can imagine. The tables are moldy, the floor is moldy and I honestly don't recommend eating there.

Skip this one if you can. Ive never been helped this badly. Asked for mayo got ketchup. Asked for Coke Zero got Fanta. Located in some dark smelly armpit of the trainstation. Staff doesn’t speak English and hardly any German as well.

the potatoes are not salted, the service is terrible, the attitude towards guests is disrespectful and even boorish. There are homeless people sitting at the tables who haven’t ordered anything from McDonald’s, the tables are not cleaned and stink, the atmosphere is unbearably unpleasant.

Unfortunately you cannot give minus stars. They can be happy that there are no competitors (in the city center). They are overwhelmed with special orders, the sauces and mayonnaise are often forgotten when ordering from home and when you ask whether they are packed you get a strange look. If they had a competitor they would try harder and they would go bankrupt. Warning “Danger to Life” The tables on site are so dirty that I could only lift the tray from the table with strength. Hygiene is very disgusting there, burger buns are lying on the floor and were served back to the customer, something like that is impossible...

The train station is full of unpleasant characters and the smell of urine everywhere. The food sometimes looks extremely strange and is small as usual, although this is now the standard at McDonald's. Small and squashed, but the main thing is that the prices are getting bigger. You can't expect much from McDonald's branches at the train station, at least at such an unflagged station.

The food on site was so good that I had to order a Coke and an abnormally massive chip to take away. At my request, the cola was also given a patty. Their golden rule “We don’t deny even the most ridiculous requests to guests in this house” is taken very seriously here.🥰

Der schlimmste mc donalds in NRW die haben nicht alle Menüs wie alle mc donalds Gutscheine akzeptieren die nicht Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich

Ich komme aus Mülheim und bin oft im Forum und somit im Hauptbahnhof unterwegs. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und geben ihr bestes um das Restaurant vorzeigbar zu machen. Die Tische und Bänke werde regelmäßig gereinigt. Aber sind auch so alt und verdreckt das sich da kaum was machen lässt. Jeder der öfter dort war weiß das. Ich bin gerne dort zu Gast und freue mich auf das nette Personal (mein Sohn genau so).

McDonald's halt. Dass es bessere Burgerläden gibt, ist ja kein Geheimnis. Ein schneller Happen zwischendurch, um sich in Erinnerung zu rufen, warum man diesen Ort wieder ein halbes Jahr meidet...naja... MD war vor zwanzig Jahren besser als heutzutage.

Hab ich was verpasst? Patties waren doch früher dicker als 1mm? Wird nu am Rohstoff Fleisch gespart um die Marge zu erhöhen? Ist das überall so oder nur in den Mini Fillialen mit eingeschränktem Angebot?

Leider bekommt da bei Maeces kein Frühstück und auch keine zusätzlichen Angebote, was Neues bei Maeces gibt. Also leider Standardprogramm. Ansonsten alle Mitarbeiter nett und leider zu schnell. Ist nicht immer gut. Da ich einmal im Jahr mal Pommes esse überhaupt und die wurden heute nicht frisch zubereitet.

Ich habe schon viel erlebt und McDonalds ist keinschickes Restaurant, schon klar. Aber mit Tauben unterm Tisch habe ich auch noch nicht gegessen. Dennoch war der Jung hinterm Tresen sehr freundlich, was der einzige Grund für mich ist, hier überhaupt Sterne zu geben. Klebende Tische sind mir übrigens auch noch nocht passiert. Gerne nicht wieder! PS. 6 Chicken Mcnuggets für 9,79 ... Das ist auch mal ne Hausnummer !!!!!

Der Service vom McDonald's am Mülheimer Hauptbahnhof ist sehr gut das Ambiente finde ich nicht so toll Weill man nur in einer sitz Ecke neben dem Restaurant das Essen ist trotzdem lecker

Leider stinkt es um Umfeld nach Taubendreck,bedingt dadurch das im Bahnhofsdach die Tiere nisten. Mir schmeckt so gut wie nichts mehr bei MC, man schmeckt eigentlich nur das Brötchen so dünn und geschmacklos sind die Pattys geworden. Die Pommes sind immer labberig und ziemlich hell. Das Personal ist Top davon abgesehen.

Мы брали хєппи мил и нас спросили чизбургер или нагетсы мы выбрали чизбургер. В итоге в коробке лежали нагетсы. И это не единственный случай. Сестра брала чизбургер, внутри была только котлета без сыра и зелени...они даже не извинились, новый конечно сделали.

Guten Tag! man muss lange auf seine Bestellung warten, man fühlt sich beobachtet beim Essen außerdem kleben die Tische und sitzt Gelegenheiten. Im großen und ganzen leider nur zwei Sterne. Es hat zwei Sterne gegeben weil wir eine live schlägerei erblicken konnten ( bisschen wie creed 3) und für live Kino gibt es immer einen Pluspunkt.

2 Sterne, weil die Pommes sind immer kalt, filliale kleine als meine Küche kann ich eher selbst machen. Unmotivierte und freche Mitarbeiter. Wenn man was bestellt, Fehlt die Hälfte und man muss troztdem alles bezahlen. Nichtmal so bestellautomaten gibt es(wenn man dann sagt was auf dem Burger runter haben will ist es trotzdem noch da). Dort gibt es ja noch nicht mal Wlan. Burger sieht aus wie hingeschmiert und hingegeschießen. Kann man essen ist aber nicht mein Fall(teuer Dazu) Hoffe kann euch Helfen

Ich habe noch nie so ein schlecht organisiertes McDonald's is gesehen. Da gibt es schon ein reduziertes Angebot und es hat trotzdem fast 20 Minuten gedauert, bis ich meinen Big Mac bekommen habe.

À fuir vraiment les serveurs vous crient dessus toute la commande a été entassée dans un tout petit paquet alors qu'on avait programmé sur place du coup tout était gras dégoûtant tous les emballages étaient sales les frites étaient pas cuites il y en avait à peine une dizaine ma fille a dû aller en redemander encore un regard noir la salle est très sale les tables ne sont pas débarrassées les poubelles sont archi plein ne parlons pas des WC pas de papier et tout est sale il ferme les portes vers 20h50 nous avons dû ouvrir une porte à une jeune femme qui était allée fumer car elle ne pouvait plus rentrer pour récupérer sa commande à fuir à fuir

Leider nur eine kleine Filiale. Nur Standard. Lieferdienst besser nicht nutzen. Man kann sich auf Lieferzeiten nicht verlassen, da der lieferdienst extern ist.

Bei einen sehr unfreundlichen, demotiviert wirkenden Mitarbeiter ein Komplettmenü bestellt. Ungesalzne Pommes bestellt, gesalzene kalte Pommes erhalten. Cheesburger kalt mit fremdartigen geschmack, Chickenburger lauwarm. Einmal dort bestellt und nie wieder!

Beste Lage, auf dem Weg zum HBF, typisch Mc Donald mit den entsprechenden Speisen, dafür sehr zufrieden, Komme wieder!!!
